how did you change yr gender and name illegally if you don't mind answering??

Sure, I'll gladly explain!

For context I live in Germany, where the currently only way to change your name and gender as a trans person is through an extremely expensive process (up to 2000€) that involves two often very dehumanising psychological assessments and it needs to be approved by the Amtsgericht (district court or whatever). It’s not even sure if name and gender changes will be approved and then you’ve spent all that money for nothing.

And I didn’t want to do that.

This is where the loophole in the current law comes in. In Germany, intersex people can change their name and gender rather easily. They can go to the registry office (Standesamt) and get the changes done there for a much smaller cost.

All that’s needed for that is a medical certificate (ärztliche Bescheinigung) that says that they’re a person with a “variation of gender/sex development”. In German, that would be “Variante der Geschlechtsentwicklung” (note that there’s no difference between sex and gender in the German language).

If you’re thinking “hey that diagnosis also applies to trans people”, you’d be correct!

I’m trans and got that diagnosis from a doctor I trust (meine Hausärztin <3) and took it to the Standesamt. It’s illegal to change your name that way as a trans person and it doesn’t always work, you might get caught or whatever idk, but when they specifically and very suspiciously asked me if I was intersex I lied and said yes. And voilà, I got my name and gender changed.

That cost me 39€ plus a new ID for 23€ (I had previously sent some documents to the Amtsgericht and that already cost me more than that)

Sunday my dear Sunday. Where to start. he is…complex. I want to throw him into concrete but also! Tuck him in and give him a forehead kiss.

First of all, there’s still a lot to find out about his character, plus all the theories going crazy so I don’t have THAT much to write about (for now) (also this is the third time I’m writing this post because my tumblr keeps glitching).

i just want to say I have MANY thoughts about him. First; the character design. It’s so good, I absolutely LOVE angel themed characters (no surprises when you see the theme of my blog too). second; The 2.1 trailblaze mission. (SPOILERS BELOW !!!) The one that made me wanna put in in a blender in a bad way (because I love aventurine and got invested as hell) but also wow, I mean he’s the villain so a villains gonna villain. In a way I feel like he’s getting the cocolia treatment from hoyoverse, except cocolia turning evil on us was much faster, and the fandoms behavior towards them is very different (I have never seen anyone say they love cocolia and tbh I don’t love her either, but it’s more for personal reasons probably ) but I’ll talk about that in another post maybe. It also seems to me that Sunday has a lot more redeemable qualities,like sure he is shown to be manipulative and merciless, but the also deeply cares for the ones he loves, for example when he confronts Gallagher about Robins murder (that scene made me SO SAD STOP). And Robin ooooh Robin I love her she’s so interesting, but this is about Sunday.

but so far, I really like his character, he’s complex and morally grey for sure, and RAAAAH I LOVE THIS I’m so normal about him I swear (๑>◡<๑)

While he’s be is complex is he also kinda memeable and bulliyable ? Yes. Every character is bullyiable to me. Especially my favorites, they can’t escape, that’s though love baby.
