Mobdemy: Part 3 – The Catalogue of Background Characters in Assassination Classroom

In the Graduation Album, there are three pages dedicated to various background characters that have appeared throughout the series, ranging from students to laboratory workers to random elders. I put out the first two a long time ago, but I ended up working on Korotan D and Koro-Q before releasing part 3, and I figured I should finally finish this before moving onto the adults’ character profiles ^^;

In this final installment, we focus on rich people, stressed-out people, and really stressed-out people.

This is supposedly written in Korosensei’s point of view, by the way. Also, I’m starting at the top left column and going down, if you want try to match each face with each name while you read this.

Group 6: Characters who seem like they earn a lot of money. I have no definitive proof, but the smell of money wafts from these people!

*That guy with no name*: The commander of the Final Assassination Project. For the first time, his name shall be made public!! [In the word bubble above his picture, Korosensei says “Oops, I spilled some ink”, so the place where his name should have been is covered in ink splotches]

Odell: The president of a certain country. He plans to move to a villa on the west coast after retiring

Abe Hiroshi: A skilled security guard for the space center. He used to be an actor

Saeki Takiji: He moved into an elderly care facility. He has several hundreds of millions in savings due to  being a cheapskate  

Takeshita Masumi: A commoner who’s obsessed with small accessories. She likes to shop

Furuhata Ichirou: He holds a position on a regularly scheduled weekday TV program. He used that money to build his own house

Group 7: Characters who appear troubled. With haggard faces, these are people who seem to be in distress.

Takagi Naoto: A customer at the Cultural Festival. She walked an elderly person home using her rickshaw

Hayashi Keita: A researcher. He doesn’t sleep well because he gets rebuked by Yanagisawa daily

Yoshida’s father: His bikes are constantly targeted by thieves [Maybe that’s why Yoshida acts so tough? He has to scare away the ruffians that might bother the shop]

Shibata Hibiki: An old man who’s uneasy about his pension plan thanks to the threat posed by Korosensei

Kondou Aoi: A girl who stays up studying so late that she ends up falling asleep during class

Imai Hikaru: He just failed his entrance exams, so he’ll have to take them a second time

Nakajima Shouji: An operator at the space center. He sometimes spends 18 hours a day at work

Hosono Takeo: A professor who gave lavish praise to Yanagisawa. He was thoroughly deceived

Oonishi Gorou: A commander who is concerned about the hair loss he’s experiencing near his forehead

Ooshima Michitaka: A cram school principal who is extremely worried about the continued management of his cram school in the face of Japan’s declining birthrate

Group 8: Those at their wits’ end. These people, for varying underlying circumstances, are about as fretful as Korosensei

Hashizume Satoshi: A student from Class A whose allowance has been reduced due to her deteriorating grades
