Hello! I don't know if this whole "Namaste" things is a religion or not. and I don't mean that offensively. but everyone always talks about getting in touch with their higher selves when it comes to this kind of thing and I would really like to know how this works. because it sounds like something I would like to get into. if you have any ideas on what would help me with this please let me know. or this may just be weird. I'm sorry. but let me know! :)

Hi there honey! Not weird at all! Namaste, to put it simply is a greeting and a goodbye and its meaning is “ I honor or bow to the divine in you”, which is apart of the Hindus traditions. If you are looking to connect with your higher self, I would suggest a beginning of meditation, while also researching the chakras. Meditation though is not an easy thing that you just jump into, you must ease into it. In order to listen and connect to the higher self you must quiet the mind of all distractions and with that I would suggest a mantra meditation or begin finding you “AUM”. I know this all sounds like “whhhhaaatt”, but if you take the time to understand what all this is and has to offer, it will greatly benefit you and your life. Namaste!
