DC × DP idea, based on this
Eternally youthful Ghost King Danny is B's first 'Robin' except he calls himself Starling.
Up to you whether he takes on the role when he's playing pretend with B when they're kids, as a chaperone/mentor the first few times B goes out as Batsy, just to spend with B, or all three.
Either way, instead of the Robin legacy, to the older Gothamites, it's the Starling legacy instead, with the 'Starling' being a wild, mischievous and cheerful child figure that distracts and confuses enemies for Batman, fighting alongside him.
Dick and the others are still Robins, holding the name and colors, but sometimes, when talking to the elder Gothamites, they would be called and refered to as Starling. (The name being used interchangeably among those who would have been young children when Dick first appeared as Robin.)
Of course Dick and the others are understandably confused as why there's this other name they are referred to, until they meet forever 15 year old Danny, when he finally catches a break from his ghost king duties and visits his old pal Bruce.

The long awaited Silvanus final design :tm: I was teasing this in february and honest to god there isn’t that much but It’s enough to need an explanation.
Time for some basics. Silvanus has reached a height of 5′2′‘ which is way taller than he ever thought he ever would’ve grown, but due to the circumstances of his earlier years of life and just how much he evolved inbetween his days as a Treecko to his days of a Grovyle, I think he just deserves to grow. That being said. He’s kept the same sleek physique, but he’s made it out of Twink (LMAO) territory, he’s more athletic than anything and the muscles are visible if you’re keen enough, he strength trains and endurance trains a lot, from when he was a treecko all the way to present day, it’s important to stay in shape.
Given the fact that Grovyle was living in a time without, you know.. time, flowing life, he had to train so much harder to build his resilience as a Treecko, and that goes into my next thing.
-
Silvanus’ leaves are a lot rougher, and dark green instead of the semi-dark that they are, think.. He’s got small, rough dark green leaves, spiky in nature, short and sharp around his shoulder blades, curving a bit outward like his arm leaves, which are also darker colored and sharper than usual. It’s a survival mechanism to use the shoulder blade leaves as a weapon, there’s some on the back of his neck, too.
His Head Leaf is brittle and has seen worse for wear, but it’s still there, still standing despite everything.
This moves me onto general body coloration, the green on his body is a tad bit more dark, and same with the red, other than that, his general coloration is just a couple darker shades, his leaves are more resilient and the coloration shows no way of fading, well.. except for.
SCARS -------- TW for Self Harm / PTSD / Electrical Damage / Battle Scars -------
We’ll start from the top of his body, down his arms, then his abdomen and then lower body.
----
Silvanus has two claw shaped scars on his eye, neither of them took the sight from him but they were pretty damn close to doing that,
There’s a small cut scar on the back of his neck, it used to be much bigger of a wound but given Eir’s healing abilities back in the day the scar is a lot smaller. -- There’s a gash scar on Silvanus’ lower neck and shoulder (front side), though what remains is just a lot of discolored skin, somewhat grey and pastel colors of his scales. His arms are absolutely covered in scars ranging from cuts and scrapes from the environment, to other pokemon’s wild attacks on him, to self harm, There’s a lot of scars, so much so that there’s just splotches of discolored scales in some of the more scar heavy locations. --- Due to a certain Seker nearly shocking Silvanus to death, the gecko has outline of a lot of electrical scars over his entire body, the worst part is on the side of his mid abdomen, and reaches from the side halfway across his back, the discoloration here is not as bad, but he’s losing pigmentation in this area over the years. The scars that came from this is the main reason why he wears a big cloak, instead of just the usual garb he wears.
The leaves on the legs are constantly regrowing due to the usage of them as a defense mechanism, they’re as sharp as the small ones on his neck and shoulderblades.  That being said, he’s got a couple of cuts and gashes on his legs and thighs, they’re wild and all over the place, causing his scales down there to be around the same color as an average Grovyle (despite the fact he’s darker shaded green and red)
----------
Silvanus almost constantly wears a no-hood cloak with hood extension, The cloak is tattered and is constantly being repaired as Silvanus gets into more and more battles over time, and while he does feel bad that he cannot show his body, he’s decided it’s a good idea to, well.. hide the pain from others, the hood extension also counts as a scarf to nestle his leaves into, the cloak wraps around his entire body and ends around under his knees. The sleeves of the cloak have glove-endings with metal claws that fit nicely over his own clawed digits, and there’s slots for his leaves to stick out.
With this being said, final notes being - He no longer hides his knife, it’s in a little sheathe on his waist on the outside, if he cannot use his leaves, and push comes to shove, he WILL use it on top of his clawed digits. - Silvanus’ pendant and its usage has not changed, it will still heal him once every couple of months when the injury is fatal, but he can longer change forms thanks to how the pendant has been upgraded after their timelines were conjoined. - There will be a verse that continues The Conjoined Timeline Silvanus without starting The Final Frontier, since The Final Frontier is focused on Lendys, Team Lustrous and Savras, I still want to write him without retconning shit so I’m just making a new verse. The Tag for the verse goes as follows Treeshroud’s Eternal Protector ;; Dual Verse Alt

FINISHED THE FULL CIRCLE BEYERVERSE SERIES WASSAAAAAAAPPPPP I’m not a good reader I’m pretty baby fresh to reading out of college lol DON’T BULLY ME THESE ARE JUST MY THOUGHTS. <3 I can’t remember a lot either off the top of my head haha.
Full Circle - CONVOLUTED AF kinda hard to follow sometimes but I guess this book pulls from MANY other novels so I can’t fully blast it for that I GUESS. Mainly just struggled with the time skipping and jumping back and everything, really felt like two stories with the Klingon prophecy and then like, Janeway being not alive lmao. That being said this book weirdly had one of the better wraparound ribbon tied plots of the series. ENDED NICELY. Loved the SET UP of this novel with Chakotay and Mark, even better if you have the full context of Isabo’s Shirt (Which I did not at the time of reading this book RIP). B’Elanna was LOVELY in this book and none of the other ones for me, enjoyed her focus and everything. Tom was great with Chakotay really liked that dynamic. Back when Cambridge was fun. </3 The Janeway/Chakotay nuggies in this book are Sublime. AND AGAIN, EVEN BETTER WITH THE CONTEXT OF ISABO’S SHIRT. Enjoyed Eden’s establishment as a character in this a lot.
Unworthy - PROBABLY my least favorite book in the series. :/ LOVED Chakotay and Seven (At least initially) in this book and not much else lol. Eden was still enjoyable in this book... Mostly... Harry was BOTTOM TIER. I’m pretty sure this is the Harry and Tom breakup arc book... and it lingered into Children of the Storm too... just horrible... Chakotay was great pretty much the whole way through I wish that they’d utilized him more while he was still in the civilian ex-Starfleet status, being at peace with his decision and everything, but WHATEVER. I think what gradually became more frustrating about this book was how blatantly it was becoming a SET UP for future novels and the plot was insanely boring to me so I was unenthusiastic about its inevitable resurgence. And Meegan was so bottom tier FROM THE START I DID NOT CARE.
Children of the Storm - ESTABLISHED O’DONNELL AND FARKAS. <3 Both of them had such endearing intros YOOF. Chakotay in this was LOVELY as well. :) Just a somber grieving yet optimistic little meow meow. Liked the plot. Nice little JAUNT of a book. Super contained. Eden starts getting a little :/ in this book ‘cuz they’re setting up Eternal Tide’s plot for her which is POOP. Fife and O’Donnell were great, I also loved Bryce and Farkas, I wish they’d stayed a little more involved in the later novels with each other but they broadened these characters elsewhere wompwomp. I liked this novel a lot. :)
The Eternal Tide - GREAT but also half of it was POOP so is it worth it eeeeeeeeeeehhhhhhhhh... BARELY. The Eden stuff was soooooo DOODOO. Hated what they did with her character it made her seem so replaceable once we got our far superior protagonist back and that seemed KINDA LAZY to me. I thought everything about her lore was just odd... they coulda just given her a cool sacrifice death for real... Loved the Q stuff and the Kes stuff and AAAAAAAALL OF THE JANEWAY STUFF WAS SOOOOOOOO DELICIOUS. Chakotay’s reaction to Janeway being back was a little cringe over the top to me but whatever I GUESS........... making Janeway cry was kinda unsexy and out of character lmao. I think I kept thinking this book would go one way and then it didn’t and I kept getting disappointed. Like the “life for a life” stuff I thought would have a lot more relevance and be less convoluted then it ended up being. Like I thought it was gonna be Janeway and Junior OR Janeway and Eden but it ended up weirdly being Janeway and Chakotay and then it like not even mattering or having any repercussions??? So weird lmao. Janeway’s first “I love you” was so hot in this book though I’ll die on that hill. Oh my gosh ALSO like the total destruction of MULTIPLE fleet ships in this book really came across as a “I DREAMED TOO BIG MY CAST IS TOO LARGE” from Beyer so she just YOINKED the lamer ones (Good choice I guess but lmao SHOULDA JUST STARTED SMALL IN THE FIRST PLACE IMO I thought that book ONE the fleet was way too huge).
Protectors - LIKED THIS ONE A LOT but it seemed SUPER ABRIDGED and I wish that they could have lingered on so many elements for longer stretches of time. But I suppose looking back they really utilized their time/words in this book for the most part. Like Janeway’s therapy getting resolved in like two meetings two therapists SUPER unearned for all the supposed guilt and self-blame she’d inherited. Loved all of her Earth stuff, just a great little recovery self care arc for our girl. <3 Chakotay and O’Donnell’s stuff was a little MEH but I suppose they needed SOMETHING to do and their plot was set up for fun aliens. :) Liked Farkas and Janeway in this book, for what little there was lol. Two girlbosses being mean to each other and Janeway crying about it that’s HOT. I think this was the start of the Borg-demic though which SUUUUUUCKED OH MY GOSH I HATE THAT PLOT. IT SUCKED SO MANY CHARACTERS INTO IT IT WAS SO HARD TO READ.
Acts of Contrition - Borg-demic plot bad 0/10. ALIENS 10/10. LOVED THEM. Enjoyed them A LOT. PARIS CHILD CUSTODY PLOT NEGATIVE A MILLION/10. I got some one-sided EMH/Seven nuggies out of this one I’ll take it haha. I feel like I plowed through this book ‘cause I hated a lot of the side plots.
Atonement - DISAPPOINTIIIIIIIIIIING LOL. Random Phoebe stuff at the end though I’ll take it. :) I though the trial was gonna be the overarching thing of this book and it’s really only like a toot’s length of the novel haha. I thought the stakes were humorously low. Borg-demic plot dragging OOOOOOOON into three books suuuuuuuuuuuuuuucked. Not a lot to say about this one ‘cause it had the potential to be really yummy and then wasn’t RIP.
A Pocket Full of Lies - BIG FAVE BIG FAVE BIG FAVE. This book kept me entertained THE WHOLE TIME like usually some of the side plots are a little lame and hard to get through but everyone was pretty involved in the same story and I LIKED THAT. LOVED THE DENZIT SOOOOOOOO MUCH. She had a crush on Chakotay LOVE THAT. Loved the mom core heheh. Tuvok was a little EH to me in this one but I guess I can understand his usefulness especially with child loss and everything, but I think his moodiness around Janeway especially really dragged for me and then it kinda went unaddressed the entire novel. The stuff with Dayne was a little silly but I’ll oblige it haha. I think his stance got a whole lot more YIKES when he states he knew and was anticipating the Denzit’s death and knew when it would happen and still got her pregnant and everything I just think that’s A LITTLE REACHY IN HOW FORGIVING YOU CAN BE ABOUT THAT HAHA. I wish that the Denzit’s grieving of her daughter wasn’t like her finding out her daughter’s dead “I’M SAD” to “I’m ok now :)” within like A DAY with Dayne telling her she’s alive.
Architects of Infinity - JANEWAY AND CHAKOTAY RAWDOG IN A BODY OF WATER. HATED NANCY, LOVED GWYN. I uuuuuuuh TOLERATED I guess developing Patel, kinda irritating it took so long to get here with her character’s utilization though. Her and Lasren were nice. :) I like the little dynamic between him Gwyn and Patel. Cool concept, wish it lingered longer with the shore leave. :( Glad Janeway and Chakotay got a bone session in though lol. GOOD FOR THEM.
To Lose the Earth - THIS BOOK KINDA STANK THE WHOLE WAY THROUGH. But part of that is just major disappointment in knowing this was the last novel. </3 And ending so flaccidly did not sit well with me as I read it. LOVED GWYN MOOOOOOOOOORE. :) JANEWAY AND CHAKOTAY GOT SO NEGLECTED THIS BOOK. At least they married SIIIIIIIIIGGGGGGGH. NOT EVEN A PROPOSAL TO SUSTAIN ME. I guess they got a bone session in this book too though lmao I’LL TAKE IT. HATE NANCY WAY TOO MUCH TIME DEVOTED TO A CHARACTER THATS INEVITABLY LEAVING UR CAST WAS SUCH A STRANGE AND FRUSTRATING CHOICE LOL. The Krenim stuff was so stupid to set up if Farkas doesn’t even DO IT in the end what a waste of dialogue shkajdhjkas. Has the most chub weewee conclusion does not wrap up nicely.

Uncomfortably specific assumptions based on your fic: you have had anxiety about/spent a lot of time thinking about who YOU are as a person versus how much of you is tied up in or defined by your relationships to work, family, and other people

She knows better than to protest, better than to object, simply accepts that she now has protection. It is likely an issue from her betrothed; a ruler of a planet she has never been to, a man she has never met. She accepted that decision just as meekly, but that was because she knew fighting it would only put her sister in the line of fire. This way, at least, she might be able to leverage some protection for Mallaidh.
In public, she is every inch the dutiful daughter, the proper heiress. She is ever careful to appease the right people, to calm arguments, to accept what is dealt to her. It is only behind closed doors that she ever allows her anger any rein, and even then she is careful not to take it out on staff, including her guard. Everything she’s learned, everything she does, is in service to her sister’s future, and she cannot afford to upset the wrong person.
It is some time into the assignment before Mazie addresses her guard beyond superficial kindnesses or imparting decisions for the day. She is exhausted after a long day of politicking and Machiavellian manipulations, but she knows, from an outside perspective, it was not a very thrilling day. “This must be a rather dull assignment for you, Captain,” she says, not quite succeeding in keeping the exhaustion from her voice. “For your sake, I hope it is not much longer before I am handed off and you will be free to seek a more engaging assignment.”

Drawing In The Light
In Emerald Tablet 6, Thoth advises we seek out a place bound by darkness, stand up with arms extended out to the infinite space and draw in the Light; yea what Light is sentient, infinite, full of hope and of Love. We should ask THAT Spirit to fill us with the Spirit of Light & Life; who is IOUEL, or “Lord God”. We may accomplish this by always worshiping THAT One Being and enthusiastically…
