lightly censored ;)
I’ve fallen asleep many a night,
waiting to talk to her; one
lonely heart pining for my only; I
hate that our moments together are fleeting. 
“Get in line,” she says, “there’s
too many poor saps swooning over me; too
many lovesick souls clamoring for my limited attention.” 
I wait my turn
seven days a week; this daily routine. I
love her; I can’t live without her. I
need her, like three meals a week. 
She
is my sustenance.
I am finally at the front of the line, I 
have been waiting to talk to her forever.
She
is my oasis, my only comfort
in a dry, dry desert, where
I am isolated.
I find a way to stay alive by thinking of her, of
the next time I’ll talk to her. Five
fingers clutching my heart in relief, five fingers caressing her
lips-- she is beautiful as always, dressed to the nines. I
would wait in line forever
to talk to you
one
last 
time

Could I please have a reading? I'm moving into college dorms for the first time, which is super exciting. But school's starting, which means that my depression and loneliness are going to get progressively worse until it spirals into hospitalization in a few months, just like it's done for several years. I'm not going to have a trusted adult living with me to make sure I'm okay. Is there something I should be doing to make the start of school less sucky? Or do I just let it happen and endure it?
First of all, ensure you utilize mental health resources on campus/take your meds/etc. I’m not a medical professional, so I will not be reading from a medical perspective.

Simple DIY Fidget Toy (text version)
(version with pictures here)
Materials:  -a bead -a safety pin
1.) Open the safety pin.
2.) Thread the bead onto the safety pin.
3.) Close the safety pin. 
4.) Spin the bead around. Enjoy.
Good for: texture, repetitive movement, moving parts, quiet and discreet

okay so my Physics teacher, made us write down what is known as the GUESS method. it is so helpful idk if y'all know about it, but goodness gracious it helps. G- given; write down everything the gave you. U-undefined; what you're looking for. E- equation; the equation you're using. S- steps; how you would solve it and finally S- solved; your final answer. she's the reason I liked physics and this made it so neat and organized. she literally made us do this or she would deduct points of our grade

Can’t start studying?
Get up and go for a 5-minute walk
Have a glass of water and a snack
Write a short to-do list
Get out all the supplies you need.
Sit down
Tell a friend you’re going to start studying. (If you don’t have a friend nearby, text them. Or tell yourself. Or tell a wall. Just say it.)
Turn off your phone and close any non-essential internet tabs
Do the very first step of what you need to do. If you have to write an essay, write the first sentence. If you have to read a chapter, read the first sentence. If you have to do a multi-choice quiz, answer the first question. 
Congratulations! You have started studying!
Now do the second step. Write the second sentence. Read the first sentence. Answer the second question.
Now do the third step.
Keep repeating. 
Now you’ve done more than just start studying! Keep going and soon your to-do list will be all finished.

first off, i’m surprised to see that i have followers! hello! welcome! i didn’t even expect followers but wow thank you, i hope you enjoy the posts to come
second, i’m sorry i haven’t been posting much lately. you know how it is with mental illness... things get pushed to the side and priorities are tumbling around and emergencies get in the way so i haven’t posted here in a while! that should change soon- goodness knows i have plenty of homework for display...
