4. a fic idea you haven't written yet

technically only the first beat of the royal/dimension swap au has been written BUT i've also developed a story concept for ully/sway in that au (wow. shocking. who could believe) which includes decently intricate backgrounds for both of them and another misunderstanding plot (although there's more to it than that) that has to do with spies and knights and princes and the like. it's really fun i've been enjoying how much it lets me worldbuild (bc i am, at my core, a giant dork)

11. a WIP you'd like to finish one day

i would LOVE to finish the second draft i started for my sandman/old guard crossover, it was so cool!!!! it was a project that came out of that post by cryptotheism that went around a while ago about how a lot of fics don't build up a symbolic language in their work, so i put a lot of thought into that. there's some (very basic) tarot symbolism as well as general dream shenanigans. i found it really fun to write and i was proud of the prose, i just got swallowed up by a million other things instead of finishing it i think. beyond that i would LOVE to finish this damn nesting fic lkerjnfekjrnlkjernf

12. a trope you're really into right now

goalie nesting, obviously. obviously. i really like how physical it is and the balance between honesty/intimacy and distance (that comes from being beyond yourself). APART FROM the obvious answer i've also been enjoying the dimension travel/transmigration/de-aging/etc trope!!! i like the contrasts you get and i think it's a fun angst opportunity. anddddd magic realism is always a beloved trope <3

20. in what year did you publish your first fic?

i was going to tell you about my (now) anonymous original work fic from 2018 and my umbrella academy fic from 2019 but i looked it up and i actually orphaned a work from 2017 (!!!!) that was a daemon!au of my fave rp oc character. gods looking at all of that together really emphasizes how cringe i've always been. well at least i've been having fun <3

Huh...it's been a long time since I've played Disney Heroes: Battle Mode! I remember the characters being confused on how they got there. Maybe it's like a Wreck-It-Ralph 2 situation, and TNBC exists as one of many Disney properties, and there just happens to be a digital city that they're moved to currently overrun by viruses, maybe done by Disney itself or its fans....I've no clue!

I haven't played the story in a long, *long* time, so I forget the premises with that. The friendships are pretty strange in that game sometimes, so maybe while they're fighting alongside other people, they just happen to find things they have similar with them? Odd and strange friendships, indeed!

ive also seen some people say to maybe look at using tabletop simulator? which i've never used and i'd have to do more research on that to see if it's feasible to like, make a custom game. however i sorta dont think i'd like to do that since people would have to buy that game just to play? and im always about finding free/low cost options

I'm starting to think, however, that if i can't turn this into a discord bot, it may transform into more of a tabletop rpg like dnd or whatever, and it would really REALLY require all players to be familiar with the rules, which may be a bit less accessible... BUT it would also be able to handle another mechanic some other people have mentioned, skills/stats! which might be fun and more personalized for each player. I havent put much thought into it, but if there were maybe a strength (combat) skill, stealth for stealing... efficiency? which would mean maybe getting a double drop of loot for certain actions. yknow like if some players are more hyperfocused on farming in-game type of thing. and this may allow for more repeatability so people could try different builds? i can't even imagine what that would really look like in a discord bot but theres probably a way to execute that with dnd style stats.

i haven't yet thought of a way to incorporate enchanting, but i think it's more than necessary in order to make stealing worthwhile for the player. crafting? would be... an issue with a bot.. i think... if this were a tabletop then the players could keep track of their own loot and then properly deplete it when they craft something, but if there were a bot then there would be probably some complicated code that keep tracks of all their items- i really dont know. i think should look into coding and see if i could waddle my way through it,, since i do dabble in very simple code sometimes.

... the only downside to this whole game is that if it were to ever come to fruition, i wouldn't be able to play the first game XD i would have to moderate it in order to make sure everyone's playing fair XD....... but that's whatever paha, maybe it would HAVE to run like dnd where there's one DM that maybe keeps track of everyone's items? and is the one who rolls for loot probability? oo actually that probably makes sense- in that case then not everyone would have to know the rules to a T
