Been meaning to write this Sterek fic forever -

Stiles and Derek are in an established relationship in BH. But it's Stiles' first year in College and no one has met Derek yet because of various Supernatural reasons stopping him from visiting.

Stiles goes as Little Red to a Halloween party on campus, and he lives with someone on a Theater degree who wants to practice special effects make-up. So he gets a massive "wolf" bite on his neck that looks ridiculously real. He posts a selfie of his costume (normal clothes, red hoodie, fluffy wolf ears, and bite mark) on the Beacon Hills group chat and his friends love it.

4 hours later he's in the club and gets pulled to one side. Derek's made the trip down to his College and he's fighting red eyes the whole time because even though he knows the bite mark is fake, his Wolf side is absolutely livid that Stiles is marked. So they basically end up making out against the wall.

Stiles' dorm mates are utterly confused by this because Stiles is in a committed relationship and yet he's making out with some guy in the corner.

Queue next morning hijinks when his dorm mates realise Stiles brought back a "stranger" back to his room and they all try to remind him that he's supposed to be in an exclusive committed relationship. And Derek's just listening in completely bemused.

I get the appeal of the acid bath turning Joker kinda metahuman-adjacent, giving him abnormal durability, I really do. It's a good explanation for his insane plot armor. HOWEVER... I just think it's objectively so much funnier if the acid bath only affected him on a surface level, i.e., his skin, and has nothing to do with him surviving so many lethal situations. It's so much funnier to me if he just has like, INSANE luck when it comes to death. Like he keeps putting himself in these horribly dangerous situations but god just will NOT let him die.

Au where Din is a lawless cowboy going around like Arthur Morgan collecting bounties with his lil autistic son Grogu. But then one day meets a farmer by the name of Luke Skywalker and stays with him and his aunt and uncle for a while. And so they spend time together and fall in love, but Din has to leave bc of cowboy outlaw stuff and when he comes back, the farm is burned down and Beru and Owen are dead but the body of the love of his life is nowhere to be found. So he buries Owen and Beru and has to keep on living without Luke while taking care of his son. This is all happening without him knowing that Luke is alive and with some rebels(??). And then stuff happens, they meet and happy ending happens.

Nimona | Iron Giant AU Idea

This probably won’t go anywhere, but I have thoughts and the vibes are there and they need to be shared

Ballister owns a junkyard

Ambrosius is the artist who comes to the junkyard to make art

They had a Fight ™ and currently aren’t speaking

(The Fight ™ may or may not have cost Ballister his arm…)

While driving home one night, Ballister hits what looks like a deer, no wait it was a bear, ope it’s a fox, no a deer, hang on is that a kid???

He doesn’t know what he hit, but he goes back the next day to check it out. He doesn’t find much, or maybe he does, but somehow he ends up at the little diner Ambrosius has taken to working at so he can brood ™ (aka pine over his not-boyfriend) and while there Ballister probably ends up overhearing something about strange activity in the woods

Somehow Ballister meets Nimona and she guilt trips him into letting her stay for one night. The next morning she presents a hand drawn resume, calls him boss, and starts smashing everything in the junkyard

Cue chaotic adjustment to their new family dynamic where Nimona doesn’t talk about her past, doesn’t answer small minded questions, and Ballister accidentally unofficially adopts her

Everything is going great until Ambrosius shows up to make amends and finds most of his art pieces destroyed (this is ART!)

Cue second chaotic adjustment as everyone finds their place in the family dynamic

Not sure about how it will end, but it’ll more or less follow the ending of Iron Giant. The government will show up, start poking around, discover Nimona’s abilities and see her as a monster, and promptly start attacking. Ballister will be the one to get through to her and get her to calm down, but by then it’s too late and a missile, gun, whatever will be about to destroy the city. Nimona will say something like: “Hey boss, be right back. No following.” And take care of it - apparently dying in the process. Then sometime later, Ballister and Ambrosius will be a proper couple, and after returning home (to the junkyard) will unexpectedly find Nimona waiting for them.

Hello, I hope this Tumblr ask finds you well. I recently saw the cover for the horror Movie It, based on the Stephen King book of the same title. This may be indicative of just how occupied Avatar has my mind, but I immediately thought about the AU potential of Avatar/IT.

Specially a Fire/Water sibling adventure in place of the main cast (+ other characters, but I can’t decide which ones) and an eventual Azutara romance.

You’re Azutara AU’s are always above and beyond, and you’re a fan of the horror genre. Especially after readings Toph’s and Kiyi’s Halloween story’s in Happenstance. For IT specially, all IV siblings have numerous (psychological or physical) trauma’s the creature could exploit.

Thus, I was wondering what your opinion about a potential Azutara/It AU might be. And whether or not, it would be some you might wish to write. Or possibly something similar to it?

My URL is actually a reference to the SKU (Stephen King extended Universe) & Juniper Hill Asylum - a repetitive location in SK novels including IT.

You are literally SO right. The way that Pennywise operates & plays with trauma would be FASCINATING with the atla characters, especially the fire & water siblings!!!

An Azula & Katara romance would work SO fucking well in an IT au Omg. I’m getting excited just thinking about it. I sort of think I’d start the Fire Nation characters off in a bully role maybe similar to Henry & them but switch it when they have to work together with the Gaang to fight Pennywise.

Other than that I’m not sure of details 😉

Initially I was planning a Scream AU after Happenstance but I’m now reconsidering for this idea 👀

Since we’d been talking about Emily Windsnap AUs…what about an AU where Emily was raised in Shiprock as a mermaid , and later found out she’s part human?

Emily Windsnap was a perfectly ordinary mergirl, at least that is what she had always assumed. She had never had any reason to think otherwise, after all. She had never met her mother, but her father loved her all the same, so it didn't bother her all that much. It only became obious that something was overall, not right, when she swam to close to the shore on a dare.

Emily found herself at the surface with a group of her classmates, and her best friend Shona, one night.

"You didn't!"

"Did too!"

"What are you guys fighting about now?" asked one of the girls.

"Nerites is saying that he's swam all the way to the shore before!"

"You have not," said Ariadni, crossing her arms, "what does it even look like?"

"It's really bright! And... I've been there I swear!"

They argued for a few more minutes, about specifics. Until one of the older boys said that someone should swim to shore right then to verify Nerites claim. They quickly played a choosing game, which ended with Emily being selected to swim to shore. Emily paused. She knew her Dad wouldn't like this, and that he'd be really upset if he found out. But on the other hand, if she did, maybe her classmates would be more willing to be her friend. So she agreed.

What Emily could not have possibly known, was that in the bay, there was a strong current that would push her onto shore. She found this out quickly, as she stayed low in the water, but was rapidly pushed into the waves, pushing her closer and closer to shore, until she was on the beach. Emily laid there for a second, panicked. When she felt a shooting pain as her tail felt as if it had turned to stone. She struggled to try and move it, but was unable, when she felt as if her tail were being split. as the pain subsided, she was finally able to move her... She realized, as she sat up, that she didn't have a tail any longer. She wriggled her feet, her eyes wide.

"Hey! Little girl? Are you okay?" cried a voice, Emily turned to see a human woman running down the beach, "it's nearly 1 AM, honey," the woman said, kneeling in front of Emily, "what are you doing out here so late?"

A TF2 or TFC/Amphibia Crossover

ever since their post @remaking-machine , I've been thinking the same crossover as well except my idea is the opposite of theirs so instead of the current mercs, it is the classic/1930s mercs being transported to Amphibia so okay here's my idea and oh yeah the character from amphibia are still the same person:

During the battle, one of the members found the calamity box in the middle of the gravel ground and they pick it up in order to investigate it, so back it in their base, everyone kept talking about the unknown box and next they all decided to open think what's inside it but they were unexpectedly transported to the land of amphibia itself.

The support class (Spy/Sniper/Medic) are in Wartwood swamp, one of the towns in frog valley, the trio has the box with them thinks they're the only ones who got transported decides to hide out outside of the town and observe them to have information about the world they're if they are deemed dangerous or not. One day, a young boy -er frog finds out about their existence and decides to friendly meeting with the humans and tell them a beast is attacking the town (it is the same monster from episode one) the red mantis except they killed them easily (thanks to their weapons and a hint of the power), when it was over, the mercs tell the frogs they can defend their town in exchange of shelter the townspeople are starting to like them and they are now officially protectors of the town.

Meanwhile, the offensive class (Scout, Soldier, and Pyro) accidentally landed inside of the toad tower during the meeting of the toad council and attacked them, but after a long battle, both sides cannot attack each other anymore and the toads think they must useful and worthy enough for the army and maybe get the Warhammer. And so, the council allowed them in high positions in the army thanks to their useful abilities especially the pyro, due to knowing how to handle the flamethrower.

ANOTHER meanwhile, the defensive class (Demoman, Heavy, and Engineer) have landed inside the walls of Newtopia, a kingdom they walk into the streets, but they already caused havoc among the streets, especially heavy and demo, they punched someone in self-defense and caught attention by their guards and so they are inside the castle in front of king Andrias heard what strange form they are, the humans said they're not from around here needed to get back and the box when he heard they mentioned the box he told what they're really are through the book, and he offered them to take a position from being rangers of newtopians guard help them do tasks around the kingdom.

When the nine have finally met they're all delighted, excited, and surprised at the same time, the team members are surprised what dirty and ruined the clothes of the trio from wartwood Spy cannot handle the filth he traveled, Sniper tried to hold it in the horrible food even if they are better and Medic saw what their hygiene so much it couldn't be called a hygiene , and the three are also surprised at the others who gained new attire from their adventures as well, but they exchange their adventures conversation, and Demo, Engie and Heavy are weirded out of the king's attitude seems too nice to them but the three knew how to get back home the box need to charged up again to have the power to get home, during the nine's journey, mother olm seems to appear earlier shock that the saviors of amphibia are nine instead of three and tell them that the power of the gem is in them, and they're shocked but having common sense they decide to end they're right here put up a portal in front of them and left home quickly. The mercs cannot handle the food since they're made of bugs

I hope this may or may never get this idea to pick up for fanfictions for crack and comedy so bye.

HEAR ME OUT- cas doesn't really care what pronouns are used for them but he tends to answer to he/him the best because that's what dean and sam have called him by since they met him! they don't mind more feminine pronouns but he's never really heard it when someone's referring to them! in addition- their true!voice is what the human brain would call feminine, it's rather smooth and kind of tinkly, like bells! he likes his true!voice a lot but they also adore the voice his vessel gave them. i just think that'd be neat- in time he becomes more comfortable with the thought of people calling them by either neutral or masculine pronouns because of the amount of human years they've spent hearing himself called by those!
