!! major spoilers for wandavision and doctor strange multiverse of madness under the cut !!
it's really fucking late and i should probably be sleeping right now but i keep on thinking about those scenes where wanda pops in on mom-da and how... weird they are. not just 'cause of the possession stuff.
like, think about it. that house was the exact same one as the one in westview in wandavision. and notice the conspicuous lack of vision?? i know this was a universe where ultron won, and vision was either not created or fuckin' killed, but there had to be a father somewhere, right? like, mom-da's partner would definitely have heard her getting thrown around and all the explosions and the crying and shit, but just ignored it? nah i don't think so.
so, crazy theory: what if mom-da is living inside a hex too?
there is no partner in sight. maybe after they won the war, ultron let wanda live her life and be happy, but wanda started getting lonely. she toys with the idea of starting a family, but the things that she did to the avengers are by no doubt public knowledge, and no one will take her (the public reaction in age of ultron where wanda was a hero was bad enough. imagine if ultron had won.) so she creates a family of her own. she lives in a fake reality with her children. they are all fake. it is the same. wanda is a nexus being, after all.

To clarify on Orym's "I'll see you soon" to Will, since I've seen this come up a few times, it feels important to remember Orym opened that conversation to Will with: "I see you every night, so it's not as long a goodbye" (not as long a goodbye as Derrig's, presumably).
So, at the end of the convo, when Orym tells Will "see you soon" I believe he's saying "I'll see you tonight in my dreams" not "I'm going to die soon"

Be emo with me for a second
Ghosts are a thing on the Boiling Isles
That could include palisman
Imagine, when Hunter passes on, the first thing he feels is something tugging at his hair
And then he hears Flapjack and he can still understand what he's saying
And- under the idea that Flap has very bird-like speech- it's just "Hello! Love you! Love you! Missed you!"
And Hunter just breaks down in happy tears because he finally has his best friend back

Four and Twilights friendship is so underrated.
Look at this tiny guy just holding his friends shield because he can’t be with him right now. He’s not moving it or anything he’s just holding it as a way to feel closer to Twi and that just makes me so sad for these two. And he only puts it down when Wind and everyone else gets back. This is just like when he went out to hang out with Epona.
I know everyone is always focused on Time and Wild when it comes to Twilight but real talk I think Four is just as close to Twi. These two hang out often, they share secrets, and they have a very mutual respect for each other.
Four and Twilight are best friends and this is hill I’m going to die on

alright hear me out, kurapika’s earring aren’t kurta but rather a tacky airport gift store product.
we dont see the earring during the exam arc (granted it might have been hidden), so we could infer it was a later on addition
what if kurapika and leorio bought a pair as a parting gift, a “one for you, one for me, so we remember each other” situation

Okay, but Season 2 of The Bad Batch has done such a fantastic job of portraying the inherent peril of believing in a fascistic system. They don’t exist to benefit anyone besides those in power, with the ultimate aim of keeping them in a state of ever-growing power, no matter the cost—human, material, or ethical. It does not matter how much you believe or what values you think are being upheld, what you are willing to give or how far you are willing to go for that belief, because it is a system that will take everything and return nothing, until your worth to it is spent.

I like to think that Rimmer thought cat and kryten were his friends to begin with. I know he never treated them terribly well, but in series 1&2 he and cat seem to get along okay because the cat did like him a bit and maybe Rimmer thought they’re friends because of the way his “friends” treated him. In backwards we see him being friendly with kryten aswell (of course there’s still insults but when isn’t there?) and he seems relaxed around him. Its why I think in “quarantine” he says kryten has changed and perhaps he didn’t think their friendship was bad.
