I miss creating, I used to make so many things: collages, sculptures, drawings, little vlogs, photography. I would write silly songs, I could easily fill a whole diary in a year. Now I just sit and stare at the pages. It’s hard to make anything because I am scared to make anything. And I don’t even know exactly why, consuming is all I do. I wish to retreive that childlike spirit filled with carefree creation.

I have my maths final exam tomorrow and there is still so much that I don’t know. :( I’m so stressed!!! And it’s so hard to study and focus while everyone is celebrating the summer holidays. Like I just want to read a book for fun and have a picknick. But on a more positive note: my mom bought me those raspberry hard candies which was so sweet and made me my day a little better. I love my mom. And my grandma!! She sends me the cutest messages everyday. My head is tired but my heart is full <3

Watching Eurovision and seeing Sheldon Riley, who is on the autism spectrum, absolutely made me sob. Not only because his pain is, unfortunately, so relatable to me and my experience as an autistic person, but also because it was so unbelievably inspiring to see an autistic person on stage. I rarely see people on the spectrum represented so there were some happy tears too. And I’m so thankful to him for spreading the message that autism isn’t something we have to ‘overcome’. The thing that is holding us back is mostly the limiting believes of others. And the symbolism of the unmasking he did at the end was absolutely beautiful. Also, he just sounds like an angel.
