Hi! How’s your weekend going? Could I request Blue Exorcist Rin relationship headcanons with a female half angel half human reader? Please and thank you!

Warnings: Minor Manga Spoilers, some discrimination, Reader is Half angel, Fluff.

Rin was quite shocked when he first met you.

more than anything because he confused you with another Nephelim, due to the...strange aura you had.

Rin even felt threatened by you, by your presence. Maybe bc You were somewhat Holy.

probably his instincts as a son of satan tried to "protect" him from you in a certain way.

but at the same time very intrigued.

apart from the fact that, in general, you were never mean to him, in the least. In fact, quite the opposite. not only with him, but with everyone in the class, no matter how rude they were(ahem hem IZUMO ahem hem), you were always so... bright and friendly.

You honestly already knew that he was the son of Satan even before he said it because of all the demonic power he and the sword gave off, but you didn't want to expose it because you knew how horrible it was to be a victim of that.

While you were growing up there were people who found out about your "holy ancestry" and tried to take advantage of it in multiple ways. if it weren't for your mother.

You got used to having a certain distance from people, although you never stopped being friendly with others.

Apart from the fact that you were also strong, it could be seen with the naked eye. It was that that made him (and most of them) think that you were also the daughter of some demon.

It didn't help that Mephisto constantly tried to get close to you to make "inside" jokes that no one understood.

but in general Rin didn't dare to talk to you, he just felt intimidated at first.

you had to take the first step in this. when you two were assigned a job together.

precisely because you didn't want to make him feel uncomfortable after making conversation, asking him about work, things like that.

and Rin began to gain more confidence to address you more naturally later.

Little by little the "intimidating" atmosphere around you dissipated and he was able to start a conversation with you as he normally would with his colleagues.

You realized that he was doing poorly in most subjects, so you started to give him a hand in that.

sometimes with little notes, indirectly telling him the answer, evolving in afternoons of study with him. which led to you getting to know each other better.

It was around that time that Rin decided to ask about your parents. His curiosity was already reaching its limit.

and you decided to be honest with him, after all, who would understand better about mismatched parents if it weren't the SON OF SATAN?

and you told him that you were not a daughter of a demon. quite the opposite. but of an ANGEL.

Your mother had fallen in love with a celestial being but said being practically did not participate much in your life until you developed your powers, that was when the Vatican intervened and, similar to Rin, Mephisto intervened on your behalf.

Now, that made your intimidating aura make A LOT more sense to Rin!

for a moment at least.

Then he was very confused.

and he started asking you a lot of questions about your father and things like that because, well, he KNEW about demons and they even studied about them, but angels?? It is something completely NEW for him and he hardly knows that they also exist.

His questions aren't exactly invasive, but more on the side of innocent curiosity like "does that mean there's a heaven? (I guess I won't be able to go there because-you know) there's a GOD? Does your father work with him??" "Are the angels just as ugly as the ones they show in the Bible?(how did your mother like that then? ew)" etc.

It's even kind of cute to see, how Satan's son seems so intrigued by the "heavenly world" even if it is its total opposite.

Apart from the fact that not even YOU know the answer to more than half of those questions. but at the same time you finally have someone who doesn't seem bothered by this information...quite the opposite.

I firmly believe that Rin would be much closer to you now, because they are the only ones who fully understand each other's situation of having a questionable father but on different levels.

Rin also understands that you don't want to tell your classmates, whether for personal reasons or simply not wanting to tell them so as not to scare or intimidate them with the idea of angels.

Although even so, Rin will always remind you that he is on your side and that your companions will always ALWAYS see you as one of the group, regardless of your species.

Now, if that generates a conflict similar to the one it caused when he revealed himself as the son of Satan, he has your back and tries to get everyone to make peace, because 1- you didn't have to say it if you didn't want to and 2- it's something very staff who have hurt you before. They should be a little more empathetic.

If everyone learned from their experience with Rin and accepts you at first, he will be calmer and even proud of the progress they have made as a group.

everyone together tries to make theories about heaven and things like that 🤣

probably being the only daughter of an angel, similar to Rin, they put you in special training, but maybe instead of with Shura, with Yukio. so you both end up spending a lot more time together.

If you have wings, Rin DEMANDS to touch them! Of course, he won't do it if it makes you feel uncomfortable, but if you give him permission...oh boy he's rubbing his face in the feathers as if it were a pillow.

If you show your wings to the other classmates they will be quite shocked, but also intrigued (I can see Shiemi putting accessories on your feathers or brushing them 🥰 )

If we talk about advanced relationship terms, Rin is a physical contact guy, he really likes to hug you, give smooches, hold hands, anything is good for him as long as they are making physical contact.

Although in general spending time with you is good for him when he is stressed, it is like it recharges his battery.

If you like manga or something like that, HE'S YOUR BOY! I can definitely see him doing the unthinkable with you: lending you one of his Mangas.

He is also an expert at making you laugh, but he is a fan of doing it at the LEAST opportune moments, like for example, you are having a lesson with Yukio and out of nowhere you look to the side and turn to Rin with his chopsticks in his nose :/

He's also, canonically, very good at cooking, so depending on whether you're good at cooking or not, it could be another way for you to spend time together!

If you're like me and cook anything randomly, you and Rin can probably have a cute couple moment while making Bentos🥰

If you want to learn to cook, he teaches you! Go from being Gordon Ramsey in Master Chef to being Gordon Rasmey in Kids Chefs with you. super patient and loving.

(totally ruthless if it were anyone else. by anyone else I mean Yukio).

He is also quite protective of you.

For example, even if he saved your life and his, he knows better than to trust Mephisto too much, so if he sees him trying to pull one of those "inside jokes" I mentioned above, Rin gets defensive.

Also in general in exercises you tend to put your safety above the main objective😅 even if he know that they are not lethal exercises, it does not mean that you cannot get hurt easily(like the one of the Ep1).

Although it doesn't mean he doesn't trust your abilities! If you show that you have good skills in exorcising, he is the first to encourage you to improve. It makes him calmer knowing that you can defend yourself (or better yet, stop him if he gets out of control).

Rin is also sometimes afraid to be a little more open emotionally, after everything he has been through, he believes he handles everything well. But if you encouraged him to talk about what bothers him, I think he would honestly burst into tears.

You two understand each other on a very high spiritual level. If Satan wants to mess with YOUR boyfriend he will have to deal with you first. You can't stand the demon.

If your father comes out of the blue to "try to reconcile" or WORSE, wants to hurt you for being a half-blood, he will have to face the fury of the literal spawn of SATAN. Rin is not very nice to your father, very angelic and all, but having the father figure that he had, he definitely sees your father as unworthy of the title of Father.

(unless obviously you have a good relationship with your father currently despite everything. In that case Rin wishes things were that easy for him)

although I can definitely see him filling out nicely with your mother! He himself never met his and from what he learned more about her and Satan... he would really have liked to have someone like you had.

It may even become a habit to go to your mother's house from time to time, to get a taste of the life he wants in the future.

Overall, Rin completely accepts your angelic nature just like you completely accepted his demonic nature. He likes to think that you two are two sides of the same coin, for this reason, he supports you unconditionally and will be your accomplice no matter what.

He loves you very very much regardless of whether you are half angel, demon or just a normal human.

272. “Spend the night with me?”

Rin didn't spend much time in churches anymore, they held good memories and the bad. But you lived in a church, with your Holy Brothers and Sisters, battling demons. Yet you fell for one, not just any, but the son of the devil himself.

"Spend the night with me?" You asked, innocent at the core. Neither of you planned for things to go past a goodnight kiss, yet now here you were, laying across one of the benches in the church, staring at the celling while Rin's hips smack into yours, faster, wild, demonic like the blood that flows in his veins.

Neither of you had much experience with this, and never did you think you'd be doing this in a church of all places. "How's that for a sin huh? A nun getting knocked up in a church has to be way up there."

"Rin, for the last time," You pulled on his hair and looked him dead in the eye, "I'm not pregnant."

"Not yet." He smirked before biting your shoulder to keep you more still, freeing his hands to grip the hard wood of the bench. There would be fingerprints there for sure. Hopefully he'll com up with some excuse. You noticed that his blue flames seemed to flare up a lot when he was close. "You'd look pretty with a big, pregnant belly."

You would. You knew you would, because it would be his kid.

But you were absolutely not gonna make a baby in a church. Rin wasn't of the same opinion, he kept thrusting, his flames dancing around you, illuminating the area in a blue glow, he flames fairing as he thrust in one final time. "My back's gonna hurt tomorrow." You complained, it wasn't a good idea to fuck on such a hard surface.

Please may I have a Blue exorcist headcanon of Rin Okumura with a female S/O (she is a highly skilled exorcist and Rin's childhood friend too) who can speak to the dead and see them..it was probably due to the fact that her father is the grim reaper. S/O mainly found it heartbreaking sometimes when the ghost is often a child who died in a car when a train hit it or a soldier didn't realise he was dead and so on..but she helps them move on, helps victim's families move on from the pain..S/O knows that every family member suffered differently..People thought she was weird..talking to thin air but S/O was talking to the dead.

Yukio's relationship with Rin's girlfriend too and what would he think of her ability to speak and see the dead.

He’s not going to lie. Rin finds your abilities a bit creepy. Does that mean he cares about you any less? Absolutely not! If anything, he thinks it makes you even more interesting.

He is definitely intimidated by your father though. Sure, his dad is Satan. But your dad is literally the Grim Reaper. Anyone who wasn’t at least a bit scared of that must be crazy.

Even though he can’t see the dead, Rin will help you out with aiding them in moving on however he can. He thinks you’re very honourable for wanting to help the departed.

If anyone dares to comment on how they think you’re weird for talking to “air” while Rin’s around, they’re going to have a very angry son of Satan yelling at them to keep their wrong opinions to themselves. He’s your personal cheerleader and bodyguard.

Yukio thinks your abilities are fascinating, however he is going to be suspicious of you if you can’t give him a very good reason as to why you can see them. He’s just not a very trusting person.

If you try to keep your powers or heritage secret from him, he will trust you even less. However, if you’re open about these things, his respect for you will rise.

He knows it’s not easy revealing these sorts of things to people, especially when you don’t know how they will react. As a result, he will also defend you should people comment on your seemingly strange behaviour.

Thinks you’re a good partner for Rin, especially if you’re more on the quiet side. He hopes your empathetic and people pleasing tendencies will rub off on his brother and help mellow him out a bit.

an: hello !! this is my first time writing fics on tumblr ! while written elsewhere, i thought it would be amazing to try this out here now bc now or never lolol.

“You know you really don’t have to be here, right? feels like you’re monitoring me at this point.”

“Monitoring you? I can’t simply spend time with my boyfriend?”

The words came off as playful, but while his tone mirrored yours, you knew what he meant.

See, Rin Okumura eventually had come to terms with who he was. While it took a bit longer than he had wanted, he knew who he was inside and out.

Being Satan’s son was the heaviest burden anyone could carry, and Rin had fallen victim to that.

With every event that had transpired so far in his life, from the Blue Night to Kyoto and other following events he accepted the fact that he was Satan’s son.

Satan. A fallen angel, once radiant and powerful, who defied divine authority and was casted out of Heaven. A symbol of evil, human frailty even and the enemy of God. A being who sought to destroy God’s children and bring nothing but destruction.

But Rin Okumura?

Oh, nothing hurt more than to see how wrong people could be about this careful being.

Rin was anything but destructive. If anything, he’s more gentle than anyone you’ve ever met.

With the kindest words and the gentlest of gazes towards you, you never understood what it was about you that caught his eyes.

And each time you asked whether it be a joke or not, you were always met with his softness and light words.

“Because you see me.”

And that, made him more human and less of a spawn.

You saw him for his eccentric self, whether it’s over his cooking for him and his brother. Or how Kuro slept the previous night and he’s showing the 45 pictures he took.

Whether it be how he’s excited he’s invited out of a simple game of baseball with the other ex wires or an older woman took time out of her day to chat with him, you saw him for who he was.

Not what he was forced to be.

Sometimes though, the reminders of who he is catch up to him and he’s left shaken up with fear and doubt. The fear of his friends leaving him for good, of losing Yukio, or even losing you.

You received a call at 3 am and now you’re snuck into the dorms, not caring that he’s seeing you with crazed hair and your athletic-based pajamas.

“Plus it sounded like you realllllly wanted me here. Didn’t we just have a date? Didn’t know you’d miss me that much.” The cheesy grin was enough to make the boy scoff.

“Hey- I have a cat I can also talk to-“

“Who I can’t understand-“

“And go back into my super comfortable twin bed by myself. Well. With him too.”

It wasn’t long before you were laughing gently at his banter, reminding yourself Yukio was asleep down the hall.

If he were awake he’d certainly scold you two for being up so late.

“Well, can Kuro enjoy some nice chamomile tea and spend time with you like this?”

It was unfortunately also a late night with heavy storms, the drops pattering against the windows. It was loud and clear for the two of you, and you had managed to distract Rin for a bit from it (in case he felt guilty for making you come here).

As he glances over at a window from the empty cafeteria, you stare at his features for a bit and exhale through your nostrils.

What you would give to ease his troubles, to take away all of his fears and insecurities. It was a late night and he clearly had a nightmare, one which his friends had shunned and demeaned him for his heritage.

While not possible with all you guys have been through as exwires, who are you to dismiss that?

You’ll never understand the full extent of it, but you’ll be there as much as you can for him.

“Rin?”

His head turns from the window to look at you, a puzzled look on his features.

His expression was precious enough you’re already smiling, eyes crinkled and teeth showing. Thumb drawing patterns on the back of his hand, you hum.

“You’re… you’re so good. You’re just… a beautiful being.”

The words caught him off guard, and both of you sat in a moment of silence.

Him? Good?

Are you sure you’re talking about him?

“But-“

“You’re a gift from the universe, a blessing to many. You’re choosing a life for yourself, and defying anyone else who disagrees. Who tells you what you should be and what you are. Except…” You frown, and that worries him for a moment.

“I wish you saw how wonderful you are from my eyes.”

Wonderful.

Wonderful? All he can remember being called is aggressive, a brute, hell even a thug.

But a blessing? Wonderful? Satan would be laughing if he heard the formal.

But…

Hands withdrawing from him, you chuckle to yourself out of meekness. “Maybe that’s a bit much. Sorry if it was weird-“

Your words died in your throat when his arms engulfed you, yelping a little from the force. Your arms hung in the air uselessly as you tried to look at your boyfriend.

“Rin?”

“Stay the night with me.”

“Huh? But-“

“Please.”

The word is forced out, in a way which you understand in a snap. His hug was tight, body trembling and voice strained.

Brushing his locks down for comfort, you stand from your chair and nod. “Okay.”

With you in his arms, his soul was able to find a little bit more peace. The tranquility of the rain and him holding you close to his chest brought on sleep to him.

For so long, he had been haunted by the echoes of his past, the weight of his bloodline threatening to drown him in despair.

But in your arms, he found sanctuary — a haven where his flaws were not condemned, but embraced with love and understanding.

And just like that, he fell asleep and remained asleep throughout the rest of the night.

Until of course, a very hungry cat woke him up and an irritated younger brother scolded you both for this recklessness.

It was all worth it in the end for Rin.

• Since angels don’t exist in Aoex as a reference I’m gonna use the stereotypical angel as a guide.

• This takes place following my other headcannons of him once he finally captures you.

• As soon as he does he notices something off about you. A lump in the back of your clothing that seemed to twitch or the way your wounds bled golden.

• Firstly he’d be absolutely stunned. Angels exist? Ridiculous! Yet as he sees your unconscious form, Wings splayed out and all there was no denying it.

• He’d totally be into it though. Lucifer views himself as perfection and you being such a holy and pure being just matches him perfectly.

• Even though you are only half, Though.

• He has a lot of questions about your heritage. Which one of your parents are an angel? Have you met them? Do archangels exist too? Are one of them your parent?

• He asks these questions in such a monotone voice yet he’s really intrigued by who sired you.

• Lucifer also asks about heaven, if you’ve been there and If there really is one and there is a god

• He asks about your wings too. Lucifer thinks they’re absolutely divine and asks (Near pleadingly) to touch them. To which you back away in aversion until his guards bring you forth, He doesn’t care whether you say yes or no. You’re his so he can caress your wings all he wants.

• Unironically calls you “My Angel” with a straight face.

• When your forced to sleep in the same bed as him he constantly strokes the feathers of your wings, Finding comfort in them.

• Will be testing your blood for any healing properties for his elixr’s. If you do then there is absolutely no way you’re getting out of this place.

• You move to a bigger room so you have more space for your wings.

• The clothing he gets for you will be much more ‘Angelic’ with mostly whites and pastels. Its all for his delusion of divinity with you, Even if you are only half.

• Youll live longer because of your blood. Lucifer is glad about that because it gives him more time to find a way to make you immortal alongside him.

• Homare now goes to bird care classes on her time off.

• Lucifer, When he has a good body, Likes to take you around museums (Which he rents out so you two are alone) and gets you to explain what happened in the religious sections.

• Even if you have no clue since you’re half human and weren’t born around that time, He’ll believe any gibberish you make up and listen with interest.

• Even though he is a demon, He does view himself as more of an angel so he doesn’t see any issue when you say you cant be together due to your conflicting sides. (And that he kidnapped you and touches your wings without consent, But he wasn’t really listening to that part)

• If you ever try to escape him by flying off he will catch you. Both his siblings, Their kin and the Illuminati will have no problem tracking you down.

• The worst part is when you kneel before him after being recaptured, Surrounded by the entire Illuminati as he softly threatens to clip your wings if you do it again.

• Afterwards you now wear leg weights to make it more difficult. While he would definitely clip your wings he wants to keep them in perfect condition, So you’re safe another day.

• Good luck trying to cry for your angelic parent when you’re locked in a angelically warded room!

Rin x Reader CW: None WC: 347 This is a small mini-fic based on a situation that happened between me and an ex back in 2021, I felt like Rin should have been the person running instead but hey ho.

I was sprinting down a more deserted hallway of a shopping mall, giggling softly to myself. Rin and I had been shopping, before I decided to run off. Where? Who knows. "Y/N?!" I heard Rin call out from behind me, I could hear his shoes against the marble floor. I held my mouth with one of my hands, trying to stifle a laugh.

I quickly ran up the stairs to the second floor, running into a bookstore, It was big, and there were bookshelves all over, If he did come in and saw me, I could easily loose him again because of the set-up of the store. I slowed down and tried to even out my breathing, before going near the middle, where there was a manga section. I shrugged my shoulders and picked one up to look at it. Maybe when this was all over I could buy some with Rin. I sat down in a chair nearby and read one named Madoka Magica. I read for a bit before hearing my phone ring, glancing at the contact name I saw it was Rin and smiled. I rejected it.

After a few minutes I had gotten up, having gotten bored if the book store. Leaving quickly. I decided to walk for now, saving my breath for if I saw him going after me. How I managed to out run a demon is amazing.

All of a sudden I had gotten jumped, I let out a short squeal and looked behind me, prepared to fight before seeing Rin practically cuddling me. He looked exhausted yet energetic at the same time, and he had a cute little pout on his face. "Why'd you do that?" he whined "Do what?" I responded.

"Run off!" He exclaimed, his tail thrashing about in response "Aww, I'm sorry Rin. I couldn't help myself! I was getting a bit bored and wanted to do something fun" I smiled at him. He looked at me before shrugging, not letting go of me. "Well. Your not gonna have any desert I make then." he chuckled "Wait no!" I whined out.

Request: So about the Yanplatonic Lucifer/Mephisto Headcannons. Like first of all: AMAZING JOB! But second of all what if both readers actually managed to escape somehow? Maybe using inherited powers of their own?

And when they escape they join the others side (eg. Mephisto's daughter joining the illuminati/Lucifer's joining the vatican)

Warnings:(here we go) YANDERE BEHAVIOR, PLATONIC YANDERE, Escape scenario,persecution, stalking(?) kind of infantilization, MENTAL DAMAGE, ISOLATION, Manipulation, mental issues due all this, Mephisto is a psycho and Lucifer is NOT BETTER, LONG POST, I think is all.

Platonic Yandere Mephisto Pheles

He is the "easiest" to escape from.

Don't get me wrong, it's NOT EASY to escape from this demon-man, but it's definitely much more likely to escape from him than from Lucifer.

more than anything because it does give you reasons to escape.

If you remember the inside part, Mephisto is a very condescending and annoying yandere. Not only that, but in general you and him have TOO different opinions on different things.

ideology for example.

At this point in your life, having suffered so much because of your "father" and only receiving ridicule from him, you began to simply wish that everything he enjoyed would DIE...

that the humans died, that his students died, that everything that "man" could love or want was completely DESTROYED.

but you knew that more than loving something specific, he "loved" the chaos that humanity generated, that was what kept him on the side of the Vatican for so long.

You wanted to get away from him, but above all you wanted to make him SUFFER. It didn't matter anymore if you hurt someone in the process, you just wanted to see him hurt, hopeless, BROKEN like he broke you.

So, with this mentality, you made a plan to escape.

It took a lot of time to have the perfect opportunity for all the conditions for this plan to be met, but fortunately you were able to be patient and, above all, not let your father find out.

Although to be honest, you knew he would probably already have an idea, but he was curious about what you would do.

you used this to your advantage and took advantage of the first opportunity you had to run away.

NOW, what you didn't expect was that apparently Mephisto wasn't after you....it was suspicious to say the least.

So you got to work looking for the ONLY person you knew would be by your side. the person your father tried to hide from you.

Lucifer.

Most likely, he already knew the basics of who you were thanks to Shima, who give some info about your "situation".

(it is likely that you have even allied with Shima to escape and thanks to him you know about the Illuminati's)

but it was kind of surprising when you went to HIM for HELP. You went to look for him precisely because you no longer cared about what would happen to humans, you wanted to believe in the Illuminati's.

even if it was just to hurt Mephisto. But you didn't care about him anymore.

Lucifer was quite intrigued by this, since he knew that you were not a spy, and your possible powers inherited from Samael could be very useful to him.

so he took you under his wing without thinking much about it, in the same way, if you ended up being a spy, it would be better for him to keep you close.

Meanwhile, Mephisto was already worried that he couldn't feel you around for a while, so he went to look for you in the places near the school.

in nearby buildings? nothing.

further into the city? no sign of you.

even the Vatican? without a trace.

He was already getting impatient and seriously worried. What the hell were you doing? Where had you gone?

He reluctantly asked the Vatican for a favor to help him look for you, which they did but it was the same thing, there was nothing.

Mephisto began to Anxiety, and imagined the worst scenarios: maybe you are using your powers and that is why they can't find you? What happens if you end up badly because you don't know how to use them? Or if some demon attacks you?

while Mephisto is distraught and looking like crazy for you, you honestly couldn't be better.

Although Lucifer is someone neutral and very stoic, he at least understands that after being with Samael, he must be cautious with you to gain your trust. so it gives you a lot more freedom than you ever imagined with Mephisto.

Shima would go out with you anywhere you wanted, the Illuminati's gave you what you wanted, but what you appreciated most was being treated (more or less) as an EQUAL, not in a derogatory or condescending way.

Thanks to this you grew quite fond of your "uncle", whom you even saw in a "savior" light for letting you be and keeping you away from your father.

and surprisingly Lucifer started to get attached to you.

He didn't notice it immediately, but it was something quite unusual for him, as he realized that little by little you began to care more about you, your safety, your life in general was precious to him, not only because of his plan.

He found your determination to make your father suffer curious, to say the least, but appropriate, it seems that in general the children of demons are destined to hate their parents. He understands that.

and unlike Mephisto, Lucifer never underestimated you, he could see that you had little experience, yes, but you had a great determination to improve and do things well.

He subtly encouraged you to find out more about your demonic powers, and he definitely felt quite proud when you showed yourself to be quite strong. even by demon standards.

You and he could even have certain hobbies in common, like reading.

Even when he is sick, you treat him with a lot of respect, but above all you have great loyalty towards him, he can recognize it.

If Lucifer becomes a Platonic Yandere in this case, I can see him being much more subtle about his tendencies, mostly because he knows you came to him looking to RUN AWAY from that type of behavior.

He's generally surprisingly soft on you. I mean, as smooth as a demon can be. at least he manipulates you less than the normal Platonic Yandere Lucifer would.

If you are with him by the time Lucifer declares war on the True Cross, rest assured that Mephisto will be at least hurt by the situation.

For once in a long time he feels helpless, because you are within his reach again, you are fine, but he cannot go against Lucifer even in his deteriorated state, it makes him angry but above all it HURTS him to know that you have decided to run away from him and run to him. Lucifer.

Maybe he even jokes through the pain, can you see he's suffering, and honestly? you live for it.

A part of you wants to be able to rub salt in Mephisto's wound, tell him how happy you are and not be tied to him and above all, "How does it feel? Doesn't it feel good to have things out of your control and will, isn't it?" like this? THIS IS HOW YOU FEEL! YOU IDIOT!" But you didn't dare, you simply gave him the most arrogant smile he had ever seen you give him.

which somehow ends up being better.

I can definitely see a considerably depressed Mephisto after this revelation, although he knows that he has a chance to "get you back" for the first time he is not so sure.

Meanwhile, you just plan the next hit with your Uncle Lucifer :)

Platonic Yandere Lucifer

Oh boy, you were SO LUCKY for escape this psycho.

Lucifer is the complete package, Delusional, overprotective, manipulative, etc.

The primary difference it has with Mephisto is the fact that unlike the previous case, you didn't know it was wrong until recently.

Lucifer precisely raised you so that you would normalize his toxic behaviors and not have the need to flee when he saw it as something normal or even good, because he did all this because "he loves you."

but when you awakened your powers, that was when Lucifer entered his most obsessive phase, wanting to make sure nothing happened to you, he made a lot more restrictions.

He even seriously considered taking away your powers in some way, no matter how much you begged him not to, because he knew those powers could help you get away from him.

That's when you noticed the "red flags" more easily.

Lucifer firmly believes that everything he does (lying to you, isolating you, trying to take away your powers to avoid Escape scenarios, etc.) is for YOUR GOOD, he refuses to recognize that he is being selfish or a bad father.

It was a shock, it was sad, it made you feel very lost. but you knew you couldn't stay and let your father take away the little freedom you had acquired.

You generated a massive breach with your powers while your father was away, it was hasty and reckless, but you managed to run as far away as possible.

and you knew perfectly well who you could go with now. Even if you didn't know if it would help you, it's nothing.

Mephisto Pheles, or Samael.

You knew that your father wanted to recruit him for his plan to unite the Assaih and Genema, but it was very unlikely that they would unite, since Mephisto and your father had very different ideologies.

That gave you some hope.

When you arrived at True Cross Academy, simultaneously Lucifer arrived back at the Illuminati base finding the mess you left, WITHOUT YOU THERE.

Lucifer went crazy looking for you in every corner of the base hoping that you would still be there, in vain.

To say that he was worried sick and fear was an understatement.

Immediately he ordered everyone who could still walk to go after you, those who "let you escape" were killed and he himself went to look for you with trusted men.

Meanwhile you were a nervous wreck as you were anxious for your father to appear out of nowhere to drag you back to the Illuminati base.

When you arrived at the True Cross Academy, several high-class teachers and Exorcists came to interrogate you, as it was rare for such a powerful Nephelim to go to the academy.

But as soon as Mephisto appeared he decided that he would take care of the matter from now on. saving your skin.

Although it wasn't greated, he wanted to know what you were doing there or if Lucifer was nearby. When you explained the reason why you were there and he checked that you weren't lying, Mephisto seemed a little calmer.

It turns out that he did know about your existence, but precisely because of Lucifer's overprotective tendencies, he never really got to know you, although he was fine with that because of their already bad relationship.

Mephisto decided that you would stay with him just because you were family, and honestly at first it was strange.

more than anything because he never imposed anything on you like Lucifer, apart from the fact that he VERY OPENLY recognized that he was not a trustworthy subject.

You could do practically whatever you wanted as long as someone else was with you for safety.

things that you had been deprived of because of your father, for example. getting dirty, having access to the internet, wearing more clothes that were not pastel colors, eating things with high sugar, gluten or fat content, EVERYDAY things.

And most importantly, Mephisto was willing to listen to you, kind of.

He treated you like a child, yes, but in a friendly and teasing way rather than a demanding and stoic way.

You grew fond of the man very quickly, not only because he was your uncle and apparently your savior, but because you GENUINELY enjoyed his company.

Mephisto thinks your powers are very interesting, so he may even send you to train with Rin to 1-make more friends and 2-develop your abilities (and maybe be useful against your father).

apart from the fact that he laughs at you affectionately when you fail miserably at a task. Don't worry, he'll eventually give you a hand.

For safety reasons, you don't know many people, so you spend a lot of your time with Mephisto, which is funny because he spends his time making HORRIBLE jokes or puns that make you laugh.

The guy is a walking buffoon, he definitely likes to play with you in his dog form or go for a walk with you talking nonsense.

Mephisto refuses to admit in front of you that he loves you, but as soon as he is with someone else he starts showing off to you as if he were your father xd

If he becomes a platonic yandere for you, I can definitely see him as very infantilizing and very clingy, but not as isolating as he normally would be.

He knows how to play his cards well when it comes to you.

When Lucifer eventually finds out via Shima that you are with Mephisto, the man is breaking things in anger, firmly believing that Mephisto somehow manipulated you into leaving him.

and no one dares to say otherwise.

When he is going to declare war on True Cross Academy, and he sees that you are there, more than anything he feels...sad, because at that moment he really needs you, he hoped that you would be ON HIS SIDE when he did this, but no. He knows he forced your hand.

He knows what he did to you was wrong.

But will he stop trying to get you back? never.

He knows that even if he lost a battle with you, he WILL win the war and take you home with him.

Until then, it's good that you're on Mephisto's side, he doesn't judge you for still loving your father in a certain way. He is his brother after all.

Before returning, Lucifer only gives you a sad look and a "I love you" barely audible to the average human being.

but you did heard it.

Seeing your father again makes you question everything. part because of the real love you have for him as a father, part because of his manipulation for so many years to justify it.

It honestly brings out the softer side of Mephisto.

He decides that he is going to try to comfort you in a "normal" way by his standards, that is, without dog form, without jokes or tricks, just being there for you.

He definitely took a quick liking to you, but hey, that's the charm.

Hi Anon! Thank you for your request! I hope you like the headcanons.

Fandom: Blue Exorcist

Characters: Juzo Shima, Satan, Shiro Fujimoto, Yuri Egin, Mephisto Pheles x gn! Reader (separate)

Juzo is an interesting balance between a super caring partner who would never hurt a fly and someone who would fight entire wars if you asked him to.

In the same vein, he’s more than willing to do anything you ask of him, even if it’s something as simple as getting rid of a bug.

A really good listener. Anything you want to talk about, he’s setting aside whatever he reasonably can to put all of his focus on you.

I feel like he can be a bit overprotective at times, even to the point of smothering you but if you ask him to back off and let you do your thing, he’ll respect your wishes.

Juzo just doesn’t want anything to happen to you. He’s already lost a lot of his friends and family to demons, he couldn’t bear the thought of losing you too.

Satan’s a challenging one to write relationship headcanons for, mostly because the only “relationship” we ever saw him in was his obsession with Yuri. So I’ll try to write these as accurately as possible without making them completely toxic.

Very willing to learn from you and listen. He’s a curious being after all and, while the number of people he trusts or cares about is very small, he does value their opinions.

Definitely the kind of person (can I call him a person if he’s a demon?) to cherish quality time. He can be a bit clingy sometimes, but he just wants to spend time with the person he cares about most.

He’s also very into gift giving but be warned, his gifts may be a bit erratic at first. He’s sort of like a stray cat that’s taken a liking to you. You might end up with dead bugs and sticks beside your bed.

All of that being said, a relationship with Satan is almost certain to be toxic in some way shape or form. He’s never had a “normal” relationship and doesn’t know where to start since he doesn’t see anything wrong with his way of thinking.

Shiro is a lot like Juzo in that he’s got two sides to him in a relationship. And I don’t mean this in a bad way!

On one hand, he’s the most caring and protective partner you could hope for. He’s always paying attention to what you’re talking about and will do his best to support you in everything you do.

On the other hand, he will tease you mercilessly and play minor pranks at every possible moment. It’s one of his love languages.

Having said that, he respects you deeply and will always back off with his teasing if you’ve had a bad day or ask him to stop.

He’s also amazing at helping you relax after a long day. He’s drawing you a relaxing bath, adding some decorations (if the Vatican didn’t want him using those exorcism candles and salt for baths, why did they work so well for just that?) and cooking your favourite meal. It’s really the least he can do.

Yuri is a very caring partner. She was able to show kindness to Satan, even after everything he did so she’s certainly capable of caring deeply about someone so close to her.

She loves spending quality time with you. It doesn’t matter what you’re doing, as long as you’re able to sit together.

As part of this, she loves twining one leg around yours while you’re sitting together if that’s something you’re comfortable with.

She didn’t have the best childhood, so she does sometimes have doubts about your relationship. Just give her some words of reassurance (or acts of affection if words aren’t your thing) and she’ll be feeling better in no time.

Yuri would love it if you’re interested in exorcism. She’s got a lot she wants so talk about, especially regarding demons not being as bad as everyone makes them out to be, so please let her ramble about her thoughts.

Mephisto is an interesting case. If you’re in a relationship, that means you’ve caught his attention. And that means he’s going to protect you with all of his demonic powers.

However, sometimes he can seem as though he’s only with you because he sees you as a curiosity.

If this ever gets too much or you’re doubting the sincerity of your relationship, just tell him and he’ll set aside his piles of paperwork to talk to you about his behaviour.

He loves entertaining you with his magic, as well as going on fun dates. Mephy Land is always a hit and, since he owns the place, you’ll never have to pay for any of the food or rides.

He’s surprisingly attentive when you’re talking about your day. He wants to learn more about humans and their behaviours and what better way than to study the person he cares about most.

His love his warm , like his flames ; everytime he's with you he feels so happy and relaxed , he knows he doesn't have to hide nothing from you , that you'll accept him for the half demon and half human he is , son of Satan. He's not someone really important , like a rich guy or something like that , he can't shower you in the appreciation he thinks you deserve , but he's sure to remember you you're very special to him , you're part of the family after all , something he really loves with all his heart. She ran, [F/N] ran like her life depended on it and it most certainly did. Her lungs burned as she traversed the rubble, Tears flooding out the corner of her burning eyes as her scorched lungs tried to keep up the pace.

The light behind her, The radiance showing in her peripherals couldn't distract her now. Even though it blinded her and started to sizzle at her skin, Her mind was a single track on the route to escape.

He couldn't get to her now, Not when she had made so many deals, So many months of planning and plotting to get her to where she was now. That one mistake, The one that made the house of cards tumble down:

He had found out of her escape.

Pandemonium broke loose. Both men and women screaming as his yells rang throughout the destroyed facility, They sounded strained, As if he was in more pain than he usually was. But most of all,

He was pissed.

His light was angry, It burned her and scorched her and she should've known. She had flown too close and had been reprimanded as such, Though it didn't matter as she felt the light getting closer. She'd just need to fly faster.

"[F/N]..!! Where are you.. My wife.. WHERE ARE YOU?!"

He screamed once more, Much closer. He was gaining on her quickly which only made the tears in her eyes fall much faster, Her choked gasps for air come out ever so more often. Her legs near given out, But she needed to go- To keep going, To get out of here-

"[F/N]!!!"

She felt something crash into her.

[F/N] let out a scream of her own, Falling down and hitting the broken tiles of the floor hard. She yelped, Crimson ichor already spurting out from a newly shard-cut gash in her head.

Her vision was blurry, A faint droning hum in the back of her ears as she felt her mind fade in and out of consciousness. However the only thing keeping her awake was the compressing weight on her back, One that kept her down on the ground.

[F/N] cried as she felt the charred claws of her captor wrap around her waist. She sobbed as his rotting nose was pressed into the crook of her neck, The way he let out a strangled purr as he did made her want to puke.

"Why.. Why did you try to get away from me..? I.. You ran away.. You.." His voice was like a raid siren in the middle of the night, The panic flooding through thousands was felt in the thundering of her one single heart as he spoke.

Lucifer's tail, The matted blonde fur wrapped around her thigh like a prisoners chain as he held her down to the floor. She sobbed as his rotten body encased hers, Face still pressed into her neck as she felt the nips of his fangs start to graze her skin.

"P-Please.. No!" [F/N] cried as she felt the bone start to dig into her skin, Head still pressed up against the rubble of the ground and his broken body still holding her down. He wasn't in his right mind.

And as her head turned and was met with the face of the beast, [F/N] wished she had never been born.

He was rotting from the inside out, Half of his face was decayed like he had already expired. If only, [F/N] thought. His platinum blonde hair was matted with the blood of others, He now had only one green eye wildly staring down at her, The other one fallen out ages ago.

[F/N] felt bile rise at the back of her throat as she saw the insides of his face, Half-rotten half-primal rage. She could see the bare surface of his skull, She could see his flesh hanging like drapes from his skeleton and how it almost ripped off his frame.

His power, He had exerted himself.

All to get to her.

"W-Why could you do this to me..? Why did you.. You're my wife, We married-! You-.. " Lucifer was cut off by a series of coughs, Mid-way through the markings he started to leave on her neck.

His teal military-uniform was ragged and bloody, His lengthy cardinal cape was the same, Only concealing the ichor better. This man was emotionally a machine, No feelings or deviation. Just an unfeeling machine churning out his duties.

Back then, [F/N] almost convinced herself that he was human. A cold comfort if not for his tail and cat-slit pupils. Not for the light he always radiated, Not like the glow he always emanated.

His glow wasn’t like the radiance of the sun, it wasn't like a lover's embrace on a cold winter's eve. No, Instead it was like the catalyst of a nuclear fallout.

He was the light in the sky moments before disaster, He was the death of thousands of men and women across era. He was The Morningstar, The one warned of in tales of old passed down through tradition and brushed off by the young.

But he was no joke, Not anymore as he held her near crying. Claws around her waist starting to dig into her skin and his coughing breaking down into wheezes, Teeth still lodged deep into her neck.

"You.. You must have gotten lost.. You must.. You got lost, Didn't you, My love? You.. You did!" Lucifer wheezed. This was no machine, Not anymore. He had sentience alright, But even so his delusions were not easily shaken.

[F/N] sniffled, Red eyes looking back at his horrific visage.

"P-Please- You gotta let me go, I can't stay here anymore- Please-! GRAH-!" [F/N] screamed as she felt his teeth gnaw into her neck and bite down, Blood gushed up from the wound and splattered on his rotten flesh.

And she wanted to scream, when she felt his tongue start to lick at her wound.

"Shhh.. You do not need to explain it to me-! You got lost-! You worried me.. You worried me.." He doted as his teeth parted from her wound and his tongue starting to lap at the blood, Almost caringly, Like a cat grooming it's young.

[F/N] sobbed. She knew very well that there was no getting through to him, Not in this state nor in his full power.

Her neck ached, Unable to support her head at it was fallen to the ground. Lucifer continued to tongue at her nape, She could almost feel him physically calm as he tasted the sweetness of her ichor.

"You worry me.. You.. I love you.. I love you, I love you.. I love you.." He said in-between each stroke of his tongue, Which just made her sob even harder. She wheezed, Body weak as she tried to crawl out from under his hold.

The stench was horrid, The iron copper of her blood mixing in with the ugly death of his rotting vessel. She knew he was in pain with every ache of his ligaments, With every tail-squeeze of her thigh she could feel his anguish.

But that didn't seem to matter to him anymore. Clawed hands still digging into her midsection as he claimed his prize, His wife, The one person in the damned dimension that took away his misery.

She loved him, She did. From the moment they met on that fateful night, When their eyes locked as he declared war on the true cross order. He knew that they were meant to be, The yearning obsession pounding through his heart being the tell-tale sign.

She felt the same way, She must have! Lucifer didn't know what he'd do if she didn't, What he'd do if he even had a suspicion.

The bodies around them, The splatters of organs and muscle was enough to tell [F/N] what would happen. The burning light coming from each and every single corpse, Their sizzled flesh smelling almost disgustingly like a meat on a grill, Just like the barbecue's she had when she was free.

But now he held her in a chokehold, What he thought was a lovers embrace. But this demon could never learn to love, Not in the way that could've ever been human anyways. [F/N] just sobbed in his arms, Unable to do anything else.

What could she do? This was The King of Light.

She could never escape, She didn't need a gilded cage to understand that part.
