Some meals I've had in the last two days! On Tuesday I had 536 calories and on wednesday I had 779.5! I'm living with my grandparents so my nan keeps buying me food 😭 I feel bad that it's all going to waste.

OKAYYYYY
how in the actual fuck am I still weighing in at 163.4??? It says 163.4 half the time and 162.8 the other half.
I mean I know I broke my fast a little early yesterday but I literally didn’t eat more than 500 cal.. how does that add up???
I’m feeling discouraged. If you have any help/suggestions pls help because I was losing continuous weight for like 3 days there with 1 or 2 lbs a day and now for the past two days it’s been nothing :(
Gonna fast til 7 and eat some of the dinner my mom said she was planning for tonight. It’s avocado toast and shrimp with cocktail sauce. I’ll eat ONE slice of toast (approx 150 cal) and just a few shrimp. (Normally 22 cal for 4) WITHOUT sauce.
I also took a diet pill (razalean) last night and My tummy feels all weird today and I’m having like the weirdest bm. (TMI I know sorry)

Thursday 20th October
205.21 I woke up hungry and caved but that's okay because i can gain control over the day.
I'll work out this evening once the kids are asleep and i won't eat again today.
I don’t get the morning and afternoon walk today because it's half term. So ill work out for longer today.
