once in my sociology class in highschool we were doing a thing where the teacher would say a statement and if we agreed we would stand on one side of the room and if we disagreed we would stand on the other side

well my teacher asked the statement was "abortion should be legal"

and everyone in the class stood on the agree side. except for two boys. and at first i was like ?!?! but then i realized. oh shit. they're both adopted. the only two adopted people in my grade are in this class rn.

Ness:

•He went to Freddy's all the time as a kid and was really sad once it shut down, although he didn't know why it got closed

•He has a true crime podcast that he does after he gets home from work; each episode is at least an hour-an hour and a half

•One day someone requested him to cover Freddy's and he was just like "???What???? When did something happen at Freddy's?????" And that's when he figured it out

•Every episode after the Freddy's episode he mentioned it at least once, and mist episodes were just covering new stuff he found out about Freddy's and the murders/disappearances

•He has been tempted to break in just to look for evidence so many times, although he never did

•He's a horror movie fanatic

•Also a conspiracy theorist

•He unironically owns the Dream Theory book that Mike has jn the movie. He got it to investigate for an episode of his podcast but eventually just got actually into the ideas the book was talking about

•Coffee. Addict.

•Doesn't care for labels, really. He likes anybody that likes him

•Theater kid; no, not just because MatPat is a theater kid.

Mike:

•Regular at Sparky's, both before and after getting the job at Freddy's

•He sometimes feels Garret pulling at his pants/shirt and is convinced he felt something, but always brushes it off

•Chugs energy drinks like there's no tomorrow

•He never got any sleep, even before he started working the night shift

•^ He also stayed up late when he was a kid/teen despite having to wake up early for school

•After the events of the first movie he quit Freddy's and went and got a job at Sparky's since it was close to his house and nearly guaranteed to not have haunted animatronics with the souls of dead kids in them!

•Always thought he was straight up until he randomly caught feelings for Ness after they started working together and seeing each other all day almost every day

Both/their relationship:

•Mike sometimes shows up in Ness' podcast

•Back on about the 2nd night of Mike's working at Freddy's, he invited Ness to come check some stuff out since he showed some great enthusiasm about Mike working there and him knowing about Ness' podcast and stuff

•Ness confessed first

•^Mike was just letting his feelings sit and shoving them down while he was in denial

•After about a month or two of being together, Mike was like, "Hey broski, so like.... you wanna move in with me and Abby????" And Ness was like "Uhm. Yeah, of course I do" so they moved in and played video games together all the time and Ness because practically a second dad to Abby even though Mike is technically her brother but whatever

•^After that, Mike was in almost every episode of Ness's podcast, and instead of just referring to Mike as his guest/coworker, he actually started referring to Mike as his boyfriend

•^So a little more about what they called each other on the podcast. Ness started calling Mike his boyfriend on there a few episodes before they moved in and the first time he said that he actually said how long they'd been together and when they moved in together he announced that on the episode that they did once Ness actually fully moved at least his recording set up into Mike's house

•So remember how I mentioned Mike was a regular at Sparky's??? So the first couple times he went he got sat in Ness' section and it was a funny coincidence so after that he started asking to be sat in Ness' section because he was funny and nice and just a cool dude to have as your server but Ness didn't know that Mike was requesting to be in his area so he thought it was just a coincidence

Ok then.

We saw JK's habits and preferences, now we have JM's too.

I can tell you there are many parallels going on there. Many similar or compatible habits and preferences.

So, let's get it.

JM sleeps shirtless, something we indeed witnessed, and prefers comfy pants with pockets to have his phone on him at all times.

Didn't JK tell us he too likes to sleep in comfy clothes, no pajamas?

JM - usually craves ramyeon before sleep.

Ah, that's why JK asked him if he wants some... now I get it. 😜 

JM sleeps with a super loud alarm (a song he sang with NJ)... unpleasant but effective. Unlike JK's I guess, lol.

JM scrolls his phone until he's tired enough to fall asleep.

Sounds familiar...

Do we mention yet again that was JK's most memorable moment from their trip to Japan???? I'd say there is more to it, but then, there is just so much you can say in a group interview...

Anyways, both seem to fall asleep right after using screens, one way or another. Did no one tell them that is exactly what might be keeping them up at night? Guys, screens off at least 30 min. before bed!!

If only I practiced what I preach...

JM tells us it takes him between 1-2 hours to 5-6 hours to fall asleep (JK told us that too...).

Well, heck, no wonder he can't fall asleep with JK's snoring right next to him.

Believe me when I tell you, trying to fall asleep with a heavy snoring person in bed with you is not an easy feat, lol.

Laughs aside, JK told us he also has issues falling asleep at times, thoughts running around in his head, including the day he had, if he was unhappy with something he did etc.. It's kind of funny how different those two can be all while being so similar to each other.

It's no coincidence this has become their moto...

More similarities:

Trying to sleep on their backs, but mostly failing to do so at the end, lol.

Hugging a pillow to sleep.

Do you see that big grin? We know exactly what pillow he hugs. A life size pig muscle pillow...

As for JK, I think we already established what he hugs at night...

Both have pretty dynamic dreams and seem to remember them too.

Both tend not to nap during the day.

In the sleep balance game we have them giving the same answer to the majority of the questions asked. 8 questions out of 10 to be exact.

Preferring sounds of nature before sleep.

Cozy and warm blanket.

JK was contemplating saying his body wants cool but he likes warm texture, so he then went with the cozy and warm.

Both prefer a plain and neat blanket design.

I guess that's why they do their bedding shopping together...

Although JM did say he will at times do an intense workout before sleep, just before bed he does basic stretching, same as JK.

JK is definitley not a reader, and his first instinct was to say neither, lol, but at the end out of the two he chose the novel, same as JM did (JM did say he would fall asleep reading both but if he had to read one it would be the novel) - so also both not book readers before sleep (well, JK not any other time of the day either, lol).

Both sleep with a blanket in summer, with the a/c on.

Both prefer heated mattress pad during winter over cozy fleece pants and socks.

Both prefer sound of waves over crickets, JK bothered by the sounds of crickets while JM likes both but the waves a bit more, telling us how when he went on a trip with friends or on a shoot he would listen to the sound of waves. The familiar sounds of home perhaps?

No doubt they are compatible. And the neoneun na naneun neo is no joke, not really. Like I said, two very different people but also so much alike.

As for the sleeping habits/preferences, must I remind that the two have been literally sleeping together since pretty much forever?

They told us how when they all still slept together on one room, they used to take their blankets out to the lounge and sleep there on the floor together so they could wake up earlier than the others without bothering them to go practice. All very innocent.

We also have JM, back in May 2015 Sinchon fansign, telling us how JK hugs him to sleep, JK telling him he's weird, but not denying one bit.

The smallest man who ever lived - Omg actually I should've put this one higher but its just so many songs I'm excited for! This is another one that I'm like whats the story going to be? Will it be a country genre? Will it be like evermore/folklore? The title give us a little peak thats big enough for us to be like 'oh I know what this is about' but when you go think about it... you know nothing at all.

Guilty as sin? - Another tricky one... to be honest no idea what its going to be about, no predictions about the genre or style or something but the title sounds very promising. That's with all these songs really, the titles are its own poetry and we haven't even heard any of the lyrics. 😍🥰

Clara Bow - Another girl in the taylor universe! If its going to be anything like the last american dynasty, sign me up! I did research about Clara Bow (okay I lied, I saw an instagram real 😆) about it and her whole persona just makes me curious about this song.

Quite the cunning trap

Aether awkwardly glanced back at Tighnari, who suddenly sensed the equal sheepish sensation in the room. The forest ranger ran a hand through his face before groaning into it. Only Cyno seemed unfazed by all this as if he said something casual and appropriate.

Childe gave a confused smile, looking at Aether for a brief second "um... did he just tell me a joke?"

This was embarrassing

Tighnari met the traveller again just some time back only for him to invite both collei and cyno along with him to Liyue. Yet Collei had the urge to meet Amber and she declined it kindly. Nilou had too much in her hands, Alhaithem said he had to deal with cleaning duties that Kaveh forced him with, and thus, only the three of them came to Liyue for a change of pace.

The Windblume festival had already left a great impression on the forest ranger. He wanted to know if Liyue had anything specific in contradiction to mondstadt. The liuli pavilion is a better recommendation by paimon, and Tighnari already felt the excitement surging within him. He loved the civilised nation that had obligations worth considering, unlike mondtstad's unrestrained freedom.

Childe or Tartaglia, as he is known, had met them by coincidence, and Tignhari was shocked by this generous meal he paid for them all by himself. The man just said he was simply bored and had nothing better to do. Back to topic... Childe seemed to have quite the interest in them. He was a peculiar fellow as well and Tighnari realised he's somewhat a perky fellow like Kaveh, only much less immature ironically tk his alias.

The joke Cyno unexpectedly brought up had ruined their Impression with Tartaglia.

"Don't mind him. He thinks he's funny when he tells jokes," Tighnari faced palm and then glared at Cyno, who nonchalantly began to drink his tea. Aether silently drank as well and Paimon had no care in the world when she feasted on her lotus flower crisp.

Childe leans forward now smiling rather pleasantly, but also there was a glint of mischief. "So you don't like it when he jokes around?"

Tighnari twitched his ear in irritation. "Well, Mr. Tartaglia... I doubt you'd understand the immense patience I have to deal with his jokes and his detailed descriptions after the procedure"

Aether winced as if he remembered something painful. Childe chuckled in amusement. "I think they r funny... honestly, I'd like your friend to be a comedian for me"

Tighnari's whole world flipped when he heard thjs. He felt like he arrived at an alien dimension. Looking at the traveller who silently chomped his mora meat, he didn't want to explain the situation. Of course, the poor guy hadn't expected that either.

Cyno, on the other hand, widened his red orbs with mild hope, "y-you like them? Calx said this, too, but I know he was being polite..."

Exasperated Tignari pateonized, "Then what makes you think this situation is any different?"

As if it was plain obvious, Cyno shrugged. "He laughed..." Then Tighnari huffed, looking away as he drank his tea, seeing this charade as silly and pathetic "well I certainly didn't find anything amusing,"

Aether should've known Childe wasn't one to be at the sidelines. He had to interfere.

"Your friend is a tough cookie ain't he?"

"Absolutely" stoic faced Cyno agreed.

Tighnari didn't sense anything... thst was until Cyno had snuck a hand to poke his side, almost choking on his tea.

"But he is quite ticklish,"

Curious, Childe smirked attentively, "maybe he has another sense of humour that tickled his fancy?"

Aether was watching every face except Paimon's, who was still stuffing her face to notice anything much.

Cyno is still emotionless but determined to break tignari by further digging his fingers into the fennec's side. Squaking in surprise, Tighnari grabbed his wrists.

"Cyno! What are you...?"

Childe had already lunged at him, startling him instantly. Aether being surprised by this suddenly said, "Um guys...?"

Lunch was forgotten, and Tighnari regretted indirectly challenging them. He should’ve known better, but Childe was a different case.

. He was cornered by the two hyenas, an inexperienced mahamtra and an experienced harbinger. Tighnari squeaked when Childe grabbed his hips, something he cursed when he knew Childe won't leave them alone. Cyno gently wiggled his fingers around his stomach, and that was enough for tighnari to struggle helepelssy.

"N-no ehe -stop ihiht!"

"Aha! He giggled" Cyno said with enthusiasm " you can laugh Tighnari" he didn't know if Cyno meant it as a statement or an inquiry.

Childe grinned more interesedly now skittering his fingers high up his ribs. "My, my, my, you should guard your tongue... especially when you're as ticklish as the traveller here..."

Aether retorted "I am not!"

Cyno stopped -much to Tighnari's relief -upon hearing this factor. Aether realised the unleashed monster is already changing tactics. Tighnari giggled while Childe exposed most of his sensitive spots and Cyno lunging at Aether who tries ro escape his evil clutches.

"Is thst true? Traveler?"

"Like I'd tell you -noho!" He yelped a laugh when Cyno traced his bare side and tackling him to the carpeted floor. A new flow of laughter broke through and Childe smiled fondly looking down at a red faced forest ranger "what an exciting day... how about we get to know each other a little better?"

"No... ihihi ihihi rahahather nohot!" He snickered as Childe wiggled his fingers above his face, teasing him intensely, "Dohont!"

"Pardon me but are these real?" Tighanri felt Childe's nimble fingers caress his long ears. Suddenly shrieking, startling even Cyno and aether who were busy with their own time. Childe gave another smug grin as he now pinned both Tighnari's wrists to his chest and with a free hand he picked on the fluffy ears.

"Wow... They are real and sensitive" he said musedly. Tighnari blushed harder now shaking his head and whining with booming laughter "NOHOHO CUHUHUT IHIHIT OUUHUHUT CHIHIDILDE!"

Aether watching from a distance was belvedere by the naturally composed individual squealing so adorably. He was interrupted when he heard his own squeak. Cyno wasn't done.

"C-cyno... um c-can we... Ahhaha nononooohoho!" Aether falls onto a contagious laughing fit and eventually both of them were tired out and lunch was continued cold.

Cyno and Childe for the first time shared something and Tighnari felt this urge to jump off a mountain. He released jokes can be threats to him... so he should probably let Cyno be his serious jovial self.

"That was a fun lunch, right, my pawsome friend?" Childe grinned his blue eyes glistening like the child he is.

Cyno caught to this one, and with a soulful smile, he said, "Finally found a friend who gets me..."

Tighnari ran a hand through his face "what have we got ourselves into?" Aether gave a nervous smile, but he was happy, he didn't want to say it was a terrible day.

"Anyone up for desserts?" Paimon piped, but judging from the room, she realised,"What did Paimon miss?"

Wild Theories ✨ 3.

Idk if this counts as a theory, more like a funny coincidence that I can never stop thinking about.

I distinctly remember a couple years back one night; I was watching an interview panel with Anne Rice and her son Christopher (this interview was already a few years old). I believe someone in the audience asked Anne how she decides to pick up the pen for Lestat again/what inspires her to write in Lestat's voice whenever the moment comes.

She answered by saying something along the lines of, "Oh when he starts talking, he never shuts up."

Haha funny right? WELL FAST FORWARD TO LAST SUMMER:

Last summer I was doing some research and contemplating on whether or not I should try working with Loki after he said hi to me in a dream during the spring. And one of these summer days when I was doing particularly nothing and scrolling through instagram nonchalantly, one of the accounts that I had been following for a long while posted something about Loki, which is something they did once in a blue moon. I knew they were a Lokean so naturally my ears perked up extra high this time. To make things short, I was reading through the comments on this post, and someone made a comment about Loki being talkative. The poster responded with, "Oh the guy doesn't shut up!"

The quickness of how my eyes shot up from my phone let me tell you.

And then the theories went rampant in my head about the connection between Loki and Lestat. I swear if I could've seen Loki's face when my thoughts ran wild I bet I would've seen the most mischievous half grin I'd ever seen, considering that Lestat has been a prominent figure in my heart since I was about 11 years old.

I may be a little 🍃 right now, but mainly this memory is inspired by the new AMC trailer coming out today for Interview with the Vampire (series) that's premiering in October 😜

I've been reading random omegaverse headcanons, and now I can't stop thinking of 838 Alpha Stephen's den (alpha equivalent to an omega's nest). Stephen frantically scenting the sanctum and making it as pristine as possible each time 838 Omega Mordo visits NY. Then he acts all casual oh I didn't know you were coming Master Mordo haha like my den 😏 and when Mordo takes the hint and brings something from his nest to decorate Stephen's den (aka accepting the courtship) Stephen is so happy 😭

Omg darling Nonny! This was such a joy to read *heavy swoon* It gives me the vibes of old school courtship. I like to think that for a super traditional society, and with a super traditional alpha and omega, those simple courtship rituals can be incredibly sexy 😉 The omega appreciating the den and lingering long enough to leave a subtle scent. Also…. Stephen tidying up the Sanctum to Mordo’s liking. Oh Mordo mentioned he likes these fancy as fuck chocolates and pastries from France? Stephen makes sure there’s a tray of it on the table. Mordo agrees to the pastries and tea, compliments Stephen on his taste of decor. Stephen eagerly offers him a tour of the sanctum to show off how neat and proper it is. Mordo teases that the only thing missing from the den is an omega 😏 That and a little bit more coziness to the place hehehe 😜 When Mordo visits him again he brings a beautiful, luxe blanket as a gift. Tells Stephen “I hope you find this as comforting as I do,” implying heavily that Mordo’s slept in said blanket and it’s drenched in his scent.

That's good to hear! But I do recommend playing other routes too, there's actually a bigger story behind the routes, which gets explained more in act 2. There are also new routes coming. I'm personally looking forward to Vlad's route the most, although he's probably not my type at all haha (and like his irl counterpart, he's from Romania 😜 ).

But Isaac's route is the first one I played and I still love him. Like everyone in the game, he has some hot scenes, but in general he's route is sweet and fluffy. 🥰

The characters are really well drawn, I can't argue with that. And it's an otome game, so naturally they look good haha. :D I really liked Napoleon's route and while it's not my personal favorite, it's a great starter route for new players.

But my second favorite character is actually Jean D'Arc.

Have you played Ikemen Sengoku? It's an older game but the characters are designed by the same artist. ;)

Was reading your fic “Even the sun sets in paradise” (again), and in the last chapter you wrote a conversation between Max and Carlos where they are talking about their favorite races, and Max of his favorites might be the one in Abu Dhabi where he won his first title but he doesn’t mention the year. Did you left it open because you’re afraid Max wouldn’t win this year or was it just because you chose? Also it’s like u predicted it’d come down to the last race so that was a funny coincidence

I did a little happy dance reading your comment. Absolutely! When I started writing this fic, I wrote a little timeline of who won the WDC in each future year, and I definitely had Max down as 2021 WDC. In text, I omitted the year to leave it ambiguous because 1) the tiny superstitious part of me didn't want to jinx it and 2) my story wouldn't violate any real-life timelines even if he didn't win this year.

But it turns out... I'm a prophet. 😜Now Lestappen will dominate the WDC for the next 10 years.
