Clone high season 2 episode concepts that would've actually been fun/cool

Abe tries to get into "real magic" to impress Joan by hanging out with Aleister Crowley and Arthur Conan Doyle. Jokes about people being too into Harry Potter being lame, jokes about paranormal teen shows a la Sabrina, etc.

Ronald Reagan and Nixon gets JFK into presidential themed crypto

Mean Girls episode parody about the Salem Witch trials or Bloody Queen Mary. They write themselves.

Episode where the main cast keep finding dead bodies, basically tripping over them, parody of teen murder mysteries, twist ending that the bodies are all failed/early clones (like the clone equivalent of a stillbirth. there was no murder)

Yellow Jackets Parody episode. the bus is out of gas or something and they're stuck in a large parking lot but act like they're in the woods.

Traveling championship episode. Debate team has to compete against high school where all the students are robots programmed to behave like the greatest scientists/leaders of all time

Trans episode parody. Abe realizes he isn't aligned with the modern republican party anymore and is therefore a Democrat, treated as a self-aware bad analogy maybe to the point of other characters finding it tasteless/annoying/Abe looking for attention

Cyberbullying episode parody, bonus points if it's gossip girl

Secret cousin/twin parody episode --- obvious starting point would be like. Anastasia because of how many people famously claimed to be her.

Supernatural teen romance parody episode. Abe tries to become a vampire with like Edgar Allen Poe or someone to impress Joan.

"Save the community center" episode --- This could be a great Harriet focused episode about like a bake sale or something to fund the arts but everyone is over exaggerating the stakes and the drama of being/not being a good baker. "My grandmother used to bake these cookies for me.....until she DIED" "My mother baked these cookies for me everyday I was in the hospital after falling out of that helicopter and they gave me the strength to survive" "I can't bake....my mom was always too busy with her business to teach me....." etc.

Big Mouth/Sex Ed parody episode. I think it would be really funny if THIS had been their technology episode, like getting a computer virus is treated like getting a STD and the cast talk about browsing the internet like it's casual sex, etc.

parody of those tasteless episodes about how like bullying leads to school shootings. Have like Abe or Joan or someone try to reach out to Napoleon or someone because they eat alone at lunch and because they think it's silly and mean everyone is afraid of them but then they are just like a violent maniac already. the solution is to get rid of him.

this might sound dumb but remember that one episode of jimmy neutron where jimmy was banned from the science fair for being too smart and killing the morale of any other student interested in participating? What if Clone High did that but as like a parody of anti-trans sports legislation. All the cloned scientists are banned from the science fair because it's an unfair advantage. All the Politian clones are banned from debate club, etc.

Social media/parasocial relationships parody episode where like JFK and Abe become obsessed with one another's online accounts not knowing it's them, despite Joan repeatedly telling them this, it becomes completely unhealthy but then whenever they do hang out together face-to-face they hate it and decide the parasocial relationship was better actually.

clone high season 3 thoughts:

joan was handled a lot better but it sucks that her and jfk NEVER talked abt their relationship again. it's all about her and abe/confucious now and i hate it. i liked her going back to her indie girl roots but the og joan would NEVER accept that whole "i'll pretend to date you if you pay for my film festival" shit. she had more class than that. it feels like she's doing that thing they did in z-o-m-b-i-e-s where s2 she thinks she belongs with harriet and jfk but now she thinks she's a bleacher creature... idk it's weird.... bleacher creatures were kinda cool tho :) not topher.

i liked jfk being the mc actually, it was refreshing. i found the christian arc really fitting especially at the end where they tied it together as him being a kennedy. i didn't like him dating harriet again and i also didn't like the jfabe hints ???? that scares me... but the dick pic thing was funny,, also the fact that he's just like,, one of the guys now?? him and confucius and abe being buds. just dudes being dudes.

abe was SO much more in character this season. i didn't particularly like the bloody mary episode but the whole "i found a girl and she's nerdy like me and she's cute and funny but she wants to get rid of joan" thing is okay i guess. it really feeds back into s1 when he abandoned ghandi for cleo. overall he was good but he was VERY hypersexual this season and it was just awkward to watch.

cleo acted... KIND of like herself?? i liked the slim snowsuit thing and the supporting frida because she got free stuff but that's like it. i still wish her and frida had more setup in s2 but they handled it well this season at least. them being the christian icons was funny i guess but i seriously want cleo to accidentally use frida and manipulate her power at some point and then feel guilt. that's the ONLY reason cleo should ever feel guilty for anything in this show.

frida was chill tbh, not much to say abt her. the whole fish pointing, painting stuff for cleo, only snorkeling to make her happy was sososososo cute </33 i want more stuff like that :")

harriet is terrible character writing. her only trait is that she's smart and loyal, but she cheats on confucius. with eye sex. I HATE THE EYE SEX THING. WHY WAS IT NECESSARY. and then she goes back to confucius as soon as she thinks he's available just because she thinks he likes her. WHAT. AND THEN SHE'S MAD ??? i feel like she's only there to be joan's friend and to be with frida at the beginning of s1... WHY!!!!! IS JFK!!!!! DATING HER !!!!! STILL !!!! NOT ONLY IS SHE A BAD FRIEND, SHE'S JUST A BAD PARTNER IN GENERAL!!

confucius is a good character though imho. he was a good person this season and his actions actually made sense with his motivations. he's a huge people pleaser and because of that he wants validation in points (ep1) and doesn't wanna tell harriet he's dating joan. he wants to keep everyone happy and he's so sweet tbh he's growing on me.

THAT IS NOT HOW THE LEGEND GOES. Ok before the modern Bloody Mary, a young women would walk up the stairs with a candle, backwards while holding a mirror. When she looks in the mirror she’s either see a face of her husband, OR a skull of the Grimm Reaper. In modern day, people turn off the lights and say her name with or without a candle. In modern time Mary is seen a a demon, witch, ghost (friendly or not) or covered in blood. The victims usually end up having their eyes scratched out, strangled, or having their blood drained out or souls stolen.

The only folklore I can find that resembles steals souls via sex is a Succubus. But they can’t hurt or drain their victims when they have sex.

The prelims for Jacket 4 will come in two waves after the winner’s bonus poll ends on Sunday, so get your votes in there.

First, there will be the prelims to decide between love interests for Johns/Jacks/Variants who had multiple submitted. There are eight of those matches, and they will be released throughout the day on Monday, July 10.

Then, there will be the prelims to decide which single nomination significant jothers will make the bracket. Eddsworld X Danganropa Executions

Lucas "Ruben" Goldsmith has been found guilty.

TIME FOR HIS PUNISHMENT

("Ruben" looks around him as the spotlight flashes on him while the neighbours look on in horror and disgust.)

(The chain clamps onto Ruben's neck and he is dragged to his punishment.)

Reunion of Red (Ultimate Connoisseur. Lucas "Ruben" Goldsmith's execution: Executed) Chapter 1

Within the cult's circle, Ruben is clamped down as a demon begins to appear. The demon picks up Ruben by the bow tie and throws him into an oven set to high. As Ruben starts to get dizzy from the heat and his burn injuries, he ''sees'' Mary Harding. He crawls over to her in an attempt to hug her, but she pushes him away in a gesture that say's, "You are not Ruben". Lucas breaths his final breath as his flesh turns charcoal black. The oven chimes as Ruben's burnt corpse falls out with a side of ''Mary Harding'' (actually a cleverly built pile of vegetables.)

The song playing throughout the execution is ラブカ？ (Love ka?) by HiiragiKirai and Ado

Patryck Albert has been guilty.

TIME FOR HIS PUNISHMENT

Fight or Flight (Ultimate Pilot. Patryck Albert's Execution: Executed)

Patryck Albert is in a military mission with a group of Monokuma soldiers. The objective is to survive the battle for 10 minutes. Within the ten minutes, Patryck has his left leg blown off by a landmine, a gunshot to the right eye, and a tank to the stomach. Patryck is able to survive all of that. The 10 minutes are done. As a result, a plane crashes into Patryck, thus finally killing him.

The song playing throughout the execution is 21 Guns by Green Day.

Todd Vasilyev has been found guilty.

Thomas BB is at a studio where he has to make the greatest movie of all time before the 3 minute timer runs out. The only things he has are a group of Monokuma actors, a small set of a destroyed city, a camera, and some monkeys. He can't make the movie in time so when the timer runs out, he is completely blinded by the lights, the camera explodes causing damage to his arms, and the stitched together monkey monster tears him to bloody pieces.

The song playing throughout the execution is The Blue Wraith from I Monster.

Larry and Christopher has been found guilty.

(As Larry and Christopher hug each other smiling, the stage unveils a ballroom with cogs and pipes galore)

Larry and Christopher are seen in a ballroom dancing away as the room fills up with water. They drop through a hole in the center of the room as they kiss, landing onto a movie set gently. Both of their legs break as they audibly scream at a giant stitched up monkey monster slowly crawling out of the celling. Larry and Christopher brace themselves as the monster slowly tears them both limb from limb.

I just finished clone high season 3 and

I don't really know what to say at the moment, but to be honest, I loved watching it, I mean I've put my alarm at 6am and had to wait few more hours to finally have a chance to watch even the first ep, SO OF COURSE I HAD TO AT LEAST LIKE WATCHING IT,,, but at the end I did it so yay me, but yeah after waiting for what like felt forever (I was counting the days istg), I feel so happy,,, it's obv not the best thing on earth but it made my day and night

overall, Confucius became officially one of my fav with topher, lovely!

>Abe continues to be worst character >Joan is still MVP >MVP seat now is a sofa and all the main girls are in it >They amped up the blood and gore, I caught up instantly on it >Tiktok reference was cringe (literally just say apology video and show a youtube-esk layout, is much more timeless) >The soundtrack is noticeably worse, ik emo rock isn't as popular anymore but that melancholic jammy seat could have easily been filled by something like Chillhop >The lack of Ghandi is noticable and hurtful >Ep 1 kinda sucked, Ep 2 is MILES better >The 4th wall joke with Cleo and Joan was p funny >So was the Bloody Mary part >9/11 joke!! >Confucious is good so far, love the bro angle they're taking him with

Clone High reboot thoughts.

Full disclosure: I expect nothing out of this show, and am prepared to ignore it if it’s awful. This was, for many years, a huge favorite series of mine. I’ve wanted a second season / proper conclusion for 20 years. So I’ll give it a shot for that reason.

Episode 1:

1. I admire the writers for attempting to tackle the culture differences of the 20 year gap between seasons, but that’s all they accomplished here. The first episode just isn’t funny.

2. The Abe/JFK/Joan love triangle is amusing though. I like the direction they took this in. (I naively say right now, before the writing team destroys things I enjoy.)

3. Gandhi is, in canon, still frozen. At least they’re not pretending he didn’t exist in the first season.

4. The new animation in the opening is really nice, and I’m psyched that Abandoned Pools is back for this season.

Episode 2:

1. Joan’s sex dream bit in the beginning of the ep was actually pretty funny. It felt like a psychedelic gag from s1. Also: not over Abe. Got it.

2. I’m disagreeing with people who find Joan’s relationship with JFK ooc! This is kind of narratively perfect. She spent all of the last season pining over someone who didn’t love her back, and now she gets to be in a relationship where she feels loved and appreciated? Good. She’s allowed to have fun, even if it doesn’t turn out to be a permanent thing.

3. “Women can be friends now and are no longer hyper competitive because that would be sexist.” I’m gonna kms. You could have had your smarmy, unfunny commentary paired with a potentially meaningful character-note (why can’t Joann and Cleo be friends now?), but. No.

4. Okay. The Bloody Mary joke made me laugh. A lot of the goofy/weird visual gags in the episode were on point.

6. Plot overall felt like it was trying a little more. Not particularly loving the new clones much (they all need to be a lot weirder than they are), but I DO love the new villain Candide Sampson. Her chemistry with Scudworth and Mr. B works well.

7. This episode was decent! They’re attempting to establish and flesh out the new characters. Hopefully they all get a bit more depth, and the jokes continue to improve.

Overall thoughts: The reboot is...trying. So far I’m enjoying some things and hating others. Either the series will keep improving and find it’s footing or uh. Crash and burn. We’ll see I guess.
