Every time I remember the scene where Belos upsets Luz and she starts crying so he calls her crazy and is like... smug about it I go insane WHAT WAS THAT?! DUde What the fuck. WHY?! A 14-year-old that you pretend to be concerned for before and after this moment is literally on the floor crying and you’re like “LOL”?! He’s terrible at keeping up the charade like... a week later he’s trying to talk her down like she’s some misinformed child (and then after that is like immediately trying to regain sympathy from Hunter by acting like a kicked puppy) like no you’re the fucking child dude what the actual hell. Kiddo is crying in front of you and instead of like... walking away or like doing anything else you’re like “guess it’s time to call her crazy for being upset” HUH?! !!?!?!?! 

I think the reason why this pisses me off so much is just that Belos is literally like real people. This is how people like this act, I’ve talked about this with a bunch of people now and Belos really reflects a lot of shitty parents people have had, who seriously act this way. And he’s fucking infuriating.

Have you seen Kipo? It main villain reminds of Belos. They both wanted to go a genocide. They claims there doing this for humanity but has zero empathy. Becomes the ever thing they hate. Both killed there sibling for befriending the witch/mutants. And even in the end they still believe there were in the right.

I haven't seen Kipo, but I've thought about watching it. You wanna know another good villain that kinda reminds me of Belos:

Brother Blood from Teen Titans (2003). He got Vlad Masters, Judge Claude Frollo, and Emperor Belos. To make it even better, bro is voiced by the legendary John DiMaggio. In the comics, he was the leader of a cult that worshipped Trigon. He also ran an academy where he mind-controlled students, so that they could steal hardware for him. And he was super obsessed with Cyborg because he was immune to his mind control powers.

He also wanted to marry Raven in the comics, but we don't got time to unpack all that.

Something really bothers me about these remarks, as it’s a reference to the Soviet regime’s arrest-and-relocation (to Siberia, for... slave-labour). The point of concern is- we know this was a regime notorious for its extreme surveillance, where even so much as talking the ‘wrong way’ would have you whisked away in the dead of night never to be seen again

There are times when Ouma talks about being the ‘head of an organisation that controls the world’, but he also mentions being on the run within that world, and his actions in the game show that he’s extremely good at the hiding in particular. But the cherry on the cake-

something i love about lawrence van helsing is how he is a protector... and how his strength lies in his compassion for others. his love and care for other people are what makes him truly strong. all he wants to do is make people feel better.

he is such a tragic figure, really, because he's always putting on a brave face for others. he's always putting others before himself. ever the selfless hero. but there is definitely something to be said about him neglecting himself and basing his worth on his importance to others by his actions.

Bughead really need to mourn their ship now is ridiculous. why they are giving Betty a new love interest at almost the end of season 6!!!! While dating Archie ????. Ships are like zombies anon. They never die. It’s one the reasons ships like b*rchie persist in fandom (even without canon for most of the shows run) people ship what they want regardless of what’s on screen.

I’m going to ship bughead because that’s my ship, so will others; we don’t “need” to ship something else because our choice seems to bug others don’t feel sorry for us, it’s no one else’s concern.

As for Agent Drake, I’m incredibly doubtful that a character whose mo has been giving convenient explanations while being a character very interested in Betty’s life…isn’t either marked for death or to be found evil soon. Especially as you point out because it’s so late in the game.

This should have begun earlier in the season if they wanted it to be for more than shock value and plot momentum (I wouldn’t be surprised if the musical was her last episode for one reason or another) I could be wrong but I don’t see her as a lasting character….the FBI isn’t staying stationed at Riverdale of all places once the killers gone for one, and that’s assuming her survival (I mean it’s riverdale and she’s a minor character being given sudden screen time).

I see a way back for all the OG couples, there’s too much up in the air this season to think anything is really gone (and too much weird to take any of it at face value ) On top of that the current couples are not giving much imo.

BA is a whole mess and I’m not sure why they even had them date at this point if not to show how little they work…Betty is getting more emotional support from a stranger (and she’s noticing thank goodness) so no matter what happens I don’t feel they are long for the world.

In summation:

We bugheads will ship what we want (as will everyone else, that’s how it works) don’t cry for us.

Also not many bugheads are against a detour with Drake and would prefer that over ba but are suspicious of the agent and the timing.

So no worries no one is disappointed, just mildly confused as always.

Some people are being so dramatic like "Jughead don’t do this to Tabitha" like, he didn’t do anything. He couldn’t control this flash of memories. It caught him off guard. The thing that will most likely happen is that they’ll talk like two grown adults and remain friends. Riverdale writers won’t go with cheating again after the last backlash and Jabitha was a couple with counted days – people that genuinely believe Jabitha was built to be an endgame couple aren’t watching this show right. And if the show is going the way I think it’s going, Jabitha (at least the ones from true Riverdale) never started dating in the first place.

they don't need to be worrying about memories flashing that he can't control, they need to be worrying about that smirk archie had when betty called him to come hang out with veronica.
