- He has tried a surprising amount of different energy drinks, like monster, red bull, Gatorade, Mountain Dew and ect. He also always has at least one energy drink at home.

butterfly motif 🦋& vedic astrology

ive wanted to exclusively dedicate a post towards the use of the butterfly motif in pop culture, so here it is!! i think butterflies have had a re-emergence in fashion in the last few years and im here for it!!

🦋 as i've mentioned in many other posts, the nakshatras closely tied to using this motif repeatedly are the pisces rashi nakshatras of ubp and revati along with punarvasu nakshatra.

Venus exalts in Pisces and ive noticed that these natives are often drawn to Venusian aesthetics and imagery.

my own take is that, since pisces is the final rashi and the point of "absolution" it represents the end of chrysalis, when all elements have come together to create transformation; in pisces there is nothing left to do, but seek liberation from these cycles (its purpose is moksha,after all) and dissolve entirely into the cosmic ocean.

a butterfly is a beautiful symbol, representing not only the death of the creature that inhabited the cocoon but also reminding us that that death is necessary because only then can something as beautiful as a butterfly emerge from within that womb. the womb is the source of creation but you're not meant to stay there forever, that's not just stagnancy, that's death. birth is a painful process because you're leaving behind the only place you've ever known but you have no other option so you must be brave enough to face it.

this brings us to the connection of punarvasu nakshatra to butterflies. punarvasu's deity is goddess Aditi who is creation itself; she is the cosmic mother, she created this universe. in pisces, you seek liberation from the cycles of life but in punarvasu, life, the universe, creation itself takes place. thus it represents the butterfly emerging from the cocoon to claim its identity as a butterfly because the life it led before that was a non-life, it wasn't yet a butterfly, it was a non-being. goddess Aditi embodies infinite space and primordial vastness. what better way to represent the cosmic abundance than with a symbol like a butterfly? 🦋you cannot ask who created you because you are your own creation

You guys would probably meet at the entertainment district whilst he's in his slutty little open chest robey thingy

You just walking with your little hand woven basket full of fruits and breads and delicious things and Tengen sees you and its like he was hit in the head by Aphrodite herself

To him you were stunning

Immediately the urge to get to know you was stronggggggg

So he did

Obviously you thought it was a bit strange having a random and incredibly attractive man just come and talk to you out of the blue but you weren't resisting

After a little bit of talking you learned his name was Tengen Uzui and he was a frequent at the Entertainment District. He was a very loud man and very expressive aswell. If he had an opinion you should be sure he wasn't keeping it to himself nu uh

Over the next couple of days Tengen would meet up with you and spend the day with you no matter if it was walking around markets and choosing different things to snack on or going a little while out from the district and having a little walk in the fields

Eventually when you felt you two were close enough, you shared you dislike of how you looked with him. He immediately reacted to that.

He went on a rant about how you should love your body and how you are one of the flashiest people he has ever met and you and your rolls are one of the things he loves about you

You watched him with a smile as you realised what he said while he went on the rest of his strongly opinionated talk before eventually stopping and looking down slightly at you, realising aswell what he had said.

His eyes softened and a small smile grew kn his face as yours went red and you tilted your head down in an effort to hide you embarrassment. Tengen chuckled slightly before sliding his thumb under your chin and tilting your head up and pressing his lips to yours before you could speak.

You melted into it and once he pulled away you slammed your head into his chest attempting to once again, hide your red face. You felt one of his hands slide behind your hair and rest on the back of you neck whilst the other rested on your waist as he brought you into a firm hug.

After this little event, he told you about his wives. You thought they sounded sooooo cool but were a little afraid about what they would think of you because of how you looked.

Tengen immediately shut these thoughts down once you told him, expressing loudly on how they'd love you. And he was right

The moment you stepped foot on his estate three different blurs of colour came shooting towards you enveloping you in a hug and dragging you towards the house.

They all introduced themselves and you all spent the evening baking and chatting as you warmed up to them and finally felt at home and safer then you had in a long time.

I'm figuring out blender using your models! It's been a super fun experience. This is the first render that I've made using a full body + head!

Some problems I'm facing so far are:

I don't know how to color his hands.

I can't get his neck piece to stay with the rest of his head!

Replacing the texture of the suit is HARD.

If you could help me out with those things (and also help me out with any other problems you see with this render) that would be greatly appreciated! Feel free to not do that, though.

oh, this rocks! really long post below!

as for question 1: enter the "shading" tab at the top of blender,

and click on the hands. at the bottom of your screen will be this whole jumble of nodes. click on the "Attribute" one to highlight it, and then delete it.

After you've deleted it, you need to click on the gray next to the letter "A". Click on "Hex" in the menu that pops up, and put in the hex code of the colour of the hands you want. For Flint, that'll be (around) F14E18.

Yay! your hands have colours now!!!

as for question 2:

so, when you append a cog head model to the body model file, it'll kind of just be sitting there. what you need to do to attach this head to the body is to first enter Pose Mode while you have the head's armature (bunch'a bones) selected. then, select their bottommost bone (typically named "root"). for Flint, it's this one right here.

once you've selected the root, click on the blue bone with the thingie around it in the Properties menu in the bottom right.

Click Add Bone Constraint, then click "Child Of" (rectangled in red below)

this constraint is going to make this bone follow the bone of another armature. for this, we want the armature it follows to be the body, so click on the empty field labelled "target" and type "suitA" into the box (or suitB, suitC, etc. dependent on the body). then, click on the empty field labelled "bone" and type in "head" (NOT joint_head!! just head!!). this will make the whole head snap to the neck!

your constraint will look like this:

and flint will look like this:

and... the little thingie around his neck didn't snap up! this is an issue that happens with flint's head, and to my recollection, only flint's head. not to worry, we can fix this by putting the exact same constraint but in the "Constraints" tab of the armature this time.

okay, that fixes him.

as for question 3:

go into the "UV Editing" tab of blender, navigate to the suit texture on the left, click "Image" and then click "Unpack".

it'll prompt you again after you click unpack, just click "Remove Pack". after you do that, click "Image" again, but this time click "Replace". this will open up a file choosing menu. navigate to wherever you stored the blender ports, and there should be a folder of suit textures. open that and double click on firestarters suit texture.

and... there we go! firestarter! in the.. metal!

as for anything else:

the only thing i notice about this render is that some things could be hidden, like the bowtie, other size of tie, and the health insignia. in the top right of blender, there's a listing of everything in the scene. everything has a little eye icon and a camera icon to the right of it. if you click the eye icon you won't be able to see it anymore in the viewport, and if you click the camera you won't see it in the render.

knowing this, you can just make some stuff (like the white health insignia and the bowtie) go away by doing this!

also. if you want to have the health insignia become a certain colour like it does in game, all you need to do is the same thing you did to the hands. go to shader tab, click on the health insignia (and the glow), remove Attribute, add colour, bam!

one last thing that may help if you are unaware: you can make a render transparent by just clicking this in the "Render" tab of "Properties". navigating menus is for nerds, though, so you can just type "transparent" into the search bar and it'll show you where you can see that. turn "Filter Size" down to 0.00 px if you want no antialiasing, also.

sorry for making this an excessively long post! i hope that it helps you in some fashion! i worry about putting too many images in 1 post sometimes but i hope that they help! also i am glad you are having fun with blender :o) playing with ttcc models like they are dolls is how i learned literally anything that i know about blender! so it makes me happy seeing other people learn blender for ttcc stuff.

yeah, remember that demon turning into your favourite character thingy that i wrote? imagine finally gathering up enough courage to fuck them.

they know you want them and they don’t need to read your mind to see it. it’s what their appearance is supposed to invoke — attraction, a pull so strong an ordinary human like you can’t possibly resist it. the signs of interest that you begin to exhibit after merely a couple of months of co-existing together are nothing but blatant, and are so painfully obvious that even an unearthly being like them can decipher them just fine.

the way you start to pass by them dressed in nothing else but a t-shirt and colourful, attention-seeking underwear that peek from underneath the hem tells them everything they need to know. how you intently watch from the corner of your eye if their gaze indeed does follow you afterwards exposes you completely as well. you poor little thing, you’ve even stooped so low that you’ve completely abandoned the idea of locking the bathroom door whenever you go in there to bathe.

as if a measly door could ever hold them back if they really wanted to grab ahold of you and—

maybe they do want to. perhaps the thought had crossed their mind once or twice. i mean, why wouldn’t it? it’s fascinating and appealing, and you’re sweet, so utterly human. just as lonely as they are. fragile and easy to bend; break as well. they’re well aware of the fact that you’d be responsive and would offer them that short high that sometimes makes them feel like they’re alive even if there is no blood rushing through their veins and the spot where their heart is supposed to lie remains vacant for over a millennia.

sin isn’t a problem for their kind; actually they’re more lenient towards indulging it rather than avoiding it completely.

and yet, they still wait despite all of that; patiently so. they let you play your cards however you want to play them, and give you all the time in the world to decide if you actually want to succumb to the calling that they invoke by wearing the disguise of your favourite. after all, where’s the rush?

it’s not like they can age.

it’s not like they can die.

they do this because they need you to be trusting and willing all on your own. to be blinded by the faux feeling of safety for whatever reason they do not wish to unveil for now. to be led by invisible strings that you think are tugged and pulled at by your own two hands, when in reality it’s theirs that are running the show.

you’re like a little pawn that’s under the impression of being something bigger just because they choose to linger in your home and presence. they call it almost pitiful, that is if they could feel actual pity.

so they play nice. they let you take the lead. completely unmoving in the dusk that paints the walls of your living room in mellow shadows, they allow you to touch them first — reluctant strokes on their cheekbone and the brushing of hesitant fingers along their scalp — and to lean into them unsurely until you’re straddling their lap and your weight is pressing them back against the couch.

they let you maneuver them whichever way you wish, once more giving you a false sense of power and control over the entire situation. they let you ghost your lips over theirs and they even angle their head ever so slightly; just enough to encourage you to keep going but nothing too rash to scare you off.

their tongue tastes like iron as it roams the inside of your mouth. it’s warm and wet just like you expect it to be, but the taste is shiver-inducing.

button by button, their clothes come off. yours follow soon after — they pool on the soft rug the soles of their feet are firmly planted on, now. you’re still so unsure about the entire thing, your eyes are so big. they grow large like an owl’s by the time they grunt in wordless approval and your breath hitches in the back of your throat in response.

at long last, you connect in that outrageously human kind of way — the one they discover to be surprisingly pleasurable each time they participate in it, which isn’t as often as fables tend to say. up and down, the way your hips move against theirs has them panting below you even if they don’t need air to survive. meanwhile, you’re breathing just as hard, looking so vulnerable and pure whilst you ride them completely naked.

it makes them lose their composure.

the lights in your home start to flicker. room by room, appliance by appliance. the wooden furniture audibly settles in. the television turns on and it plays a dozen channels one after the other, a rush of words and music and just plain sound fills your ears before it all switches to static. there’s tension in the air, so thick and palpable that it makes the hair on the nape of your neck rise and your shoulders feel heavy. it’s like an earthquake is approaching, fast and deadly.

a lump forms in your throat when they grab you by the hips, nearly scorching your skin off just with their touch alone. their face is like a dream and their eyes are so dark when they look at you. dark like a starless sky, like the cold, lonely universe itself. dark like something you can’t comprehend; something ancient.

much to your shock, a fire begins to blaze inside them when your life force pours into them through your shared climax. two suns burn.

and just like that, they live.

Bored - The Toymaker

Author's Note: I wasn't really happy with this, but I thought maybe you guys would enjoy it. My english is broken and the german accent-thingy didn't help at all. However this one post did help me a lot and I wanted to put it here for you all (thank you so much, you saved my ass). This is also my first Tumblr post so this is rather exciting. Summary: The Toymaker had turned you into one of his toys. However regardless of your situation you couldn't help but feel rather, well, bored.

ー

Sitting on the shelf was nice for the first few hours after you had gotten over your fear. You were beginning to come to the conclusion that you were messed up, well mentally and now physically too.

That's because you couldn't help, but admire him. Even now you couldn't tear your eyes away from him. He had his caramel coloured leather apron on top of his waistcoat that was the colour of a plum. Your eyes wandered to his face admiring every bit of it with few disgusted voices nagging at you in the back of your brain.

'Stockholm syndrome darling'

'You are disgusting'

'You should be ashamed of yourself'

'He is dangerous you idiot'

Deciding you were already screwed you returned back into admiring him. His blond grey hair was curled and styled without any imperfections. How did he do it? You could use some advice, well, not anymore. Your hair was beautiful all the time, perfect, too perfect. You weren't a human, you were a doll, his doll.

And who exactly was he? You didn't quite know. You didn't even know his name, you didn't know if he had a name. You only knew that he was The Toymaker. And every sane person would be rightfully terrified of him.

However you had been pulled towards him from the moment you did step into the store. You had been mesmerized by him. However you did admit you were afraid too, especially while playing the life-or-death game.

If you had known better you would have chosen something else that day.

ー

You had been looking for a present, you found the perfect one. However the very charming shop owner had just stated you were short on a few pennies.

"Bloody hell", you mumbled turning a shade of red from embarrassment. You thought you had enough. "I apologise for taking your time", you said reaching to collect your money.

"Nein nein", he teased softly stopping your hand making you almost shiver at you making physical contact with him.

"How about zis, let us play ein game-", he proposed before stopping to look at your confused expression.

"-If you vin, you can take dee toy, for free, nein charge", he stated smiling like the Cheshire Cat. It was almost giving you shivers, but for the wrong reasons. The smile gave you a picture of a cat and mouse.

Only if the mouse would get into the cat's trap.

"And if you win?", you asked hesitantly.

"You vill stay with me and play mein games, du und ich, forever!", he declared cheerfully giving you a mischievous smirk in the end. He was challenging you.

Did he somehow know that you couldn't refuse the offer? You later learned that he did, in fact know.

"What do we play Mr...?", you asked a bit scared of his changing demeanor.

"You kan call me dee Toymaker, meine Liebling", the Toymaker said making your cheeks flush a little.

Why on earth were you flustered?

"Und what we vill play, zat is your ge-decision", the Toymaker told you. Maybe it was polite to let you choose?

What did you like to play? There was one game that instantly popped into your mind. At the same time the Toymakers grin widened making him look psychotic.

"I shall choose that we play a game of chess", you stated fiddling with your fingers nervously.

"That is a splendid choice my dear, we shall play a game of chess!", the Toymaker celebrated like he had already won.

Wait. Where did his accent go?

Before you could voice your questions the Toymaker snapped his fingers and your life was never the same again.

ー

Now you have been sitting on the store's shelf for god-knows-how-long. You couldn't move. You didn't really remember what it felt like to be a human anymore.

'Bloody hell, this is boring', you thought staring at the shop. You had seen customers come, but never leaving. You had a suspicion of what might have happened to them.

You could see the shop even eyes closed that's how long you had spent examining the shop from your shelf.

"My my, is someone bored, meine Liebling dollen?", asked a teasing voice suddenly from your left. You turned to look at the charming man who was smirking. You had heard the smirk already from his voice.

'Let's play something, please', you pleaded in your head fully knowing he could hear your thoughts.

You didn't expect to see the Toymaker speechless. He seemed to be lost for words the first time in his time being.

"You want to play mein games?", he asked gingerly, like you were playing an evil game with his feelings.

'Do I really have something to lose anyway? Yes, please'

"What do you want if you win?"

You knew that your freedom was off the table. However something came to your mind.

'I want to be able to speak and move'

The Toymaker looked puzzled. Like this was some kind of mystery he couldn't crack.

'I want to speak with you, walk around the store and play with you'

Some rare emotion flashed in the Toymakers eyes, you couldn't place it in that exact moment. Because a pain flashed inside you making you gasp for air. Then you realised what had happened.

"I- I can speak", you stuttered confused, but joy was evident in your voice.

"Well yes, it would make the game rather impossible perhaps if you couldn't speak or move", the Toymaker scoffed slightly while picking you up from the shelf.

You knew it was bullshit. It was a rather poor excuse. Feeling brave you decided your next action without too much thinking.

You put your arms around his neck and bury your face to his neck inhaling his scent. He smelled like wood and colone, intoxicating. His scent wrapped you into a safe bubble making you smile.

"Thank you", you whispered. You didn't think he was evil all the way. There was evil in good. So in evil there was good.

The man had stiffen trying to figure out what you were doing. After a moment he hesitantly wrapped his arms around you. Slowly he melted into your touch, even though he tried to fight against the warm feeling. But eventually he didn't want the warmth to go away.

"You are welcome meine Liebling"

You'd been waiting for your boyfriend all day, he recently debuted in a group called xikers and he's been busy almost all the time, you didn't blame him tho you understood that as an idol he's had a lot to do, that didn't mean you didn't miss him tho.

You knew he'd be back soon so you were currently making some ramen for the two of you, following the short conversation you had this morning as well as the, also short, phonecall a couple of hours ago.

You had just opened your eyes, seeing your boyfriend getting dressed and ready to leave, you stretched and sat up "When will you be back today?" You had asked out of pure curiousity.

He turned and looked out you with a sorry look "uh, well Hunter and Minjae wanted to go out for ramen after we're done filming so I'll probably be a little late, sorry" you motioned him towards you and pulled him down to peck his lips "it's alright, just take your kyes with you in case I fall asleep"

-on the phone, a couple of hours later-

"Oh by the way!" You heard him say before hanging up "Hunter and Minjae can't actually go, so I'll be back same time as always! Man, I was looking forward to that ramen" he joked and you shook your head amused, even tho he couldn't see you.

"Aw, well maybe they can some other time?" "I'll ask. Anyways, I have to go! Love you!" You barely managed to get a "love you too" out before he hang up.

So, you decided you'd make ramen for him Instead. Just as you finished setting down the bowls on the table you heard the door open and close, followed by the sound of your boyfriend's voice "Y/n? Darling?" You chuckled and called back.

"In here!". Moments later he walked in "ooooh, that smells good!" You looked up and were met with the cutest thing you'd probably seen all day.

He had a white headband on and two pieces of his hair sticking out forming two little loops that reminded you of horn "oh my-" you rushed around the table and ruffled his hair. "You look adorable!".

He laughed at your reaction and tilted his head to the side, away from your hand messing with his hair "Hey hey, my hair stylist worked hard on that!" He joked and you faked a pout, both of you bursting out laughing a couple of seconds later.

"okay okay! Come on, eat up before your food gets cold!" You ordered sitting down, him following your actions. "Thanks by the way, for the ramen, you didn't have to!" You made a tsk noise at your humble, dork of a boyfriend and smiled "Don't even. It's the least I could do, now eat!".

After you finished eating you moved to your room, deciding to watch a movie, he let you choose while he got changed into something comfortable. After you had set everything up, he walked over and jumped on the bed, laying his head on your lap and immediately closing his eyes with a yawn "I'm tired~" he whined and you looked down at him, you felt bad for him. He'd been working so hard lately.

You reached down and ruffled his hair before starting to play with it. "You know, we can just watch a movie on the weekend" you said shutting your laptop and placing it on your nightstand earning a hum of agreement from him. You layed down and he adjusted to lay on your chest, pulling the heavy, cream coloured comforter along and placing it over the both of you.

You reached up once more and started to play with his hair again, ruffling it here and there. He relaxed and snaked his arms around your Middle, hugging you tightly. "You should play with my hair more often" he mumbled sleepily, basically melting your heart "you bet I will" you whispered to him and kissed his forehead. Turning off the lamp on your nightstand.

Needless to say that from that point on, you would always mess with his hair, wether it involved you ruffling it, playing with it or just simply patting his head jokingly.

Sarah, given your last ask about FK, I actually wanted to ask, I wondered about this before Do you think that all the things FirstKhao have done together before being paired up, like the live that you linked that they flirt and stare at each other for so long and even the matching outfits, were on purpose to HAVE them be paired up? And is it better for a BL couple to have a set pair or to be "free", like Neo for example?

One last thing!! The white and orange hearts they always use in their captions and so on, does it have an explanation? Or it was just them choosing the colours and rolling with it? I know their cat mascot thingie is orange/black/white and both are often referred to as 🐈‍⬛ �� , but I always wondered!

Anyways, you're one of the best sources about the babies that I've known and I love seeing you talk about FirstKhao cause you're always sound so loving and proud! 🥹🥰 Thank you for helping us!! 🫂

I, personally, think they did all of that on purpose, but obviously there’s no way for us to know for sure. Part of it is probably that they have the same manager and I imagine when she set up their appearances and wardrobe appointments it was easier for her to send them together since they were always together anyway 😂

As for whether it’s better to be in a fixed pair or independent, I think it depends. But at GMMTV? Definitely better to have a partner. GMMTV offers a lot more opportunities to their fixed pairs than they do anyone else. LOL Fanfest is a good example. Being in a pair also guarantees them steady work. Since they have a built-in fanbase, GMMTV is incentivized to give them more shows because they already know people will watch. Since Neo doesn’t have a partner, he keeps getting relegated to side roles and is excluded from a lot of the fan meets and events that he should rightfully be able to attend. Or at least that’s my opinion.

As for the orange hearts, they are a reference to the fandom name. FK call their fans Soms (or SomSoms). Som means orange in Thai. To be honest, I don’t actually know why they call us Soms. Someone who is more active on Twitter could probably tell you. I’ve always assumed it was a reference to Khaotung’s orange cat emoji, but I’m not sure. Ironically, their manager is also named Som so I always feel like I’m stanning her too. Lord knows she deserves it. The woman works hard.

hey hey love 💏 i guess it's time for teacher sru (?) to give a tutorial to her beloved lovelies, let's gaur ! ◟(ˊᗨˋ)◞

STEP 001 : firstly you need to log in to your blr acc via ur computer or the chrome website cause it only works that way. in my midnight shenanigans post i did the whole colour thingy from my comp but in my recent one i did it from my tab cause my comp is acting up BIG TIME 🧍‍♀️

STEP 002 : after logging in, click on create and when a writing box (idk what to call it) pops up, click on the gear button on the upper right corner.

STEP 003 : then, scroll down a bit and u should see a text editor, change it to html.

STEP 004 : keep that there for a while and open a new tab and go to this website.

STEP 005 : there you will a text box which requires for you to fill with the text you want the gradient in.

STEP 006 : next, go down and you will find a colourizer or a spectrum colour choosing tool of two colour choice options. choose the gradient colours you want from there!

STEP 007 : then just below it you will see a generated html code, copy the whole thing.

STEP 008 : now come back to your draft in blr and paste the whole html code in the html text editor (step 3!) after that check ur preview and,

STEP 009 : ALL DONE! you now have ur gradient text ♡

Oooh, finally! Someone sends me something related to the ask game! And about one of my favourite girls, too!

2. Favorite canon thing about this character?

If I had to choose just one, it would be how explosive she can be. I love it so much when things don't go her way and she goes from being so doting to resorting to insults and almost throwing hands. This is not simply the rage of a young woman who shows her true colours when she doesn't have what she wants, she really, really seems to be convinced that things are going her way... And then reality hits her.

5. What's the first song that comes to mind when you think about them?

Oh, Katya Ivanovna, you would have loved Me and My Husband by Mitski. Somehow I imagine the lyrics being about her and Mitya at first, but as the song goes on she's actually talking about Ivan.

7. What's something the fandom does when it comes to this character that you like?

I don't feel like Katya is talked about much in general, and I can say so confidently after navigating as much TBK related content on the internet as I could. So I don't really know what to say. When she gets attention, I specially love it when her God/saviour/martyr complex is adressed and appreciated. She is a little weird.

8. What's something the fandom does when it comes to this character that you despise?

Tough question, since there is a lot I dislike about how female characters are treated by readers in general (as well as narratives). I'm going to try to be original and say something I haven't said before. I don't really like it when the girls are pitted against each other, like you have to choose one of them or think one is better than the other. I think a lot of the animosity between her and Grusha come from struggles with themselves and their fears and insecurities, and I feel sympathetic towards both of them, both young women who want to feel some control over their lives. So it breaks my heart a little when other people who prefer Grusha put down Katya and viceversa.

12. What's a headcanon you have for this character?

This is half headcanon half character reading, but knowing that she lost her mother at a young age and that there is a theme of absent mothers throughout the book, I like to think that the loss of her mother impacted how she turned out and why she seems to take on some motherlike, overbearing tendencies herself.

14. Assign a fashion aesthetic to this character.

Hmmm, I don't know how I'm supposed to answer to this, but I associate her with elegant, long clothing in green, blue and white, sometimes with gold accessories. Combined with the light brown hair of my design, it gives her a springlike kind of look.

In The Sims, I gave her a preppy, simple look with light colours. Here she is, I don't know why she's loooking at squids on her phone.

25. What was your first impression of this character? How about now?

Katya was a character who had to grow on me. On my first read, I didn't like her much, but I didn't dislike her either. She was, in fact, one of the harder characters to visualize. I had to make several sketches of her designs because all I could think of was "tall slender girl with dark eyes and a lot of hair". Only after processing what I had read for a longer time I started to pick apart everything she said and started to appreciate her more (and started to appreciate her relationship to Ivan as well). In retrospective, the buildup to her introduction was great. It's not as good as Nastasya's, but it's the work of a good writer. I love Katya, saviour complex and all.

Favourite colours: 1. Green. Green is my absolute favourite colour spectrum, and I especially lean into shades of jade, olive and moss. 2. Purple. Another strong contender! I like somewhat muted jewel tones of purple - aubergine, lavender, amethyst 3. Teal and turquoise, especially the deeper tones. 4. Graphite greys and blacks. Shades that are both objectively pretty and that I like to wear. 5. Hnnngh, how can I choose... I like muted chocolate browns, like dark stained wood. Rust is pretty, as are gold and silver as contrast colours... but if I can only pick one, I think I'll go with blue, especially smokey, muted mid-range blues.

Colours is one of those things my autistic brain is very attuned to. I am very aware of all colours around me, and colour is always a very important variable in choosing one thing over another. Music more for the blorbos than me, maybe? But these are songs that I like a lot. Though actually, the vast majority of the music on my playlists is actually either instrumental or in languages I don't speak? Sometimes, especially when writing, lyrics can be too distracting. But I do have some workhorses that have been on many a blorbo playlist, and many of the above songs certainly qualify. 😂

Top Cooking utensils: 1. Tea ball thingies. Most of our tea is loose leaf, so you need a tea strainer to steep the tea. We have a bouquet of a dozen or so in a little vase over the kettle, and I use them daily. 2. Cooking pliers? I guess? I use those just about every time I need to fry something, to be able to both poke and flip even small bits and pieces. (they're plastic, they don't scratch the pan!) 3. Pasta ladle. We have a very pretty one shaped like a green leaf! (Remember how I said green's my favourite colour? Luckily it's wife's, too, so a lot of our china and kitchen utensils are green! In fact, the pliers above are green, too!) 4. Wooden fork spatula. The other go-to for frying things, when you need to stir stuff about. 5. Wait, does the electric kettle count? Because I absolutely use that daily too! Heating water both for tea and for ramen and similar.

Animal Based? Oh My gosh I've got about 4 ask chains about Chameleon Behaviours Espio has, but I'll highlight my favourites!

Poor night vision, great day vision. One of the many Mobian species that can see Ultraviolet - Chaos Magic also reads a bit like UV light, so it's handy

Goes 'invisible' by dispersing pigment in his skin, which is most often intentional but can happen when he's scared. How do his shoes, gloved and horn change? THAT'S A GREAT QUESTION I'D LOVE TO KNOW!

Coils tail up when angry or nervous. Curls it around loved ones, both on instinct and intentionally.

Can move eyes independently. Chooses not to because it scares Charmy.

Easily startled! Might shock in colour or get stunned! He has worked on this.

Goes unconscious in cold. This is actually a lizard thing but nevermind

And of course, the almighty: tongue unfurls. Doesn't do this often, a last resort. Too embarrassing, also the risk of having your tongue grabbed and yanked is too high!

However, in case you wanted theories about animals:

Espio reveers animals, but tends to keep away from them. He operates very much on a principle of empathising with them, specifically that he doesn't like being disturbed, so they probably don't.

Because of the above, a lot of animals really like him. He is very quiet and still, so cats often come up to him to sniff, and he's not the type to set a herd off - most things find him calming, like Barry.

He does however get a bit itchy with insects. Little bit of him wants to bite them. He usually has enough restraint to remove them from his space. Very occasionally eats them.

I have a general belief that he does not like being lifted, carried, or transported out of his control because he likes to be on his own two feet. He will allow it to happen, but would prefer not. So, I think he doesn't like things like horse riding. Not a dislike of horses or ridden animals, mind, just riding. He doesn't particularly like loud animals, though, and would struggle with a yapping dog.

bestie drop the Kris & Ralsei relationship rant and why there's less fandom reception for them because of archetypes. the ppl want to know.

im not tidying it up, ill be putting it off forever (haha krals quest reference. VIBE CHECK)

so, deltarune community, i introduce to you, a half-assed 3AM rant about kris and ralsei.

transcription below, sidebar screenshots, tldr and everything. uh, i recommend reading the post

while i still cannot pass out i figured out what bothers me about the way theyre presented and why platonic kralsei is such a craving that has no material in the fandom to work with whatsoever

we know the susie relationships. everyone cherishes kris and susies friendship. id say it comes first if anything. people vaguely appreciate her and ralsei as well - we had plenty of hangout opportunities for the two, there are even two or three comics about ralsei and his beef with her. friendship content. dynamic exploring

kris and ralsei presentation however includes but is not limited to: dry interaction (choose your flavour: kris/kris as player projection aka the thing everyone did with ch1 ralsei cutesy content), dry interaction 2.0 aka The Sillies/ralsei as sole background commenter in goofyass situations/the normal dude (may or may not include in-game shit), kris' resentment of ralsei (at least theyre getting creative), and finally mushy romantic couple shit and sugarcoating tropes

vc: and you could excuse that with a "oh, well but we dont know anything about ralseis backstory" yet we hardly know anything about susies either. we only theorise of her past related to adoption, being homeless, insert other determinators based material. we factually know very little of her, yet susie has established friendships with both kris and ralsei, even well-written fan content with noelle that is not limited by surface romance but rather the exploration of their dynamic, friends first, partners - second.

as in for either of them being morally gray? susie has no problems with that and i love her, we love her, the_newest_girl sweepstakes log hasnt changed anything. i do have a theory on how that could affect ralsei, though. might contemplate on that.

so susie has all that. kris, their nature still unknown to most, but overall sympathetic with a shade of gray morality (HEEEELLL YEAAA) has the similar spectrum. kris has all that.

with them and ralsei though? its like. not a single plate of them as a dynamic. as actual friends

and honestly its no wonder kralsei is getting rejected from lightner ship/old darkner ship communities

we present no base. no fundamental understanding or interpretation of them

...though i wish id browse through deltarune tag more legitimately and take samples every time i see kris and ralsei on-screen to have a list of categories for each interaction to sort them like legos by shapes and colours.

there was one.ONE comic of them that kept the hopes up. this is why kralsei is stayin alive. that, and tunas scarf thingy. our icon (shhhh hes seepy)

i, uh, dont have a conclusion. i remember writing it because i wish we actually came up with who they are. wish that even they had conflicts and resolutions, similarities and differences, like any other dynamic in the fanon, having multiple headcanons and interpretations.

i just wish we gave them a chance to be friends.
