Starting a detox today to clear up & out my system. It comes with an eating plan & states the calories of everything you’re going to eat that day… and the time you’re supposed to eat.
Day 1:

I’ve been binge eating BUT I get a body competition coach next week which is like ultimate ana cover up lol but just want to be strong for once. I would say I haven’t been eating more than 2000 calories a day which is good for me for now since I was eating maybe like 6000 a day for so long

I really look forward to moving out but I’m also super scared about moving out. I’m not worried or scared about living on my own or being in a new area, I just know without my parents watching over me, cooking, or asking me if I’m gonna eat - it will be so easy to simply not eat. I can count calories in peace. I can eat my healthy snacks in peace. If I decide to not eat this or that or skip a meal there will be no questions asked.
I will look so good. Fucked up, but I look good.
