(Small Spoilers for AvA 6 Episode 2)

There seemed to be only Hollowheads in the little outskirts town that the CG went to. They had nice designs too.

The truck driver was the only Fullhead Stick we saw and he probably didn’t live there. I wonder if there are any Fullheads living in the little town too, though I guess we won’t know unless we see that location again in future episodes. It’s kinda funny there weren’t any Hollowheads (besides Ballista and Agent Smith) in Stick City, and they may not live there either.

There were no tall buildings of Stick City in sight that I noticed, so Rocket Headquarters is probably near the little outskirts town somewhere and possibly far from the city. Lucky the driver was stopping for lunch or whatever errand he had there. It seems like a nice little town and looks a bit like where I live.

i just had to say something under the cut about last night's episode and i really really hope read more's work under the cut but i'm going to tag it as everything under the sun just in case!!!

tess is one of my favorite first-game characters and her death scene was one of the most impactful moments for me in the game, especially when she said she wasn't turning into one of those things so she'd go out in a blaze of glory to give joel & ellie a head start -- but i just really wish they hadn't gone for the game of thrones ick factor to 'shock' audiences with the tendril kiss thing. while tess was already infected and clearly feeling the affects of losing control (her hand, her raging out on the supply crates etc.) i guess i was just sad that anna torv did such a phenomenal job in eps 1-2, only for it to end with something that took me completely out of the emotional moment. like i was this close to tears until they made it into a 'tendrils enter her mouth to speed up the process/connect her to the hivemind'

so i'm a little bitter about it but overall they did give me a phenomenal line (i never ask for anything, not to feel how i felt) that i'm going to run like an olympian with a torch so i guess it's a trade-off idk. just not jazzed about it.

Animal Kingdom 6:1-2 spoilers

Gotta admit, new and final season opened up really good. Just enough amount of flashbacks and they focused on Pope, Baz and more importantly: Julia, not so much Smurf who, as always, is a shitty mother because that’s the only way she knows HOW to be a mother. Spoilers coming:

Also, burning down Gia’s shop was GOLD, not really because of her current behavior, but because she’s so heavily connected to Smurf and a past I’m sure especially Pope wants severed.

Deran kicking the ass of shitty influencers and protecting people from loud neighbors deserves a medal. My noise sensitive autistic heart swelled from that. Good boy!

Craig trying to be a dad and not getting the benefit of the doubt is... sad, yes, but also understandable. I mean, he’s in a way the most decent brother right now, but he’s also a moron.

Julia never had a chance for real, because she’s a girl and Smurf’s internal misogyny is a damn beacon Julia just can’t escape.

For once, J didn’t annoy the hell out of me, but he’s still turning into a little mini Smurf, right now minus the emotional manipulation, but it’s really all business and when I like him, it’s when he’s teaming up with Pope. They bring out the most interesting stuff in each other right now.

Oh, and justice for Adrian, you motherfuckers! I’m NOT giving up on derdrian yet. And yeah, just finished ep 2 now and my boy Pope got himself his own priate skateboard ramp and I LOVE THAT!
