Slowly, I'm regaining back my life. I'm finally off the waiting list for IP which I spent 4 months on and am getting back to my target weight. I'm still not happy about it but I have no choice. I do it here or in IP and I'd choose here any day of the week!

I'm also finally off supervision after breakfast, can have day leave and am now prepping both my snacks. I'm getting somewhere again and it's such a relief.

I don't know when I'll leave residential but I don't think it will be for a while as I still have so much to learn. I am, however, hoping to start volunteering and driving in March which will give me a lot more freedom. I hope I won't have to stay too much longer, I just want to get on and live my life really.

Sometimes peoples hope for us become our inspiration. Even if we get tired, their hopes and aspirations from us make us feel re energise ourselves..When we lose hope , at the end of the day we all remember the praise we have earned from our loved ones or our teachers which motivates us to push ourselves a little more

So the moral of the story is always try to speak positively to everyone because you never know how you are motivating them in some or the other way

Motivation is not always in the form of verbal conversation, it can be in the form of small gestures as well..Even a pleasant smile can do the magic which words fail to do..So whosoever you meet always try to be good and positive after all its all us who can make the difference
