request: yes but by my friend haha pairing: dream x reader genre: fluff word count: 531 warnings: n/a pronouns: gender-neutral summary: dream asks you to repeat what you said, not that he didn’t hear you or anything, he just likes your voice.

dream stared at you from the doorway, eyeing the fact you sat on the stairs just to be taller than him. you rose a brow at him, “something wrong dream?” you drawled out, as if you didn’t do this just to prove a point.

he rolled his eyes with a short laugh, “nothing’s wrong, just wondering when you’ll accept you’re shorter than me.” dream teased, snickering while mischievously gleaming at you. after his comment you flipped him off, leaning back against the stairs, folding one leg over your knee. “you’re an asshole.” you grumbled, brows furrowing.

his smile only grew, while he shook his head in amusement, “if you say so dear, if you say so” it was his turn to draw his words out, which seemed more antagonizing than what you had said in the same way before.

you stared at him for a moment before rolling your eyes with a scoff, “ugh, stop being so hot or i’m gonna kick your ass.” your voice was mumbled, but still audible. he was only a couple feet away after all, having walked closer to the stairs.

“I’m sorry what was that?” dream questioned, glancing up at you. his stared burned into your side, and you absolutely refused to look at him after what you just said, your face blooming in a light blush.

“were you not listening?” you expertly quipped back, expertly as long as you ignored the clear embarrassment to your words, and the slight shake to your voice. while you spoke you folded your arms over your chest, staring up at the ceiling of the second floor.

instead of saying anything back you only heard his footsteps, a small chuckle finally leaving the green-hooded man, especially when he suddenly appeared in your view. his mask was tilted slightly back, pulled up onto his head so that his eyes could meet your’s. he leaned down, close enough so that you could feel his breath, which sent a small shiver down your spine. “i was, your voice is just so nice,” he smiled warmly down at you, “like golden carrots being given to me with a regeneration potion on a silver platter, it’s a delicacy that i’ll always enjoy.”

at this point your face felt on fire, the blush spreading to your ears. dream hovered over you, glancing around your face for any sign of distaste or fear. the silence felt prolonged, tension weighing heavy on your heart.

it was minutes more before he finally leaned down, gently pressing his lips to the corner of your’s. he leaned back slightly more, glancing up at your eyes to meet your gaze. you had been staring at him, and before anything could be said he leaned back down again, capturing your lips with his own.

it was a gentle kiss that only lasted for a few seconds, but you swore it could’ve been hours with how the world felt like it froze. dream, when he did pull back again, smiled widely after he did, “so what was that about kicking my ass for being hot?” you froze before hitting his shoulder, hiding your head into his chest out of embarrassment while he laughed.

Since Mattel seems to only have access to Warner Brothers properties, the next few Skullector dolls are going to be very niche according to this list:

I know there's some "Daughter of (gory slasher film villain)" designs out there but I'm not convinced Mattel has the guts to go that direction with Freddy or Jason. I know they won't do the antagonist from the Nun because that's way too controversial for them.

I can see an Annabelle, even if it is a bit meta, but I know it would be a crowd pleaser

Corpse Bride is a no-brainer. You'd have to hate money not to make that one.

Same with Sweeny Todd and his side chick which is what I think that mysterious gray head belongs to

The Meg would be fun! And along those lines, Godzilla would be fucking amazing. Even I'd think about buying one.

Lastly... since Warner Brothers put out the Vampire Chronicles films, now that Anne Rice has passed away, it is still very unlikely, but slightly less unlikely now that we could get a Claudia and Lestat 2-pack

I will admit, starting to play Psychonauts 2 the first thing I did with the introduction of Pins was purchase the Blue color for the Levitation ball...

Loving your headcanons! How about one for a favourite adult character of yours? (If its been already answered, how about we continue the Aquato Fam and talk about Nona?)

Favourite adult character...hmmmm.

My girl CASSIE. (As a fellow Teacher, I feel like Cassie gets me. The way her teacher archetype talks to Raz? Felt that big time).

- I like to think that she and Lucy got along a lot better than the aspect of Lucy in Cassie's secret room lets on. Because out of all the aspects up there, she has the most dialogue. Even in comparison to Boole (even though her tiny bff gets a special place in an alcove). Afterall, they're both badass women who demure behind a different aspect of themselves. I like to think they spent some time talking, giggling together over how Ford and Otto grandstand. I also like to think they helped out a lot with Helmut and Bob's wedding, with Cassie and Compton doing all the catering, and Cassie and Lucy helping with the decorating.

- I also like to think that post game, once she and Compton get better control over the bees, that they could start selling the excess honey. It's like, if the plants in the gulch are partially psitanium laced, and are pollenated by the bees, that stands to reason that the honey itself would be a huge boon for psychic chefs. The Cafeteria starts getting lots of honey based treats, Otto's psi-pops and dreamfluffs start using honey as a natural base and consequently become more potent (and help with hayfever). The Gastronauts are furious over the secret of the famous Green Gulch Honey.

- I also ALSO think that Cassie met Sam before she ran away to the Gulch to be a bee hermit, but she hasn't met Dogen. And when she does she adores him! She and Dogen's parents work out a deal where he can come spend some time in the Gulch, and she gets to whip out her teacher side, as a private tutor. It's a lot quieter out in the Gulch and Dogen likes working with the bees. It's calmer and there's less chance of accidentally hurting others out there. And he gets to learn at his own pace! Plus Raz and Lili can come visit him whenever they want.

Summary: Razputin and Lili find their way to Otto's destroyed lab but entering his mind reveals a change in management and the potential for bad things to follow.

A multi-chapter fanfiction based around @aquato-family-circus ’s “Otto’s Brain DLC”.

Sorry this one took so long - been struggling to find the time and motivation to write after getting a job and everything - but I'm back now with a new chapter! Hoping for more to come soon - stay tuned

The - 'Bad Idea' as a pet - element was thought up by @sunneyspot and @jnixz ! And I love the lil guy even if he is problematic.

It was a good job he had the fore-thought to put his goggles on before he went in but he had to pull up his sweater collar to protect his lungs from all the dust and smoke until it cleared a little through the ventilation system.

The lab was a mess of debris and sparks when Raz entered, the front of the lab practically non-existent from the explosion of the psychoseismometer. Even some of Otto’s devices had perished in the explosion – or at least been buried under the rubble. The Anger one was trying to claw at the rocks on top of it to no avail.

Just as he was surveying the area, he heard the Otto BON open again behind him and was soon face to face with Lili.

“You didn’t think I was gonna let you do this alone, did you?” She had her hands on her hips and furrowing her brow at the junior psychonaut. “So, where is Otto anyway?”

She looked around, her pigtails swinging over one shoulder then the other when she did – finally spotting the old man crumpled up against the brain-frame and pulling Raz with her to get a closer look.

“Agent Mentallis, can you hear us?”

Razputin called out over the sound of rubble still settling, likely from the excavation efforts outside.

Otto didn’t look well, his features were ashen and he had blood pouring down one side of his head as he lay there. He was making a low groaning noise though so that was something at least.

“Otto, wake up! We need to get you out of here before anything else happens.” Lili joined in the effort trying to ruse him from his unscheduled ‘break’. Both children looked to one another before Raz pulled out the psychic portal in his pocket.

“We might be able to convince him to get up if we can find him inside and let him know what’s going on out here, right?”

Lili frowned, unsure how good of an idea this was given Otto was in a state of injury... but then again, if they didn’t get him up and out of this place the last thing they’d be worrying about was his mind being unstable. Reluctantly, she gave a nod and took Raz’s hand as he placed the door on the founding father’s forehead.

“Woah... is this really Otto’s mind?” Lili murmured as she looked around the area they had been dropped into curiously. “It’s... eerie.”

The place seemed far less lit up than when Raz had last visited, and the psytanium path seemed almost less shiny than it had on his first visit. Perhaps that was just his imagination though... He kept hold of Lili’s hand as they made their way to the entrance of the man’s mind maze.

“Hey, watch it!” Raz shouted when suddenly the hedges slammed shut in front of them like a pair of jaws, remaining inaccessible afterwards. “Great... now what do we do?”

Lili looked over the plant with a hum, trying to force it to budge open but the best she could do was pry it open like jaws enough for Raz to get through. Thankfully being in Helmut’s mind had given him a few tricks to deal with fast foes so as soon as Lili let go of the plants mentally, he slowed down time and pulled her through as the hedge slowly shut behind them both.

The trees previously adorned with Psypops and dreamfluffs were barren now, even the leaves seemed to have fallen and died and it was only now that Razputin was noticing a chill in the air.

“Hey Lili, maybe we should-” he was about to suggest leaving the mind just in case something was up with Otto outside but when he turned to address the other 10 year old, she was already making her way inside the tower and up the stairs.

Once he caught up to her, he was about to ask why she’d ran off when he spotted it – it looked like a bad idea but... why was it running away from them? Bad Ideas usually attacked intruders didn’t they?

They both shared the same look of confusion before hurrying after the mental construct like Alice following the White Rabbit.

It wasn’t long before they found what the being was running towards, although it was still surprising.

“0tt0? What are you doing up here? I thought you were supposed to be maintaining Mentallis’ Marvels?”

“Mentallis what?” Lili asked, to which Raz explained: “It’s what I call Agent Mentallis’ mindscape. I give all of them names so it’s easier to remember where I’ve been and what that mind is like.” Lili seemed to get the gist then as she ‘oh’ed and nodded in understanding before turning back to the electrical impulse version of Otto.

He seemed to be happily reclined back in his chair, oblivious to everything going on outside as he looked to them both.

“Ah, if it isn’t Razputin and Truman’s daughter, Lili – sorry, our tours are cancelled for the day, we have far more pressing matters to attend to – busy busy busy!”

He pet something that lay sprawled on his lap purring and Raz tilted his head as he got a look at the thing.

“Uhhh... isn’t that... a bad idea?”

“What, this little fellow? Aww, don’t listen to him – no” 0tt0 responded in a babying voice as he squished the bad idea’s cheeks and seemed to nuzzle it like one might a puppy or kitten. “No, this is a GREAT idea. Honestly, it is so rare to come across them nowadays what with people coming in with new demands and wanting different things – some of those things so massively incomprehensible in relation to time and space and just UGH it makes you wanna EXPLODE!”

He yelled, making all three (including the bad idea) startle until 0tt0 smoothed his hair back and then went back to petting the creature’s head.

“This little guy is gonna change that though – by making us so much more efficient and well organised! All I have to do is follow this little fellow and ‘click’! Everything will be back in order and productive and we can go back to doing what we do best – Inventing and working! No need for breaks or anything silly like that. Just pure, uninterrupted focus.”

“Yeah... that’s definitely a bad idea.” Raz pointed out “– and what about your friends? They’ll miss you if you’re always away working all the time in the lab-”

“HA! Friends? What friends? I don’t need ‘friends’. Friends are what was holding me back! All those icky messy emotions and people always complaining and upset and angry and heartbroken, Bah! Who needs it? Not me.”

“Look Otto – I dunno what’s gotten into you but you need to snap out of it! Your lab is all broken and you’re injured! We need to get you to a doctor or something!”

“I’ve heard enough.”

Suddenly both Lili and Raz were encompassed with two dark tendril-like cables curling around them tightly as 0tt0’s form sparked and grew before them.

“I don’t need help. I never needed anyone’s help but my own. So you two can just buzz off.”

They both yelped as they were suddenly zapped out of Otto’s mind, staggering back a few steps at the forced ejection whilst Otto merely blinked awake blearily, frowning as he looked up. For a moment, the kids were confused as to what he was looking at but then they both turned and saw for themselves.

“Ford?”
