I have struggled with seizures my whole life. This last year and a half I have not had one seizure. In celebration of this I am doing something I always loved that I was not able to do while sick, starting my own cooking series. In the series I give you ketogenic recipes. The ketogenic diet helps to treat my seizures, along with my medication. The Ketogenic diet is generally prescribed by a doctor to treat seizures. Don’t start the diet unless your doctor has approved it, and never, never stop taking or alter your seizure medicine. This disease as others is invisible most of the time but believe me we deal with it, side effects every day.
