if i had to describe my aesthetic, it would be iced black tea on hot days, stacks of books, writing in word processors and changing the fonts to something ~fancy~, going to the library late at night when it’s dark and nearly empty and quiet in a comforting sort of way, window shopping at the mall with friends, analyzing poetry and literature in the group chat, waking up in the early morning and listening to quiet music, study playlists full of classical music, bastille and hozier (!!!), winged eyeliner, sweaters and big earrings, baking late at night, and listening to rain patter on the roof. it's kind of dark academia, but without the alcohol or the cigarettes and stuff, lol.

romantic: hear me out i think colin would be your match, he gives me light academia vibes and i've always loved the blend of dark and light academia (sunshine x raincloud vibes) - with all of his travels he would love to bring you new books or tell you about the new composers he discovered - sometimes he'll grab two copies of a book that he thinks you'll both enjoy so that you can have a discussion about it

the first thing you both do when you move into your own estate is establish your own library - a place for colin to do his work, for you to practice your poetry or writing, he can sing comfortably without worrying about the staff - he loves resting his head in your lap while you read to him or talk through your thoughts about the books you're reading

this came to my mind like immediately but i feel like you and chuuya met in a formal setting outside of japan one time. probably just a random event with mafia undertones. chuuya's getting bored and maybe so are you and under your breath you sigh something about it in a language that's supposedly not as common out here and he perks up because wait a fucking minute i know that. and he reaches out to you!

as he gets to know you better, he's really fascinated by how broad your knowledge is. he's probably dabbled in a little bit of everything too for mafia purposes, but never in the depth of yours. that'll make for great conversations, because he'll understand you up to a certain point and then will let you talk excitedly about other things afterwards! he finds it very relaxing.

oooooh physical activity buddy! chuuya likes hanging out with you but time is limited so when possible you hang out with him while he's working out / trying to get some exercise in! he doesn't do it as often as you think (since he gets enough workout in... well, working for the port mafia) but whenever he's down for a swim or a jog he's always ringing you up to join him.

chuuya loves the opposing sides of you so much, that you're adaptable but impatient, reliable but rebellious. there's something about it that just charms him so much- and he figures it's the way he's able to figure out which side of you will come out while the others can have no idea.

oh my god cook for him please. a home-cooked meal is one of chuuya's few weaknesses. whether it's for a regular dinner or packing him a bento for a day out at work or for a special home dinner date... he loves anything you cook up in the kitchen. and he'd love to help too, except he's probably not near as proficient as you are.

like you, chuuya is very much love-starved. i can argue he's better at hiding it/shrugging it off than you, but that doesn't change the fact that, he, too, missed out on a lot of his childhood. (like literally but also u get what i mean.) once you both get your walls down, there's a lot of healing (painful, yet needed) that'll have to go on between the two of you for you to fully build your trust for one another, and it's gonna be rough but i feel like you'll come out of it much closer than ever!

please give chuuya a hug he's so touch-starved. you'll have to work through his contradiction though, because he needs and wants the touch, but somehow he cannot tolerate it. it'll take a lot of simple side hugs and gentle hand holding before he finally lets you do your big cuddles and kisses and he returns it :')

that last point you made- about wanting the other person to really want to be with you- don't worry about it, chuuya's got you. chuuya is, in fact, a really good match to that, because chuuya literally does not have the mental / physical / emotional leeway for someone he cannot tolerate. he's there with you because he enjoys your company, just a little bit more than he enjoys his own.

i think you guys will be really cute together! chuuya is definitely going to be so infatuated with you once you've thawed out, definitely not just for the food. what? of course the food's just a bonus, a big bonus. 😂 hold him tenderly and he will hold you equally as gently!

Artemis isn’t overly academic but she does enjoy learning about creatures, places, people and stories. She’d probably prefer learning small amounts of everything but get bored when things get into a lot of detail. She’d like geography when learning about places and what’s there, but she wouldn’t give a shit about an oxbow lake. Same with history, she’d enjoy learning about the Romans and the Tudors in general, and she’d love hearing about the Gunpowder Plot and Great Fire of London, but wouldn’t see the point in knowing the dates of the battle of Hastings. Who cares?! She’d enjoy the practical elements of Chemistry (burning different stuff to make coloured flames! putting mentos in coke and shaking up the bottle!) but she’s terrible with numbers so the equations would be beyond her.

Jim always aspired to be a Healer like his parents, because he wanted to help people. [1/100] Days of Productivity

Today I decided to start over. This includes not only to start a new studyblr account, but also to begin to realize how much organization, motivation, inspiration and discipline I need.

🌻Me🌻

I study Y11, first year of the international baccalaureate and my name is Rosa, although many people call me Pow either. My high-level subjects are Chemistry, Physics and Maths. I also take English and Spanish A (literature), History and Music as standard level. My native language is Spanish, but feel comfortable if decided to talk with me in English (or French! I began to studied it this year!).

Sciences are mostly my life but I deeply enjoy reading and going to the music conservatory where I play the bassoon and the piano. 90’s music and a huge cup of tea is all I need for fully concentrating.

Right now I live in Seville, Spain and I work as a receptionist in a hotel.

When I were 13 years old I started my first studyblr account (which I prefer to keep in secret) and it helped too much I decided to try it again. Thanks to the studyblr community (and studygram!) inspiration and help through the past years I manage to get a fully ib scholarship, which I am very, very happy studying it —and grateful.
