#and the rest of the team went on an arguing of how I most definitely am gay

I always saw myself as a "too straight" person, you kow, because of how I dress and all. Then today I was on a work meeting and one of colleagues went "Fernanda, you're gay, right? Cause you look gay" and I was like "thank you?"

alexia and the team meet your girlfriend, who looks oddly familiar.
"chiqui, come on, you promised that you would help with dinner!" alexia yelled from the kitchen. you looked over your outfit one more time, making sure that it was absolutely perfect before you finally walked out of your room. "i swear she spends more time getting ready than mapi does."
"cut her some slack, tonight is a big night," you heard olga defend you. you smiled, glad that alexia's girlfriend was staying for dinner. the last thing you wanted was to accidentally subject your girlfriend to being alone with alexia this early on. carmen was great, and you didn't trust alexia not to scare her off. olga wouldn't let her do that. alexia was always much calmer whenever olga was around.
"i do not take that long," you grumbled as you walked past alexia. she gave you a look, one that you knew meant not to argue with her. truthfully, you did take quite a while to get up and around most days, but whenever you had to do somewhere, you were always the first one dressed. if anything, alexia had a tendency to take a long time getting the little details of her outfits done, even when it was just her kit.
"both of you stop it before this turns into something else. (y/n), you look very beautiful. what time is your girlfriend coming?" olga asked. you knew that she was probably doing most of the cooking. alexia wasn't a bad cook, but she didn't really have the patience to do big meals like this. she'd make something small for you after practice sometimes, but preferred to order in for her actual meals.
"carmen will be here at 7. we'll eat dinner, and then she wanted to take me out," you told them. alexia looked surprised by the addition to dinner. "ale, please."
"i didn't say anything, but if i let you go out, you have to be back in by 9:30," alexia told you. she poked you in the chest, something that earned her a sharp smack to the back of the head from olga.
"i'll be back by your bed time, don't worry nana," you teased. alexia's jaw clenched as she glared daggers into the back of your head. things had been much calmer since the night you had gotten caught sneaking out. you hadn't really had a conversation about what happened, or why you had gotten so scared, but neither you nor alexia knew how to initiate that.
"one of these days…" alexia grumbled. you chose to ignore her, opting to do what you saw that you could in the kitchen. you didn't mess with anything that looked like it would stain your clothes. alexia set the table while olga finished getting everything ready. you went downstairs to walk carmen up whenever you got the text that she had arrived, just barely managing to talk alexia out of coming with you.
"hi," you greeted your girlfriend. carmen put her arm around you as she leaned in to kiss you. you were beyond nervous about alexia and carmen meeting, but even more so about carmen meeting the rest of the team. whenever you had first signed onto barcelona and started playing, some of the girls had teased you about your very obvious crush on jenni. even jenni had caught onto it, but she had always been nice about it, knowing that it was probably just your hormones. once they met carmen, who admittedly looked an awful lot like jenni, you knew that it would start up again.
"are you ready, mi amor?" carmen asked you.
"maybe a few more seconds of peace," you told her. she nodded, leaning in to press another kiss to your lips. you knew that you couldn't take too long or else alexia would definitely come down there to check on you. so, you opted for moving your little kissing session into the elevator. you were still pressed against each other, obviously engrossed in one another when the doors opened.
"ahem," alexia cleared her throat, causing both of you to jump apart. carmen didn't let you get too far though, holding onto your hand proudly as you were face to face with your guardian. "i was just about to see what the hold up was. everything is ready at the table."
"okay, thank you ale," you said. you tugged carmen along, careful not to let go of her hand as you did so. you had hoped that you'd be able to sit next to carmen, but alexia set the tables up so that you were forced to sit by either olga or her.
"hola," carmen greeted olga. you took the seat next to alexia, noting the frown on the older woman's face as you did. "i'm carmen."
"hola, i'm olga. this is alexia," olga said. you were grateful for her, especially as she steered the conversations over dinner. alexia had been quiet, but polite, allowing for olga to coax more and more information out of carmen throughout the night.
they learned that carmen was in school and played as captain for her school's rugby team. you had met carmen at one of the local gyms that patri and pina took you to during the offseason. alexia hated to admit it, but she really approved of carmen for you. the girl was responsible, and was on the path to playing for her sport's national team, something that alexia admired greatly.
"carmen, come with me, let's have a little chat," alexia said as she motioned towards the balcony. you felt yourself tense up as your girlfriend walked out there with alexia. they shut the door behind them, but you could see them both leaning against the railing as they spoke.
"she's a good one," olga said as she watched them. you smiled and nodded, having known that carmen was good for you for quite some time. there were moments when you thought she deserved someone who could be a little more present, but now that you didn't have to sneak around, you hoped things would change. "alexia approves of her, i can tell."
"really?" you didn't mean to sound so surprised, but you couldn't help it. alexia had driven off quite a few different people who seemed interested in you before, claiming that you didn't need to be dating while you were in the season. and if it wasn't that, she was going on about how you were too young for that sort of thing. "i was scared that she'd be upset about carmen being older."
"two years isn't bad," olga told you. you had turned 16 just a couple of months ago, and carmen had turned 18 barely two weeks ago. she had just gotten her license whenever she came to pick you up, having ridden around on her bike to see you before that. "you two look cute together, but i must say, she looks a little familiar."
"maybe you've seen her at work. carmen works at a coffee shop," you said. olga shook her head, smiling to herself. "i don't know where else you would have seen her then."
"no, no, not like that. she just looks sort of like someone i've met before." olga shot you a teasing smile, but didn't elaborate any more. she looked like she was about to say something else when carmen and alexia came back inside, the two of them laughing about something together.
"are you ready to go? i was thinking we could get ice cream. alexia just wants you back before 11," carmen told you. you glanced over at alexia, shocked that she had extended your curfew by almost two hours. you nodded and ran over to give alexia a hug goodbye, the woman more than a little surprised by the affection. carmen walked you out of the apartment after that, both of you in a good mood after such a successful introduction.
"she looks like jenni," olga noted. alexia nodded, smirking as she pulled her phone out. "what are you doing?"
"seeing if jenni has any family in barcelona. that's freaky," alexia answered. olga rolled her eyes, thinking that alexia was being way too dramatic.
"relax," alexia told you as she noticed you glance up at the stands for the tenth time in half as many minutes. "she's probably went to get something to eat. we're not even playing right now."
"i know, but i don't want her to miss my goal," you told her. alexia shook her head as she wrapped her arm around your shoulders. you kept your eyes back on the stand, smiling when you finally saw carmen return. she was sitting with olga and alexia's family, the group having immediately accepted her in as if she was one of their own.
you had waited a little over a week from introducing carmen to alexia and olga before you decided to bring her to a game. carmen meeting alba had been an accident, the two of them running into each other in alexia's apartment building. alba had practically come sprinting up to alexia's apartment to tell alexia all about the "jenni clone" in the lobby. you had rolled your eyes, despite knowing that was what initially attracted you to carmen in the first place.
"where is she going?" irene asked as she watched you sprint straight over to the stands. everybody was watching as you effortlessly jumped the barrier. alexia shook her head as you jumped over a few rows of chairs to get to carmen. she cradled your face as she gently kissed you before alba and eli took your attention. "she's dating, and you're okay with it?"
"apparently, she's been dating, but yeah, i am okay with it. her name is carmen, and she's very nice. (y/n) and her seem very happy. i hope they're together for a long time." alexia wouldn't have let herself get so sappy with anybody else, but she trusted her co-captain to keep it under wraps.
"they certainly do look like quite the couple. hmm, they kind of remind me of another couple…" irene trailed off, nudging alexia as she did. alexia rolled her eyes as she moved forward to join you. you brought carmen down to the pitch to meet some of your teammates, and by the time alexia got over there, jana, claudia, ona, and patri were all crowded around the young couple.
"you already know alexia, but that's irene. she's another one who tries to keep me away from these three." you were excitedly introducing carmen to as many of your teammates as you could, the older girl watching you in amusement. "oh shit, i forgot to ask, did you like the game? i scored a goal for you."
"i loved it, mi amor, it was great," carmen promised you. she pressed a kiss to the side of your head, prompting you to curl into her side. "hola, i'm carmen."
"irene, nice to meet you." irene watched in amusement as you dragged carmen all around the pitch to meet everybody that she could. "oh to be young and in love again."
"so, who is sending a picture to jenni?" ona asked. patri seemingly volunteered herself, walking right up to you and carmen to snap a picture of the three of you together. it was sent off, and alexia noticed the immediate 'read' without a reply.

Hi! I see you've been writing some stuff for Tfp humans and because I'm a Tfp human enjoyer I thought I could request something:)) (I personally cannot write so yeahh)
Fell free to do it and feel free to not do it if you don't feel like it :))
So,
How about an AU where June and Fowler (due to some relic to stuff) get aged back to when they were 16/17. They were probably wildly different than their adult versions and seeing kids interact with 80's teenagers would be fun (I personally hc Fowler & June to be in their late 30s like 39 so if Tfp is in 2011 yeah they would be teens in the 80s)
Also, here are some of my personal hcs for teenage June & Fowler which you can use but if you feel like they would be different feel free to do that too :))
Fowler was kinda the high school jock/a chad as one could call it. Also probably smoked even though he was under age lol. Probably a rock fan who plays the guitar to impress girls lol
As for June,I see her to be a rebel who wanted to be in a biker gang/generally into motorcycles. Probably like Miko but more reserved :)).
Also have my teenage Fowler doodle as an add on cause it's relevant
Tumblr media
Sorry that the ask is so long btw I feel strongly about tfp humans 😭
Feel free to take anything/nothing into consideration for the main scenario :))
EXCELLENT ART!!! SORRY THIS TOOK TEN BILLION YEARS TO GET TO!!!
━━━━━━ ⊙ ❖ ⊙ ━━━━━━━━━━━━ ⊙ ❖ ⊙
Relics are not known to mess with age. The few that have such properties do little to harm a mech aside from possibly get rid of a beloved mod or engraving. As such, the team left one of their various collected relics just... laying on Ratchet's workbench. It wasn't particularly dangerous, and Optimus's memories of the archives stated that it had slight rejuvenation properties. That was all. It was essentially a small healing device meant to be applied to minor wounds.
But of course, anything minor to Cybertronians tends to be definitively less so to humans.
June and Fowler were left to keep a vague eye on the relic while the team performed other tasks. They chatted and overall relaxed, but at some point, Fowler noticed the relic was a little too close to the edge of the table for his liking. Sure the thing was almost as big as he was, but in his mind, with the help of June, they could push it back onto the table proper and rest easy knowing there would be no surprise clank to startle them or upset Ratchet. Their attempt to be helpful very quickly ended with a flash of light, every living being in the base hurrying toward two sets of screams, and gasps of horror all around.
June and Fowler were younger, WAY younger. Upon analysis, both were in their late teens biologically. Ratchet and Optimus argued over what to do, and upon seeing the relic, the overall consensus was that the two rejuvenated humans would have to remain at base until Ratchet could figure out a way to reverse the effects. It was not ideal, but a few calls later, things were organized enough. The military would cover for the loss of both Agent Fowler and June for the time being, and the team would get to work.
The team got busy and went about their work and June and Fowler stayed put... mostly. Despite having memories and experiences to match their adult selves, both teens had opinions and feelings regarding things. All three of the kids collectively decided they did not in fact enjoy these younger versions of the adults they knew within... about two minutes.
Fowler was a piece of work. He paraded around like he was in charge, but had the unfortunate habit of shoving Jack around for the kick of it. He didn't mean it maliciously, but the constant shoving did get on nerves. It did not help that Fowler used his spare time to work out now that his back was not murdering him every two steps. A definitive six pack most certainly did not endear him to Jack with his twiggy body. Fowler tried to get along with them by playing the adult, but being young again put a certain spring in his step and before long, he was off to cause problems. Lifting weights and wearing absolutely cringe worthy headbands, Fowler took off gleefully. The children avoided him like the plague, especially when he tried to rope them into his terrible 80s workout video exercise routine.
June was arguably worse in that while she wasn't outright cringy, she did have a few... habits. Her haircut was enough for even Miko to look away in shame. June's choice of clothing prompted three in sync face palms. And to add to it, she was absolutely determined to continue being the adult in the room even upon immediately getting distracted with video games and Fowler himself. Her use of 80s slang and her determination to ignore the rules just enough to be annoying quickly got on the nerves of everyone, especially the kids. Don't touch that? Oh she didn't touch it, she just got really REALLY close to it while making direct eye contact. Don't bother Ratchet? Well guess what, Ratchet gets a few dozen questions anyway.
Both were menaces to society just by existing. The team personally didn't mind all that much. What difference did personality shifts in small squishies mean to them? However even Bumblebee cringed internally as he watched the various scenes with the duo play out. Arcee for her part got several pleas from June to let her try Arcee's alt mode. Fowler may or may not have also tried to get Bulkhead to let him use the forklift to play lob ball, kind of.
Chaotic monsters all around.
Jack could do nothing but pray for the team to work quickly for the sake of his sanity. Miko is enough trouble on her own.

stuck with you | peter parker
summary: you love him, but you hate him. maybe you'll be able to love him a little bit more if it's really just the two of you.
"we're lost." you declared.
"no, we aren't."
"yes, we are!"
"fine, then, mr. navigator, where are we?"
"um... er, we are— we are right here."
you rolled your eyes, along with a string of curses.
peter sighed, "this is my life now. i have climbed this hill, and will die upon it."
"shut it. we've only been walking for 20 minutes. in the direction you said to go," you threw you hands up in frustration. yes, walking for 20 minutes, but stranded for maybe around 3 hours, you'd guess.
the plan, at first, was to wait for your father, tony, and the rest of the team to find you, but it'd had become quite evident after a while that they weren't coming for you.
"just because i have spider-sense, doesn't mean i have common sense!"
"well, i know that now!" after a moment, you pinched the bridge of your nose. "look, us stupidly arguing isn't gonna get us anywhere, okay?"
peter sighed, half-heartedly shrugging. you went back to fiddling with your ear comm, hoping to get it back online. for a moment, you heard static, and you squealed.
"what? what?"
and then it went back to silence. "goddamnit." you were very, very close to chucking it off a cliff. "aren't you, like, a tech genius or something? can't you do something with this?"
"i already tried. all i got was radio silence. we're completely off the grid, dumb-ass."
"you don't think i know that? god, why did i get stuck with the spider-kid?" you mumbled the second part under your breath.
"hey!"
oops. forgot about the spider-hearing.
"okay, well— at least— at least my powers don't consist of freaking levitation!"
"it's not levitation!"
"my bad, telekinesis."
"psychokinesis!"
"same thing. who cares?"
you scowled and used your mental concentration to lift him a good 20 feet into the air.
"don't—" he yelped, "put me down!"
"don't put you down?"
"no! put. me. down!"
"can't hear you up there."
"you actual piece of— drop me! wait, no, not—"
you weren't doing anything bad. just what he told you to do. peter landed on the ground with a loud thud. that had to hurt, you thought.
"because all i can do is levitate things," you mocked, "how dumb. at least i don't shoot webs out of my ass-crack."
"i don't—"
but by then, you'd already tuned him out. one of your headaches was coming on, because you normally didn't lift heavy things in the air, or really, not most things. you were still figuring out how to use them.
it wasn't something you regretted though, it was very worth it.
"—and you know, i'm sure that—"
how was he still going?
"—because you haven't even started—"
i might chuck him off a cliff instead.
"—crazy, since—"
you gritted your teeth, massaging your temple, "please stop talking."
"hah! i'm sure you'd love— y/n? are you good?"
"yes," you waved his concern off (along with the butterflies in your stomach), "i'm fine."
"regret that yet?"
"no," you grinned. "never."
peter flopped down, sitting up against a tree. "i'm sure."
you joined him, taking a seat beside peter. in complete exhaustion, you dropped your head on his shoulder, quietly inhaling the smell of him. pinewood, aftershave, and a tinge of sweat.
he flinched slightly at the action, but looped an arm around you.
moments like this made being near peter actually nice. for once, you enjoyed his company. but the feeling didn't last long, because the reality of being stranded in a giant forrest/jungle/whatever other word for this place hit hard after a second.
"jeez, are we ever gonna get home?"
"yes. maybe. i mean, probably." he stammered.
"this is definitely worst case scenario. stuck on an alien planet, lost in— in whatever this was. were these even trees? were trees purple with yellow studs sticking out of them?
you didn't know. you just wanted to go home. granted, peter's presence was making this slightly better, but still.
"it's okay," you heard him say. "you can sleep. i got you, y/n." peter kissed the top of your head, and you subconciously smiled.
"you know," you murmured, "i'm glad that if i'm stuck with anyone here, i'm stuck with you."
and then you were falling, falling, into a deep, dreamless sleep, with pitch black envloping you entirely.

first off i just wanna say im loving everything youve written for ppls requests! how do u feel abt jock el? i feel like she maybe wouldnt understand sports at first and might struggle w the rules and fair play, but ends up really loving physical activity that has nothing to do w her powers, just her own hard work and sweat and skills she’s honed through practice all by herself, and the experience of being on a team. i can totally imagine her getting super competitive too, and being a super aggressive player in literally every sport. also, hopper is definitely the parent who yells at the referee and coaches during his kids games.
also i hope your day is going well whenever you see this!
Okay this was cuuuuuute. I really love the idea of El fitting in so well with sports people, but still never leaving her little group of nerds and badasses. I also love her just naturally being so good at every sport she tries because she is deeply in touch with what her body is capable of because of her powers, but never once using them. I maybe threw Wayne in a bit more than anyone would expect because I will always find a reason to do that. Also, this is a weird coincidence, but the Olympic swim trials for 2024 will take place in Indianapolis.- Mickala ❤️
-------------------------------------------------------
When things settle down, El goes back to school with everyone.
It’s hard at first. She never really fit in before, and she definitely doesn’t fit in now that people have seen official government security pretty much standing guard over her.
Even after they left, people still whispered when she ran errands with Joyce or Hop and went out with the rest of the party.
But she was determined to have as normal a life as she could, and that meant going to school.
High school here was better, even with the weird looks and silent bullies.
She had her friends.
She also had gym.
In California, she’d hated gym. She didn’t like getting dressed in front of everyone so she always got in trouble for taking too long. The girls in her class usually found ways to be lazy and she didn’t want to make herself more of an outcast, so she just didn’t participate most of the time.
But here, Lucas was in her gym class. So was Will, though he was a little hopeless when it came to anything beyond walking the mile.
Max was excused from gym for the rest of high school if she wanted.
Hard to argue with a letter from the literal President.
Mike and Dustin had a different period, but that was fine since they hated gym.
El didn’t hesitate to participate here.
She ran the fastest mile, always had the most push ups and pull ups, won every tetherball game. Her team always won volleyball and softball. She won every category in swimming.
The only sport she didn’t play was basketball, much to Steve’s disappointment and Lucas’ secret delight.
The coach recruited her for every sport he could, insisted that she could be the type of player that brings them championship wins.
Hopper was ecstatic, of course, especially when he saw how much El loved it.
She knew better than to use any powers, especially in competitions, but she was so naturally good, it didn’t even cross her mind that she could.
She was physically stronger than most other girls her age, and had already had so much done to her body that she could easily push through a little exhaustion during the 500 meter butterfly race or playing the entire soccer game with only one break.
She watched baseball games with Wayne and Hopper, asked if she could play.
Hopper had her signed up for softball the next day.
She saw a beach volleyball match during the Olympics and asked to play.
Hopper took her to tryouts for the school team as soon as he possibly could.
She made the swim team, made captain within a month. Steve was ecstatic, especially when she won against him every time they did a practice race. Eddie and Will were judges, and El was pretty sure it was just to see Steve shirtless, but she didn’t really mind.
She was having fun.
She was using her natural abilities to get out some of her aggression in a safe way according to Dustin.
Everyone came to her games and meets, but no one was as loud as her dad.
He was on his feet more than he was in his seat, usually pacing and yelling at refs and judges from the stands. Most people didn’t seem to care, or at least didn’t want to say anything to the reinstated police chief.
Steve was always there to remind him that El was learning, and that that was actually a penalty or that the judge was being fair on her tie with another girl in the butterfly.
Even as good as she was at just about every sport she tried, she struggled with some rules. Once they were explained in a way she understood, she was careful, but it cost her volleyball team a win in the process.
Steve helped her understand what he could, or took her to the library to look things up if he didn’t know. Wayne helped her understand the differences between softball and baseball while Eddie tried to take notes in the corner.
Actual notes.
“It’s so I know if she does good!” He explained when Wayne raised his brow at him showing interest in a sport.
To his credit, he immediately lost the notes he took and still had to ask Steve a bunch of questions at her next game.
She earned the MVP awards for every sport she played, gaining more positive attention than she’d expected. It was welcome, especially since it made a lot of people forget about the negative attention surrounding her the last few years.
Will designed shirts for everyone for her games and had Eddie get them printed at the same place he got the Hellfire Club ones made. They all wore them happily, too proud of her to not show all their support.
——————
Her senior year was when it hit that she had decisions to make.
She’d done fine in school; not straight A’s but never failed a class.
Sports are where she excelled.
But senior year was hard, and schedules were difficult enough without having to balance two sports at once immediately followed by two more.
The coaches did their best to offer accommodations since she was their star, but she didn’t like that. She didn’t want to be treated as “other.” That wasn’t why she did this.
So she dropped softball, much to Wayne’s heartbreak. He still smiled at her and said he was proud of everything she’d accomplished and hoped she’d still find time to come throw the ball with him.
She dropped volleyball in the spring, used the excuse that she needed to focus on swimming because she had scouts interested in giving her scholarships and the Olympic committee showed interest in recruiting her for Team USA.
Steve let her use his pool for extra practice, and usually joined her on the weekends for a morning swim, even on the still too cold mornings in February and March.
She held the Hawkins High and Indiana state records in most categories, and Midwest and National records in a few of those.
The olympic committee invited her to trials, and of course she’d enlisted Steve as her personal coach.
She trained for hours every day, Steve pushed her just enough using his new knowledge of the requirements she would have to meet to make the team and her competition.
She didn’t want everyone there, only Steve and Hopper.
She was worried having them there would put too much pressure on her and now wasn’t the time to perform poorly.
The morning of the trials, Steve let her cuddle up to his side on the couch.
“You’re ready.”
“That is not a question.”
“No, because I’m not asking. I know you’re ready,” he smiled when she rolled her eyes.
“I am ready.”
She was.
She outdid herself, actually. She ended up breaking her own record in her first event, and tied her own record in the second event.
She not only made the team, but was named captain almost immediately, the rest of her teammates incredibly excited to be on her team.
Hawkins had a parade for her, Hawkins High had a pep rally, the family had a huge party for her.
She still had to graduate high school, still competed on the high school swim team, even found time to be a lifeguard at the city pool every Friday and Saturday afternoon.
El had found her place.
—------------------------------
When USA won gold in every event for swimming, no one was surprised.
It’s hard to beat a team led by El.
She accepted a full ride scholarship to Purdue University, where she broke all their school records and got her degree in Physical Therapy so that she could work with athletes.
She competed in the Olympics again, winning gold in four events, silver in one.
But she always had her family there. They came from all over the country to watch, to support, wearing the same shirts that Will made years ago.

alright, as requested and promised, my explanations for why everyone on side b got into the tourney
once again making the note that i was desperate for women that weren't blatantly written by a misogynist and it influenced a couple choices
starting with the most argued about characters again
mob (mp100): 1 submission, good description. "he has powers he can't be just some guy!" NOT WHAT THIS TOURNEY IS ABOUT. mob is a kid. he's just a kid doing his best. like the whole plot of mp100 is that he's just some kid isn't it??? i haven't watched it i can't argue the details but he is a very good example of just some guy
rung (transformers): 1 submission, good description. submitter got extra points for being the longest submission and being so sweet to me. rung is like, God, or something but he doesnt Know That so he's just living a perfectly normal life. he's so average people regularly forget who he is or what his name is. from the submission, "He's just the definition of 'some random kind guy you bump into in the hall and then completely forget about two hours later' I really don't know how to explain it."
han solo (star wars): 2 submissions. its like his whole thing. the rest of the team is a princess, a jedi, man i don't know the rest i haven't watched star wars in years but they are all supremely not some guy, and han's just some cunt with a van to drive them around in. yeah he's got his own shit going on but also. i dont remember how it actually went down but he really feels like he just stumbled into the plot and now he can't leave
ok now the rest of the characters under the cut
carol kohl (cateotw): 1 submission, good description. the description really moved me and i have GOT to watch this show at some point. carol lives on an earth that's going to end in a few months and everyone is trying to make their last months exciting and happy and getting to do what they've always wanted to. what carol wants to do is keep working an office job and continuing her routine. the show does not shame her for this, it's just who she is. and man..... as a chronically ill person who's had to think about that kind of thing. that really hits hard.
jaehee (mystic messenger): 1 submission. the woman situation is fucking dire. i will admit she seems to be written the way she is because of misogyny n shit but at least this submitter actually acknowledged it. mystic messenger is i believe a dating game and her route involves dealing with her shitty boss and quitting her job. the other routes have fucking wild shit going on but jaehee just quits work
paul matthews (guy who didnt like musicals): guaranteed entry
emma perkins (guy who didnt like musicals): 3 submissions. one person described her and paul as "guy4guy" and i was so enamored with this concept i gave her a guaranteed position. she works at a coffee shop and seems to not give a fuck that she's in a musical and needs to sing. major "i cant wait to clock out and go home" vibes
su moting (god troubles me): 1 submission. the child of a monster and a god so she was just born a regular human. that's so fucking funny. she has some wild roommates (a "phone god" and a "cat monster") but she's got a normal office job so she's not even around them much on weekdays
satou hiroshi (saiki k): 2 submissions. canonically the most average guy. perfectly average in every way. average grades, weight, height, family, etc etc etc. as average as possible
chilchuck tims (dungeon meshi): guaranteed entry
michelle nguyen (wtnv): 1 submission. i mean. its fucking night vale. that place is fucked. and yet michelle just runs a record shop and loves her girlfriend good for her
tad strange (gravity falls): guaranteed entry
colin robinson (wwdits): 1 submission, personal bias. he's an energy vampire that feeds off peoples energy so he will ramble to them for 6-12 hours about taxes. has a regular office job because what better place to find miserable people to torment. prides himself in his ability to be just some guy
bard (wandersong): 1 submission, friend bias. they're the protagonist of the game but they are not the hero of the story. they're on a quest to save the world but destiny does not care for them. they are trying so hard to bring people joy and that in turn is what makes them actually able to succeed. they are not a hero, but they are a friend
usopp (one piece): 1 submission, friend bias. i will be honest you i avoid one piece at all costs but he gets a pass for my buddy. unfortunately none of the info they gave me actually stuck in my brain so my explanation is gonna suck ass but he seems very scared and very weak compared to everyone else and everyone knows he's the just some guy of the group
nick carraway (great gatsby): 1 submission. i do not remember reading this book for school but idk that seemed like a correct vibe check and i wasn't gonna argue with it
link (oot): 1 submission, personal bias. SCREAMS. WAILS. POUNDS FISTS ON THE FLOOR. I LOVE HIM!!! i am extremely mentally ill about most editions of link being just some guy but i agreed heavily with the submission saying oot is probably the best example. HE'S JUST A KID!!! he thought he would never have to grow up because he was a forest kid too but then he did have to grow up what the fuckk
kazooie (I MADE HIM <3): he is my oc and i love him so fuckign much
connecticut clark (florkofcows): guaranteed entry
samwise (lotr): 1 submission, personal bias. only here because he refused to let his friend have to deal with this alone. its the whole point of the story, that hobbits are the just some guys of the world. that these hobbits were just normal innocent men now trying to end a war. and sam is the most just some guy of the bunch
hitomi (madoka magica): 2 submissions. only one that isnt a magical girl. im sure there's more to it than that but i haven't watched madoka in years and the submissions didn't give me anything else so that's it
junpei iori (persona): 1 submission, friend bias. persona characters can get fucking wild but he seems to be the resident normal dude. and tbh i just can't stop thinking about this part of the submission
Tumblr media Tumblr media
tomoya (ensemble stars): 2 submissions, good descriptions. ok so like. ensemble stars has like 50 main characters or something i dont know i dont go here. tomoya is the Only One that's normal. he's just trying to be a teen idol and his defining character trait is that he is tomoya and he is here.
peter sqloint (jrwi): 1 submission. i have listened to a bit of this and while i did have to put it down cause it wasn't really my thing, peter must've made an impression on me because the Only Things i can remember from what i listened to was just how bizarrely normal peter is. yes he has the angel of retribution inside him urging him to kill the gods but his life goal is to buy a new log for his pet lizard and his job is to sort rocks and its his favorite thing. sometimes you have to wonder if peter is even aware of whats going on or if he is too busy thinking about cool rocks to notice
cabbage merchant (atla): 3 submissions. i dont care. but very few characters actually got 3 submissions so i let him in. i was trying to avoid characters that clearly just existed for a bit or are simply background characters with nothing else going on (they count as just some guy but its just not as interesting to me) but he made it in anyways.
marta cabrera (knives out): 1 submission and that submission was ME because im THE ONLY PERSON WHO GETS IT (/silly). i cannot fucking believe no one else submitted her im so fucking mad her being just some guy is literally the entire point. spoilers for knives out, SHE'S A GOOD DOCTOR. SHE'S JUST A GOOD DOCTOR. SHE NEVER DID ANYTHING WRONG!!! she was always just some guy no matter how much everyone else wanted her to be something different. i love her
greg universe (steven universe): 1 submission, good explanation. he's just stevens dad <3 he lives in his van and is an ok musician and he's very content with his life. he's hanging out
mishima (persona): 2 submissions. he's just one of your classmates. this is signifcant because other supporting cast characters have a lot of their own wild shit going on. mishima is your classmate and he's trying to help the phantom thieves look cool on social media. thatse it babey!
gingerbrave (cookie run): 1 submission, good description, personal bias. ok so its a gacha game about cookies that run. gingerbrave is the mascot and the most basic guy you can get. he's a cookie and he runs. and he's very sweet and i like him <3 he loves his friends. anyways google like any other character in the cookie run franchise and you'll understand.
arthur dent (hitchhikers guide): 2 submissions. honestly i don't have strong opinions on him and he's got a fuck ton of propaganda on the post im skipping this
elsen (off): 1 submission, friend bias. i am enamored by how this is like a species of normal guys. they are meant to reflect the struggles of average normal people. they have office jobs and a fuck ton of anxiety so you can see how they reflect that <3
tadano hitohito (komi cant communicate): 2 submissions, good description. HIS NAME LITERALLY TRANSLATES TO "JUST A PERSON" THAT'S FUCKING AWESOME I HAD TO PUT HIM IN

A more comprehensive way to watch Kekkai Sensen
This is something I started way back in May when I made my best friend watch the first few episodes of KKSS but in chronological order (in universe) as opposed to episode release order.
By no means is this to be a definitive list of things and I didn't quite completely match the manga and instead went with a flow that allowed for character development. I also wanted to make certain season two scenes or lines make more sense in context with the additional information from season 2 episodes or skipped manga chapters.
Tumblr media
Like many people, I started KKSS with the anime and watched season one. I greatly enjoyed it but immediately picked up on the fact that a lot of content had to have been skipped over. This is due to how frequently anime will so faithfully adapt manga (line by line, panel by panel) that I found too many lines/character interactions were lacking something. Yes, Steven is one of my favorite characters, and my bias is showing, but it was clear that he was one of the characters who definitely had things cut around him. Closely following Steven, were K.K., Chain and Zed to a lesser degree since he didn't pop in until S1E9 and fairly late in the manga as well (volume 5 of 10).
Another issue with the season one original arc as opposed to adapting the chapters in order meant that all of the volume 1-10 back fill that season two had hurt Leo's character the most. Season one has him slowly overcome his struggles to save Black and release White. Season two then starts with legit Back 2 Back content and then jumps to back filling with the amazing original chapter 7 Day In Day Out. All of a sudden a lot of the comments directed at Steven by K.K. in particular make a hell of a lot more sense from S1E4.
Most of the return to previous chapters fleshes out Chain and the rest of the werewolves, Zed's origin and struggle to belong, Gilbert's skill set as a combat butler and K.K.'s domestic life responsibilities. Luciana Estevez is introduced all in all much later and we also get a return to the Desperate Fight in the Macro Zone, a story focusing on Leo's friendships with Beyondians outside of work.
Why a chapter like Get the Lock Out! was smashed in the middle confused me, since the season two finale was the manga volume 10 finale before Back 2 Back. I'm not sure if they should have even included this episode and instead animated other chapters like 11.5. Cherchez L'idole, 16. Outlaw of Green, or 19. Escape from Pain: Chain Reaction.
This all contributes to a sort of 'backwards/stagnant' character development for Leonardo Watch. When he does appear in events that happened in the manga before KKSS volume 10, he's back to the usual struggles which he was supposed to have overcome by volume 10. It made it weird as a viewer to see him get his ass handed to him as he waffled on things while if things had gone in order, it would have all tied up neatly with the Spectral Vision, Spectral Eyes the volume 10 finale. Instead, this is the season two finale which makes Leo go through the same motions as with season one and the new Black/White/King of Despair arc.
This is why I argue the anime hurts Leo's character the most - he gets development, then slides back trying to match the original manga story line and then ends up at the same place by the end of season two. If you had just been reading the manga chronologically, Leo gets much more fluid development and a lot of the self-doubt and growing street smarts have already resolved by the beginning of Back 2 Back. Leonardo Watch will never be the type of character with out of the world power or stats but by time he's in Back 2 Back, his relationship with Libra is such that he is a completely equal member of the main team. He voices his opinion when necessary and rolls with whatever is happening.
This is my long winded way to say that my proposed watching order will allow for a more natural development of the cast of characters and try to keep key elements together.
Here is my proposed watch order:
S1E1 – Secret Society of the Magic Sealed City
S1E2 – After the Phantom Ghost Wagon
S1E3 – A Game Between Two Worlds
Tumblr media
This is one of the few anime episodes that really blows away the manga panels. The entire sequence as they enter the domain of the mob boss to play prosfair is gorgeous. I was already enjoying the anime, but when I saw this transition, I knew I was caught hook, line and sinker. The clever animation sequence, the perfect OST song, the build up. It was all excellently executed!
S1E4 – Bloodline Fever
S2E3 – Day In Day Out
Tumblr media
A critical character development chapter for Steven, Chain, Leo and Zapp. Not having this in season one greatly hurt the characterization for them, in particular Steven and Chain. However, by bumping this into season two, I can see why after Get the Lock Out! they did not include Midnight Blue as Anila and Garrett are in Get the Lock Out! and Midnight Blue revolves around Garrett.
S1E5 – The Tremendous Blood Hammer
S1E7 – A No-Holds-Barred Eden
S2E5 – One Butler’s Blitzkrieg
S1E6 – Don’t Forget to Don’t Forget Me
Read chapter 11.5 Cherchez L'idole. This is the first glimpse into K.K.'s private life removed from Libra.
S1E8 – Z’s Worst Day part 1
S1E9 – Z’s Worst Day part 2
S1E10 – Run! Lunch!! Run!!!
Tumblr media
Note, this episode will end oddly due to it being followed by S1E11 but most of the content with Daniel and the HLPD makes sense to be here. Again, this isn't perfect; you could watch up until Zapp gets sick and hold the last bit to watch right before S1E11 for better flow.
S2E4 – Werewolf Mission: Chainpossible
Somewhere around here read the chapter 16, Outlaw of Green. Again, a Klaus-centric chapter with more unsavory aspects of Steven's character that are removed from the anime.
S2E8 – Desperate Fight in the Macro Zone part 1
S2E9 – Desperate Fight in the Macro Zone part 2
Read chapter 19, Escape from Pain: Chain Reaction for Zapp & Zed Big Dipper bonding and hangry Steven. [Where's my subway sandwich?] and more unsavory Steven behavior dropped from the anime.
S2E2 – A Phantom Hospital Ward Rises
Tumblr media
S2E7 – Bronchial Blues
S2E10 – Bratatat Mom
Watch the Restaurant OVA or read chapter 20, King of the King of Restaurants.
S1E11 – Paint it Black
S1E12 – Hello, world
I have no good filler for this section. Imagine some sort of boring time passed between these two situations. Due to the White/Black storyline it seems odd to flip the order of the finales.
S2E11 – Spectral Eyes, Phantom Vision part 1
S2E12 – Spectral Eyes, Phantom Vision part 2
S2E1 – Lights! Camera! Action!
S2E6 – Get the Lock Out!
Tumblr media
There you have it, my proposed watch order for KKSS. If you want to throw in the zany formal dinner with the generic middle eastern prince OVA, go ahead and put that in sometime before S1E11, perhaps before watching Bratatat Mom since K.K. thinks lovingly about her husband Yukitoshi.
I personally love the OVA since it is one of the few times we get to see Steven's inner thoughts in a difficult situation animated. I still can't tell if the only reason why he doesn't succumb to the out of the world delicious food is to how anxious he is that he can't enjoy anything. He's so worried about landing the additional donation all other things fall to the wayside. Perhaps he should have brought a subway sandwich just in case?
That's all I have, go ahead and give my order a whirl if you want it to flow a bit better and read a few of those missing manga chapters.

as it was (iii) ( bradley bradshaw "rooster" x reader )
Tumblr media
( gif not mine )
bradley “rooster” bradshaw x fem!reader
synopsis: in which things just aren’t the same, and it takes a life threatening accident to make rooster come to his senses and true feelings; this is taking so long i apologize hopefully this’ll be the last part
warnings: angst/fluff
note: slay moment bc i finally finished
part one part two
—
thank god maverick finally gave you all a break. and at the beach, fuck yeah. all the tension between you and rooster had really started to strain you, and hangman and rooster’s arguing wasn’t helping either. you, winter, and hangman were all on the same team along with fanboy, coyote, and a few others, while the rest were pitted against y’all. in nothing but some hot pink biker shorts and a neon yellow sports bra, you were glad you’d decided to be bold because you were blinding some of your opponents. she do be glowin tho! the game was definitely on, to say the least, as you and hangman soon began competing for “who can score the most points,” on your team. needless to say, as much as he tried to hide it, jealousy kept creeping in on rooster, wishing it was him you were competing with, and laughing with.
but was rooster really gonna let bagman steal his girl? hell no. so, he’d just have to get your attention, no matter how stupid. besides, you couldn’t deny how hot his little victory dance was after he scored. when mav got taken down, you took it as an opportunity to start running past the enemy team, before someone pushed you lightly, causing you to stumble, ball slipping from your hands as you went down. you looked up to see rooster reaching down to grab the ball, so you lunged to grab his ankle, causing him to also fall down, face first into the sand, his sunglasses flying off his face landing at an arms length away from you. the both of you broke out laughing, as both of you were covered in sand. you quickly grabbed his sunglasses, placing them on top of your head so no one would step on them. rooster got up before her, not commenting on the fact that his sunglasses were perched on top of his head. the game had shifted away from them, as the cheers of their friends slowly faded as he reached out a hand to help her get up. she accepted his help, as a wave of butterflies that she hadn’t felt in a long time filled her stomach, the same butterflies she used to get whenever she flew with him. he looked so pretty, just standing there, the sun behind him, and sand dotting his face. she reached to brush some off, electricity sparking between them.
“i’m sorry,” rooster whispers, a small frown forming on his face, as he sadly watched her. “i’m sorry i fucked up our friendship so much,” he continued, and y/n’s eyes dilated and softened as she watched him. “it’s okay, rooster, i missed being your friend,” she said, sadness pricking her voice as she said friend. “i missed you too dash,” he said softly, as he gave her hand a squeeze. he had so much more to say, but he knew she didn’t need him like he needed her. and he knew still that there were others who needed her skills more than he desired and craved her staying with him. he wanted her so badly, to know what it was like to care for her, to feel her affection, to simply be with her on a more intimate level. but there was no way she felt the same, and no way she would ever chose him over a lifetime of accomplishments. if only he knew.
- - -
“winter i need eyes on the target, maverick’s closing in,” hangman spoke urgently, as he and dasher both flew towards the practice target. “i’m trying! shit, i can’t get a good lock,” she cursed, as she tried to lock in on the practice target. “going in blind,” hangman commented, as you both immediately began to pull up as soon as he fired the missile. “miss!” you called out, hearing a string of curses from hangman in return. “mav’s on our tail dasher,” winter called out, as the pressure began building up on the two of you. your eyes began to blur as you continued. “holy shit,” you cursed, as you struggled to keep your vision straight. as soon as the two of you were out of the climb, a blaring alarm coursed through the plane. “shit, shit! winter what the hell is happening!” you cried out, as you heard winter clicking away from behind you. “shit, right engine’s overheated somehow,” she replied, panic in her voice. hangman called out something, but you were too busy as you began to extinguish the right engine, but it was no use, and soon the engine gave out. “shit, shit!” you cried out, panicked as you ignored mav and hangman calling out to eject. “dasher, we gotta eject,” winter cried out, but you refused, still trying to steer your jet. “dasher, eject, now!” you heard winter scream, as she ejected.
for the first time in your life, you froze as you heard the top of the jet pop off, as winter flew up into the sky. time froze as you continued to descend, but unlike you had expected, your life wasn’t flashing before your eyes, as your hands moved to the eject button. the world around you was quiet, as you continued to descend, your body still not moving to press the button, but finally, something snapped inside of you, as you ejected, and went flying up into the sky. the crash of the plane caused a huge explosion, and due to being so close to it, you were catapulted back, as your parachute was pushed back with tremendous force, and you began to feel woozy as you continued down towards the ground, unaware that below you were numerous trees. your vision began to fade, as you blacked out on your way down.
- - -
rooster wasn’t quite sure when he stopped breathing, but as soon as he heard you cursing from the radio, his heart stopped as he heard the panic coming from your voice as your right engine started failing. he thought he stopped breathing when he heard hangman report that he saw winter eject, but you still hadn’t. he just froze all together when he heard how close you were to almost dying in that plane, and even when phoenix called out to him, he didn’t have the capability of responding as he just sat there, unsure of your fate, and unsure if you were alive or not. the fact he hadn’t been able to tell you everything, and just how much he cared about you shook him. and if he’d even be able to tell you at all now. he stayed in the room until maverick came in, stating that the helicopter had finally brought you and winter back, and how you were being rushed to the medical wing. only then did his feet start moving, and he finally remembered to breathe, as tears fogged his vision as he began sprinting to the medical wing. he didn’t stop running until he caught sight of winter standing in the middle of the hallway, sobbing into hangman’s arms as she stood outside of what he presumed to be your room. only then did he assume the worst, as his eyes grew wide and tears threatened to spill from them. hangman noticed his presence, and he waved his hand side to side slightly, indicating that he didn’t know if you were okay or not. bradley wanted to break down right then and there as tears spilled from his eyes, uncaring if hangman saw him crying there or not. he took a seat in a chair near your room, as he awaited the doctors to come out and give him a verdict. he didn’t notice when the rest of your shared friends came around to wait with him, and he didn’t notice when hangman squeezed his shoulder reassuringly.
he only perked his head up when the doctors came out of your room, assuring the group that you were stable and didn’t sustain any injuries besides a few scratches from the tree you fell into, and that you just fell unconscious due to the force of the explosion. the doctor also mentioned that you had awoken, and said to only go in a few at a time due to the fact you had just woken up.
so, bradley waited. he waited til everyone else had gone in to see you, and waited till he was the last one there, as winter told him you were asking for him.
he slowly opened the door to your room, easing the door open slowly. as he pushed open the door, he saw u propped up in the hospital bed, adorned in a gown, hair down, and a smile graced your face once you saw him enter. he offered you a smile, as he walked over, and sat down next to your bed. “hey rooster,” you said softly, and he wanted to cry at hearing your voice again. “hey dash,” he choked out, as he went to place his hand on top of yours, desperate to feel your touch to make sure you were really there. “you gave us a real good scare there, gave me one hell of a scare,” he spoke softly, and you chuckled.
“winter wouldn’t let me hear the end of it, going on about how i need to be more aware and all that shit,” you said with a soft chuckle, and rooster smiled, shaking his head slightly. “she just cares, that’s all,” he said softly, and u nodded in agreement. a moment of silent graced to the two of you before he spoke up again. “i care too, you know,” he said, and he continued on before you could say anything. “i’ve always cared, y/n, i’ve always cared about you. cared about you so much, i pushed you away so you could go save the world, and you know, live a normal life,” he said pitifully. “i loved you so i let you go,” he added on in barely a whisper, head down, staring at the edge of your hospital bed.
“oh bradley,” you said softly, sitting up a little straighter as you light pushed his chin up with your other hand so he was facing you. you looked into his brown eyes, and saw the anticipation of hurt and rejection in them, almost breaking your heart. instead of saying anything, you just pulled him into you, and as your lips connected, it took bradley a minute before he realized that the girl of his dreams, who’d he been pining over for so long, was actually kissing him, he wrapped a hand around the base of your neck, pulling you in to deepen the kiss. everything just felt so right in that moment, and all pain and sorrow left the two of you when you both realized how much you both truly cared about each other. you finally pulled away, but not before saying, “i love you too bradley,” before he scooped you right out of that bed and out of the medical wing, and off to his room. no way in hell he was planning on letting you go tonight, that’s for sure.
- - -
bonus!
“you’re a fucking idiot! you understand, an idiot!” you chastised bradley as soon as he got off the jet after maverick, a goofy grin on his face as he watched you angrily reprimand him. “you could have died bradley, d e a d, DEAD!” you continued, and he started laughing, unable to handle how hot you were when you were mad. so, instead of letting you continue venting, he just grabbed your face, and planted a kiss on your lips, instantly shutting you up. and who were you to argue? he’d make it up to you, eventually.

Request: OOO Hii could you do something with kate bishop that is very fluffy and maybe at some point the others like (Nat Yelena America Peter mj kamala+) join up and they all just have fun you can make up the rest <333 Hope you have a wonderful day/night
Group dates
It’s been rather long since you and Kate could have a date and when you finally had one planned Kate got sick and shouldn’t go out, which is why you decided to just do it at home with a bit of help from the one and only Tony stark.
You actually planned to go to an arcade, so Tony built and ordered all the machines you’d actually have in one and even more. It was great, he set up led lights to create the right atmosphere, helped you get all the food and the music.
So you went and surprised Kate with your at home date. “You did all this just for me?” She asked as she jumped into your arms when she saw the setup. “Yeah, I mean I had Tony’s help but still” you explained as you kissed her cheek. “And now let’s go. I wanna kick your ass in those games” you grinned as you made your way towards the first game.
You guys were playing for around half and hour now and it was one of the best dates you had till now. The thing is, you didn’t think about the team and were surprised when suddenly Nat, Yelena, Peter, America, Kamala and Wanda stood in front of you two. “What are you guys doing?” Yelena asked when she looked around while Peter, America and Kamala started to run around the room to look at all the games. Natasha only mumbled a small ‘children’ and Wanda tried to usher them out of the room so the two of you could enjoy your date.
After one look at you Katie spoke up. “Why don’t we all play? There are a lot of games and the more the merrier right?” She asked making everybody smile. “Do you guys think I could ask MJ if she wants to come? I haven’t seen her a lot lately” Peter asked making you pout. “That’s sooo cute, of course you can” you answered before wrapping your arm around the archer and pulling her closer.
Time went by much faster than you thought. You lost against Natasha in some shooting game, you won against Yelena when it came to basketball and you held the record on the pec man machine, while Kate won some archery game against MJ, beat America in flipper and lost against Kamala when it came to some shooting stuff. And the dancing game thingy? Let’s just say everybody was happy that you guys didn’t break any bones.
“So how about some corn dogs and fries?” You asked as you made your way to the kitchen. You could hear everybody’s yes as you started to warm up the food Tony got for you guys. The young archer made her way to you and you were quick to welcome her in your arms for some well needed cuddles. “Thank you for all this” she mumbled into you making you smile. “You don’t have to thank me. I’m just happy I got the opportunity to spend my time with you my love” you told her before parting from her to get the warm food.
Before you could leave the kitchen Kate pulled you back to press a kiss to your lips. “Ok now we can go back” you laughed at her antics but made your way to the living room nonetheless.
“So Y/n, why did you even think about a arcade date?” Wanda asked before taking a bite of her corn dog. “Well, mine and Kate’s first date was in an arcade, so I thought this would be a cute redemption. I beat her back then in most games and I beat her now” you grinned looking over to Kate who scoffed and hit the back of your head. “So not true” she grumbled making everybody laugh.
“I bet Kate bishop would win against Y/n Y/l/n in a shooting game” Yelena bet. This time you scoffed and looked at Yelena offendedly. “I would definitely win asshole” you encountered crossing your arms. “Oh baby, don’t get offended” your girlfriend said and rubbed your arm making you let out a sarcastic laugh. “You’re only saying that because she said you’d win” you argued.
Everyone stood around you and Kate as you guys got ready to play. “I think Y/n will win” Kamala said to America who just shook her head from left to right and then pointed to Kate. “No, Kate knows how to aim” she explained but Kamala still believed you would win and she was right.
“Oh my gosh, who would have thought that Y/n beats Kate Bishop?” Yelena asked making fun of Kate. “I did idiot, I trained her” Natasha smiled proudly laying her hand on your shoulder giving it a squeeze. “You trained her? That’s so unfair” now the brown haired girl was pouting and whining like a small child. “I’m sorry hun, would ice cream make you feel better?” You asked her causing her eyes to light up. Or rather causing everybody’s eyes to light up.
So you made your way into the kitchen and got an ice for everybody. While eating the ice you watched America play pac man against Wanda who clearly manipulated the game to her benefits making you laugh when America tried to punch the machine into another universe. After that Natasha showed MJ how to hold a gun properly as she was just as useless when it came to guns as her spider boyfriend.
Durning this time America annoyed Peter due to asking him a thousand questions about his powers and if he could shoot spider webs out of his butt and while that question deeply confused you you do have to say that it wasnt the most stupid question.
At the end of the night all of you were watching a movie in the living room. Kate was completely on top of you cuddling further into you. Sure, It wasn’t the most traditional date but it was one of the best dates you had until now as you could spend it with most of the people you loved.

And my Life Tracker is (finally) updated to Session 6! Don’t forget to check out the posts for Session 5 and Session 4 here! And Session 7 here! And Session 8 (the finale!!!)
Close ups and details below the cut!
First of all, for Session 5 I left Scar’s time rolling even though he logged out. His time was not adjusted for that this session and he started close to 8 hours, so I’ve gone back and frozen his time to reflect that, hence the weird horizontal line for his time. He missed about half an hour there, so started Session 6 on par with Skizz.
Similar to Tango and Skizz in the Session 4 post, and Scar in the Session 5 post, there are a handful of people in the graph whose times are slightly different from what was shown on video, but I will justify them.
First, have a zoom in of the last half of Session 5 and all of Session 6:
Tumblr media
The bottom of this graph actually goes all the way to zero, so you can really see just how close Jimmy is now! Congrats Scott to somehow not dying at all. Impulse, Tango, and Etho were all dragged into being red names like I suspected, but Scott somehow managed to escape every death, and still has just under two hours to go before he’s red!
Bdubs and Cleo both killed Reds while being Yellow (Joel and Etho, respectively. rip Boat Boys lmao), as self defence. I went back and forth several times whether these count as kills to get time back. In the end I decided to credit them, since Cleo got the 30 minutes automatically, and it wasn’t removed. We don’t know if Bdubs got his 30 minutes (and I suspect not, since the way the death message was, I doubt it happened automatically, and I doubt he would have asked Grian for the time given how apologetic he was to Joel about it), but I think they either both should get the 30 minutes or both not get it. I’m happy to adjust it next week depending on what happens in Session 7, but for now they both get that kill credit.
The other major difference is Joel. He ends his video with a half hour less than what my graph shows, but that’s because when he killed Impulse and Skizz with a TNT minecart, he only gained 30 minutes for it, and not time for both kills when he should’ve. Impulse also got a double TNT minecart kill (on Cleo and Scar), but he he was only 5 seconds into being Red when that kill happened. Impulse argued that meant the first kill bumped him to yellow so the second one didn’t count. Originally I believed both should count, but upon further consideration... that’s the same line of reasoning they did for Joel’s Boogey kill in Session 2. So at least it’s consistent. Joel, however, was at under 5 hours when he did his double kill this session, so that line of reasoning doesn’t apply to him, and he should have gotten to just under 6 hours, rather than just under 5 and a half.
If they haven’t corrected Joel’s half hour he is owed by next session, then I will adjust these times accordingly... and then argue that this removes the erroneous extra half hour he got back in Session 2 during the Boogey kill so that’s in line with the ruling of Green names killing for every time after that. However, I’d prefer not to have to justify it that way, but we’ll see.
Here also is the Session 6 only close up:
Tumblr media
I like the way that other than four people crowding at just under 7 hours, everyone is at a unique time from each other. Scott is an hour and a half ahead of Impulse, and almost 3 and a half hours ahead of average, and 6 and a half hours ahead of Jimmy. Scott currently has three times as much time as Jimmy.
I suspected last week that as the majority of people dipped below Red, they’d drag the rest down, and you can really see the sharp drop from all three Yellow TIES. TIES started the session off with the most time on average, and are now in third place. Congrats to Mean Gills for being the only team whose average time never dropped below 8 hours - it’s a well done for neither of them dying, and for Martyn killing to gain time.
This graph is definitely a mess of lines, and I’m gonna spend some time seeing if I can toggle who you see on the graph, so maybe it’ll make individual lines easier to see. If I succeed, I’ll definitely reblog this with the results, otherwise we can still with this.
Now time for some data screenshots.
Session 5 (so you can see the changes for Scar’s time)
Tumblr media
Session 6 first hour
Tumblr media
Session 6 second hour
Tumblr media
(Session 6 was too large to fit on the screen at once at the zoom level I was using, hence the split. Also, the fact that two hours and ten minutes of Session 5 is approximately the same amount of space as the less bloody hour of Session 6... yeah...)
And the entire six sessions entirely zoomed out!
Tumblr media
Hope you enjoyed this! I’ll see you later with either more graphs if I can figure out the toggleable graph thing, or if I decide to graph the average times for each team (because I got the numbers and it looks cool so I need to see the graph now), or otherwise next week with Session 7! And hopefully Session 7 doesn’t take me as long, but given that everyone will be Red by the end of the session (unless Scott doesn’t die and *also* is Boogeyman and successfully kills someone... but given Scott is less than 2 hours from Red, and the sessions are minimum 2 hours long, he should end on Red), there is likely to be similar levels of chaos and carnage as Session 6, so we’ll see how it works out!

Not A Fool
Summary- Figures if anything could break up a friendship like this it’d be Dean Winchester. Season 4 Ellen Harvelle POV Warnings- Swearing, Angst, Canon Divergence Parings- Implied Dean X Reader Platonic JoXReader A/N- I’m very sick and I haven’t written anything in a very long time, so this is just for fun. Not edited.
Tumblr media
Ellen Harvelle was a lot of things, but a fool wasn’t one of them. She was strong, independent, intelligent and could throw a punch as good as any man.
Which was why Bobby Singer called asking if she could teach his ‘apprentice’ to defend herself against the evil out to get them. Ellen was hesitant to begin with but once Bobby explained the situation in detail Ellen became downright unwilling, she didn’t really want that kind of demon trouble around Jo, but she owed Bobby a favour and hell, the poor girl not having a fighting chance against demons, against Lilith, tugged her heartstrings as deep down as they go.
Bobby wasn’t the least bit optimistic they could stop the apocalypse now and considering how pear-shaped things were getting, Ellen wasn’t optimistic on that one either.
So on an oddly warm afternoon on the last day of November (Y/N) (L/N) rolled into the little place Ellen and Jo called home, Ellen had acquired a farmhouse in the middle of nowhere South Dakota, it was five bedrooms with a homemade bar in the backroom filled with enough alcohol for whatever sorrows any hunters were trying to drown, but most importantly there was no one else around for miles.
Bobby had told Ellen (Y/N) was a sweet, smart and tough-skinned girl, but definitely not built for the hunter life and (Y/N) never intended to be either, she wanted to work behind the scenes doing research and helping Bobby, she never wanted to fight and judging by the nervous expression she’d been sporting as she got out of the car she wasn’t anywhere near confident about this makeshift training camp.
But Ellen would do her best, she would be safe here and she’d leave in a few months knowing more than when she came.
The first month went better than Ellen was ever expecting, to be honest her daughter Jo didn’t work well with women, never had and they’d argued everyday about Jo having to give the hunts a rest, a never-ending disagreement between them, and stay here to help. The back and forth continued until Jo agreed to two weeks of helping (Y/N) and then she’d be on the road again.
Much to Ellen’s delight Jo never left.
Ellen was winding down one evening nursing a drink when she first watched them closely. Jo and (Y/N) laughing and talking in the kitchen, Jo was teaching her how to clean guns properly. Her daughter was happy. Her laughs were real, her smile was huge. Jo and (Y/N) were friends. Ellen had smiled over the rim of her glass. Seeing her daughter make a friend in all this mess made Ellen feel at peace.
Ellen watched their bond grow stronger over the next month, as she watched (Y/N) improve. She was still a little clumsy with hand to hand combat, but her shot was on point. She was already well versed in monsters, ghosts, demons and now angels thanks to Bobby, so Ellen didn’t have to worry about that. They’d been on salt and burns as a three person team without incident. Jo and (Y/N) had been on salt and burns and one unruly werewolf hunt without incident. So now all that was left was for (Y/N) to go out of her own hunt and return unscathed.
After three months together Ellen felt strongly for (Y/N) worried about her endlessly and truthfully didn’t want her to go, but a ghost had nothing on Lilith, so if she could do this Ellen could atleast go to sleep at night knowing (Y/N) would give the em’ hell if it came down to it. Her knowing (Y/N) should have gone out on this hunt weeks ago wasn’t important.
In late February (Y/N) slid a newspaper article from a small town in state, ordinary salt and burn it’d be in and out. Just a little more than a two hour drive, maybe two days, not too far and not too long. Ellen had to let her go.
~
The morning before the big day Ellen got a call from Bobby. He was coming for a visit with The Winchester brothers in tow. Ellen frowned for a moment, as much as she cared for those boys, Dean Winchester worried her. Ellen wasn’t blind, as much as she didn’t like it she knew Jo was had feelings for Dean. But her daughter wasn’t silly, as much as she knew Jo wanted to give into Dean’s charms she wouldn’t, well Ellen hoped she wouldn’t. But that didn’t mean it wasn’t upsetting watching her daughter hurt that they hadn’t become more.
Ellen watched Jo’s face light up when she told her they were coming, (Y/N) was just as happy. Judging by some of the stories (Y/N) had she’d had quite a few run ins with the Winchester brothers.
The next day just after 2pm Ellen heard the familiar rumble of an impala rolling down her driveway. Ellen opened the front door and watched the three of them jump out of the Impala, Dean and Sam with two large grins and Bobby’s perpetual gruffness. She hugged each of them and traded quips with an easy smile, reunions like these made her miss the roadhouse. Jo rushed down the steps as Dean smiled wide with a laugh and wrapped his arms around her. “You’ve been a stranger, Dean” Jo had said “Yeah, I guess I have been” Dean had the decency to look sheepish as he pulled away from her. Jo looked elated, Ellen tried unsuccessfully not to grimace. She watched (Y/N) almost trip down the steps as she hugged Sam on the way to wrap Bobby in an even harder embrace.
A normal happy reunion.
Which is why Ellen was blindsided by what happened. Jo and (Y/N) had spent the better of three months becoming as thick as thieves and Ellen watched a crack appear in the space of five seconds and five words.
Dean turned his head in (Y/N’s) direction as she let go of Bobby, an easy smile working it’s way across his face and into his eyes.
“Long time no see, Sweetheart”
Jo’s smile faded instantly, but she recovered unconvincingly quickly as she watched Dean envelop (Y/N) in a hug.
“Not long enough, Dean” (Y/N) replied returning his hug with a squeeze.
Figures if anything could break up a friendship like this it’d be Dean Winchester.
~
Ellen sipped at her scotch eyes bouncing around the room of her bar and kitchen.
They were all sitting around the large wooden table in the dining room at the back of the house, they’d been laughing and talking shit, they’d gotten the business talk out of the way four scotches ago.
But Ellen had been watching.
Ellen was unusually confused.
She had very quickly realised there was nothing going on here with Dean and (Y/N), she assumed from the way Jo and her had disappeared for ten minutes awhile ago and Jo’s now relaxed posture that they’d cleared that up between them too.
(Y/N) and the Winchesters were familiar and friendly and from what she could tell (Y/N) spending the last year taking care of Bobby put her in high regard with them.
she could see they cared about her and she cared about them.
(Y/N) had been speaking mostly with Bobby and Sam for the last two hours, she’d happily put herself in a seat that would make Jo and Dean sit next to each other. If (Y/N) had fallen for Dean Winchester she certainly wasn’t showing it.
But she was missing something from this dynamic, she knew it.
“I need a refill” (Y/N) sighed as she stood from the table.
“Me too, don’t skimp on the double” Bobby said and gave her his glass.
“I’ll get in on that” Sam grinned
“fill em up!” Ellen downed the rest of her drink and held her glass up as everyone cheered, Dean pushed both of his and Jo’s now empty glasses forward while Jo looked dotingly at Dean, Ellen rolled her eyes.
“Do I look like I have three hands” (Y/N) laughed trying to gather all the glasses.
“This looks like a two man job” Dean stood up and took three glasses “I also think bartenders get triples” Dean winked at (Y/N).
(Y/N) laughed and followed Dean to the next room as conversation continued. Ellen could still see them from where she was sitting. They were talking and smiling pouring drinks for everyone and if Ellen had any doubts Dean Winchester cared about this girl that was all cleared up when she turned to busy herself with selecting a whisky she wanted.
Dean Winchester had a certain look for the few people he cared about the most Ellen had noticed, she liked to call It his look of self-sacrificing adoration. In particular It was usually only present across his features when said person wasn’t looking at him. He had one for Sam, he had one for Bobby and he even had one for Jo despite how Ellen thought his feelings were stacked in the friendship column for her. Ellen had even caught a split second of the one he had for her once, now Ellen could see the one he had for (Y/N).
Nothing strange about it, nothing more than what everyone else in the room got.
“Ellen” Bobby barked and she shot her eyes to Bobby “How much scotch have you had?”
“Shut up old man” She shoved him in the arm “I could drink you under the table any day and you know it"
“Well today is a good a day as any, you making your own hooch in there?” Bobby called tilting his head back toward the doorway.
“Yeah yeah, keep your pants on” Dean muttered as they walked back through the door and returned to their seats.
Bobby raised his glass high when (Y/N) handed it to him
“To good booze and better company” he cheered, Ellen was happy to see him enjoying himself.
Everyones glasses clashed in the middle with a cheer.
“Don’t you drink too much, you have a big day tomorrow” Ellen gave (Y/N) a pointed look.
“This is my last one” She raised her hands in defense, face flushed.
“You driving back tomorrow, I thought you were staying for the whole weekend?” Sam looked to Bobby brows furrowed.
Ellen's heart squeezed for a moment, she hadn't realised Bobby intended on taking (Y/N) back after she returned from the hunt.
“I am” Bobby paused for a moment, he clearly was as worried about this hunt as she was and equally aware they had to let it happen, (Y/N) had been backup on a couple of run of the mill hunts with Bobby here and there out of necessity, there’d be no pointing sending him too if they wanted her to make any more progress. “(Y/N) is goin’ on her first solo hunt tomorrow” Bobby looked at (Y/N) reassuringly, one side of his mouth quirked up in half a smile.
“What?” Dean’s gruff voice sounded from the other end of the table, angry. Ellen sighed.
“You got a problem with that Winchester?” Ellen narrowed her eyes at him challengingly.
“Yeah I do”
Ellen geared herself up for an argument.
“Dean, Don’t” (Y/N) admonished quickly.
“You can’t be serious?” Dean raised his voice looking completely incredulous.
“(Y/N) he’s right” Sam agreed leaning across the table towards her, face earnest.
“I’m the one who spent the last three months getting her ready! You really think I would be letting her go if I didn’t think she’d be comin’ back, do you think Bobby would?” Ellen gestured at him.
“There’s no way” Dean said shaking his head leaning back in his chair.
“It’s not your decision” (Y/N) glared at him for a moment before downing her drink and standing.
“I’m goin’ with you” Dean nodded at her standing aswell, his eyes hard and mouth turned down.
“That would defeat the purpose of a solo hunt” (Y/N) spat back.
“Ok, ok” Bobby yelled from his chair “tone it down”
Bobby looked thoughtful for a moment before Ellen saw a resigned look come over his face. He was going to agree.
“Bobby, I know what you’re thinking and we shouldn’t, she needs this she’s been hunting with all of us” Ellen hissed at him.
“She hasn’t been hunting with me” Dean gestured to himself.
“No” (Y/N) retorted.
“I’ll let you take the reigns, I won’t step in unless I have to-“
“You won’t have to because you’re not coming” (Y/N) interrupted.
“It’s not a bad idea” Bobby mumbled, Ellen had lost him to Sam and Dean.
“Bobby!” (Y/N) whipped her head to face him in shock.
“All I’m saying is you do this and that’ll be the end of it from everyone, we’ll never question you again kid”
“You shouldn’t be questioning me now” (Y/N)’s eyes were pleading.
Bobby sighed, Ellen could see he didn’t want to disappoint her, but his fears about her safety outweighed it.
“Sam you wanted some downtime anyway, right?” Dean didn’t take his eyes of (Y/N)
(Y/N) raised her chin folding her arms folded tightly across her middle, she was pissed.
“If we keep going with her, she’s going to be relying on us for help everytime, what happens when we aren’t there?” Jo chimed in looking expectantly in the group.
“I understand that Jo, I’m just sayin’ if we let Dean shadow her this last time-“
“Will it be the last time Bobby?” (Y/N) cut him off “Or will i have to go with Sam next and then there will be someone else, you don’t trust me”
“I don’t trust monsters” Bobby specified.
“I’m hunting a ghost not a monster” She muttered.
Bobby and her stared at each other for a moment and Ellen could tell she was waivering because Ellen was too.
“I’m just askin’ you kid, give me one last peace of mind” Bobby hit the final nail in her coffin.
As much as (Y/N) was pissed at Dean she had a bigger soft spot for Bobby.
“Fine” (Y/N) took off up the stairs without another word, Jo followed
“What the hell are you thinking sending her out on a hunt alone?! ” Dean spat once they were out of earshot
“Dean-” Ellen started
“She isn’t like the rest of us, she didn’t grow up like we did”
“She doesn’t have a choice Dean, that girl needs to know how to defend herself when we aren't there to protect her, when shit hits the fan we have to give her a fighting chance and wrapping her in bubblewrap is only going to get her killed” Ellen snapped.
Dean ran a hand over his mouth in frustration before thudding back into his seat.
“Things are gonna get even uglier from here, we just want to be sure she’s ready, Ellen” Sam promised quietly.
Ellen sighed deeply no point in arguing further.
~
The next morning was without much action besides an argument about which car they were taking, this (Y/N) didn’t budge on. Ellen was surprised Dean gave in so easily until she watched (Y/N)’s icy demeanour start to defrost. Smart move for an idiot.
“Stay sharp and-” Bobby was giving his final counsel as (Y/N) stood at the top of the stairs while they were getting ready to leave.
Ellen breathed in the scent of her much needed coffee watching them from the seat on the porch, (Y/N) had pulled her Chevelle close to the stairs to load their things into and Dean was getting some things from his trunk and carrying them over with Sam.
“Mom, maybe i should go too” Jo suddenly said from beside her.
Ellen was surprised, but she wasn’t sure which it was spearheading that decision, being with Dean longer or making sure (Y/N) was ok, but since Ellen knew that Jo was well aware (Y/N) had done this countless times now so she could take guess.
“No, honey you best stay right here” Jo frowned, but didn’t argue.
“You all able to behave while were gone?” Dean grinned as he walked up to the edge of the porch.
“Ofcourse not” Jo replied twirling her hair, Dean winked as Ellen hid her distaste by taking another sip of her coffee.
“You ready, sweetheart?” Dean looked over to (Y/N) who was talking with Sam about what looked to be some salt rounds he was throwing in the trunk.
(Y/N) had clearly reassured Jo about Dean, but the small twitch in Jo’s expression clearly didn’t like Dean’s little nickname for her.
“All set, i’ll see you in a few days guys, hopefully in one piece” (Y/N) smiled confidently.
“You better or i’ll be kicking his ass” Ellen yelled.
“She could too” (Y/N) shrugged with a playful smile in Dean’s direction.
“I believe it” Ellen heard Dean mutter and Ellen smiled to herself.
(Y/N) waved at Jo and gave her a two finger salute which Jo retuned with a grin.
So naturally being as content as Ellen was in this moment she was entirely caught off guard once again when (Y/N) turned to give a wave to Sam and Bobby mid step and ready to round the car to head off.
Dean was watching (Y/N) with that look, the one that says he would jump in front of a bullet for whoever was on the receiving end of it, only this time Ellen watched his face change for a moment before he looked away to wave his own goodbye.
His expression for that quick moment became somber and more tender than Ellen had ever seen him look at anyone, it took her a moment to realise what it was.
Longing.
Ellen’s stomach dropped as she clutched at her coffee cup, turns out she wasn’t over thinking a damn thing. No wonder she couldn’t figure out what was going on between them two. Dean had a particular talent at pushing things down until they exploded out, but now that missing puzzle piece finally slid into place.
Dean Winchester was in love with (Y/N) (L/N)
And she had no idea.
Suddenly Ellen regretted not letting Jo go along for brief moment, but that wouldn’t have mattered. Dean was already long gone on that girl, the only question was if (Y/N) would reciprocate.
Ellen looked at her daughter who was smiling at Sam and Bobby, her daughter who was smiling a lot lately, and her heart ached. There’s so many things Ellen can protect Jo from, so many things she can help her overcome. This, Ellen can’t do anything about. She can only let it take its course and hope her daughter is over that damn Winchester if it’s heading the way Ellen hopes it isn’t.
“They gonna kill each other?” Ellen asked.
“They haven't yet” Sam chuckled.
What are the chances with all the time (Y/N) and Dean had spent together this would be the time something turned it up a notch?

my final predictions (and desires) for TBB season 2 finale
whelp. it’s finally time. wish I could say I’m handling this well, but I very much am not haha. feels like yesterday we were watching Spoils/Ruins of War (and it definitely blows my mind remembering they premiered back in January), and here we are, finally at The Summit/Plan 99. AKA the only episodes not screened to anyone outside of the production team 😰
I’m gonna be real, so far this season has gone in directions that I could’ve only dreamed of. it doesn’t feel real tbh. I say in the most affectionate and complimentary way possible that this season feels straight out of a fanfic (there’s even been plot points and elements from my own fic series that have already happened ROFL). everything feels like it’s going in a certain direction.
and I think we’re in for a pleasant surprise.
up until this point, we’ve seen TBB go through multiple struggles, all the way back to Aftermath, when the boys had to endure Order 66. they went on the run from the Empire. they lost Crosshair. they had no source of income (until meeting Cid). they lost Kamino (and almost died in the process). Omega was put in extreme danger on many different occasions. Echo left the team. and they never found a place to call home outside of the Marauder.
Pabu was a turning point for them. they literally had everything they ever wanted placed gently into their laps. it’s almost too perfect.
there’s only one problem.
the family is incomplete.
Crosshair was the first to go. then Echo. and even though the rest seem to want to stay together on Pabu, would they really? Tech has a love interest now. Wrecker has more things to do on Pabu than ever before. even Omega has a new friend outside of her brothers now. and Hunter... well he can finally chill for more than two seconds, heaven knows that poor man must have shoulders tighter than a rusted screw 😝
the point is, they’re beginning to separate. and let me be very clear that I think this is a good thing. it’s good for families, no matter how close they are, to do their own things outside of everyone else. my own family is as close as can be, and it’s been hard for us to separate at times (it’s actually something we’ve only implemented into our lives in the past few years). but it’s healthy and something I encourage all families to do.
but that’s not the point here. because even though Echo choosing to leave was something the others approved of, clearly it’s had repercussions.
and I would argue that we’ve been seeing those repercussions since the very beginning.
anyone remember back in TCW when Clone Force 99 was introduced as having a 100% success rating? it was even restated again in Aftermath, when Wrecker makes another notch on the wall of their barracks.
now, how has their track record been since leaving the Empire? I think it was made pretty clear at the beginning of season 2, and again in Entombed, that their missions have been less than successful. and yes, it could be accredited to the fact that they don’t have the same provisions that the Republic gave them. but I think it goes deeper than that.
what’s the (1) thing they lost that they haven’t gotten back yet? the (1) thing they had during TCW that was lost the moment they left the Empire.
Crosshair.
let’s go back to the end of season 1 real quick. did anyone else literally jump out of their seat and cheer like someone at a sports game when the five boys were fighting off those droids? you know, the only time since Aftermath that the full TBB theme started playing? yeah. that scene was done in direct juxtaposition to the fight against the same exact droids shown in Aftermath. it was done to show us what we’ve known since first seeing them in TCW.
they work best together.
they need each other.
I shouldn’t even have to speak on Crosshair’s behalf here. we’ve seen his journey, we know he’s finally realized he made a mistake. and he’s even resigned himself to a life of torture in an effort to keep his family safe (oh my poor heart 😭💔). some people think he’s going to sacrifice himself to save everyone in the end, but someone already wrote up a post about that (which I 100% agree with) that should dispel any of those thoughts.
so therein lies my top prediction for the end of this season. they’ve gotten the message from Crosshair. they know there are other Clones on Mount Tantiss. so the main goal for the end of this season is going to be them going to Tantiss and rescuing the Clones imprisoned there, including Crosshair. I would even argue that TBB’s personal main goal will be rescuing Crosshair above all else.
now several things are going to happen in the process of this. since the Empire is looking for Omega to use against Nala Se, her getting captured has to happen at some point. several people think this is going to happen near the very end, during Plan 99. but I have a different thought.
due to several screenshots from The Summit being posted on official social media, we have a slight idea of certain events. and this shot here is what interests me the most.
Tumblr media
this looks like they’re trying to escape. Tech and Echo are in the back looking at something (maybe trying to get something working?), while Wrecker and Hunter are at the door looking at Omega, who is in front and has her bow out. notice that although Wrecker and Hunter are holding weapons, they don’t have them pointed out like Omega does. it looks like they’re trying to tell Omega to come back with them.
I’m going to propose that this is where she gets taken. Omega has placed herself in this vulnerable position in an effort to protect her brothers. up until now, they’ve been the ones protecting her. she’s felt like a burden to them (as she admitted to Echo). and we’ve been shown (and told) that she’s now gotten to a level of skill that can at least put her in a more equal place with her brothers.
so I think she’s going to take after her dad big brother and pull a self-sacrifice here so that the boys can get away. she’ll be taken to Tantiss, and the boys will have to rescue her, along with Crosshair and the other Clones.
this is what Plan 99 will be.
in other words, Plan 99 is going to be about getting the band back together.
and due to some implications from Michelle Ang herself, I believe whatever happens on Tantiss is going to be what gets TBB to join Echo in rescuing other Clones going forward.
now, I’ve been very open about how much I do not want TBB to have anything to do with the Rebellion. I’ve been wanting them to have a Pabu type life since the very beginning. but much like the rest of the characters, my eyes have been opened to the truth of the matter. the Clones need help. and I’m ok with that.
there’s no denying my personal feelings about the Clones as characters. for many years, they’ve arguably been my favorite aspect of SW, period. only Darth Vader himself beats them out in terms of how much I love them LOL. so to have this very specific plot point of “the Clones need help” versus the Rebellion’s “the Empire needs to be taken down” is what makes the difference for me. I don’t want them to fight the Empire. but I will be a-ok if they decide to join Rex and Echo in helping to save other Clones.
also! this sets up a good story for the rest of the series! they even have a super safe and private island paradise to bring rescued Clones to if they need to! 👀
so yeah, tl;dr the season finale is going to be about TBB planning to rescue Crosshair and the other Clones from Mount Tantiss, Omega getting captured in the process, and the entire group realizing they can do more and decide to help rescue more Clones going forward. also, Pabu becomes a safe haven for them to return to whenever they need it, as well as a place to bring Clone refugees to. that’s all the stuff I’m positive is going to happen anyway.
there’s one other thing that I think is going to happen, but it’s honestly more so a desire than a certainty. I’ve talked about it before and even made several posts about it. but I really, really, REALLY believe the Clone X project is secretly the beginnings of the Death Trooper program. and I think TBB are going to be the templates for it. again, this is more so a desire than anything else! and I’m more certain about the Clone X aspect of it at least. but... wouldn’t it be cool if TBB were what the Death Troopers were based off of?? tell me I’m not the only one who thinks so 🤩😂
alright, ok, last thing I’m gonna say before ending this ridiculously long post.
I only have (1) thing that I absolutely do NOT want to happen. and it should be pretty obvious.
NOBODY. DIES.
I get it y’all. we’ve been traumatized by literally every other SW related thing out there. but also, I think this show could (and should) be the one instance where everyone makes it out alive. that’s literally the whole point of what they’re heading towards. that’s what we’ve already seen with Howzer and Gregor and even TBB themselves (so far).
I think we need to take the Kiners words literally.
“Everything is gonna be ok” 💙

When did you start obsessed over Illuso?
Believe it or not, my Illuso obsession actually started 3 years ago back in February 2020. I had just started watching Vento Aureo as the dub was airing, and during this time, I ended up stumbling across a picture of Illuso (most likely on Pinterest) and immediately thought “Good lord, WHO IS THAT?” JoJo characters are known for being pretty, but he caught my attention the second I laid eyes on him, mainly because his character design fits perfectly with what I tend to like. For whatever reason, I’ve always had a thing for characters with long/dark hair, and having it tied up in a ponytail or bun has always been a plus for me as well. So naturally, the pigtails stood out to me because, let’s be real, they’re adorable. And while I don’t remember exactly which picture it was that I saw, it was most likely one where he has that smug little smirk, and that was enough to make me weak in the knees. At that point, I had yet to actually meet La Squadra in the show, but seeing Illuso definitely had me anticipating their first appearance. And when that time finally came… I was not disappointed.
Turns out, his personality fit my type just as much as his design. While I personally don’t like referring to La Squadra as “villains”, they are at the very least antagonistic, which is another thing that’s always been a big plus for me. Give me a pretty man with questionable morals and it’s over for me. Illuso just had the perfect vibe of being smug and arrogant in a sexy way, while not really doing anything bad enough to where I’d have to feel guilty for liking him so much. I could simp for him freely, and simply excuse his actions by saying that he’s just a silly little guy and no one could really argue with me on that. Which brings me to the next thing that made me love him immediately… his dub lines. When I first watched Vento Aureo, it was dubbed since I was watching it with my family, and it’s just generally easier for me that way. And dub Illuso certainly is something. I personally think he sounds hot, but they gave this man the goofiest lines possible… and I absolutely loved it. He had me giggling and kicking my feet every time he was on screen, and that really contributed to why I ended up loving him so much. I obviously ended up liking the rest of the team as well, but Illuso just had everything I loved in a character, so I couldn’t help but be a little biased.
After finally having seen him in the show, the brainrot began to set in, and it was BAD— Pretty much all my time after that was spent looking for and creating La Squadra content on the internet, and even though Illuso wasn’t the most popular or well liked character back then, I took whatever crumbs I could get. Fun fact: This is actually what led me to start posting on this blog in the first place. Anyway, the obsession lasted for around a year before I moved on to another fandom and sorta lost interest in JoJo… until last October. My mom wanted to binge watch the series again for the first time in years so that we could finally watch Stone Ocean, and well… y’all know how that went.
So here I am, with my Illuso obsession back in full force, and probably 10x worse than it was before. And honestly? I missed this. I forgot how much joy La Squadra sparked in me until now. TLDR: I’ve been with this man for 3 years and he means the world to me.

Note
There are four ways Ultimate Survivors Miu and Ouma can end up surviving attacks from classmates:
1. Miu and Ouma can end up snapping them like twigs instead. Ofc they ain't killing them, but to think an Ultimate Florist tried to kill the Ultimate Survivors, even if they didn't know it, feels insulting. These are usually spunky main-character participants who decided killing them would protect the rest of the class, and while that might be true in the context of the story, they don't wanna die, thank you. Easy-peasy, just throw them into a wall.
2. Miu and Ouma come up with a logical reason for why killing them would be fuckin stupid. This is usually reserved for the big boys like the Ultimate Soldiers and Martial Artists, people they can't fight off. These people don't intimidate them at all anymore, sorry. Team DR loves to try engineering an "epic fight" between them and these Ultimates at the cost of throwing the plot out the window. Two minutes of talk usually convinces the participant they're being morons in the context of the story. The story might not be real, but hey, they're tryna stay alive, a little lie is fine.
3. Escape. This is definitely the scenario they're the most alert for, because it implies the attacker is too strong to be subdued and too hellbent to be reasoned with. These are usually attacks from Ultimate Serial Killers or Grenadiers or whatever other edgy criminal combat talent Team DR gave their Resident Very Dangerous Psycho (tm) of the class. These talents are also the ones most likely to be someone's "real" talent, if Team DR decides to do that shtick. Miu and Ouma like to play dead with these guys.
4. Luckily, a witness happens to intervene. The rarest way for an attack to end, but it's definitely a treat when they see it. This is usually what happens sooner or later when a particularly stubborn Assassin or whatever keeps trying to argue with Miu and Ouma's logic. The person is their best friend or love interest, who convinces them not to do it by repeating what Miu and Ouma just said, except this time they listen. It's almost always funny when a witness walks in during a Scenario #1, as morbid as that sounds. They're very grateful to the witness in the event of a Scenario #3 tho.
I went overboard writing this out, but no I don't feel sorry. Anyways. With this info in mind, any headcanons for what they think of V3's cast and how threatening it is? Do they think it's gonna be a rough season, or almost filler with how many of them they'd be able to fold in half?
This made me think a lot about the capabilities of the cast lol
The three biggest physical threats, in their eyes, would be Tenko, Maki, and Gonta. They saw through Maki’s “talent” quickly thanks to all of their experience with “real” talent reveals, and Gonta probably wouldn’t make himself a problem.
Of course, the rest of their “class” would probably be able to come up with traps or other ways to kill them. It would be easier to try flying under the radar, but Team Danganronpa hated when they did that.
Probably the best way to avoid being targeted by others was to keep arguing with each other, and make it seem like they would be most likely to take each other out so nobody else would bother.
That said, though, they still needed to be on their A-games, since there were plenty of intellectual people in this cast. They could probably rely on reasoning with a lot of them, though.
It was an exhausting first few days to parse out all of that information and come up with different plans to stay alive, but hey, it was what they were supposed to be best at. Might as well make that count.

-Pepper-
“Any opinions you might want to share?” Silco asked.
Pepper let out a long sigh. “How much time you got?”
“If you can’t do it, then simply say it.”
“Oh, I can do it, sugar. The problem is that you’re striking support beams before the mine is empty. You’re gonna bury us before we ever get in the market.”
“What would you suggest then?”
“Me? Get someone else to run the weapons trade.” Pepper said. “I don’t know about you, but Finn ain’t exactly impressive.”
“I am well aware that his skill is mediocre at best, but finding someone more impressive than him would mean we have to risk the operation on someone that can usurp the hierarchy and knock us out when we are weak." He explains.
"But being open to both Finn and the creature is a hell of a lot worse than just finding someone that actually wants to run the guns." Pepper argued.
"Unless you can come up with a better plan on your own, then this is our strategy." Silco ordered.
Pepper abruptly stood and loomed over his desk. "You're gonna get someone killed."
"With any luck, it'll be the creature."
"Thought you didn't need luck." Silco sent her a glare as she tried to figure out her next move. “Listen, I’m all for gettin’ someone just flimsy enough that you can push him around, but not flimsy enough that he can’t be steamrolled by the rest of your team. But Silco-”
Pepper froze as he made eye contact with her. Somehow Pepper did the unthinkable. She faltered. Something about the way Silco observed her made her heart flutter in a way she hadn’t felt in a long time.
“S-Silco, I’m worried about you.” She finally got out. “You’re fighting for a lot of people, and if your pan gets too hot, you ain’t the only one that gets burned. And I ain't talking about me.”
What surprised her most was how he was definitely struggling with that idea. “I’ll rethink further strategy, but I want you to move forward with the plan. Convince Finn, and I’ll consult you on how to continue from there.”
A compromise was uncharacteristic as far as Pepper had been told, but she wasn’t one to take a gift for granted.
Pepper made her way down to the bar to find Sevika.
"You got orders?" She asked. "You don't look happy about them."
"I'd greatly appreciate if you would invite Finn in for a drink or two on me." Pepper ordered.
Sevika gave Pepper a leveled stare, trying to figure out what the hell Silco just told her. "The boss gonna know about it?"
"He's gonna find out, but I ain't gonna tell him. This ain't his meeting." Silco was hinging a massive part of his plan on Pepper's ability to keep just enough hidden that Finn would listen to her, but that meant that she and him could be the only people in the know. Sevika would know the truth eventually, but not until Finn is fully signed on.
"Why's he gonna show?" Sevika asked, which was a good question that Pepper barely had an answer for.
"We'll find out, won't we?" This was careless even for her. However, Pepper was more than willing to negotiate as Finn asked this time.
Sevika was off, but only about an hour of a slow work day went by before she was back. She didn’t say anything, but plopped a fairly fancy envelope on the bar counter. Pepper watched as Sevika stomped upstairs to Silco’s office looking for an explanation Pepper knew he'd never give.
The envelope held an invitation instead of a response. It was to a place that Pepper didn’t recognize, but she figured she could handle an attempt on her life, especially as the invitation stated “come alone.”
The bar was a little farther in the Entrisol than she expected, but a quick look around the place confirmed that Finn hadn’t brought his army. As soon as she entered it was clear the place was public enough that neither one of them would be able to pull something over on the other.
An overconfident individual might think Finn wasn’t taking her seriously. Showing up without any backup, in a public place that Silco definitely didn’t know about would neutralize him as a threat, but it would also stop her from hurting him. Pepper knew she wasn’t being underestimated. Finn knew she was more of a threat to him than Silco.
“You scared of me, sugar?” Pepper laughed as she sat down across from him.
“You’re the one that dropped a corpse through my ceiling.” Finn deadpanned.
“You were near about ready to call my bluff before you met with Silco. So what changed?”
Finn chuckled to himself. “He didn’t tell you how the meeting went, did he?”
“Ain’t my business what he wants from you; my job was just to get you there.” She said, “But if you got some insight for me, I’d greatly appreciate it.”
Finn observed her closely, as if trying to decipher something in her expression. “You’re wasted on Silco, Pepper.”
“Excuse me?”
“I mean it.” He said. “Silco sent you because he knows you’ll do what is necessary to get exactly what you want, even when it isn’t what he wants. I’m not worried you’re going to explode, or burn me down even if I take you down with me when you have nothing left to lose. That’s a temper tantrum compared to you.”
“Then what exactly am I to you?” Pepper asked.
“A threat that I don’t have a defense for.” Finn answered uncharacteristically. “When you’ve decided I’m not worth keeping alive, you won’t show up at my establishment with oil and matches, or in my home with a gun or knife. You’ll convince my bodyguard to slit my throat at my desk, or my lover to poison me in my sleep. You’ll do it without money, or time, or hesitation. Because you convince people to trust you. At the end of the day, Silco can’t do that, because you’ve convinced him to trust you.”
Pepper's heart near about stopped, but to the outside observer, she just chuckled in amusement. "Cute that you think you're so important to me." She said, "But between you and me, I couldn't care less if you dropped dead, ran guns, or killed Silco."
"Then why work for him?" Finn asked.
"Because Silco gives me what I want so long as I do my job, and do it well." Pepper answered easily. "If some idiot comes after my daughter, Silco takes it as an attack on his enterprise. If someone tries to short me, I can cry to daddy and he'll release the dogs. And when it comes to you, I don't even have to wait before he's ready to burn you down."
"So why come to meet me?" Finn asked rightfully.
"Finally asking the right questions, Finn." Pepper applauded. "I ain't gonna lie, taking up gun runnin' ain't the safest right now."
Finn's confidence wavered into confusion. "You're warning me?"
"You and I both know exactly why there's a vacuum in that there market." She supplied. "Silco don't want you to know, but we had a run-in with a certain creature."
"She's dead." He immediately denied. "If not, she's hiding far away from Piltover."
"Yeah, easy for you to say when her hook sword wasn't at your throat."
"So Silco wants me to run guns because he thinks the creature will take me off the map?" He pieced together.
Wrong puzzle, but those were the pieces he was given. As smart as Finn is, Pepper knew his kind too well. A fella like him would have fooled her ten years ago. In fact one did, but that man was as dead as Finn would be if he were any smarter.
"Silco can't fight the creature on his own, and he wants you to be the first thing he throws at her." While technically true, it was easy to lead him where she wanted. "He don't care if you die doing it."
“So why exactly are you here?” Finn asked again.
“Because I know this meeting alone is putting you on the creature’s radar.” She explained, making Finn flinch and stand up. “I thought if I was sending her after you, then you oughta know what was coming.”
He was furious standing there and staring her down, realizing that she’d played him easily. His choice to neutralize Pepper as a threat had left him exposed to an entirely different threat. Every person in the bar was a witness to their friendly meeting, leaving several people to corroborate to the creature that they had met.
“I suggest you defend yourself as best you can.” Pepper stood slowly. “And if you agree to run guns for us, we’ll defend you as best we can.”
“So you’re just going to threaten me into place?”
“Sure. If you’re getting into place.”
Finn took a deep breath to gather himself. “I don’t think I’ll be getting into any place you want me, Pepper.” He stated. “I’ll arm my operation, but you’re playing a dangerous game with the creature.”
“I know, and honestly, I don’t even need this to be coherent.” Pepper admitted. “I just needed to make a mess.”
As she was leaving the bar, a shadow caught her eye on the pipes above. The shadow was kind enough to stay and lock eyes with her. Minute would know Finn was here, but Pepper realized this was probably the worst thing that could have happened too soon.
Pepper near about threw her gun down and gave up. “Shit on a biscuit.” She turned back into the bar to get Finn out of there. “Finn, where the fuck are your bodyguards?”
“Why would I tell you?” He rightfully defended, but Pepper didn’t have time for this.
“Because I gotta know how long I’m gonna be responsible for keeping your dumbass alive, Finn.” She argued back. For a moment, Finn looked ready to argue again, but the door slammed open showing him exactly why Pepper was impatient.
Minute wore the expressionless five-eyed mask. “Everyone out.” She commanded with the menacing voice modulator.
“Hey, this isn’t a fighting ring!” The bartender yelled. “Take this outside.”
“You too, barkeep.” Finn commanded, making the man behind the counter begrudgingly retreat out a back doorway. “Something you want to explain, Pepper?”
“Not right now, but how long do I gotta keep you alive before it ain’t my problem no more?”
Finn pulled a knife and maneuvered it with expert skill across his fingers. “I’ll be responsible for myself, sump rat.”
"Sounds great, but right now I'm the only person in this building that don't want you dead, so we're gonna need to work together on this."
"I'm not so sure you really do." Finn snapped, but Minute wasn't gonna wait for them to finish arguing.
Pepper dodged her swing by just a second. When Finn tried to stab her side, but she was ready for his attack and shoved him back with force that could have knocked someone like Pepper out flat.
Minute's attacks forced Pepper on the evasive, not even managing to defend herself. She caught just a moment wide enough for her to draw her gun. Only to be met with the hook of a sword forcing it out of her hand with a painful twist.
Finn was on her in a second and nearly caught her with his blade. Minute hooked her sword around his knife and easily ripped it out of his hand. It didn't take long for her to take Finn out of the equation with a swift slam into one of the structural pillars, knocking him out.
Pepper looked death in the face as the creature's mask turned to her. There wasn't a way out of this. Her gun was in some dark corner she couldn't find and Minute was fully intent on killing her here today. She was waiting for Pepper to go out alone. It seems Finn wasn't the only one that hadn't underestimated her.
What wasn't expected was to hear the modified voice cry out in pain.
"You are quite set on a poetic end to your life, Minute." Her body dropped to her knees, revealing Silco standing behind her with his old knife. "So intent on mimicking the life Vander lived. Is it because you love him that earnestly, or because you had no life at all before Vander?"
Pepper could see that his words cut deeper into Minute than his knife had.
"You don't know whether to be proud of what you've accomplished, or ashamed of how your neglect lost him." He deduced, as Minute was struggling to stop the bleeding. "Or perhaps you can see now that you're nothing without him? Are you even a person anymore, or are you back to being the filthy creature that stalks the shadows for the worst the undercity has to offer and turns in their heads for a bounty."
Minute's labored breaths were picked up by her mask and distorted the sound, up until she forced the mask open so she could breath and look him in the eye. "I think… you're just angry that he loved me for every reason he ever hated you."
Pepper had never seen so much rage rise in any man, let alone Silco.
"Mita!" A much smaller voice covered by a mask screamed out. The child threw a grenade that immediately burst against the wall and sprayed a liquid directly onto Silco and Pepper. The liquid began crystalizing, forcing them to break the thin layer in order to move.
By the time the mist had cleared and they had broken the mediocre restraint, Minute and the child were gone. Silco let out a defeated sigh, knowing they would definitely be seeing her again.
"She's weak, we can find her." Pepper said. "She grew up in the sumps. She'll be heading for the heal-"
"Just what exactly where you thinking, Pepper?" Silco snapped. He didn’t yell, but the vicious tone startled her. "Meeting with him alone, with the creature out looking for us, and without even suggesting that Sevika go with you? You must be trying to get yourself killed."
"Slow your trains, Silco, I was doing my job." She defended. "I have to convince that lump of knocked out musclehead that he needs to believe that I'm acting out. I can't look to have your approval, and that means Sevika can't know either."
"And yet, your brilliant solution is to meet him without backup when there's someone stalking out for us as if you are intent on getting yourself killed." Silco pointed out.
Pepper scoffed. "My methods are my business, Silco. As far as you are concerned, I do what I need to."
"Not anymore, not like this." He commanded.
"And just what makes you think you'll ever have that control over me?" She asked.
"I don't want control, I want you to stay alive!"
That was the loudest she'd ever heard him, and the initial shock was only answered with confusion. Pepper was an asset to him, right?
However, there were far more pressing answers she needed. "How did you know Minute would be here?"
Silco let out a long sigh. "Jinx followed you. I didn't know she was until she came running back saying that Minute was waiting for you outside the meeting place you'd gone to."
Minute had likely done something similar, which would be how she had found them. The problem was which one of them was she following? Pepper or Finn?
"I'll deal with that later. Right now, you need to get the hell out of here before the lump on the floor wakes up." She ordered. Silco didn't hesitate to do as she said, but he stomped off not unlike an angry child.
Pepper gathered her gun and Finn's knife. "Finn? Wake up, dumbass."
He was barely conscious, but somewhat coherent. "What? -did you… where is she?"
"Stabbed and running." Pepper answered, handing him his knife. "And you are alive. You're welcome."
Finn struggled to get up, but he pulled himself up into a chair. "Thanks."
"You doing alright there?"
Finn paused, rubbing his head, most definitely due to to concussion he'd just been dished. "She's after me for suspicion of taking up the weapon trade?"
"If you do, I wouldn't have to sneak off to save your ass." Pepper offered. "Silco gets a gun runner, and you get all the protection he can give from the creature."
He didn't answer right away, but Pepper knew not to interrupt him while he made this decision.
"I'll… meet with him one more time." Finn agreed.

Alright ouchie time
🪦 how would you kill Nat, that isn’t her canon death? If you could have inserted her death anywhere in the series, or if you have a new idea, how would you do it? Hurt me (gently)
It took me hours to figure this out. I had a full on list of possible ways that got crossed off one by one because it just wasn't possible for Nat to go out like that.
It started with somewhere in an AU Endgame and continued backwards to her origins. But nothing fit. Not with who Nat is. She's gonna fight and get out of what she can control. Even if some pieces are just out of reach, she won't just give up. And that's what made it so difficult to actually choose a scenario to use. That was until I was sitting at my kitchen table and the most heartbreaking thing came to mind. I even went into detail with a friend who isn't on Tumblr and definitely agrees that I'm evil for even thinking it. So brace yourself.
As shitty as it is to even think it, there's only a few things she can't control. Time was one of them. Her growing old and dying of old age was an idea, however that's inevitable and quite the easiest way out of this question.
But the other...
It would come when she least expected it. After being knocked around pretty harshly on a mission, she'd be sent to get checked out. It'd be there in one of her scans or even in her blood work that would cause her to get sent in for more testing.
It's nowhere near early in catching it. All signs pointing to it would have been brushed off in one form or another. Dizziness? Hit her head pretty hard. Unexplained weight loss? She was 'captured' for a few weeks and was hardly fed. Constantly becoming fatigued? It was a long week at the office.
She's in denial of course. She was refusing to believe that this is what would take her out. Her teammates, best friend and her sister would spend time trying to convince her to see specialists. Tony instantly offered to cover the costs of whatever treatment she needed. It didn't matter what it was, if she needed it she would have it.
It was while on a mission, in the middle of a fight that her illness almost gets her killed. She's silent on the ride back as she finally acknowledges to herself what she has. That's when her fight begins.
Friends and family are with her every step of the way. Even when she argues and pushes them away, they refuse to leave her side. Even with missions each of them take turns, or in most cases Clint and Yelena, would stay behind and keep the others informed.
But sometimes medicine and time just aren't on our side. She'd be tired that last day. Her friends and family would be there despite her saying that she wasn't going to be much fun around. Half way through she'd excuse herself for rest.
Yelena would go with her to spend some one on one with her sister away from the unruly lot that was down the hall. They'll laugh at Yelena making fun of some the teammates and Nat will fall asleep.
The real heartache would come when Yelena and Wanda come to wake Nat for breakfast. It's Yelena's cries that will send Clint running down the hall as fast as he can with the team right behind him.
