i was talking with a friend about bachelorette parties and I was telling them how I would have a terrible time if they hired a stripper or something like that because of my irredeemable shyness, crippling demisexuality and overwhelming social anxiety, and they asked "even if they looked like harrington and was wearing the scoops uniform?" and I didn't know how to speak anymore but I managed to tell them "especially in those circumnstances."

「Hikaru LIVE TOUR 2024 -FEATURES-」 Live Goods

Hikaru just revealed the live goods for her upcoming solo tour. The line-up features a t-shirt, a hand towel, a neckstrap, a keyholder, a sticker-set and most importantly, an album, containing all of her single releases since becoming a freelance artist. Every purchased album comes with a random alternative cover photo as tokuten. (Source). Dammit, now I need to find a way to get my hands on that album because apparently, there are no plans to ever sell this stuff online.

Postponement of Toyama Performance

Due to the powerful earthquake striking central Japan on January 1, it was decided to postone the Toyama Live to a February date. (Source). Over 2000 fans participated in Hikaru's poll on whether or not she should postone the performance. While most people in the comment section seemed to be okay with the original date, a majority of voters were in favour of a postponement. Ultimately, that's probably the best course of action considering the circumnstances. I am just glad they were able to find a new date this quickly and that the live wasn't cancelled completely.

bez and marc are actually so similar... gay ass dog lovers, big smile plastered on the face, they love their family fiercely (found and blood alike)... isn't bez's hate motivated by his love for vale? as adora said they're two sides of the same coin, they are different only because of the circumnstances. i'd say they are very different on track but of track... not so much

I don't. Like them. Because I remember that a shipper of them harassed me on twitter but, overall I just don't like their dynamic.

1/10 on romantic terms, but when it comes to friendship terms it's kinda complicated.

Since, I think that their early friendship on s1 was very important to mark their development, but I think that it's also interesting how they kept holding grudges against eachother (mostly Paper towards Knife but. what was he expecting. he was going against Knife), yet never really talked to eachother at all afterwards. I think quite fondly about Justin describing their past friendship as:

"People who separated due to circumnstances, grew, and when they saw eachother again they couldn't believe they hanged around with this guy"

Which is really interesting. They're not on bad terms apparently, but neither are also in good terms. They're very neutral all things considered, and I think it makes sense too, since Knife is probably holding a grudge towards the guy as well, but they don't say anything about it to eachother and kept living their lifes on the same place.

So I'd say that for platonic terms... 7/10.

The parallels between Meta and Banica

Meta and Banica are actually more similar than meets the eye...they don't have just a very similar appearence...they are not just a pair of Meiko-coded characters.

Here is a list of other similarities the both of them share (you can tell me if you find more to this):

They have both lived their girlhood alone

Meta was the third "ghoul child" of Seth. At one point, Meta escapes from him because she has feared to be put into a refrigerator in "lunaca labora", as Seth has done so to the previous "ghoul child" before her, as a "failed experiment". For more context, read this scene of the "crime" novel.

In her escape, the girl falls off a cliff and loses her memories.

I had run from Seth, fearing being put in cold storage like my “older brother”.

While on the run I had fallen from a cliff…and lost my memories. ("crime", chapter 5, scene 12).

After that, Meta didn't remember much about her life, until her twentieth birthday.

Both the "crime" novel and the song "escape of the witch Salmhofer" state that Meta has lived in loneliness for the first twenty years of her life.

She could only remember fragments of her memories from when she was young, but whatever the case she had rooted in her heart the knowledge that she was an orphan and had lived her life alone, and the awareness that she hated everything in this world. ("crime", chapter 5, scene 2).

Not knowing my father, and not knowing my mother,

I had grown up all alone ("escape of witch Salmhofer").

About Banica, her childhood circumnstances are very different: she has spent the first ten years of her life with her family with the "gula disease" and everything I have talked about in the last post. The song "drug of gold" states how Banica also has "spent her girlhood alone".

It seemed she, too, spent her girlhood all alone Her mother dead, her father with a sick heart, and her home fallen to ruin ("drug of gold").

This fact is also pointed out in the Conchita novel as well. You can read it here.

In a nutshell, Carlos Marlon (the third prince of Marlon) is not very on board with the arranged marriage with Banica. If you read the first scene of the "soup" chapter of the novel, you can kind of get the gist on why the man doesn't want the marriage.

Anyway, Ron Grapple (the chief retainer of the Conchita household) understands Carlos' lack of motivation to pursue the marriage and he makes a big speech about how the marriage between him and Banica could have been a way for the latter to achieve a little bit of serenity after the many years of unhappiness, due to the "gula disease".

Ron also mentions about Banica living her girlhood alone and how Arte and Pollo have been her only friends.

“Thank you most graciously–Due to the illness of her youth, lady Banica has been alone, unable to make any friends for herself. Those twins, Arte and Pollo…when I hired on those two so close to lady Banica in age as retainers, it was because I thought they could serve to substitute as friends for her. Thanks to that, our shy lady Banica has become a little bit more cheerful lately.“ ("evil food eater Conchita", soup, scene 3).

In his speech, the retainer lies about the abuse perpetrated by Megour and the fact that Banica has never been ill with the "gula disease".

Despite that, it is still true that Banica has never been able to have friends (barring the aforementioned twins) and spent her girlhood in loneliness, due to the heart-crushing disease afflicting the family and her mother's abuse.

There's no much elaboration on that, but at the very least...at one point, because of Megour, all Banica has been doing was to eat in fear of her mother.

Both Banica and Meta have impacted the world (negatively for Meta and positively for Banica) after or around their twentieth birthdays.

After the parenthesis of the abusive relationship with the farmer, Meta joins Pale Noel in the "apoalypse" terroristic organization after her twentieth birthday (read this scene)

Of course that has many consequences for the society of their country as she has engaged in destruction of villages (including the village of Nemu, which was a big plot-point ìn Eve Moonlit's life) and terrorism (until she had been finally caught).

When I was 20, the one I loved was

A criminal who was splattered with red, fresh blood

And fled to a corrupted love ("escape of the witch Salmhofer").

About Banica...when she has been nineteen, she has started to travel around the world and in those trips she has managed to make a revolution out of her country's cuisine.

When she turned nineteen, Banica left on a journey to tour various countries with her twin retainers Arte and Pollo, to search for yet more types of food. ("evil food eater Conchita", poisson, scene 1).

The culinary revolution is also recorded in history books in-series.

They both have lived in abusive environments before they have had an impact on their world (which is the previous point).

Before joining Pale, Meta has been abused by a farmer repeatedly. This is stated in the "crime" novel in a scene I have already linked (the first one after the second element of the listing).

Of course those events have an impact on Meta's future because she later attaches to the men who has saved her (Pale) and loyally follows him in everything...and that also has consequences with how she has affected the world around her.

With this I'm not saying that the only reason Meta loves Pale is because he had rescued her from the farmer. I think there is actually more than one reason, but I won't talk about that now. Nevertheless, I do believe that Pale rescuing Meta from the farmer (maybe because she has felt like she has had a debt with him; this is my speculation of which I have zero proof, though) is a factor that explains Meta's great loyalty to Pale.

I was unable to grasp her whereabouts for a while—but eventually I received word from Pale that he’d found her and was taking care of her.

It seemed that she showed quite the obedient side towards him. ("crime" novel, chapter 4, scene 4).

As for Banica, I have already talked about her relationship with Megour, her mother and how it has affected her in my last post (link).

They are both mothers to Hansel and Gretel (in different ways).

Meta is the biological mother of Hansel and Gretel.

Hansel and Gretel probably see Meta in Banica (it can be for the similar appearence, most likely).

That is an in-series speculation by "Ma" in the "evils kingdom" album booklet, though. We don't really know if that is true or not but I believe it can be plausible, at least (especially since during the Conchita novel, the twins hold their memories of their past lives. Still, Meta has died not so much after their birth...therefore I'm not really sure about their memories about her).

In my personal opinion, perhaps they saw in Banica a “trace of their mother”.

As for how Banica regards the twins...as long as the series goes, she sees them as either "friends" (as shown before) or "servants".

For that reason I think the mother-children relationship between the twins and Banica is more likely a one-sided one.

Banica and Meta have rescued their children (in different ways).

Meta has been the product of a sperimentation and has lived her life in sadness. In the series, Hansel and Gretel are the same.

Fearing that her children would live the same life of unhappiness as her, she takes them away from the country with her.

With this I want to come back to the comment of @rileyrose31 that I have started to comment the last time.

The first kind act she does (for the record I haven't read the novel yet, so correct me if I'm wrong) is done when she sees herself in her children. Wanting to give them a better life than she had, she breaks them out of the lab.

Meta in the "crime" novel is a completely sadistic and unsociable individual; she does a lot of nice things for Pale's plans and wants to please him, but that's basically it.

We can say that the twins are the first people Meta gets nice with (outside of Pale): she has compassion, love and (motherly) care for them, unlike with anyone else, except Pale.

Banica is also motherly to her child and rescues her from herself and her selfish hunger.

We don't know if Banica's attitude towards the child is due to a "projection" on the woman's part (whether or not she sees herself in the child as Meta has seen herself in her children) or awareness she had been re-enacting an abusive cycle. This is up to speculation.

Whatever the case may be, both have wanted for their children to have a happy life, with or without them in tow.

Would Yuma choose violence and if so, under what circumnstances is she choosing violence under absolute necessity or/and with her free will?

Absolutely. The first thing you need to know about Yuma Chitose is that girl is a healer.

She prefers to solve her situations through talking, through reaching out her hand, through encouraging words. But sometimes- many times- people just aren't willing to listen.

And as a healer she knows how to fix someone up, she also knows how to knock 'em down. Especially since she can go from smiling to bringing a hammer down on you in the span of a few seconds while you process that maybe threatening a Sakura wasn't a good idea.

Violence certainly isn't the solution to every problem, but when it is Yuma is spectacular at it. Kyoko has more than taught her how to protect herself and she's got a bunch of tricks from the quintet in her back pocket. (My favourite concept is her attaching one of Mami's ribbons to her hammer so now she has a ranged option of tossing it and pulling it back to her)

I don't think it's a "absolute necessity" type of situation. She avoids it mostly but she doesn't have to be pushed that far before she's fighting. Again, Kyoko influence. She's gonna be compassionate and understanding but if someone is needlessly hurting others or refusing to listen she isn't going to let them push her around.

#I think the gentle and understanding characters are also the most combat capable #Madoka is fucking devestating after all #Yuma would love for people to sit down and talk about their issues #But they won't and so she has to Nanoha them by putting them into the ground first #(Yuma choses violence is also a part of ASM fdjghfdk)

I have many leads and it's easy to see similarities; although, since the list first started to expand, there are some notable deviations from what I would've initially considered "my type".

however, one thing every one of them have in common so far –and something I suspect will hold true in any future cases– is that these are all women (or girls) that like other women. and I don't mean that (just) in a romantic or sexual way –although yeah, that's often true as well!

I mean, these are girls and women who like to be around women, who enjoy their company, who YEARN to be close to other women. sometimes due to circumnstances they would've started their journey separated from other women, maybe they've never quite had them around and don't know to identify that as what they need, maybe they suffered a loss (of any kind) and consciously pulled away from other women for a while; but in the end, this is their natural inclination.

maybe it's because I don't know any other way of being, and the contrary is borderline incomprehensible to me LOL. but I also don't think I'd be quite as interested, quite as... endeared, I'd say, by a female lead that went against this trend.

Usually I only search for candidates amongst the adolescent age group of humanity, more so focusing on young teenage girls than boys. However, circumnstances have changed so that I may now speak with you.

Currently the creature you call your daughter has run afoul of a Magical Girl I had not met, myself. This Magical Girl - who you would call a Rogue - has hunted down Klarissa von Seckendorff-Kaname and pursued her to the decommisioned industrial complex east of our current position.

Your potential has not dwindled all these years later; In fact, your potential has actually grown since first ever met. It would be a waste should I not attempt to offer you our services once more. After all, you and your family have done so much to increase our efforts in diminish Entropy's call, as well as offer inisght on the true nature of Magical Girls and Witches.

So I must ask, for your family, for your friends, for your loved ones -

Kaname Madoka, will you make a contract with me?

"M-Mama...?!"

Kaname Madoka turned her head away from the girl currently trapped within stone and metal, seeing the steady rise and fall of the toga-esque robes, and focused on her daughter. The slumpt over sight of her child, laying on her side in a puddle bloody ichor, wooden arms burnt off into soldering splinters - The sight was etched into her mind, her daughter's pale form coated in blood and singed.

Madoka smiled, a fragile thing as she stared into her daughters eyes. She so desperately wanted to run over and craddle her baby girl, to soothe her worries and take her back home. Even as the tears weld up behind her eyes, Madoka restrained herself, emulating her lover's stoicism and apathy.

Taking slow steps into the disturbed room, the Magical Woman forced her gaze back to the person lodged in the wall, smoothing out her face into a frown.

"If you're still awake, could you please listen to me?" Leather groaned as the staff was slowly twirled in a lazy spin. "I can tell that what I say will never stop you from fighting, that you will never stop in whatever mission you set yourself on; I know all too well what that does to someone."

A sharp inhale of breathe from behind, the wet floundering from Klarissa ceasing. Madoka felt her child's eyes bore holes into her back, a question on her lips that she knew she'd have to answer after... this.

"What you're doing is destroying you. You may think that you're still indomitable, but you'll fall apart sooner than later." With each step the Magical Woman tapped the butt of her staff on the ground, sweaping away stray rubble. "I won't try to dissuade you from your quest - not matter what, I would never wish for anyone to give up. Even so..."

The mother halted a pace early, the giant claymore missing her nose by a hair as it reached it's peak into the roof. The False Angel struggled to free herself from the wall for nary a moment. Launching herself towards her enemy, the Angel reached her gauntlet arm to claw at Madoka's neck. The elder merely flicked her wrist, smacking away the claw with barely any effort, and slamming the rose-head into the younger's face. A second passes and the Angel was sent flying entirely through the wall and into an empty parking lot, Madoka left behind with an arm stretched out, the rosebud blooming into a sharp crystal.

Mother looks behind to daughter, both their eyes shining with tears.

"Don't worry. I won't keep you long."

With a wave of her staff behind her, Madoka left in a flash of white light through the human shaped hole she made. Klarissa was left in an empty room, her wounds reversing to pristine condition as her arms reverted back from ash.

...

You would not hesitate? I was led to assume that you would still be adverse to the idea of signing a contract, Kaname Madoka.

"Silly Kyubey... You just can't understand.

"All my life, I've always felt... inferior... unworthy, of all the good things in my life. I've gotten better at not seeing myself that way, at truly seeing the reality of everything in my life... but those thoughts will always be with me... to the end of my days.

"And besides... I always wanted to be a magical girl, if only to help ease their burdens. This was just... a long time in the making."

...

Kaname Madoka let instinct take over, landing into a small roll before hopping herself upright. Embedded into the asphalt just a few meters away was the enemy Magical Girl, clawing herself out of the stone angel hole her body made. The potential feedback loop Homura created was said to have dramatically increased her and the other Quintets latent potential power, yet that didn't mean much to Madoka when Homura hadn't been able to find - let alone keep - a baseline for them all.

The teenager stood up into a slouch, nursing a phantom bruise on her cheek with one clawed hand. The robes were ruffled from the sudden flight, disheveled by the impact, revealing a bronze breastplate that had a dull amber gem embedded where the heart was. The gauntlets also had gems embedded into them, and so too were the grieves that were freed from the pale cloth.

None of the gems shone like a fresh Soul Gem should, nor were any of them sullied by darkness.

...That actually makes sense, when Madoka gave it some thought.

Golden eyes - literal, glowing golden eyes - locked onto the older woman, malice and contempt radiating from the girl. The Angel rose from her slouch, refusing to show weakness in the face of adversity.

"You... farce of a Hero... Do you not understand, the truth of that sham? The origins of that vile creature?!" The Angel raised one palm to the side, lightning gathering into a spear before her claymore manifested, the chime appearing with a soft ring in her off-hand.

Madoka merely continued to stand still, unprovoked by the hostility. A lazy hand rose, gripping the branch staff at the center with its other. The rose gem flashed a bright pink before the woman seperated her staff in two; another rose bloomed at the bottom of the staff, the flowers encomposing the shafts in thorns until they formed crystaline blades

"I do, and I can understand how you could resolve yourself into doing these things. What I can't is how you can keep going through with what you're doing, especially with ehat you obviously know.

"...But I suppose that's a lie. You hurt my daughter, beacuse of what you know. Is that right?"

A bell tolled, the dull sound ringing across the entire lot. The Magical Girl's exposed flesh became an iridescent glow, piercing golden light engulfing the two inhabitants in the middle of nowhere. Madoka lowered herself into crouched stamce, weapons held out towards her opponent.

"Enough, cretin. You know nothing of my cause. Everything I have done, it has been for for the betterment of all humanity! No one- Nay! Nothing shall stand in the way of purifying this wretched world. Not even you, trechorous ilk!"

"... Then, I'm sorry."

Could I draw this Madoka I would, but I cant, so she's forever stuck as words with her cool *temporary* outfit and sick stick.

This cliffhanher aint just gonna be fo' show, btw, Madoka's canon prowess and several examples of said power *cough Walpy death cameo cough* both leave me in awe and terror. Get your butts ready for when I have Madoka body a child and put the fear of god in her.

assorted interesting shots/situations from Splendeurs 1975

This shot of Esther right after being exposed at the bal-masqué is so so good, quietly eerie like a magritte painting. (this chapter was all about mirrors)

Then we get a bit of unexpected physical comedy. Vautrin tries to break in Esther's appartment bc there's no answer when they call, her tiny landlady mimicks knocking while he bangs his fist against the door and pushes this massive man while he's trying to bring it down

We get to see some of what Lucien calls the “dangerous games” Vautrin likes to play. Remember how turned on he was about the possibility of Rastignac could be wishing his death,way back in père Goriot? Well. Vautrin hands a pistol to Lucien:

but he can't bring himself to do it.

This is what happens.

Balzac describes a verbal discussion that ends with Lucien trying to hit Vautrin only to fall into his arms. this series though this needed even more powerplay and implied blow jobs (it fits so I'm not mad, it's not gratuitous)(vautrin thinks people trying to kill him and then yielding to him is kinda hot so)

This Vautrin-Herrera is actually willing to walk into the prison. again, not in the book but it's something he could have done, it's equivallent to his disguising as William Barker while only wearing a blue pince-nez. He's laughing at everyone, walking straight into their hands and getting away with it.

He recruits some prisoners, waving his arms widely in a fatherly embrace, « approchez, mes enfants! » (plotting ensues)(meanwhile the authorities think he's just succeeded to make them convert to christianity)(typical balzackery)

then we got the canne de combate scence I didn't screen cap. (it was good. very violent!)(and now extreme zooming in which is something this show loves!!)(but would not work at all as just stills)

we also got to meet Jacqueline and Prudence, but so far Jacqueline is totally ruined, turned into an stern shouty woman, and Prudence hasn't done anything of note yet except looking like an evil soubrette.

Vautrin has a fabulous robe de chambre but he's one of those persons in a period movie who under no circumnstances remove their wig :P (I get he dislikes his shaved head but. It would be cool to see him unwind and be wig-less) (at least in the all too brief bedroom scenes) Here he's chilling, waiting for Lucien to get back from work, having a drink, looking generally pleased with himself...

Only to be interrupted by Paccard who's stressed bc he killed some mouchards with his cane and is super upset. Vautrin kicks him out bc he wants to be alone with lucien some more claiming he'll get everything fixed later. But of course gets distracted by Lucien and is not shown to be getting the dead mouchard situation fixed at all. End of chapter.

(the paintings in the wall are worth paying attention to as well, his and Lucien's are all mythology scenes in a neoclassical style whereas Esther's new appartment is wallpapered on some kind of rousseau inspired state of nature paradise scenes)

I am a great fan of the idea of fandom being a release from you daily life. Like, I don't know your circumnstances, you don't know mine, but this made up space that we happen to share with a lot of people is giving me peace for a little while. It makes me happy.

Honestly, throwing shade towards someone else's headcanon that's different than yours is kind of... disappointing? Saddening? I don't know, if you don't like a particular content, just don't consume it, it's that easy. Making people feel bad for what makes them happy (and that is by no means causing any harm to anyone) feels so gratuitious.

Also, it's fandom. It's literally a bunch of people playing "imagine this" altogether. "Imagine this" as in "everything we are going to say next is explicitly not canon". "Imagine this" as in steddie is based on a wishful thinking between a canonically straight (that we know of) guy and a literal dead man (that we certainly do know of).

I guess what I'm trying to say is just 'let's keep our side of the street clean', as some wise woman said once.

Just-- Just Hakuna Matata. It is really that simple.

Upcoming Zoom therapy session under my current circumnstances

TW brief mention of abuse and domestic violence

As I've mentioned before, this guy who is "hosting" me has become like my shadow. He doesn't leave me alone except when he's sleeping, and I cannot go out anywhere alone.

I had originally scheduled the usual in-person session with my therapist for next week, but this guy told me that he would take me there, wait for me outside the building and pick me back when I'm done. I honestly don't want him to know where my therapist's office is located, so I requested to change the meeting to Zoom modality.

I absolutely hate online meetings. I have to see myself when the camera turns on and in the viewfinder and that distracts me. My body dysmorphia gets really bad. Plus sometimes the audio quality is not great, there are connection issues, etc. And I just miss seeing my therapist in person.

My "host" will be in the next room listening to music or watching something. I won't be so free to discuss my current situation. So I emailed my therapist to give him a heads up, and to find a way in which I can at least express my frustration regarding what's going on, without putting myself in danger or in an uncomfortable situation.

We decided that when I need to talk about what's going on here, my therapist will ask me Yes/No/Maybe questions, so I can give some information and he can give me some feedback and advice without giving away what we are discussing, until I can see him in person and talk freely.

And as I've mentioned before I have plenty plenty of other trauma to sort through, like the violence I experienced with my ex, for starters. So we won't be short of topics for sure...

Complementary hexagrams

When asking The Book of Changes, a same hexagram may emerge from several different origins, so the meaning is different depending on the situation it derives from. This is particularly appreciated when reading the hexagram complementing the main sign we got (the tendential one).

To easily see the range of meanings, let's look at 5 hexagrams deriving into Yü (16, Enthusiasm) if just one particular line changes.

Three of them are changing the lower trigram to Kun, so they become Yü (formed by lower Kun or Earth + upper Chen or thunder). But that single change implies a different situation for each one of them:

Chen (51, Shake) becoming Yü (16)

Lower trigram Chen becomes Kun. The situation is like a thunder (51: Chen inside and outside) but the shaking is in the external world, in the outside, in the action, in social situations. And emptiness emerges inside (lower Earth).

Hsieh (40, Untangled) becoming Yü (16)

Lower trigram K'an (abyss) becomes Kun, too. Skillfully handling a situation lacking cohesion, the danger of an abyss disappears (2º ruling line changes). Do you notice Yü's fervor and joy?

Hsiao Kuo (62, Small Exceeding) becoming Yü (16)

Lower trigram Ken (mountain) becomes Kun. The steadiness and firmness of a mountain presenting no needs nor accepting external influences finally give up, losing calmness and changing because of circumnstances.

Other two situations, deriving into Yü either by just one particular change, involve upper trigrams:

Ts'ui (45, Gathering Together) becoming Yü (16)

Upper trigram Tui (lake) becomes Chen. In a happy, joyful and satisfactory encounter involving things or people, we should expect big changes, news, important events to take care of, or disturbances that may create an impasse situation.

Chin (35, Development) becoming Yü (16)

Upper trigram Li (fire) becomes Chen. In a situation of slow advancement by taking progressive actions, which we should take care of and balance, we make a move forwards and according to bigger expectations, making a turn or changing direction, altering the path we've been following. Do you perceive Yü's bold feeling?

The awakening of Yü may be openly disturbing (51), a celebration (40), a failure (62), an alteration (45) or a bit risky decision (35). Sensibility to movement is the quality allowing us to perceive the variances and details the oracle provides.

We could add more trigrams, such as nuclear tendencies (2-3-4 and 3-4-5 lines) pushing to one direction or the other one, but they've been not included here for making the reading easier.

Knife x oj

Continuating with the ship ratings... oof, this one. Alright.

On a platonic setting? 5/10.

On a romantic setting? 0/10.

I thought that the ship was nice at the start until my for you page was filled with them at one point, and contrary to popular belief, being exposed to a ship that you don't care about doesn't make you like it, but it made me really bored of it really quickly. They're just. Really boring as a couple because of that to me. I guess I can see the appeal...? Overwhelmed/overworked bussiness man x jerk that has feelings is nice but doesn't really work with them. To me.

However if we go on a platonical perspective. It's like Test Tube and Mic to me. Given the circumnstances they went through (and OJ considering Knife a backstabber because of what he did to Paper on s1), it's a really hit-or-miss situation. I don't think they necessarily can't stand eachother, but you won't really see them hanging out voluntarily either if there isn't someone else with them. Especially since Knife doesn't really have patience towards OJ anyway. Yet, again, they sound like the voices of reason, so their dynamic as friends might be interesting.

But, that's the problem. I have never not seen any content of them that is on a platonical light, or that explore their friendship as a whole. But I don't think they have much going on either, neither /r or /p. I don't really have much energy either on exploring them as of now. I see them being friends in law though 👍 (for Pickle)
