Who are they?

This is someone from your past, whose relationship with you has come to an end or currently in the no-contact state. You could be the one who have walked away from them. This might due to objective reasons like one of you moved away to pursue their career. But I feel like it has more to do with how you might have crashed; you no longer saw them as a part of the future you want to have for yourself. The other way round can also be true, and you could both outgrow this connection. The end or halt of this relationship/attachment opened a new phase in your life.

What is their current energy?

They're coping hard in your absence. They might be stalking your social media, and/or trying to get any news about you and your current life through the few mutual friends you guys share. On the other hand, they also try hard to prove to themselves and everyone around them, that they're doing fine on their own even without you. They would try to engage in the same activities/commitments, that they used to have with you, with someone else, just to fill in the emptiness. For the few of you, this person could be a parental figure or a caregiver, who is suffering from the empty nest syndrome. In any case, they based most of their identity with the connection you two had, and is struggling to be something more after you left.

What is their message?

I feel a lot of regretful energy coming from them. They want you to know whatever action and words they put out back then that might have hurt you, it came out at the heat of the moment and they are still regreting it. There're things out of their control, and probably a lot of miscommunication. But, they want you to know they might have been mad/disappointed/ashamed, but never of you. Though, they fear they would sabotage the relationship further if they try to come forwards too strong. So as of now, they still keep the distance and watch your move. They just hope you won't blame/hate them too much for the past.

If you are a freelancer artist/writer/ect., this could be one of your customer lol. They stand out because a, they could also be your friend b, they're from the industry/the same fandom as you, the project you took on for them was super fun and successful.

Oh this person has some big idea cooking in their mind. They could be just freed from a duty/commitment and they are up to work on something with you, using what they learned/earned from the previous gig. They could have already started it and wanted to invite you in the team for your insight/magic touch. They're not so good at keeping good news secret, so you probably hear from them soon, if not already 🤭

What is their message?

Oh my, this person really looks up to you with spark in their eyes. To them, you're the specialist, a guru friend they can always trust to consult when it comes to this particular field. They want you to take pride in your work and be confident! It hurts them whenever you talk shit about yourself or sell your services cheaply. They want you to know they are always there for you. You can just ask and they would give their sword. Otherwise they would keep away from involving from your work. They are enthusiastically respect your creativity independence and would hate to come off as patronizing/overbearing.

Who are they?

This person possesses a youthful or childlike energy. They could be a younger sibling, a child in your family, a junior at your school or workplace. They could simply be a few years younger than you or personality-wise they're just a carefree and/or stubborn type. For some of you it could even be your pet! Another clue I picked up on is they could be going through their rebellious phase at the moment lol

What is their current energy?

Their inner landscape has been expanding in depth as of late. They tend to spend more time for introspection, figuring out their feelings, dreams, and personal values. Because of this, they could appear moody, sensitive and socially less available to others during this time. Like, they would sneak away from people when there's a chance, and would take on solo trip without telling their friends like they usually would. Even though their closed door seem worrisome to most people, their mind is tranquil and they would be happier if people don't make such a big fuss about their absence and return. Just have fun when I'm there, so I heard.

What is their message?

If you guys fought recently, take this as their informal apologies. They can surely do better, but you know how it's harder to say sorry and thank you and I love you to the closest people in our life. On the other hands, they can totally picked it up whenever you're upset, may it be because of them or something else unrelated. Once again, they don't really know how to comfort you and fear that they will only make things worse. So when they see you're in bad mood, they would rather get out of your way and give you space than confronting you be like "What's up?". But it doesn't mean they don't care. Tbh they seem like a big confused puppy whenever it happens. It would be nice if someone could extend an oliver branch so that both parties can talk and clear out misunderstandings and confusion. That person is likely to be you because as I mentioned above, the emotional maturity of the other isn't quite as evolved to take initiatives.

Who are they?

Think of the most important people in your life right now (yes, pets count), this is one of them. If you believe in that term, this person is one of your soulmates. You just feel whole and safe and the happiest when they're around. Another way to recognize this kind of connection is, you never feel drained spending time with them, in the contrary, you fill each other battery up. For a few of you, they could be someone who is still looking after you from the other side.

What is their current energy?

They are in a state of great emotional stability, or like we say, their cups are full. They're at a place where they can easily sync in with other people, and give out of their compassion, patience and generosity. They're secure, in their lance, flourishing, you name it lol. Their pleasant energy would neutralize the negativity in a room; during this time, you will always see them act out of kindness and love, and be the bigger person in common conflicts.

What is their message?

"We already have everything we need" is the most prominent message that comes through. I think they just want you to take more time to rest and enjoy little things in life with them. They could be sad/worry for you when you were working too hard towards a goal, that you don't stop to fully celebrate your achievement or neglect your mental health. But at the same time, they know how this particular goal means to you, that's why they said nothing. They never want to stand between you and your goal, and would do anything they know to support you on this path. So instead, they make sure other aspect of your daily life is well taken care of. But yeah, there's a little blue like they wish you could just be more gentle with yourself at times. Like what's the point of all the hard work, if you won't let yourself win and enjoy the fruit?

♪ warnings: the reader character is assumed to be voted innocent after the first trial and also there are some parts where muu is clearly much more worried about the reader than she's worried about haruka, but it's mostly done as a joke.

♪ of course, muu got voted innocent! there was no other way this trial could go, right? and of course, you got voted innocent as well! ehehe, good for you two~ now you two can have even more fun together! muu just keeps requesting more and more stuff for both of you. look at this bracelet she got for you! and you will let her brush your hair and paint your nails later, right? come on, just let her spoil you already! she just loves her girlfriend so much, she has to show it at least in some way!- oh, did she just call you her "girlfriend"?.. but she was pretty sure that you two are already dating.. well, you are dating now. congrats.

♪ muu keeps saying that she understands that everyone here had some kind of reason for their murder and she probably can't judge them, but also every time she sees a guilty prisoner next to you, you can notice that her face expression becomes a little bit more anxious and she quickly tries to come up with an excuse to make you leave.

"y/n!~ come here, do you think this is tasty enough? no, no, i need your opinion!"

you have no choice but to sit down next to her, but the moment you see her smiling because she finally got some attention from you, you honestly can't say you regret it.

♪ she just worries a lot, please try to be more understanding! like.. she's confident that she will be voted innocent again this time, surely es doesn't want to risk haruka's life, haha.. but she's not so sure about you. what if something happens to you? what if you get voted guilty? what if es doesn't forgive you? what will muu do then? she has finally found someone who she can trust and who is so, so precious to her, she can't just lose you like this!..

uh.. again, she's just really worried about you!

♪ even though the way muu has become attached to you is a little bit concerning, she really does care about you, even if her ways of showing it are kinda strange. yes, y/n, her feeding you a huge piece of cake before even trying it herself is her way of showing that she cares. she also shares her accessories with you and if you want, she would love to do your makeup too. she just wants you to feel like a queen as well, haha. oh, speaking of accessories, if you want the same hairclips haruka is wearing, she can tell him to give them back- oh, you don't want them? okay. you deserve something much more pretty anyway.

♪ when it's getting late, sometimes muu just refuses to go to sleep without you and begs es to let her share a cell with you at least when it's nighttime. es tries to act strict at first, but then muu just throws a tantrum and the poor guard doesn't have a choice after that. and right after they sigh and nod, muu immediately wipes her tears away and goes "yay~" and runs to have a sleepover with you. es starts to wonder if they have made the right decision. you two spend the first three hours talking about stuff, even though it's mostly muu doing the talking, but she's still grateful to you for listening to her. she really needed someone who can just.. pay attention to her, listen to her voice and understand what she's saying.

♪ when muu starts to fall asleep (and she does so without any warnings, she can easily fall asleep in the middle of her sentence), she pulls you closer and you can feel her hugging you tighter and tighter. if you even try to resist, she will mumble something that sounds a lot like "don't go.." while still asleep (probably), so. yeah, you can't leave her now. you just sigh and wish her good night and don't even notice how you start falling asleep as well. you also don't notice how a small smile appears on her face.

notes from bloom: hi!!!! its been quite some time since i’ve written a one shot. no smut in this one!!! just jerk cheater ex boyfriend eren in a hurt/comfort levi x reader. this song is one of my all time favorite songs (my goal is to write a song fic for my 3 all time favorite songs). i originally wrote a (much shorter and cringier) one-shot back in 2015 to this song but i loved it so much i felt like i should rewrite it. pLEASE give me feedback? its always welcome :) i’m gonna link the song below in case you’d like to listen. happy reading!!!!

Things were taking a turn for the worse in your life these days. You’d just gotten out of a relationship with your long-term boyfriend, Eren. He hadn’t always been this way. Things started getting bad after you found out from your best friend, Hanji, that he was cheating on you.

You had been together since high-school, everyone knew you two because you were always attached at the hip. You were voted most likely to get married in superlatives, and you were at every football game he had. 6 years isn’t something you can just throw away the way he did.

He used to be sweet. He would invite your friends out with you guys on occasion, and he’d dote on you at all times. You remember first words to him after Hanji told you were, “How could you Eren? After all this time?” You remember the sharp piercing feeling in your chest, tears running down your cheeks, and he had the nerve to start an argument with you. Gaslight, tell you Hanji’s lying, tell you it’s your fault, how you weren’t satisfying him enough. But when you’d tried to leave, he’d tried to forbid it. “You can’t leave, (Y/n), please, I won’t let you, I won’t do it again.”

Even past dating, you’ve known Eren since middle school. But he needed to go, and you were not even ready to think about forgiveness. You didn’t think if you’d ever forgive him.

Hanji on the other hand, Hanji kept telling you you cannot forgive him. You have no reason to forgive him. But you just couldn’t help yourself for wanting to.

You’d taken some time off work, told your boss you had a family emergency. Hanji, being the angel that she is, came to comfort you. You were not ready to go into work yet, you didn’t know how to handle yourself right now.

She mentioned introducing you to a coworker of hers who’d been going through a similar experience. She said talking to him might help you find closure within yourself. She set up an afternoon for both of you to meet up with him this weekend at a coffee shop you used to love.

That was the problem. You lost yourself in Eren. The hardest part about coping is that everything you like reminds you of him, and you can’t remember what you liked before him. Sometimes you remember, times like this. You associate that coffee shop with good friends and good memories. He never liked this coffee shop, he said their coffee tasted like tap water and mud. Ever since you’d moved out with him, you had stopped going.

Maybe meeting with this ‘Levi’ would be a good thing for you.

But you still had other short comings to manage, like the fact that you couldn’t refuse Eren when he asked you to let him get his stuff the Friday after. Your gut knew he’d try to convince you to take him back. But you needed answers before you could even consider it an option.

Friday morning comes, and you ask Hanji to hold off coming over for a few hours. You wanted to let Eren share his thoughts, but you didn’t want to say a word to him. So the moment he arrived, everything was awkward and silent and dreadful. You sat in the kitchen after letting him in, just letting him collect his things in peace.

But you knew it in the back of your mind, the thought ‘he’s going to try to convince you to let him back in’ screaming in the back of your mind. And you still gave him the benefit of the doubt, with hope in your heart, that he wouldn’t try to lie or manipulate his way out of it this time.

But boy was your mind right, and that fact did not aid your heart as it shattered once more. “I promise, Mikasa didn’t mean anything to me Y/n. Just listen.” he cried when you were telling him to leave after he’d packed everything.

“No. I won’t listen. How long have you been seeing Mikasa, Eren?” Your response is cold, dripping venom. You were doing everything to keep your guard up.

“I can’t tell you.” He began to cry again, not knowing how to win you back. It killed him, and it hurt you to see him crying at your feet like this.

“Yes, you can. How long have you been seeing Mikasa?” You ask again, and he grips his hair and looks at the floor, not being able to meet your gaze when he whispers out, “3 years.”

“THREE YEARS?” You’re yelling. You never yell, but why are you yelling? Why are you letting him see how hard this hurts you?

“(Y/n), I—“ He’s sobbing, but just as he’s about to try and spew out more ridiculous shit, Hanji’s car pulls up to your apartment. You can see the hurt and emotions you’re displaying reflecting off of his beautiful green eyes, and it makes it so much harder for you to send him away.

“I’ve heard enough, you need to leave. Hanji’s about to come inside and she’s going to murder you if you’re here.” You don’t even look at him, giving him the warning that you would let Hanji beat him up.

Eren grabs the rest of his bags and walks out as Hanji’s getting out of her car. The death glare you watch her give him is insane. It was 2:01, and to be fair, you told Hanji it should only take him an hour and a half. For everything that Hanji is and everything that she lacks, at least she’s here when you need her to be here.

You’re sobbing when she finally walks in, the composure you held breaking as he left. You couldn’t fight it anymore, and Hanji ran over to you instantly to let you know how much she loves you and how proud of you she is. The way that you carried yourself and held your self respect showed strength.

Hanji took you out the day after for that for coffee with her coworker. She was good friends with this person, but she didn’t tell you much about them. She did however tell you to ‘not dress homeless’ and to dress ‘how you would on a good day.’ If that was meant to be a compliment, it feels more like a ridiculous insult to your already sensitive heart.

She was very excited, for reasons unbeknownst to you. She was doing a poor job at hiding her giddiness as well, twitching and smiling to herself. Looking back on it now you can understand why, but back then it seemed like she was just being her normal, weird-self.

When you walk in, there’s a nice jazzy coffeehouse vibe. The smell of grinding arabica coffee beans and dripping espresso slaps you in the face, but Hanji’s instantly darting over to her friend. A man, Hanji failed to mention, but he was pretty. It was a thought you had to shove out of your mind.

He had long, soft black hair with an undercut below. His jaw was well cut, and his face seemed almost fixed into a frown. He had a nice earring in one ear, and some tattoos here and there. He was dressed nicely in some casual jeans and a t-shirt. “This is Levi,” She introduces. You glance at Hanji after trying to not make it obvious you were inspecting him, but she had her arm locked over his shoulders. Hanji was pretty tall, but you were always on the short side, but Levi was short too.

You wanted to trust Hanji’s intuition though, and just sat across from him. Hanji finished bothering the unnamed man, and sat beside you. After ordering some drinksb to the table, you couldn’t help but feel awkward as Levi and Hanji began to talk about work related stuff.

You wanted to trust Hanji, you really did, but you couldn’t understand what she wanted out of this. You instead opt to wait for your coffee quietly. Unfortunately the plan isn’t ever gonna go the way you want it if Hanji is around.

And she started to tell Levi about your job, which Levi seemed really interested in and asked you all kinds of questions. He was fascinated about some things, and genuinely seemed like he wanted to hear more from you. You quickly bonded over similar interests like tea and fine art, but you’ve learned that he just appreciates art rather than enjoys making it himself.

After you three finished your drinks, you talked for another three hours before you all left. Hanji put you and Levi into a group chat before he left, making him aware she was going to be pestering the both of you often. Levi and Hanji started working together around the same time, also around the same time you started college and met Hanji.

Hanji was a teacher’s assistant and a junior in your chemistry class freshman year, and she helped you a lot with coming out of your shell after entering college.

But when you’re remembering that, you can’t help yourself but remember that Eren and you had just started living in an apartment together as well. And now its been 4 years since then, and you still can’t find closure or comfort in your thoughts. Where did everything go wrong for the two of you? It will take so much time to heal, but you know that you’ll get there on your own eventually.

Regretful isn’t a good word to describe how you’re feeling. You loved Eren so much, but when you realize how much time and effort you put into your relationship with him just to be cheated on for half of it makes you feel so disconnected with yourself. You’re remorseful, and you feel like you’ve betrayed yourself at the end of the day.

You’ll never forget the night last year that he didn’t show up for a date he had planned for you after class. He said it’d be a surprise, and he told you to wait outside of your campus. He was going to come pick you up. But 5 minutes of waiting had eventually turned into an hour and five minutes of waiting, and you eventually went home. Eren wasn’t even at the apartment.

His excuse was that he got held up at school because he had been assigned some group project and his partners made him stay to help start it. Of course you believed him. However, when memories like this come to mind, all you can think about now was, ‘Was he seeing Mikasa?’

Not trying to let thoughts like this bring your progress to a halt, you ask Hanji to arrange another hangout with Levi. He was really nice, and you appreciated his company the first time around. Of course she over-excitedly screamed out an, “OF COURSE I CAN MAKE PLANS FOR US AGAIN!” Before immediately grabbing her phone and texting him.

You really were so thankful to have someone like Hanji here beside you to help you through this, but sometimes you felt like you were losing yourself. You couldn’t remember what you enjoyed before Eren, so how were you going to find yourself again?

And when she asked if there was anything you wanted to do before she just picked something, you felt so ashamed of yourself for not knowing what to say. What did you enjoy doing? It felt like every answer to that question had always been associated with Eren. “Fuck you, Eren.” You mumbled to yourself.

“Where did that come from?” Hanji laughs. “Not that I disagree, but we can’t exactly pick that for a hangout activity.” She giggles, You give her a raised brow, but you smile at her idiocy none the less. Eventually, given that it’s apple picking season, she suggests the three of you go apple picking. You have no objections, and you tell her to not force Levi into it if he’s not up for the idea. Of course though, in true Hanji fashion, her response is, “Levi never has choices when it comes to me.” with her classic devilish grin.

You’ve only been apple picking once and it was with Eren. The saddest after thought, it was 4 years ago. In your head, that meant he’d given up after he started seeing Mikasa in secret.

But you can’t think about that. You asked Hanji for this, you wanted to have a good day. But your intrusive thoughts weren’t being nice today in particular, and you knew at some point you were probably going to spiral out.

Once you arrived at the orchard, your stomach felt uneasy. You didn’t know what was making you feel this way. Hanji had sensed that you were off, so she kept trying to redirect your mind without asking you if you were ‘okay.’ She knew what the answer to that would be.

As you’re walking up to meet Levi with Hanji, you feel like things might just be okay. You continue on with your day, the three of you walked around and you got to know Levi a bit better. He was really nice to you, even though he spoke so harshly to Hanji. It made you laugh when he’d immediately change his tone after speaking with you.

But all good things always seem to have to come to an end for you. After picking the apples, Hanji really wanted an apple cider donut. She dragged you and Levi into the small shop the orchard had on the property, trailing behind the two. But the minute you stepped inside, you saw him. Eren, standing in line at the counter with Mikasa. He had his arm around her waist while she ordered what she wanted.

The sight had your stomach dropping entirely. You finally understood where all the anxiety was coming from. Your gut knew he was here. You looked at Hanji immediately, who hadn’t noticed the pair, and slightly motioned your head in Eren’s direction. Right after, you look over at Eren once more, but this time your eyes lock with his. You turn around and run out, not having any strength left to put up with him.

You stand outside, and from the other side of the door you can hear the voices of Levi and Hanji arguing with Eren.

You eventually just walk away. You walk back towards the apple trees, wanting some peace of mind. Only two minutes later, you could hear someone running up behind you, and you turned to see Levi. He had ran outside to look for you.

“Hey.” He said casually when he stood beside you. “Hanji’s still arguing with him, she can go at it all day.” He informs you, to which you smile a bit. Hanji was a great friend, and you knew she’d drag Eren to Hell with her if she had the opportunity to.

“Why’d you come out here?” You ask curiously, not looking at him after you said it. You didn’t want him to think you he wasn’t wanted there, but you also were still unsure of his reasons.

“To check on my friend.” He glances at you out of the side of his eye while the two of you walk through the orchard together. “I want you to know (Y/n), you aren’t alone in this. For starters, your weird friend is inside ready to square up with your shithead ex-boyfriend.” You laugh loudly at his statement, and you catch him smiling a little at you through your peripheral vision. “There’s also me, who wants to in any way I can. I was in your position a few weeks ago.”

You and Levi hadn’t had the chance to talk one on one yet, but the conversation lasted for so long you had almost forgotten about Hanji. But to little surprise, as you two had turned to walk back to the shop, there she was trying to stealthily hide behind an apple tree.

“Hey four eyes, I wouldn’t exactly call that a hiding spot.” Levi calls.

“No one said I was trying to hide Levi.” She lightly punches his arm, and you smile.

Although you had a minor (alright, personally huge) bump in the road, these two really came through for you today.

A few months later, you and Levi had started dating. The trauma and trust issues you have now make things really hard for you sometimes, but Levi is always ever so patient with you.

When he said I love you for the first time almost a year in, you almost had a panic attack. When you told Eren you loved him, he didn’t answer you right away. He told you he couldn’t say it back yet. The saddest part was you can’t remember if there was a time he ever said it back.

You didn’t understand the feeling of someone loving you. Eren neglected you so horribly in your relationship, and Levi tries to give you all of the attention you need to make up for it. All of the kisses that you’d missed, all the snuggles that had you shaking from being touch starved, all of the dates you’d never been on until Levi.

Levi makes everything better. He made you feel so secure and so safe, like you were the most precious person on the Earth. He needed to show you how worthy you were, because he knew exactly how unworthy you felt. He told you that helping you helps him find his worth, relieves him of his traumas from Petra.

He shared with you one day that as a result of Petra’s cheating, he felt like he wasn’t keeping her safe enough, wasn’t making her feel loved enough. Even if it wasn’t the case, he needs you to feel loved enough, especially knowing you were lacking so much of it for almost 6 years.

But after some more months of working together, you’ve grown to see 18 months as a couple. When you hit milestones like this, you always love to take time for you and Levi to self reflect. If Hanji hadn’t introduced you to Levi when she did, you’d have no idea where you’d be in this moment.

Just because you hadn’t met him wouldn’t have changed the fact Eren still cheated on you. You don’t think you’ll ever be able to change the dull ache you feel when you think of your childhood with him, but there’s no grief left for the love you had. But years of birthday’s, christmas’, thanksgiving’s and even valentine’s day memories can’t just be erased so quickly.

But time works in funny ways.

And after 4 years, Levi decided you had to be his forever. He wanted you to know how much you meant to him, and he knew you felt the same as he did.

You still thought of Eren at times, but there were still no regrets. Even years after, you wish him the best. But you can’t imagine marrying anyone other than Levi. Levi’s been the main source of your happiness.

He drags you out one night to a small lake in a park. The lake was kind of hidden, trees surrounding it and only one open crawl space. There were fireflies illuminating over the pond, and you could hear the chorus of cicadas echoing through the warm, humid air around you.

He’s helped you through most of it. The nights he held you because you couldn’t stop your intrusive thoughts, when you’d cry to yourself sometimes after saying a certain word or phrase, how you couldn’t bring yourself to watch your favorite television shows anymore. “Were they ever my favorites, or were they Eren’s favorites?” You’d ask yourself, questioning everything and bringing yourself to the point of an existential crisis. But Levi would always find a way to ground you.

Even on the other end, there would be times Levi would seem withdrawn and distant from his own intrusive thoughts. You knew he didn’t want any bullshit comforting words, so your go to form of care was to make him his favorite tea. When you first slept over his apartment after a few months into dating him, he’d tried to hide his silent cries from you. You turned over and held him though, and you’d promised yourself right then and there that you would always be there to hold him.

After almost three solid years of dating Levi, it had almost felt like a whisper in the back if your mind. But you would never forget, and unfortunately Levi had the same trauma. But he took extra good care of you on your three year anniversary together.

In fact, Hanji had dragged you to the park that afternoon. “What’s wrong with taking a walk with your best friend?” She argued with you, and you couldn’t help rolling your eyes at her.

“Hanji, how many years have we been friends and when have you ever dragged me to the park for a WALK?” Your eyebrow is raised and the tone you use sounds almost motherly. “Are you a dog?” You add some banter, and the side eye you received had you cackling.

“No, you idiot, I’m not a dog. I needed some fresh air is all.” She’s looking around almost suspiciously as she says this though, and you just know something’s up. “Hey, there’s this new art display at the pier over here, we should pop by and see it.” She suggests, and you nod slowly. What is she up to?

“Yeaaaaahhhh, sure.” You’re reluctant, but follow anyway. You honestly had no idea what Hanji was doing right now, she’s not the type to go for random walks.

But as you walk closer to the pier, you could see lights in the distance. Not flashy ones, but it seemed pretty bright over there. You grew excited to see whatever silly art display she was talking about, but you weren’t going to tell her that.

“We’re almost there, you have to close your eyes!” She yells, and you release a groan.

“Hanji, how am I going to walk? Why am I closing my eyes for an art display?” You do so nonetheless, and she grabs your shoulders.

“I got’chya. Come on!” She’s guiding you the rest of the way while you cover your eyes. After walking a few more feet, she gives you the cue to open. But what you saw nearly brought you to tears.

This wasn’t just an art display. There was an arch, fairy lights glowing different shades of white, while they had wisteria to accentuate them. Beautiful white orchids and daisies to accent long strands of ivy. Near the center of the arch was Levi waiting, looking out at the ocean. He was as handsome as he always was, but he dressed himself in a nice white button down with some black jeans tonight. The sight of all of it made your eyes swell up.

And that was how he proposed. Hanji hid your friend Sasha in the bushes, wanting her to get amazing photos of it all. And when you look back at them now with him years later, you can’t help but almost feel like you’ve fallen in love all over again. Not like you could ever grow tired of him of course.

He took extra care to make sure that you understood how loved and important he was to you. After 3 years of being married, he had told you that he’d chosen to propose after your three year anniversary so you would never have a doubt about his faith or loyalty to you. He loved you so much, he knew you were going to be the one he needed for the rest of his life. He’d remind himself of that every time you came through for him.

The thought that Levi had put into your relationship with him was so meaningful to you. Sometimes you’d laugh over the way he’s speak to you and the way he’d speak to anyone else. You feel like Hanji gets the worst of it, but you know she can be much at times.

You were so thankful for the both of them. Hanji was already your maid of honor before you’d even decided anything else. She wasn’t just the reason you and Levi met, but she was also the bestest friend you’d truly ever had.

let go, i can’t let go

Sometimes, Eren creeps back into your mind. After so many years, sometimes it feel like you still have a hole in your heart. The childhood you’d spent with him, all the way up to school where you’d been in the same class every year. Prom, two graduations, moving out, college, all of it.

But then you’d remember how full your heart was when you’d found out you were pregnant. Pregnant with Levi’s baby.

You loved Levi so much. He made you feel safe, loved and protected. You may never fully heal from Eren, it feels like your childhood blanket was ripped out of your hands. But even so, the love you receive from your husband fills that grief up and scares away your demons. And in the end, it’s always going to be Levi.

Levi saved you when he’d met you, and he saves you every time you find yourself spiraling out about something that reminded you of Eren. But you always remember that Levi is good, it’s almost like he purposely tries to prove himself to you every day. Hanji says you deserve it after forgetting what real love felt like.

He never missed a beat when it came to holidays, birthdays, or special occasions. He loved to dress up with you, even if he’d complain about it the entire day. you knew he loved to match outfits with you because you eventually started to get his input on them as well. At weddings, he’d love to just hold you on the dance floor. He always shows up, even after you’d started your own family with him. He’s promised himself that he would always show up for your kids. Your oldest, your son Emile, was very much like you. Kind-hearted with tons of energy. He loved to play sports, especially soccer. Your daughter, Vydia, loved to figure skate. Levi showed up to every soccer match and every skate competition, he would always make time for his kids.

You’ll never be able to let go of Eren entirely, he’ll always take the title of first love. He took almost every first he could, and he holds a portion of your heart and remains in your memories. But Levi was the first person to pull you out. He helped make everything better, and then you fell in love with him. He was your first (and last!) fiancé and husband, which he took so much pride in. He was the first person to promise you forever, and a forever he gave.

Because the love you have for Levi, the way you feel, is much more important and serious than the childish fantasy Eren gave you. You’ve always verbally and physically told him how grateful you were, but you never felt like it was enough. And at the end of the day, every single night since you got married, you always just had to settle for;

“Thank you, Levi. I love you so much.”

Choices Insiders July 2023

How is it July already?! This year is going so quick!

Anyways, here we go again with this months Insiders

I had to pick Blades for this one, I am looking forward to Immortal Desires 2, but I've been waiting on Blades longer.

Crimes of Passion is back! It's really great to have this one back. I have yet to get to the second chapter, but I am hooked already with everything! Looking forward to seeing how things will play out!

So this is getting a spin-off rather than a direct sequel, I have been wondering if this will become more of an occurrence.

We already know that this focus arounds an MC who is aa surrogate for a couple. It feels like a book that could either be a Single Love Interest book or a Multiple Love Interest book. If it's the latter, it feels like one that could potentially have a poly option.

I've already seen the final cover, but the first one reminds me of Baby Bump while the second one just gives me The Nanny Affair vibes for some reason.

It looks like this won't have the baby blanket thing that was done in Baby Bump, perhaps something like in The Royal Heir where the Nursery is built up. I must admit, I do like how they have a baby Whale attached to the bigger one.

Each one gives different vibes. I don't know how to explain it.

This means we now know of at least three gender of choice books for next year alongside The Cursed Heart and Immortal Desires. I'm still on the fence about this as I've never really been a sporty person.

Are they including Demons in this? That last emoji gives me the impression that they are going to have Demons or something in it.

I won't say no to a murder mystery!

I still don't like that this has happened, but it is what it is. I've said all I feel I can on the matter.

I'm going to talk about Dirty Little Secrets nearer the end.

Because we don't have much information on any of these, I don't know what else to say on any of these. Let me know what you think about these upcoming books!

I am so looking forward to Kindred! I feel like I already know which Love Interest I will be picking. I must admit, if things were as they were back in 2019/20 when there was still a lot of activity here and VIP was not as much of a thing, it would have been a book that would have been talked about a lot.

Blades 2 I am also looking forward to, I never say no to fantasy. Looking forward to everything to do with this one.

Looks like Alpha is the book that will see us out of 2023 and into 2024.

I must admit, Dirty Little Secrets does have my attention now. I do like crimes stories, so I'm intrigued about this one. Again, it's not one that I can tell as to whether it'll be a Single or Multiple Love Interest book.

Meet Jo and Leah:

By all definitions, they are a power couple. They are both fighters of an underground (aka not-very-legal) Arena and forces of nature to be reconed with.

An automechanic and a barista by day, terrifying brawlers by night.

REASON #2:

They are THAT annoying (affectionately) ass couple who becomes attached at the hip every chance they get.

They are also THAT annoying couple who communicates without words 'cause they know each other so well (they've known each other for like 14 years and been together for like 10, they are basically married)

REASON #3:

I may be biased, but the world always needs more butches and femmes of various degree of genderpunkery. Bonus points if out of a butch4femme couple it's not the big and masc butch who's more agressive and protective. These two fit the bill: it's Leah who will absolutely throw hands with you if you look at her partner wrong. I mean, Jo also will, if the situation calls for it, but usually he's more than happy to re-enact the 'kick his ass baby, I got your flower' meme.

They, of course, will both do the same for their friends.

REASON #4:

They love each other! So much! They are poor and the city they live in is screwed and they have some CONSIDERABLE horrors they are both running from (oooh spoilers??), but they can be safe and warm and silly and stupid with each other! Isn't that what it's all about!

hello! I've been reading through the resources you've compiled and I really appreciate them! You seem pretty experienced with image descriptions, so I was hoping I could possibly ask you for some advice on how to make my poll tournament more accessible. If you don't have the capacity to help out right now, that's totally fine—let me know if there's someone who you think could better answer my questions!

Anyways, currently I'm running a tournament for poems that are popular on Tumblr (@poetrysmackdown). For Round 1 I just included the images of the poems, which I'd still like to include in future rounds just because it makes it easier to compare side by side, and a few of the poems' precise line structures would be pretty difficult to faithfully replicate on Tumblr. That said, I want to also include text transcriptions in the future rounds for obvious accessibility reasons (and I'm now really wishing I did for Round 1! I didn't realize the tournament would be voted on by anyone besides like ten of my mutuals haha). Do you have any advice on how to format text transcriptions for poems? I'm not sure how best to convey a line break for text-to-speech, for example—should I write it as a "/" between lines, or is it preferable to just write out the poem as I would otherwise? Is it okay if I put the transcription below a read more (some of the poems are quite long), or is that considered rude? I may be overthinking this haha, I just wanna make sure I get it right so everyone can enjoy the poems. I'm attaching two sample poems just so you can get an idea of what I'm working with—thanks in advance!

Not overthinking at all! Before anything else, let me describe the two examples you gave and then I'll put some more detailed thoughts under a read more.

The first poem is titled "Scheheraade." It reads: Tell me about the dream where we pull the bodies out of the lake / and dress them in warm clothes again. / How it was late, and no one could sleep, the horses running / until they forget that they are horses. / It's not like a tree where the roots have to end somewhere, / it's more like a song on a policeman's radio, / how we rolled up the carpet so we could dance, and the days / were bright red, and every time we kissed there was another apple / to slice into pieces. / Look at the light through the windowpane. That means it's noon, that means / we're inconsolable. / Tell me how all this, and love too, will ruin us. / These, our bodies, possessed by light. / Tell me we'll never get used to it.

The second poem is titled "Having a Coke with You." Now, obviously I went with the traditional academic rules for quoting poems in the above ID, and I did that because the location of line breaks can be very important in poetry, and that's not always going to translate with a screen reader if you just format it that way. Additionally, if you have someone who sight reads but needs to make the text large, this will often change the location of the line breaks.

I don't know of a good or natural way to convey the right-aligned text in some places via a text description, but if any of my followers do, please feel free to comment!

Capitalization, punctuation, and even font choice are all things that can potentially convey significant meaning in poetry. I opted not to attempt to transcribe those in the above two, but if you're more familiar with the poem and thing those aspects are important in context, you could always make a note about the capitalization. And for things like italics, you could do something like "except possibly for the [italics] Polish Rider [end italics] occasionally and anyway it's in the Frick."

Punctuation is also a tricky one...I tried to keep the description as true to the text as possible, because the lack of punctuation in the second poem defintely seemed very intentional and internal to the flow, but I did add a period at the end of the last poem to give a proper stop between the end of the poem and the "end image description." Your call on how you deal with that, just be aware that not all screen readers are going to pause between lines or paragraphs.

I would generally discourage putting descriptions under a read more, though I do very much understand the concern about length. The formal poem quoting rules above can help condense things space-wise, if that helps.

I also want to encourage alt text! Don't put the entire poem in the alt text of course, but if you put a little blurb in the alt text of each picture, that can signal to screen reader users that it's worth their time to continue down the post. Some screen reader users will simply skip the post entirely when they start hearing "photo, photo, photo," and never even get to the image ID, since it's often not there. Such a blurb could be something like "Screenshot of the poem Scheheraade. See body of post for full description" for the first photo, and "Screenshot of the poem Having a Coke with You. See body of post for full description" for the second.

And finally, just to throw it out there, you don't necessarily have to do a traditional image description the way I did, especially if you provide the supplementary alt text. You could simply transcript the poems too...it's all up to you!

Oh, and one more thing: don't be afraid to let AI help you with this! And I'm not talking about the neural network kind, I'm talking about good old-fashioned optical character recognition. For example, I plugged that first poem into onlineocr.net and got this:

Sure, it required proofreading, a bit of clean up, and of course the line/stanza breaks, but made the process of creating the image description much less effort than it would have taken to type it all out manually. Of course, if you have access to a text version of the poem, that could work even better, but this is a great way to do it if you only have access to the image for whatever reason!

A mad man, wish to create something absorb.

The first one is An ink that can paint the universe

Yet in such state there's nothing but loneliness.

"My creation you can create anything!!" The mad man tried to console his creation who's inked tears continue to fall, his purple hair long have turn black and his face is melting ink. "You can create them to your world!" He added, as he very much know the source of the misery of his creation. It was that guest. How hateful they have cost such emotional damage to his perfect creation!

"I... I can never create them... !! EVERYTHING IS USELESS, I SEE NO POINT AND LIFE!! THEY BREAK THEIR PROMISE CAUSE IM TOO WEAK!!" The ink screams as the whole space turn black yet the mad man can only sigh as he left him be in that canvas.

Even his perfect creation can make a world of his dream. He can never find life in his own canvas. He have lost his life and now he is empty void in a shell.

the second creation is young one who can sew life and give chance to those who can't.

The mad man once gaze upon the most favored au, a world of living dolls.

Having that as his reference, he created a new one that will able to not dwell too much with one but will create and love all his creation-- CC. A very cute younger brother he have made, someone who won't dwell in the emotional of lovers kind of love to not be hopeless like the first one.

"BIG BROTHER, YORU BEING AN ASSHOLE AGAIN!" His very cute younger brother says as his calling out the older creation who's missing with his dolls, yet he did cause some trouble like a young child would.

"what lies. I did not." The Inkling who have destroyed the whole estate again denied.

"oh my..." The mad scientist can clearly see the anger of the bloodling once he come back from his adventure at the state of the estate.

So he decided that he will create another one that will keep order and clean all the mess of those two. Someone that will not be a troublesome or too emotional attach. Someone that will work as he is told-- and so the mad man have maid an all purpose Android that will do as he is told without objections and his own will. Obeying the head of the estate!

The mad man think it be ok now, isn't it? The scientist thought.

"Target locked, master DR. Pls do not move or be kind to do as I instructed. I was instructed by No003 to get you away from your work." He heard his creation stare calmly as he point a ray gun at him. The doctor sweat drop as he try to reason but a gun went pass him.

"fine!" Turn out he have miss the fact the head of the estate is not him by vote! It was captain! He can only cry as his dragged away from his work to do daily routine! How hateful he can use those time to make a new things! What a waste!

...

Because of his previous mistakes he have decided to take someone in for his next creation. Obviously if he made a deal and contract with him, they have no choice but obey him! Not captain!

He need someone who's will not have anyone tied to him but also have someone to black mail him with!

The mad man gaze at the destroyed world, he saw his alternative self crying as the lone survivor of the world. Crying help to those who can help him to bring what lost to him! He will do anything!

WHAT A PERFECT MATCH!

Through as he thought how to bring 40+ dead people back, his adorable creation child come to him.

"ah .." and so he thought of a Halloween and the request of Experiment of his! As he thought of it, he have send off End (his 4th creation slash Experiment) to collect some body parts in his world. Though he want to make someone cute to accompany the little one, that end survivor seems to be unruly and brought him the tallest body he can get! What an attitude! Very cute!

As he made his fifth creation, he stared at the hallow vessel. No form, no face, no name. Even no personality! How lame!

"master..." The empty vessel, can only call out to him, following him like a little chicken. Not even realizing there's some broken glass on his feet or the scars he gotten from the things around the lab.

His fifth creation is pitiful! He doesn't seems to be a purple like him either. Just a hallow.

Yet one day, he come back from one of the disturbance outside the lab. The white hair and faceless hallow suddenly gain an identity.

"Kohaku Oukawa." Shoulder length Pink hair and innocent big blue to purple eyes stared at him as he lied for the first time. It seems someone have come to his lab and aid him to finish his creation.

"what's that?" Hallow ask him in confusion. "It's your name." The doctor smiled as he pat the head of his fifth creation that finally completed.

Through he wonder if the will known core was the one who visit his place. Cause that's the only reason why his little hallow suddenly become Kohaku Oukawa as his main character when his interior being is an ensemble of the stars that fallen from his fifth creation world. Making him all in one.

What headcanons do you have for everyone not necessarily for the mortifying ordeal series but just in general headcanons?

I think this show is so good at giving us little hints and letting us fill in the blanks that it can be difficult to discern what a true headcanon is sometimes 😅

But here are a few that I'm pretty sure are from my imagination and not the show! [#3 has a slight spoiler from 6x12 FYI! Skip to #4 if you don't want to see it.]

1. Maddie was the one who taught Buck how to drive. One of the reasons he's so attached to the Jeep is because it reminds him of that time spent with her.

2. Maddie and Buck do a monthly sibling wine night. The first time Chim bears witness to one of these, he is surprised by how many Opinions they both have about Shiraz.

3. This is a very new one [slight spoilers for the latest episode, skip to 3 if you don't want to know] but I feel like even once Buck stops needing to text Bobby every time he wakes up, they still end up texting something totally random most mornings. It's generally a picture of something interesting they've seen during their morning or Buck sends Bobby something he's cooked or wants to cook.

4. Buck is totally on the list of approved contacts at Christopher's school and can sign permission slips etc. There are definitely admin staff that think they're married.

5. Buck's favourite coffee order is something relatively complicated. He usually gets a simpler version of it when he's with other people or especially if someone else is doing a coffee run. Eddie always makes sure to get the full order when they go for coffee together or it's his turn to do the coffee run.

6. It is not my headcanon originally, but I am fully on board with the 'Ravi thinks Buck and Eddie are married' and then 'Ravi thinks Buck and Eddie are divorced dads' headcanon.

7. Eddie totally played with dolls with his sisters (because he wanted to be a good brother). His dad was definitely scathing about it.

He makes it a point not to ever make comments about any of Christopher's toys to make sure he doesn't think he's playing 'the wrong thing'.

8. Buck has kept every one of Christopher's drawings/cards. He now also keeps all of Jee-Yuns.

9. Hen is extremely vocal about the importance of voting. She has been on a crusade at the station for years to make sure everyone votes at elections and has been known to hand out postal vote applications. During the last federal election, she made Bobby help her work out a schedule to make sure they could cover the people who had to work so that they could go vote on the day if they didn't manage to early or postal vote.

10. Bobby has never left the US. The cruise would have been his first time out of the country.

11. Chimney started to take learning to cook a lot more seriously when Jee was born because his feelings of family are heavily entwined in those dinners he had with the Lee's and also Bobby is such a Dad and he cooks so clearly Chimney also needs to be able to provide Good Food for his daughter. (And he thinks it will be a good way to help pass on some of his culture since I don't necessarily think he plans on pushing for Jee to learn Korean although he will encourage it if she shows any interest herself.)

12. On the Buddie of it all... I reckon Eddie will be the one who realises he's in love with Buck first, if he hasn't already. (I go back and forth on this, but his behaviour post the lightning makes me lean towards he knows. That might change as we get subsequent eps though!) I think Buck still has some things he has to work out in his head before he's ready to realise his feelings.

I'm about to watch AoTC for the first time as an adult and I'm gonna put my thoughts here.

:read more:

1. Beginning scroll says thousands of star systems are leaving the Republic and I'm so shocked cuz like I never thought about how BIG The Republic is??? Ya know?

2. Poor Padmé she's genuinely sad that her handmaiden died and she even expresses her regret for even coming 😭

3. Like why is Naboo still part of the republic? At the end of TPM I totally expected Padmé to give a speech about how the Republic failed them and call for a vote on whether or not to leave. And she (so far) expressed disappointment/distrust in the Senate???

4. Jedi council are all in a meeting with Palpatine. Mace tells him "that we aren't soldiers and that we don't have enough people to protect the Republic." Which just disproves some anti-jedi arguments I've seen

5. Awww Yoda being so sweet and nice to Padmé

6. It's so bittersweet how much the Jedi still believe Dooku to be a good person

7. Jar jar in a dress

8. Obi Wan is like, telling her she's beautiful in front of my salad???

9. Obi-Wan and Anakin are just having a domestic in front of everyone is just so funny

10. Anakin hasn't seen Jar Jar in 10 years and yet the second Padmé leaves the room Anakin just starts ranting about his crush XD is the normal for him? like does Anakin pull random Padawans into conversation and just info dump his problems?

11. "I much rather dream about Padmé" right to Obi Wan's face!? This clown I can't stop laughing

12. Like I totally expect Anakin to have every one of her speeches saved, a scrapbook of her official photos, and maybe even a space Tumblr all about her XD (his username is QueenAmadalasHusband)

13. The only reason Obi-Wan doesn't approve of Padmé is cuz she's a politician XD if Anakin brought Padmé home for Thanksgiving for the first time. it would go like this

" Padmé what do you do for a living? :)"

"I'm a politician. :)"

"oh. :/"

14. Props to the people who worked on the chase scene. The CGI still holds up and the design of the buildings/speeders are nice

15. she's a changeling??? What does that mean in the sw universe cuz I don't think Anakin is saying she's a fairy

16. Looking at the club clothes I'm just thinking like damn what if Disney hired Haus of Gaga to design some star wars clothes

17. :( Yoda says that arrogance is popping up in more and more Jedi

18. Also Mace and Yoda having more faith in Anakin than Obi-Wan is ironic since Anakin would think the opposite

19. I just noticed that jar jar speaks some Spanish?? He said muy muy in the correct context

20. Anakin once again info dumping his problems onto people XD the victim this time? Padmé

21. The sadness Padmé expresses when she tells Anakin not to grow up too fast 🥺 Girl had to grow up so fast

22. Awww Obi-Wan gets hugs from Dex

23. Dex knows of the Kamino?? Huh

24. And now they're showing droidism... It's like finding out your favorite aunt doesn't like the immigrants "taking all the jobs" :/

25. Anakin and Padmé having a heart to heart at a crowded space Denny's

26. Wait Padmé straight up asks if loving is forbidden for Jedi and Anakin immediately corrects her saying "Attachment is forbidden. Possession is forbidden...One might say the Jedi are encouraged to love."

Do the people who are anti-jedi even pay attention?? Like if you find the Jedi order boring just say that, you don't need to come up with a bs moral justification

27. Anakin "your are just like how I see you in my dreams."

Padmé proceeds to pretend she didn't hear that

28. Every time Anakin mentions having dreams about Padmé I just assume they're wet dreams

29. Yoda is teaching the younglings to listen to their feelings so the unfeeling Jedi trope is just fanon. Good to know

30. It's kinda sad how Padmé didn't actually enjoy being Queen

31. Padmé just straight up dis Anakin in front of the queen "he's not a Jedi just a Padawan learner" like I'm pretty sure every one who is in the Jedi order is called a Jedi the difference is only in rank

33. Excuse me!? Anakin and Padmé are already kissing?? I feel like I missed a few scenes

34. Anakin straight up to Padmé's face suggests that if a wise person is in charge then maybe dictatorship isn't so bad. Palpatine's influence no doubt. He probably also got it into Anakin's head that he's the best one for the job

35. I can see why Jango/Obi-Wan is a thing. It's not for me but I see it

36. Anakin's "agony" speech is actually quite poetic. I personally don't find it romantic but it's certainly poetic and pretty sounding.

37. I know Anakin is talking specifically about his love for her but him saying that he can't be rational. is funny when applied to his whole character

38. Aww :( the foreshadowing of them keeping their relationship a secret would destroy them

39. Wow George Lucas is not subtle

40. Anakin's nightmare scene and all I can do is stare at his nipples 🙈

46. Shim's actress is so good her trying to say 'I love you' made me tear up :(

47. I don't really like how short the scene where Anakin kills the tusken raiders. It's the first time (of the prequels) we see Anakin touch the dark side. It's a huge turning point for his character. I feel like it should be treated as a climax. Bit it feels anti climatic to cut away. I just feel like it should've highlighted more that these are real sentient people he's massacring.

48. What the fuck!? Anakin just blames Obi-Wan??? Palpatine don't gotta manipulate that. That boy will really blame everyone else before taking responsibility,

49. I can see why people type Ani as Nuro divergent

50. Anakin's response is interesting 🤔 to Padmé's statement that "it's human to be angry" is "I am a Jedi. I know I'm better than this." Idk on how to put it into words but this statement recontextulizes a lot for me... I think I'll make a whole post on its own about this

51. Cliegg at the funeral thanking Shim for everything 😭

52. Anakin,I hate sand, grabbing the dirt from Shim's grave :(

53. Wow Anakin thinks he already lost Obi-Wan like he lost his mom and Padmé is like nope we're going after him

54. Palpatine Really calling Padmé out for being radical enough to call a vote for emergency powers. I can't help but feel this is a reference to TPM

55. Dooku straight up lying to Obi Wan right from the start. It makes more sense now that Obi Wan didn't believe him when he said the sith was on the Senate

56. Dooku calling Obi-Wan,my young Jedi, really shows how the phrase got passed from master to master :)

57. Like really the only truth Dooku has said so far is about Darth Sidious I really don't blame Obi-Wan for thinking it's also a lie.

58. Jar Jar is the one who proposes giving Palpatine emergency powers 💀

59. C3PO and R2 really are the Scooby and Shaggy of the star wars universe

60. Padmé really was almost boiled alive

61. "I'm not afraid to die. I've been dying a little bit each day since you came back into my life."

If I was drinking I would've done a spit take.

62. Awww Anakin looks genuinely surprised and happy that she loves him 🥹

63. Good to know that the base of their relationship is we may die so let's love each other while we can. At least on Padmé's side of things

64. Anakin said the "I've got a bad feeling about this" line. Now Obi-Wan knows Qui Gon's pain

65. Mace is so cool why do people hate him?

67. Wow I did not know Mace was the one to kill Jango 😯

70. In like a spy modern Au during the high speed chase scene Dooku would be on a motorcycle while the trio chase him in a car

71. Poor Obi-Wan. He missed Anakin's entire character arc and now has no idea how to properly communicate with him

73. I do love Dooku's lightsaber design

74. Aww he pushed Anakin in exactly the right position to put his head on Obi-Wan's feet 🥺

75. Oh shit I forgot that this would be the first time audiences saw Yoda be BAMF. I hope people lost their shit

76. Padmé just runs up and gives Anakin a hug right in front of Obi-Wan and Yoda. These two are not subtle in the slightest

77. Mace doesn't dismiss Dooku's claim of Darth Sidious having control of the Senate. Once again another complaint I've seen turns out to not be true

78. Yoda is so wise for realizing that geonosis wasn't a victory but a loss cuz war has started

79. Having the imperial march play after the declaration of the clone wars starting makes me think that THIS is the true start of the Empire not when the Jedi order was destroyed

80. Padmé's wedding dress is so pretty. I want it

Final thoughts

I definitely had more fun watching this movie than TPM.

I found the beginning of the movie and the way the exposition was given hilarious. I laughed so hard.

Another take away from this movie is a lot of complaints about Mace, Yoda, and the order in general are not based on Canon just personal feelings

Even if Anakin never fell, Palpatine has everything planned so well the Empire would still rise. The Jedi were truly placed in a lose lose scenario. The countdown on the end of the Jedi order started with this movie

I don't understand why people found Anakin annoying but then again people really really don't like teenagers and Anakin was definitely acting his age of 19

It's obvious on Padmé's side of the relationship is: Fuck it, my whole life I've done my duty, never got to be a teenager, and I may die any day, I might as well do what I want and marry the man I love. I would rather love and lost than never loved at all.

But on Anakin's end he has a firm belief that he needs to get more and more powerful to keep the people he loves from dying. On his relationship with Padmé, I think Anakin's brain functions on an if so, then statements. If I love Padmé and she loves me, then we should get married. :) And that's all the thought he put into it.

Padmé has accepted her mortality. Anakin has not.

Poor Obi-Wan. He missed Anakin's entire character arc so 1) he can't properly help Anakin with his emotions 2) correct Anakin's wrong assumption that if he got more powerful he could solve his problems and 3) now can't communicate properly since Obi-Wan doesn't know their relationship dynamic has changed

Phew it's done!

Because I kept pausing to write my commentary this movie took 4 hours to watch XD

I can't believe I wrote 80 points. I may put some of them in separate posts
