It's been quite some time since I've done heavier two bell work. 10 sets of 30 seconds on and off two arm jerk with 20kg. Took a bit of getting used to but it went well. Got a good workout out of it and focused on strength. 4 minutes of slow snatch with 24kg with 3 breaths at bottom and top. This is one of my favorite sets to do. I always feel comfortable with this one and I felt good swing the 24. Finished off with a run with my best time so far.
