Even if libraries didn't exist, or you don't have access to one, the way pay is set up for authors means pirating a book does actually DIRECTLY affect their income.

Well, no. Or we would not have had such a movement on here about how publicity for artists isn't the same as pay.

Pay artists for their art, or don't get their art. This only seems to be a difficult concept for tumblr (especially but not exclusively) when the art in question is writing.

Socialcl1imb made a post about majoras mask here masks not doing anything and it got me thinking about how the events weren’t actually real and that it was a game Link was playing. He got sent back in time and he’s still mentally ten years old so of course he’d play pretend. He probably played such an intense and dark game to cope with the events of ocarina of time. It explains why each place is mirrored after the stages of grief because Link is grieving over losing Zelda, saria, navi, and the great deku tree. That explains why many of the characters in majoras mask are the same from oot. Because Link is basing their characters off of people he knows. The masks aren’t special, they’re just cool masks that Link is playing with. Majoras mask probably spooks him so he made that the main villain. Idk just… the creepiest game being a child’s game of pretend is so sad to me I love it
