Cassie takes care of sick reader
Pairing: Cassie Lang x Reader
Tags/Warnings: Size Difference, fluff(?), idk i thought it was cute
Length: 524 words
Summary: Cassie takes care of you when you're sick with a cold despite you wanting to be productive.
You felt like death. Your sinuses were both backed up, your face feeling like someone was squeezing you tight. Breathing through your mouth has been the only way to sleep the last few nights and it’s been absolute hell. Or it would’ve been hell if not for…
“I’m back! I’m back!”
The apartment shook when the door downstairs shut and when her footsteps shook the place and when she ran headfirst into the top of the door frame. She landed on her butt. “Ow!” Cassie, who’s only had her powers for a few months since escaping the quantum realm and after the powers of her suit merged with her. She was still getting used to them.
She shrank down to her normal size and tried going through the door again, this time without hurting herself. She carried a plastic bag from the pharmacy down the street. She dumped it onto the bed: nasal sprays, decongestants, cough drops, and tissues. “Oh! And…” She reached into her pocket and removed another, much tinier bag. She dropped a blue pym particle disc on it and it instantly grew to normal size. “Soup and crackers!”
The gratefulness and thanks filled you with warmth, so fortunate to have a friend like Cassie. Even if she could be a little…much sometimes. Especially in her efforts to help.
“Thank you,” you said, unwrapping a cough drop.
“I’ll get you a spoon and napkins from downstairs.” She ran off to fetch the utensils.
You’d been in bed for days at this point binging shows you’ve already seen a thousand times on Netflix. What you really wanted was to get some fresh air, actually be productive with your day rather than sit and wait. You were incredibly bored being home alone all day. You got out of bed and wrapped a robe around yourself as you walked, sniffling and sneezing, to your window to open it. Maybe you’d draw today, or journal something. You were feeling creative.
“Hey!” Cassie was back standing in the doorway. “What are you doing? You’re sick, you need to rest.”
“I’m fine, Cass. Really.”
“You don’t sound fine. And you’re letting the cold in.”
“Listen, thank you for everything. I’m already feeling better cause of you. I just want to get up and move around a little.”
She sighed. “Fine, but after your soup. You need to eat something.”
“I’ll get to it in a minute,” you said.
Tumblr media
Then she was growing. You stood back watching her slowly grow taller. “Soup first.”
“Cass-“ you started but then you were up in the air, Cassie lifting you back onto the bed. “Eat. I’m not leaving until you do.” The giant girl stood looming over you.
You took a few sips of the broth and actually felt a little better, the warmth filling your bones. You almost laughed at how good it tasted. “Thank you.”
Cassie smiled at you. “I have to run, meet my dad for lunch. I’ll be back later this afternoon, cool?”
You agreed and she lifted you up into a big hug before carefully, slower this time, ducking to avoid hitting her head as she left.

Strange Situation: Episode 2 - First Morning
Series Masterlist
WARNINGS: none!
Description: The young avengers are living in an apartment together. However, they have no idea that each other are superheroes. They begin making ridiculous excuses for their injuries and being out late.
Tumblr media
America's POV
I wake up to the sun shining through the blinds on my new window. My heart feels very accomplished this morning. I got to wake up in my bed in my apartment. I finally have a home.
Running through the metaverse is great, but I'm tried of trying to find the ones with free hotels every night.
Suddenly, something in the sunlight catches my attention. It almost blends right into the brightness, but there is a different way it shimmers.
It is long and a silvery-white see-through wisp of . . . air?
For a moment, I can't look away. My eyes are glued to its strange shine. My whole body feels warm and relaxed.
It starts drifting toward me-
BANG!
"Ow, shit!" Kate yells from somewhere. My eyes dart to the door, then back to where the wisp was a second ago, but it is gone.
I take a breath and shake my head. I must be imagining things.
Kamala's POV
I am awoken by a loud bang from outside my room. I groan and roll over to my side, but a slit of sun smacks me right in the eyes.
"Ugghh," I turn to the other side, no longer feeling tired.
Cassie's POV
I was in the middle of stashing my Stature suit under a pile of clothes in the closet when I hear a loud bang, causing me to jump backward and slam my head against the closet door.
I blink away the couple of tears that came to my eyes and walk to the kitchen.
"You good?" I ask, seeing Kate with a scattering of trays around her feet.
"Yeah, yeah I'm fine." She angrily kicks a tray. "I was trying to make breakfast for everyone and instead I woke them all up."
"Nah, I was already awake." I give her a comforting smile. She shares one back.
"So . . ." Kate purses her lips and clicks her tongue. "How'd you sleep last night?"
Oh, you know, just vivid dreams of the Quantum Realm, nothing too spectacular. "Pretty alright, you?"
"Yeah, these mattresses are comfy, right?"
"For sure, comfier than the one I had at home actually." I brought my own mattress and traded out the one that came in with the apartment, but she is clearly struggling to find a topic.
"Yeah, it was crazy. Haven't been that comfy since the mattresses as my fifth grade getaway camp." She laughs and almost drops the pan she's trying to fit in a cabinet.
"Yep, great mattresses." Oooookay, this is going well. I don't think I've ever talked about mattresses more in my life. "Sooo, what do you do for a living?"
"What?" She turns around, very alarmed.
"Sorry, if that's . . . not okay to ask."
"Oh, no. No, sorry, just caught me off guard. I, um, just got expelled from college so . . . undecided." Kate awkwardly shuts the cabinet and turns to face me. "You?"
"I work at a little coffee shop a bus ride away." I give her a smile, trying to help her feel more comfortable.
I hear footsteps from behind me and turn to see . . . America, I think, entering the room. She looks lost in thought.
"Good morning!" Kate says brightly.
"Huh?" America snaps back. "Oh, morning."
Great first morning.
Kamala's POV
As I'm struggling to find a matching outfit within the what seems like hundreds of moving bags to go through, I realize I forgot to put my bangle on.
I hop back up on my bed and reach under my second pillow to grab—my bangle? Where is it?
Shit.
First day and I already lost the one most important thing I needed not to lose. I frantically look through bags until I find it hidden under a box of poptarts in one of my food bags, right where I put it. And then promptly forgot.
I step out of my room with my toothbrush, headed for the bathroom when I hear the front door unlocked. I'm nothing if not nosey so I have to go see who is leaving already.
To my surprise, a confused looking boy is standing in the doorway, holding a backpack.
"Um, maybe I got the wrong apartment?" He mumbles to the four pairs of women's eyes staring him down.
"Yeah, uh, our other roommate is supposed to be a . . . Petra I think." Kate looks around for confirmation.
"Oh, um, okay. Bye." He shuts the door.
We look at each other for a moment.
The door reopens.
"Okay the landlord gave me a key that works on this door. Maybe it was a typo? I'm Peter." He fiddles with the key.
"Oh, okay." Cassie says warmly. "You can come in."
"Well," he freezes, "if you're not comfortable living with a guy . . . I didn't know who I'd be living with . . . it was last minute and—"
"Hey," Cassie smiles. "It's all good. We don't bite."
"Yet." America says from a dark corner of the room.
We look at her.
"Sorry, bad joke." She smiles sheepishly.
". . . Okay then. Um, sorry." Peter walks in. "I'm Peter."
"Hi Peter, I'm Cassie." Cassie is already such the mom of the apartment.
"I'm Kamala." I smile.
"Kate." She awkwardly waves.
"I'm America." She emerges from the shadows and shakes his hand.
"Well." Cassie claps her hands together to get our attention. "Now that we're all here, I propose we go to dinner tonight to get to know each other."
There are a few vague head nods, so I say "yeah, that sounds okay."
"Great!" She smiles. "We'll go a five then."
This is going to be a long lease.
Buy me a coffee?
I need ideas lovely readers. I would love comments on some events you would like to see happen in future episodes!

Yelena Belova x Stark!Reader; Tony Stark x Daughter!Reader; Scott Lang x Female!Reader(platonic); Hope van Dyne x Female!Reader(platonic); Cassie Lang x Female!Reader(platonic); Avengers x Female!Reader
Summary: you may have been married to the blonde widow since nearly two years now but nobody knew. When your father learnt that he didn't totally act like you except.
Type: generally Fluff but a big Angst part
Warning: mention of blood, car accident and mention of death
word count : 4771 (it's long sorry)
-------
"I'm glad it's finished; I need to take a shower and sleep," Yelena said. She was back from a mission with the Avengers. She joined them four months ago, and to be honest, you were the one who convinced her. You were relieved to know she was not alone, and you were sure your father would protect her even if he didn't know who she was for you.
"Oh, come on, Yelena, it was fun." Natasha said, and her sister glared at her.
"You were not the one who almost got hit by the green giant." She replied, and Bruce looked at the ground.
"Mr. Stark, Y/n just arrived at the compound." Friday said, and everybody looked at Tony.
"Thank you, Friday. Let her know we will lend in 10 minutes." He replied, and when he met the curious faces of the others, he explained, "Guys, be ready to meet someone really important to me."
Now all the Avengers were more curious. Okay, maybe not all, Yelena was not curious; she was happy. It's been two weeks since the last time she saw you. You both have been married for one year and a half now, but nobody knew except three people. Antonia and Selina, two widows who were with you at this moment, and your mom Pepper. You hadn't told your father yet because you hadn't really found the time, and Pepper promised she would let you announce it to him.
Ten minutes later, like promised, they were walking to the living room in the compound. They were greeted by Friday and then by Pepper and Morgan. And when your little sister finally finished hugging everyone, you came back from the kitchen.
"Guys, let me introduce you to one of my favorite people in the world, my older daughter, Y/n Stark." Your father said, and you rolled your eyes at his attitude while everyone was shocked by his revelation.
"Nice to meet you." Steve was the first to come back to his senses. "I'm–"
"Steve Roger, aka Captain America." You cut him off. "To be honest, I know all of you." you said, and you paused your eyes on the two new recruits behind them. "And you two should be the news recruits Kate Bishop and Yelena Belova, right?" You said, and the brunette nodded frantically while the blonde just smiled.
"Why didn't we see you earlier?" Natasha asked, and despite the fact that her sister groaned loudly, you chuckled.
"I was working in San Francisco, with Hope. I think you know her as ‘The Wasp’." you said
"Wait, Scott's girlfriend?" Sam asked, and you nodded.
"And she didn't like to spend her time with her dad anymore." your dad added, and you playfully groaned.
"Oh, come on don't say that, it's just that I don't like the parties, but it's okay now." you said
"You want to come to my new party?" he asked.
"Definitely not. But, I move on in New York." You announced, and he raised his eyebrows, he knew how much you liked to work with the daughter of Hank, she was like your big sister. "I decided to spend more time with my little sister, so I joined Stark Industri." You explained, and he couldn't help but hug you tightly.
"Does that mean I will see you more often?" He asked, and you nodded.
After that, you properly introduced yourself and spent the afternoon with them before you went back to your house. Yelena had to finish her paperwork before she could leave, so when she was working, the rest of the Avengers were in front of the TV, watching a movie, when Kate broke the silence.
"Did you see how Yelena reacted when she saw Y/n?" she asked, and everyone thought for a moment before agreeing. "I think she likes her, but I can be totally wrong." she said.
"Yeah, but Y/n has a ring on her finger." Natasha said.
"Don't worry, it's nothing." Tony said, and everybody looked at him confused. "She just really likes jewels, that's why she always wears rings." he explained.
"Yelena is the same. She always wears rings." Natasha said.
"I think we should let them know each other more." Kate proposed, and everyone nodded.
Two months after you almost spent all your free time in the compound, you were searching for the right moment to talk to your father about you and the Russian, but that was never really the right occasion. If he wasn't too busy with his work, you were working; if you were both free, your wife was busy, and you promised her to wait for her to tell him. But even with that, all the heroes seem to have noticed that you quickly became close to the blonde; they thought it was a good friendship. You both decided to keep your relationship secret until you talked with your father and her sister. Yeah, even the great spy Natasha Romanoff was unaware that her own sister was married.
You were in the kitchen with Natasha and Kate when Yelena came, "Hi Yelena." You greeted her without even looking at her. For everyone, it would be a little weird, but we talk about Yelena Belova, a super train widow, she was very discreet, so it was funny to see the face of the archer when she saw you recognize the footsteps of her friend when she couldn't yet.
"Hi Y/n, were you not supposed to work now?" she asked.
"Yeah, but I had something to finish before." you said, and you finished what you were doing. "Oh, I brought a new toy for Fanny. I left it in my dad's lab." you said before leaving the room.
"See you later!" the blonde shoots at you.
"See you later!" you yelled back.
When you were out of the room, Natasha cleared her throat, and her sister looked at her. "Oh, good morning, Nat, and good morning, Kate. I didn't see you." she said, and now her sister was surprised; it was not the type of Yelena to not greet her first in the morning. Of course she was happy to see her sister was making a new friend, but usually no one came before her. She wanted to say something, but Yelena started to leave the room. "I will train, but before I will pass by the lab." she announced and left.
"Wow, did you see that?" Kate was the first to talk after a moment. "Y/n could tell it was Yelena without even looking; do you think she had a superpower or something like that?" she asked, and the older Russian shook her head.
"No, I don't think so, but it's true; it's weird; even Bucky and Steve can't tell when Yelena walks to them, but the strange thing was that she greeted her, but she totally didn't acknowledge us." she said, and Kate chuckled. "What's so funny?" the older redhead asked.
"You're jealous that your sister didn't say 'hi' to you first." She said and quickly left before Natasha could do anything to her.
In the lab, Tony was working when Yelena came. "Hey little spider, how can I help you?" he asked, and your wife rolled her eyes.
"Y/n, said she brought a new toy for Fanny, and she left it here." She said, and Tony pointed to a bag in a corner of the lab. When Yelena opened it, she found not only the toy but also a new vest you brought her with a card. She smiled at herself and texted you to thank you.
Two days later, she was out on a mission with Tony, Steve, and Natasha, and the redhead noticed the change.
"Oh, it's new," she said, and Yelena followed her gaze and looked at her new vest.
"Oh, yes. Y/n brought it to me when she brought the new toy for Fanny," the blonde explained, and your father frowned his eyebrows.
"I know you are close, but I didn’t think it was her thing to bring a gift for her new friend. I think she really likes you." He said, and Yelena smirked. Of course you like her; more than that, you love her, and you promised to spend the rest of your life with her.
When she returned from her mission, she immediately left the compound and made her way to your shared house. There she found you asleep on the couch with the TV on; she knew you waited for her. She turned off the TV and delicately picked you up to your bedroom; after she placed you under the blanket, she took a shower and slid next to you.
The next month, everyone was almost pissed by the fact that you were both oblivious by the way you looked at each other with heart eyes. But today was the day, Pepper was here with Morgan, your dad should come back from a mission with your wife, and you decided to finally tell him.
On their mission, Tony and Yelena found Antonia and Selina, and the blonde invited them into the compound and afterwards to your house for dinner. During the flyback, they didn't hesitate to tease them about you, and that made Tony laugh even if he didn't know who they were talking about.
"Tony, you should have seen her before," Selina started. "She was a badass widow, and now she's so soft. We call her the ‘soft widow’." she said, and Yelena groaned.
"Oh, why do you have this long face, soft widow? Do you miss your wife?" Antonia asked.
"Wait, wife?" Tony asked, visibly shocked.
"Yeah, the soft widow has had a beautiful wife for nearly two years now." Selina announced, and his jaw dropped. But before he could say anything, the jet lent, and the three women ran out. To be true, Antonia and Selina ran for their lives while Yelena chased them.
You were in the kitchen, and everyone was in the living room, when you heard two familiar voices screaming playfully. When they entered the living room, they quickly hid behind the older widow. "Natasha, help us. Softy Widow wants to kill us." Antonia said, and you sighed.
"Who's Softy Widow?" Natasha was clearly confused, but Yelena quickly appeared in front of her, and the two women screamed like little girls, and that made your little sister laugh. Fortunately for them, you walked from the kitchen at the same moment Tony entered the living room.
"Please Y/n calm your crazy wife." Selina said while she was running to you with Antonia. You let them hide behind you, and everyone vanished when you saw Yelena stop in front of you with her disappointed face.
"детка(babe) I love you, but let me kill them just today." She said, and you chuckled.
"Oh, baby girl, you know you can't kill them," you replied. "And they're our witnesses, you'll not kill our witnesses, right?" You added kissing her nose, and she stopped.
You were in your bubble when Natasha and Tony cleared their throats, but before they could say anything, Kate seemed to want to exteriorize her emotion. "What's the hell?!!" she yelled, and you both looked at her.
You smiled awkwardly and looked at everyone. "Surprise? I think." You said. Natasha was furious, Pepper was scared for you, Morgan was surprisingly happy, and your dad was...not there anymore. Tony left without even getting noticed. When you didn't hear him say anything you knew where he was.
"Yelena, what's the hell?" the redhead asked and her sister was now a little scared too.
The blonde looked at you and squeezed your hand "Go find him I'll handle this," she said and you raised your eyebrows at her "don't worry she'll not kill me, but I'm not sure about you." She added and you kissed her before quickly leaving. Now the young widow was facing the rest of the room.
You were in front of the lab, and the doors were closed, pretty uncommon. "Mr. Stark doesn't want to be disturbed." Friday informed you.
"Oh, come on Friday. I really need to talk to him," you pleaded.
"Sorry, MissStark, but even you can't come." The AI said.
"Friday, we both know I know how to open this door with or without your consent. And we both know I can easily hack you to turn you off. So, please." You said, and the AI didn't say anything for a moment. You were sure if she could, she would sighed, but she finally opened the doors, and you rushed in.
Tony was moving some boxes on the big table, he noticed some footsteps but didn't turn around. "Friday, I thought I was clear when I said I didn't want anyone here." He said.
"Um. I think we need to talk." You said, and he finally turned around to look at you.
"Oh, you want to talk now?" he asked sarcastically.
"Listen, I know we should have told you earlier, but we didn't find the right time."
"Since when?"
"What?"
"Since when you two are-? You know."
"Two years soon."
"TWO YEARS?" He yelled, and you flinched. "You didn't find the right time during those two years?". He asked.
"I know it's long, but we both know we couldn't see each other for the last two years." You said, and you started to walk back and forth in the lab. "I know you are angry, but—."
"No!" He cut you off. "I'm not just angry, Y/n. I'm also sad and shocked. It's been nearly two years since my daughter got married, and I didn't know. And what pisses me off the most is that you were not even the one who told me. Why didn't you tell me?"
"I don't know."
"We were used to telling each other everything. How did something like that happen?"
"I know. I think I was scared."
He sighed, and you stopped to look at him. "Did Natasha know?"
"No, we wanted to talk with the both of you. But Pepper knew."
"Pepper?" He repeated, and he scuffed.
"She's my mom."
"Yes, but I'm your dad too, did you forget that? What happened to the little girl that I raised and always made sure she could tell me everything?" He asked and walked out of the room.
"She just grew up." You replied when he passed beside you, and he left without arguing more. You stayed in the lab for an hour; crying alone, when you heard someone come.
"Hey, Yelena said we could find you here." Antonia said. You wiped away your tears before facing her. The two widows looked at you and your pitiful state. Selina didn't say anything and just hugged you. "We're sorry." Antonia said, and you looked at her.
"Oh, no, it's nothing. I think you helped me in a way." You replied and tried to smile. "You both came tonight?" you asked them, and they nodded.
When you left the lab with your two friends, you saw Natasha. She was on the couch, and when you approached her to say your goodbyes, she didn't even acknowledge you. This night, the girls spent the night trying to cheer you up.
The next day, you went to the tower to pick up some files for work. Kate didn't leave your side; she asked you a lot of questions about you and Yelena. It was cute, and you were happy to finally talk about the woman who owned your heart, but right now you needed to talk to someone. So after the questions about your first meeting, and who asked who, you successfully found a way to escape in your dad's lab.
In there, you were surprised to find Natasha and Pepper talking about something that visibly concerned you because they stopped immediately when they saw you.
"Hey sweetheart. I thought you were already at work." Your mom said.
"Hi mom. Hi Natasha. I will go. I just wanted to talk with dad before." You said.
"He was tired from last night, so he should be sleeping right now." Pepper said, and you nodded.
"Okay, bye. I'll see you next week." You added before leaving.
"She looks desperate," Natasha said when you were out of earshot.
"She always was a daddy girl, she spent all her time with Tony. But he doesn't seem to approve of her relationship with your sister, so I think it's the best condition she could be in, actually." The blonde explained.
"But why didn't she tell him anything?"
"She wanted to, trust me. She just waited for the right time. They had planned to announce to you when they'd find a way to reunite you and Tony with them in privacy. But every time you were the three of you together, it was the time she was in San Francisco, and when she moved here, you were a little hostile towards her because your sister was mesmerized by her wife."
"Do you think I scared her?"
"Oh, don't worry, Natasha; she needs more than a shovel talk from an ex-assassin to be scared. But I think she's worried about not being enough for your sister."
You didn't find your dad, and you needed to leave for San Francisco this afternoon for a week; Yelena was out with Antonia and Selina. When you were ready to leave, you texted your wife and your father, even if you knew he wouldn't reply soon.
Two days later, you were with Hope and Cassie on the couch, talking about all that had happened since you left. "Wait, how did you want him to act when he just learned that her daughter got married to an ex-assassin?" Hope asked, and you rolled your eyes.
"Oh, come on, we all know she's not like that anymore." You said.
"Yeah, Softy Widow is totally different with you." Cassie said, and you looked at her confused.
"How do you know this nickname?" You asked.
"She came for a visit last month with Selina and Antonia, and they didn't stop to call her that." The young girl replied.
"You know she would kill you if you call her that in front of her." You replied playfully.
"Oh, come on, she loves me, I'm her best niece." She said with an amusing tone.
"You're technically her only niece," you said, and she rolled her eyes. "So, let's talk about something else. Like how my little Cassie is becoming a delinquent."
"Oh, come on. It was not bad." The young girl said and you chuckled.
"You miniaturized a police car. It's a little bad, but I'm not Scott, so, I'll let it slide." Hope said.
"You're a pretty bad mom, Hope." You said dramatically, and the girls laughed.
You spent the rest of the day talking and laughing with them, and Scott came a few hours later. You were grateful to see him, even if he was not the smartest of all of you, he was the one who always helped you with your family issues.
"Oh, it's a huge problem." Scott said, and you sighed. "I mean, I don't want to take his side, but honestly, if it were Cassie, I would act the same. Listen, you know how much he likes you, it's just a question of time. Let him process the changes and show him how Yelena could be a Softy Widow." he said, and you laughed.
"You really have a death wish in this family." You replied, and he smiled.
"I'm glad to see you smile. And don't worry, she already almost killed me the last time I called her like that, but she's not here." He said, and you laughed. "I have some ideas if you want me to help you," he added.
You were grateful for the time you spent with them; it was fun to see Scott come up with a few things you could do to make up with Tony. When you left at the end of the week, you were sad, but you promised to come with your wife the next time. When your flight landed in New York, you had already missed your time in San Francisco, but you were glad to see your favorite blonde again.
You texted your dad to let him know you were back, and you weren't surprised when he didn't reply. A little upset, you reached your car and started to drive to your home. The ride was pretty cool, and Friday told you that Yelena was required on an emergency mission. Okay, it was not really how you wanted to be greeted, but you knew how it was to be an avenger.
At a red light, you noticed a car that suspiciously followed you. It was not uncommon for some people to follow you when they knew that you were the daughter of Tony Stark. They usually just wanted a photo or to talk about business. At another red light, you took your phone and texted Pepper to let her know that you should be back a little later than expected. When the light turned green, you drove, but you didn’t see the same car speed up in your direction until it was too late.
On the other side of the state, the Avengers were coming back visibly exhausted by their mission when Friday alerted them:
"Mr. Stark, Mrs. Belova, you have an incoming call from Mrs. Pott."
The Avengers exchanged curious looks.
"Take it." Tony said, and the AI did. "Hey Pepper, how are you?" He asked.
"Good, but I need you and Yelena to come here asap." She replied, and everybody was worried because of the little fear in her tone.
"What's happening?" Your father asked.
"It's Y/n. She got involved in a car crash." She successfully mumbled while she was sobbing.
"Where is she?" Yelena asked, clearly worried.
"In the hospital, I'll send you the address." Your mom said. After she sent them the address, the heroes didn't wait to come.
Pepper was waiting for any information, while everyone burst into the hospital. She fell apart in the arms of your father before she tried to comfort your wife. They didn’t have time to sit until a doctor reached them.
“Mr. Stark, Mrs. Pott, I’m happy to see you. Did any of you know who Mrs. Belova is?” they asked.
“It’s me.” Yelena said, and it brought the attention of everybody.
The doctor nodded and gave her a little comforting smile. They took some steps away from the group before they told them about what happened to you and what they were doing in the operating room. After that, they joined the group, who were as worried as them.
“How is she?” Steve asked first.
“They almost finished the operation, so we need to wait.” Pepper informed them.
“But what happened?” Kate asked this time.
“Someone provoked an intentional accident, and she was obviously the target.” Yelena replied, and the group didn’t ask anything else. “She shouldn’t be here.” the blonde mumbled.
“Hey, it’s okay Yelena nobody couldn’t predict that.” Natasha said.
“No, that’s not what I mean. She shouldn’t have taken this trip to San Francisco if YOU’d decided to act like an adult and talk with her.” she said, pointing to Tony.
“What do you mean?” your father asked, visibly angry at your wife’s accusations.
“You know exactly what I mean. If you had taken the time to talk with her, she wouldn't have booked a flight for Hope’s support. If you’d act like a parent and didn’t use this mission to avoid the conversation, she would never take her car and never get here right now.” She explained. “I joined you because she wanted to make sure I could have somebody if something happened to me, but now, because of that, I couldn’t protect her.” Her tears started to fall on her cheeks.
Kate didn’t wait to lead Yelena to the nearest bathroom, leaving the team totally surprised and speechless. Natasha followed the two girls, but not before sending a terrifying glare at Tony. In the bathroom, Yelena was crying while the archer tried to comfort her, even though she knew it was impossible. A few minutes later, Natasha came with a water bottle.
“Hey, take this.” she said while handing the bottle to her little sister. The blonde took it but didn’t say anything. A few seconds passed before the older sister spoke again, “Don’t worry, I’m sure she’ll be alright.”
“I know.” Yelena replied, “But I should be here; I promise to never let anything happen to her. If I didn’t go on this mission, we would be at home right now.”
“If you weren’t there, I could be the one here.” Kate said, and the blonde chuckled.
“You really need to learn how to fight Kate Bishop,” your wife said. She wanted to say something else when she received a text from Hope asking how you were. "Sorry, I need to call Hope.” she said before excusing herself.
A little over an hour later, the doctor came to tell them that the operation was successful, and they transferred you to a private bedroom. And that was where your father and your wife were—only the two of them because the other had plans for the rest of the day.
There was an awkward silence because of the earlier argument. Tony came back after a little trip to the vending machine, and he sat on the second chair near your bed. He took a deep breath, and the woman looked at him. “I’m sorry,” your father said.
“Excuse me?” The Russian asked; she was ready for another argument or sneaky comment, not an apology.
“I’m sorry for how I acted since last week. Hope told me everything you did for her and I thank you for that. I'm truly happy for you, it’s just that we used to tell everything and suddenly I learn that she’s married.” The billionaire said.
“Yeah it’s too much.” The blonde chuckled.
“Yeah that’s it…”
“She wanted to wait for you but somewhere we knew that it may never happen so we did at the moment. But believe me, when I said I never regret this decision. She’s the love of my life, she’s the one who taught me to love properly since the Red Room and just for that I would give her my life even if she’s not ready to do that in return.” Yelena explained.
“We all know that I can give you anything for you, even my life.” You said, and the two of them looked at you. “Hey guys. How are you?” you said with a weak voice.
Tony called a doctor, and only a dew later a nurse and doctor were in your room doing some tests and asked you some questions to be sure everything was alright. They told you what happened and that they will keep you for three more days.  In the evening you were in your bed with Yelena cuddling with you because it’s been a while since you were able to see each other.
“So, with my dad? I hope you didn’t strangle him.” You joked.
“I was about to but I know how much you love him so I had to restrain myself.” she replied and you laughed. “I missed it.” she said softly.
“What?” you asked.
“Your laugh. Your smile. You. I miss you.” she replied, and you grinned.
“It’s only been a week, babe,” you said.
“I know, but it was a really long week. I had to support my sister and all her friends, and the pranks of Selina and Antonia.” she said, and you laughed.
“And what does my little drama queen need me to do to make up for this.” you cooed.
“Don’t do that again.” She replied, and you kissed her forehead.
“Okay, next time, I'll bring you with me." You said but she didn’t seem relieved.
“No, I meant don’t scare me like this, I thought I lost you. We both know I would not be able to live in a world without you.” She said, and with her tone, you were sure she was totally serious.
“Don’t worry, my love, I will always be with you no matter what.” You reassured her. “Now let’s sleep because tomorrow everyone will be here and they’ll not give us enough time to sleep.” you said, and she nodded.
“Good night, moya lyubov' (my love),” she said, and she kissed you.
“Good night, my love.” you replied.

Heyy, do you write for cassie Lang? If yes, can I get a Cassie×male reader that is basically like your Abby littman story "the talk" but with Scott finding you making out in her bed
A/N: Combining with another request I got: Can I request a cassie lang×male reader where Scott caught them?
Cassie Lang x Male!reader
Tumblr media
You're on top of Cassie as she's slowly unbuttoning your shirt while you're making out in her bed, you had the Lang house to yourselves and were taking full advantage of it.
She runs her hands down your now exposed chest and moans when your thigh presses up into her center giving her something to grind against for some much needed friction.
"Cass I'm home early- oh my god!" Scott says immediately covering his eyes when he walks into Cassie's room catching you and his daughter in this… intimate position.
"Dad!" Cassie shouts, shoving you away from her and you fall off the bed hitting the floor with a loud thud.
"Um hi mister Lang," you say awkwardly, peaking your head over the edge of the bed to gauge how much trouble you were in but he didn't seem mad or upset, just confused.
"Hey Y/N… so are you two like… boyfriend and girlfriend?" Scott asks, nervously removing his hand from his eyes to find you on your feet again and buttoning your shirt back up while Cassie is sitting up and hugging a pillow to her chest out of embarrassment.
"You didn't know? We've been dating for months," Cassie says raising an eyebrow, "why do you think we've been spending so much time together?"
"I don't know! I just thought you guys were really good buddies!" Scott replies.
"Seriously? He comes over for dinner at least twice a week," Cassie states, "and Hank literally made a joke a few days ago about Y/N being your future son in law."
"I'm sorry! I still forget you're grown up now and that means boys and sex and-"
"Oh god please don't say that word," Cassie begs.
"Sex? Sex is normal Cassie I mean your mom and I had to have sex to have you," Scott rambles.
"Gross! Stop talking!" Cassie shouts.
"Sir Cassie and I aren't- we haven't-" you say trying to fix the situation but Scott cuts you off.
"Y/N I like you and I think you are good for Cassie, I can accept that my little girl isn't so little anymore all I ask is that you use protection… you know when you do have sex."
Cassie groans and lays back, putting the pillow over her face, very okay with suffocating to death in that moment if it meant getting out of this conversation.
"Yes sir," you nod.
"Don't call me sir, it's Scott… or should I make you call me sir? Is that what dads are supposed to do with their daughters boyfriends? Does calling me sir make me seem more intimidating?" He keeps rambling.
"Dad please leave," Cassie pleas.
"Alright I'll go… but I'm leaving the door open," he says looking between you two like he's trying to make a point, "but Cassie if you ever want to talk about… things… we can do that."
"Okay bye," she says removing the pillow from her face as Scott finally leaves the room.
"So I think that went well," you say trying to lighten the mood but she just glares at you.
"I'm never leaving this bed," Cassie huffs.
"I'm okay with that," you chuckle, climbing on top of her to try to kiss her again.
"Not funny Y/N!" She says with a slight smile when she deflects so you kiss her cheek instead, "my dad just caught us making out."
"Oh come on Cassie your dad is cool, didn't you hear? He and your mom had sex to make you," you tease.
"If you mention my parents having sex one more time we are never having sex like ever," she warns.
"Duly noted," you say rolling over onto your side and putting your arm around her waist, "can we at least cuddle?"
"No way, what if he comes back up here?" She laughs.
"So now we can't even cuddle?" You pout.
"Not while he's home," she says, taking your arm and moving it off of her, "so keep your hands to yourself."
"But how am I supposed to do that when my girlfriend is so hot," you laugh, taking hold of her hips and pulling her in close to you and kissing her.
"Dad entering, is everyone's clothes still on?" Scott says to announce his presence making Cassie move away from you once more, "who wants Chinese take out for dinner?"
"This is the worst day ever," Cassie groans.

And So the Student Becomes the Teacher
Summary: When a new Avenger-in-training is brought to the compound, Kate is assigned as one of the primary instructors. Little does she know, Cassie Lang is someone that, while startlingly similar to Kate, also has a fighting spirit in her that more than qualifies her for the job.
Or Kate and Cassie spar and play Kate's own version of twenty questions to get to know each other better.
Word Count: 3.1k+
A/N: Well, hopefully this one didn't turn out absolutely terrible 😅 I just had a mouth surgery the other day that I had to be put under for, so I've been a little out of sorts. Maybe it hasn't affected the writing quality 😅😬
I hope y'all enjoy this one!!! 💖💖💖
  “Hey, Kate!” someone called suddenly.
Kate furrowed her brow a little, stopping in the midst of her warm-up as she turned to look in the direction of the voice. To her surprise, it was Scott Lang coming her way.
The last thing that Kate had expected was to be interrupted in her training by Ant-Man of all people. He was not one to frequent the compound anyways and seemed to be more focused on his own personal life than the superhero side of things.
However, she could not deny that at this point, she was extremely curious about what had brought him.
“Hi,” Kate replied, smiling despite her intense confusion. She offered the man a onceover, considering what he could possibly be doing looking for her.
  “You remember me, right?”
“Of course! Scott Lang the Ant-Man,” Kate replied effortlessly, and he instantly looked extremely relieved.
“Oh, good. That wouldve been a weird conversation. But, umm, the reason I’m here… I’ve got somebody I want you to meet,” he told her with a warm smile, stepping aside as he revealed the girl standing a small distance behind him. She was looking around the gym, slowly turning in circles as she took in the sight of all of it.
“Hey, Peanut, come over here. I’ve got somebody for you to meet,” Scott called, and the girl instantly looked at him, almost seeming embarrassed as she caught sight of Kate.
“Dad, not in front of people,” she whined under her breath as she strode over.
Scott wrapped his arm around her back as soon as she was close enough, squeezing her arm on the opposite side from him. He did not seem to be affected in the least by her embarrassment at the nickname.
“This is Cassie, my daughter. Cassie, this is Kate, Clint’s protégé or something like that,” he told her, choosing to ignore her comment.
“Good to meet you, Cassie,” Kate greeted cheerily, and Cassie nodded to her. She was still confused as to why exactly she was getting an introduction and what he needed with her, but she was still pleased to meet a potential new friend.
As if he had read her mind, he cleared his throat, speaking up again.
“Well, umm… you’re probably wondering why I’m introducing you to her and all that, so I guess I’ll just go ahead and tell you,” Scott expressed, letting his arm drop away from Cassie as she continued to study the room, alternating between looking at Kate and eyeing the equipment with a certain interest.
“So… I didn’t know if you knew, but we came to Captain America and a couple of the others and asked about Cassie possibly joining the Avengers program. He just gave us the okay just the other day, and I’m coming here to drop her off,” he proceeded to explain the situation to her.
“Kind of makes me think of some kind of superhero college thing or something,” he laughed wryly, and Kate just listened carefully.
Cassie rolled her eyes heavily, and it led Kate to believe that this was by far not the first time that she had heard this joke from him. Something about the familiarity of the whole thing left a small ache in Kate’s chest as she remembered her own father and his same old jokes that he always told. It made her miss him deeply.
“Of course, she’s going to have to have some tests, and probably a little more training, but we’ve got a pretty good basis since she’s already learned some martial arts and stuff. But um… honestly, that’s kind of why I’m here talking to you,” Scott finally started to get to the point. Kate nodded to him, just patiently waiting.
“I was wondering… Well, I mean, I’m her primary mentor, but like… Cap suggested we talk to you and ask if maybe you would be willing to help train her?” Scott questioned.
“He said it’d be a good experience for you both and she might learn better from someone not too far from her age, and—”
“I am literally so willing,” Kate interjected, and she instantly noticed the almost awkward quiet as he paused mid-sentence. She smiled nervously, flashing him an apologetic look despite her excitement.
“Sorry,” she expressed, wincing a little. She honestly could not help her interjection. She was really excited at the prospect of getting to train someone and finally do them the favor that had been done for her.
Granted, Kate had a black belt and was an expert fencer before she came to the Avengers, but the Avengers taught her martial arts like she had never done before. Natasha and Clint’s teachings were far beyond anything she had learned, and some of Clint’s sword skills were certainly not in her fencing lessons that her mom had paid for.
To have the opportunity to pass those teachings to someone else was extremely exciting for her.
“Oh, no, no, that’s great news! I’m super glad to hear it,” he expressed, and Kate glanced at Cassie with a smile.
“We can get started right now if you want? I mean, I was just warming up, so if you want, we can go and see where we’re at,” Kate offered, and Cassie looked at her dad with a sigh before looking back at Kate.
Kate was slightly taken aback at the slight lack of enthusiasm, but she wondered if it might simply be some manner of shyness.
“Sure,” she replied, and Scott grinned widely at the both of them before a sudden notification went off on his phone. He furrowed his brow, checking it before looking at Cassie.
“Hope needs me to come help her with something. You good here?” Scott checked with her. She sighed deeply and unhappily.
“Got it, Dad,” Cassie answered after a brief moment.
“Alright. Have fun, Peanut,” he told her, reaching out to grab the back of her head as he pulled her near for a brief forehead kiss.
He then hurried off toward the door, lifting the phone to his ear as he presumably called Hope.
Kate looked at Cassie, letting out a deep breath as she grinned.
“So… Wanna get yourself some gloves and stuff?” Kate offered, and Cassie raised an eyebrow at her, not overly impressed. Kate was definitely beginning to rethink her assumption that Cassie was just shy. The girl seemed to be in a not too great mood.
“Where do you guys keep them?” Cassie questioned, keeping the conversation fairly flat.
“Over that way,” Kate pointed her own gloved hand, and Cassie headed over.
Kate thought it through, knowing she had to think of some way to get Cassie invested and involved in the whole thing. She would love to get to know her better, so maybe she could start with that idea.
Once Cassie was geared up and she hopped into the ring with Kate, Kate smiled at her kindly.
“So I’ve got an idea,” Kate started. Cassie looked at her somewhat strangely, but there was some interest in her gaze.
  “Okay… What?”
“Let’s play twenty questions while we spar,” Kate presented her thought, and Cassie raised an eyebrow.
“Okay,” Cassie chuckled just a little, not seeming over impressed with the idea, and Kate shook her head.
“But not twenty questions like you think,” Kate explained to her, and Cassie just eyed her strangely.
“I’m thinking twenty questions like we alternate back and forth asking each other stuff to get to know each other,” Kate suggested, and Cassie looked at her strangely.
However, after a couple of beats, she shrugged, amazingly not seeming overly against it.
  “Okay, why not?”
“I’ll ask something and then you ask, okay? We’ll each have twenty questions for the both of us,” Kate explained her slightly tweaked version of the game.
  “Alright.”
“Now get in position and let’s get started,” Kate told her, and Cassie complied, nodding a little. Kate could see the concentration in her face as she offered Kate a brief onceover.
“Let’s go,” Kate spoke, officially starting the fight.
They circled one another for a moment, debating where to go in first. After all, they did not know one another. They did not know each other’s weaknesses or their strengths, and this entire battle was going to be full of surprises.
“Favorite color?” Kate questioned, hoping to throw Cassie off a little before moving in.
To her surprise, Cassie came at her as soon as she asked her question. Kate quickly blocked her and effortlessly used Cassie’s momentum to knock her to the other side of the ring just as Natasha had taught her in the past.
Cassie caught herself just before hitting the guardrail, but only barely as she turned to look at Kate again. There was a renewed respect in her eyes and a hint of curiosity as she watched her. Surprisingly, the grumpiness from before seemed to be fading.
“Purple. What’s yours?” Cassie questioned, and Kate grinned widely, unable to help laughing a little at the irony of the whole thing.
  “Purple, too.”
“Oh… Wow, that’s crazy,” Cassie smiled just a bit, starting to brighten just a tad.
Kate dove in for an attack, swiping several sharp punches unpredictably as she avoided looking in the direction of where she was going to hit. Cassie apparently had not been expecting it, but she handled it rather well considering. Cassie even managed to get in a kick of her own that harmlessly was dodged by Kate’s quick reaction time.
“Birth year?” Kate asked, and Cassie huffed, narrowing her eyes a bit.
“Two-thousand-seven. You?” Cassie replied simply, looking like she was waiting for the right time for another attack as she looked Kate over and seemingly tried to gauge any weak spots.
Kate did not give her the chance to have the luxury of deciphering such things as she rushed her and aimed several sharp kicks toward her midsection and head. Cassie remarkably managed to dodge, but Kate’s foot grazed her face despite her best efforts to the contrary.
“Two-thousand-two. You okay?” Kate asked, and Cassie huffed, nodding as she looked at Kate closely.
“I’m good. Don’t worry about me,” Cassie assured her, and Kate was not entirely sure whether she was simply trying to be tough or if she genuinely was fine. Kate made the decision to avoid her face for at least until she could get a better read on what Cassie could handle.
  “Okay… Only if you’re sure?”
  “Is that your next question?”
“No,” Kate responded, and Cassie actually smiled widely at her. Kate could not help but return the gesture.
“What’s your… superhero name?” Kate questioned, and Cassie thought it over for just a second, never taking her eyes off of Kate as she considered it.
“Stinger. Or Ant-Girl. Haven’t decided yet. Yours?” Cassie asked before swinging at Kate’s head unexpectedly.
Kate took her wrist, knocking it out of the way and landing a hit in Cassie’s currently unguarded stomach area. Cassie jumped back, trying to stop any more onslaughts of hits.
She was starting to loosen up in her fighting, and Kate could see the determination in her gaze as she waited to get in another hit in return for Kate’s attack. They were starting to get more comfortable with one another, and Kate knew that they were about to get into the real fighting that they had been warming up for so far.
“Are you going to just repeat my questions back to me?” Kate asked, stopping for a brief moment despite the fact that they were in the middle of a fight. Cassie shrugged, raising her eyebrows just a little.
“Hey, the whole point of this was to get to know each other, right?” Cassie asked, slightly winded from the hit to the gut.
“Touché,” Kate replied, laughing as Cassie mustered a grin.
To Kate’s immense happiness, it seemed like Cassie had just been in a less than perfect mood earlier, and as Kate pried at her, it appeared to be that Cassie was naturally a lot like Kate in personality. She had a sense of humor and she seemed to be goofy despite what Kate sensed was a slight rebellious streak within her.
“Answer is Hawkeye, by the way,” Kate answered her, and Cassie furrowed her brow.
“I thought that was Clint Barton’s name,” Cassie stated in a manner that was more of a question. Kate moved her head in a nonchalant sort of gesture.
“We share it. It was part of the agreement when I became an Avenger,” Kate explained.
  “Hmm… Interesting.”
“Superhero crush?” Kate asked, and Cassie let out a breath, shrugging.
  “Thor’s hot,” Cassie simply stated.
“My best friend thinks that same thing,” Kate could not help but laugh a little in reply, thinking of Darcy's crush on Thor.
“Favorite musician?” Cassie asked a question of her own, making the mistake of glancing at Kate’s legs as she tried to swipe them from underneath her. Kate started to go for the ground, but she maneuvered to turn her fall into a somersault as she popped back up and on her feet.
Cassie watched her, utterly impressed with the move, and Kate prepared to come at her again as she answered her.
  “Avicii probably.”
  “That’s a really good one.”
  “Your favorite artist?”
“Who’s repeating questions back now?” Cassie asked, laughing, and Kate just huffed, rolling her eyes as she enjoyed the girl’s sense of humor.
They could strangely relate on a similar playing field. Their thoughts on what was funny was strangely alike and their fighting was remarkably well-matched considering their natural tendencies to lean toward certain moves and even certain weaknesses. After all, Kate had been the worst about looking at the area where she was going to hit someone.
“I don’t know… I like M.I.A. She’s a fighter,” Cassie informed her, and Kate nodded, trying to remember if she had ever heard the woman’s music.
  “That’s valid—”
To Kate’s sudden surprise, as soon as the words came out of her mouth, Cassie suddenly launched toward her, shooting several kicks at Kate’s left side. Kate was not fully prepared to protect herself on that side given the fact that it was one of her weaknesses, and Cassie actually managed to get a good kick in.
Kate sidestepped, trying to get some room so she could come at Cassie with an elbow toward her chin. At this point, Kate felt that the girl could handle it.
Cassie almost fell backwards in her effort to dodge it, and Kate was going to let her take position on the opposite side of the ring when Cassie suddenly came at her again with a renewed vigor. Kate instantly fought to keep the upper hand, blocking Cassie’s hits.
Kate finally managed to get one in on Cassie’s gut again, taking advantage of the opening once more. Cassie fell back, and Kate raised her eyebrows.
  “You’re good.”
“You, too,” Cassie replied, somewhat out of breath as she offered her a thumbs-up and a somewhat goofy smile. Kate offered a thumbs-up and a smile of her own.
“I think you are holding out on me a little, though, Kate. Don’t be scared to fight me. I don’t want to be treated like a little kid,” Cassie informed her, defiance in her eyes, and Kate paused briefly, looking at her with some surprise.
However, she ended up nodding in reply to her, agreeing to stop going quite so easy on her. Cassie apparently could handle it from what Kate had gathered from fighting her, and Cassie wanted her to go harder and not coddle her.
And so they continued to fight and ask questions as they went.
………………………………………………………………………………………………………
“Okay, let’s… Phew, let’s take a break,” Kate spoke up, and they both sat down on the floor of the ring. They were both breathing heavily, and Cassie laid down on her back as her chest heaved. Kate laid down with her.
“What question are we on now?” Cassie questioned, and Kate shook her head, honestly having no clue.
“Let’s call it our last one. ‘Cause… ‘Cause I’m tired,” Kate pointed out with a chuckle, and Cassie huffed in reply, grinning.
There was silence between them for a few moments, and Cassie looked at Kate after a moment. Kate looked back at her, somewhat confused.
“What?” Kate questioned, and Cassie raised an eyebrow.
“Aren’t you going to ask a question?”
“Oh! I thought it was your turn!” Kate declared, and Cassie furrowed her brow, trying to remember now that Kate had thrown her for a loop.
  “Wait, is it your turn?”
They both laughed, unable to even consider it logically for a few moments as they closed their eyes and tried to catch their breaths. They rested for a moment, reopening them slowly as they observed the ceiling.
“I’ll just go,” Kate told her, and Cassie nodded.
“What do you think about training here under me and your dad?” Kate asked, curious to know the answer now that she knew Cassie a little better after all their questioning.
Cassie was quiet for a long few moments, thinking it through as she debated her reply.
Finally, she sighed, clearing her throat as she spoke up.
“Honestly, Kate, I wasn’t so sure about this entire thing at first. I thought I learned pretty much all I needed to know and I was pretty sure that this was just some goofy formality that my dad was making me go through,” Cassie explained, and Kate raised an eyebrow as she took in a long, deep breath.
“Have you changed your mind?” Kate questioned as she tentatively sat up, balancing herself on her elbows.
“You were on your last question already,” Cassie acknowledged, and Kate shrugged.
“It’s a bonus round,” Kate told her, grinning a little as she took in a deep breath.
“Hmm… Well, I think I might have a little more to learn. Not too much but maybe some,” Cassie granted, and Kate hummed in acknowledgement.
“I think you’ll like it here. There’s a bunch of really great people and they all are there to help you succeed and to lend a hand,” Kate assured her, and Cassie nodded.
“You got one more question if you want to go for it,” Kate told her, and Cassie was quiet as she thought it through, deciding on what she wanted to ask.
Cassie finally looked over at her.
“You, um… Wanna be friends?” Cassie asked.
Kate looked at her with some surprise, and Cassie just eyed her with only a bit of trepidation in return. A few beats passed, but then Kate shrugged with a wide smile, nudging her playfully.
“I think that could be arranged.”

Pairing: Kate Bishop x Cassie Lang
Tags/Warnings: Size Difference, romance, fluff(?), short, MCU
Length: 551
Summary: Kate and Cassie on a night out
A longer rendition of an earlier post.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
The blaring police cars speed past them as they run along the empty sidewalk. They’ve just left a crime scene littered with unconscious and beaten bad guys. They were trying to rob a mom-and-pop bodega when Kate and Cassie just happened to be passing by. They weren’t planning on doing any superheroing tonight, but the job isn’t often convenient. They looked at each other for confirmation and agreed without a word.
They dipped into the closest alleyway and quickly got out of their civilian clothing to reveal their super suits beneath. Kate kept and updated her purple suit from her time with Clint while Cass changed hers from purple to red and black, like her dad’s.
They snuck into the bodega without drawing attention. Each of them wore a black ski mask and black clothing, almost invisible inside the darkness of the store. “Out for a late-night snack?” Cassie said. They all turned to see her standing at the front of the store, each of them raising handguns and batons. Arrows sailed out from the darkness and disarmed each goon. Cassie shakes her head, “Guns, so slippery.”
“Get her!” one of the criminals shouted and they all charged her at once. Their eyes were utter anger and violence. She rapidly grew to ten feet tall, and though she couldn’t see their faces, she knew they looked terrified. She punched one into a stack of boxes and kicked another back into the shadows of the store. Another one climbed her back and she threw him over her shoulder down to the ground. Kate’s arrows hit the floor and webs burst from the arrow tips, sticking each bad guy to the ground. “Courtesy of your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man,” Kate said as she emerged from the shadows.
Cassie shrunk to normal size, and the girls high-fived. Then Kate watched as a dark figure rose up behind Cassie, knife in hand. “Duck!” Cassie shrunk again and the swipe of the knife went over her head. Kate’s arrow hit him in the chest and forced him against a wall where more webs exploded and stuck him. “Thanks,” Cassie said.
They swapped back into their casual clothing just as they heard the police sirens approaching. They ran, the still shrunken Cassie standing less than five feet tall pulling along Kate who towered over her. They were both laughing as they ran. The police sped past them and finally, they stopped. They rested against an abandoned building, waiting for the sirens to fade away. Then they kept laughing, their breath visible in the cold winter air. They stared at each other. Kate slid down the wall to equal Cassie’s diminutive size. Then they kissed.
Kate slowly started to stand up again to keep kissing Cassie. Soon Cassie was her normal height, then the same height as Kate, then slightly taller.
“Cass…” Kate said, still kissing. “Cass.” Cassie wouldn’t let her speak. “Cassie, you’re gr-“
“I don’t care.”
Kate was on her tiptoes stretching as far up as she could to keep kissing her.
Finally, they stopped and Cassie was more than 7’ tall. Kate stared up at the giant blonde girl, giggling. Then Cassie scooped her up into her arms and carried her the rest of the way back.

*not my gif*
America's POV
I enter the rather large apartment space. Even though I expected it to be big with five roommates, this far exceeds my expectations.
I make a mental note to thank Strange for the recommendation later.
I'm so glad I decided to move in first. I don't have much (anything, really, if we're being honest) but I get first dibs on room choice.
I walk through each room and make an evaluation. Finally, the last one on the corner catches my eye. It has a giant window looking out into the New York City skyline, giving it plenty of sunlight.
I set my one bag down on the bed and take a moment to breathe everything in. I finally have a home, a place to go to. And I finally have my powers under control. I can actually stay in this universe and have a place to call my own.
Minus, like, everything else I need to survive. Strange gave me some cash (actually, a lot of cash by this universe's standards) to go shopping. I really should pay him back at some point.
He's become like a father figure to me. Even though, since last week, I haven't heard from him. I'm not too concerned—he's got all that world-saving to do—but it would be nice if he'd given me a little warning.
I hear the front doorknob turn.
Kamala's POV
"Kamala, walk. Go." My mom pushes the bag she is holding against me. I walk through my new front door.
"Good sized kitchen. Nice view." My dad surveys the place. "Living space, very nice."
"Dad!" I whine. "Can you help me with this box and stop admiring everything?"
"Kamala, don't talk to your father that way." My mom gives me a pointed look. "I will leave you here to do everything yourself."
"Okay," I mutter, rolling my eyes and shoving my light frustration down.
A girl's head peeks around the wall. I smile awkwardly and she returns it.
"Hi," I start to wave but hide it with a hair flip. "I'm Kamala."
"America." She smiles more comfortably.
"Does it matter which room I pick?" I ask. America shakes her head with a shrug. "Okay, cool."
"Kamala, where's your bedroom?" My mom shouts much louder than she needs to, considering I'm standing right behind her.
I walk straight forward into the closest room possible, dropping the heavy items I've been struggling with on the ground.
Cassie's POV
We just walked into the building when the security guard came up to my dad.
"Ay Scott, I haven't seen you in years!"
My dad turns around and smiles. "Hey, how are you man?"
I turn to physical mush inside. Imagine one of my new roommates sees me waiting around for my dad like a kid.
"Dad." I whisper harshly.
"Alright. I'm moving my daughter in right now actually. I'm sure I'll see you again." He shakes his friend's hand.
"Ah, good choice. It's a beautiful building." The man winks and me.
Ew.
I walk quickly to the elevator.
💫
I hear something slam on the floor from inside the apartment. My dad and I share a worried look and try the door. It has been left unlocked.
We walk in and hear a lot of commotion from the left, then a girl comes bursting out of one of the rooms, groaning. She stops when she sees me and smiles.
"Hi! I'm Kamala!" She says sweetly.
I smile back. "Cassie."
Another girl walks up beside Kamala. "I'm America."
I smile. "I like that name, it's cool."
"Thanks," she smiles widely.
"Cass, let's get your stuff in and then you can talk, okay?" My dad says, awkwardly just standing behind me the whole time.
I nod. The doorknob clicks and we all look at it.
Kate's POV
I walk through the front door and am greeted with four pairs of eyes staring me down.
"Hi," I give an awkward little wave. I quickly pull my hand down and curse at myself.
"Hello." One of the three girls says. "What's your name?"
"Oh, I'm Kate." I smile (more like grimace, I've been in here for two seconds and I've already done something embarrassing).
"I'm Cassie," the girl smiles.
"Kamala!" A completely new voice yells from somewhere out of sight. "Come help your father!"
The girl on the left gives and awkward little wave and scurries away.
"I'm America." The last girl smiles. "Nice to meet you."
"Is this everyone?" I ask.
"No, I think there's one more person, but they're not coming till tomorrow." America shrugs.
I nod. "Lot of people for one apartment."
America laughs. "It'll be okay."
"Has everyone taken their bedrooms already?" I suddenly change the conversation.
"Yeah, I think the one next to me is open though." She beckons me to follow her.

Can I ask a Cassie Lang× male reader where reader sees her in her costume for the first time and get turned on by her

Cassie Lang x male!reader
For the last year you had been working with Cassie and Hank studying the quantum realm and Hank was more than happy to help when you wanted to surprise Cassie with a suit of her own.
"We should be able to give Cassie the suit by next week, just needs a few finishing touches," Hank says proudly.
"You're not going to tell Scott about this right? He knows she's been messing around with some of his old tech but I don't think he's ready to see her become a superhero yet without going into worried dad mode," You ask him as you're inspecting the suit with the intention of shrinking it before Cassie arrives at the lab.
"Don't worry Y/N, it's Cassie's decision to tell her father," he says putting away his tools that he was using to make some adjustments to the suit.
"Tell my dad what?" Cassie asks from the doorway making you jump in surprise and drop the suit.
"Hey babe, we were just you know… talking about the quantum realm," you say, subtly trying to kick the suit under the table.
"What is that on the ground?" Cassie asks, raising an eyebrow.
"Nothing," you shrug.
"Y/N," Cassie says more sternly.
"Give it up kid, we've been caught," Hank says.
"Okay well we still have a few kinks to work out but…" you say picking the suit up, "Hank and I made you your own suit."
Her face lights up and a huge smile grows, "are you serious?"
"I hope you like it," you say, handing it to her.
"I love it," she cheers, holding the suit out in front of her and admiring it before hugging you tightly, "thank you so much Y/N and you too grandpa," she adds giving Hank a hug as well.
"You've been working hard Cassie, you deserve it," he tells her.
"You should try it on," you suggest, wanting to make sure it fits okay.
"Sure," she says all giddy, slipping it on over her clothes.
She zips up the purple suit and your jaw literally drops seeing her for the first time.
"You look great," Hank smiles, noticing you awestruck by your girlfriend, "close your mouth son or you're gonna catch flies in there."
You snap back to reality and Cassie presses the center of her suit, shrinking down like an ant for a moment before returning to normal size.
"And it works," she smiles, "you did a great job grandpa."
"Thank you but Y/N deserves the credit he did most of the work," Hank states, "I'll give you two a minute alone before we begin our research."
Hank leaves and Cassie approaches you, wrapping her arms around your neck with your hands going to her waist.
"This is an amazing surprise Y/N, thank you," she smiles, kisses you sweetly.
"I can't take my eyes off of you Cass, I mean not that I can normally but in that suit you're extra breathtaking."
"So you're saying I look hot?" She teases.
"Really, really hot," you say, kissing her again, more heated this time.
"Maybe I should wear the suit while we are working tonight since I look so hot in it," she grins.
You make a fake coughing sound and smirk, "actually I think I'm coming down with something, we should skip researching tonight and go back to my place."
"Hey grandpa Hank," Cassie shouts, "Y/N isn't feeling good we are gonna head home for the night so he can get some rest."
"Sure thing kids," Hank shouts back from the other room knowing fully well you aren't 'sick' but he doesn't mind, you're young and in love and deserve a night off after how hard you all have been working.
You barely make it through your front door before Cassie's lips are back on yours, she's still wearing the suit so your touch is met with cold metal.
"As incredible as you look, I think you need to take the suit off if you want to continue this," you chuckle.
She hits the center of her suit and it shrinks down returning to her regular clothes.
"Much better," you smile, picking her up and carrying her across your apartment towards your bedroom.
"Guess you're feeling better," she teases, kissing along your jaw.
You make another coughing sound and lay her down on your bed, "actually I think I need a visit from doctor Cassie."
"Hmm, you should take your clothes off so I can do a full exam," she laughs.
"Well if that's what the doctor orders," you smile, beginning to unbutton your shirt.
