i’m not going to start calling tiktokkers “creators” like what are they creating? new insecurities for women? the worst takes you’ve ever heard in your life?
POV: You and your sister have just managed to trap your evil older brother in a hive meant for troll babies. Trouble is, it's now starting to fill up with yellow goo, and he's screaming at you through the glass to let him out.
"the first two seasons of Korra are about her learning to not be a brat" actually the first two seasons of Korra are about her learning that all the adults in her life failed her but 👍 good try you'll get it next time
we talk a lot about ohhhh what if my calling is to be the greatest mammoth hunter ever and I'm wasting my talents in the modern era but we never think about what if Thog from 30,000 BCE was the only person ever born who could get a sub-7min Donkey Kong Country any%, and he never got the chance. what about thog
well i might be a keefe fan but im not very enthused about unraveled's existence 😭 my thoughts are that it's another sign of poor planning.
This is Sophie's story, and I'm really not interested in whatever's going on with keefe, especially in the way it will be told. I don't expect to get what I want from the book, which is keefe going numb and being gay for fitz and/or tam and angsting over his relationship with alvar or gethen or fintan (as opposed to more about his parents) and new worldbuilding details that Sophie can't possibly discover.
I think it could be an interesting way to explore the connection between the human and elven worlds but i wish that task had been given to sophie since that was kind of the whole point of her being raised there in the first place? Kind of makes that whole thang irrelevant. Anyways I'm not very excited. Also seeing the cover today just makes it more clear to me that Sophie is not the main character in this book which I don't really enjoy, since Sophie's perspective is so valuable. If it had to exist, it should be an actual novella.
As for the movie, I'm more positive about it. It could be really good, which I doubt, but either way I'll watch and see if I enjoy. Honestly I'm hoping to just enjoy it rather than go for accuracy because there's no way that can happen given how oversized these books are.
keefe pov for an entire book in the human world is such a funny concept. i hope it switches genres from fantasy to contemporary romance. shannon dive full in and have him pine for sophie for 400 pages straight with little to no plot. take the final leap shannon.
lowk i wanted to see taylor hater opinions bc i thought most of this album was so horribly mid and i was like hey summer probs would have some of those and the blog did not disappoint. godspeed
