Book launch day is a bit like waiting in the wings to go on stage for the biggest show of your life and not knowing what's on the other side of the curtain: full house and rapturous applause, or ringing silence...
Publication Eve
A book launch is full of excitement and trepidation. Excitement because, wow, it’s my book! I love it! I can’t wait for other people to read and love it too! Trepidation because, well, you never know what you’re launching into. I’ve come to think of publication as like a huge stage show: months of prep, costume tryouts, rehearsals, sending out invitations. Then you’re in your…

I really hope this page can grow and garner much love so I can offer more commissions, more affordable art, and more goodies! Oh right, and pay my medical bills.
Happy Valentine’s Day, and happy Ossuary launch day too!
Another project down, another ten thousand to go. I hope that those of you who pre-ordered your ebooks are enjoying them hitting your devices just about now, and those who opted to wait until the paperback listing went up will get to enjoy your copies soon, too. I’m still taking orders for signed copies, so if you’d like to get in on that, be sure to do it soon to get in on the first shipment! And if you’re going to be attending Anime Crossroads next weekend, consider stopping by my table to pick up a copy in person. I should have some stocked!
Thank you all for your support. This was a really fun story to write, and @ambisun did another stellar job bringing the story to life with her beautiful cover art and interior design work. This isn’t the most traditional story for Valentine’s Day--but then again, we aren’t all traditional readers, are we? Enjoy another labor of love, and keep an eye out for the next!
