Official hiatus

Hey guys! I don’t wanna be typing this but I’ve come to realize that my school work and family matters have been taking over a good chunk of my life. I have been facing a creative block because of stress and more so I’ve decided to take an indefinite official hiatus on this blog.

I might still reblog some posts every few weeks or so to share things with you guys, but I’m sorry, I won’t be posting any stories until I get my life back on track.

It’s senior year so college planning, family stress, and exams have kept me doing what I love and that’s why I can understand if u guys start unfollowing this blog, but please don’t step away from me.

I will come back to this blog when I can write again and fill out all the requests that come in, so continue sending in messages and fic asks.

Also I can’t believe there are 4K of y’all but I Love ya guys all equally!!! Thanks for putting up with my writing XD

I’ll still be active on my other blog, not making any original content, but rather just reblogging and liking posts so go follow @badwolfgirlatbakerst !

Wedding Guests

Imagine Peter meeting you at Pepper and Tony’s wedding.

Anon: MORE PETER PARKER FICS PLAESSSSEEEEEEEEEE! (also I love your blog and can’t wait for you two start writing abain!) 

A/n: this is obviously a year or two from now, and I imagine Peter becoming close enough to Tony to get invited to his wedding as a guest. Anyway, hope you guys enjoy! Forgive any errors and mistakes, I’m sorry. 

Words: 960

You looked over to see Tony and Pepper sitting at their table near the front of the hall. Rhodey, Happy, and Steve sat on besides Tony, in that order. Your mother, Peppers friend, Anna; and then Peppers mother, or your grandmother, sat on her side. 

Everyone was bustling around the dining room. Chatting, eating, grabbing more food, taking pictures. But through the crowd, you couldn’t help but look over to the bride and groom table, you wished for something that beautiful and passionate as the love between. Also, your phone was taken by your mom so you were bored out of your mind. 

You smiled and your eyes made their way across their table again, Happy was nowhere to be seen, probably checking the security again. Steve was laughing and flirting with Bucky, who was leaning against the table with his metal hand sneakily shining in the lights. Tony was whispering to Pepper, making her smile. Your grandmother and your mother were in deep conversation when your mom glanced over at you and waved from the table. To which you waved back too. 

You looked down and noticed that your empty plate was gone, probably taken by one of the many waiters walking around. You looked up and around the round table, which was once filled with people in their chairs instead of purses and the remnants of those who got distracted by food and dancing when your eyes fell on a boy sitting four tables away from you. 

He was chatting with a beautiful woman, his mother or someone he knew, you guessed. She left him alone at his table and walked into the crowd of guests. His body was facing away from you but you could tell that he was around your age, with brown hair and a cute smile. He sat in a burgundy suit and his phone out in his hand. Spinning it around his fingers, as if he was also bored. 

Wait. He looked left and right, making you look left and right too, He then turned on his phone and began video taping himself talking excitedly. You tried to stop smiling but his vlogging of the wedding was just too cute. He held up the old phone and got a shot of the reception when he stopped. His eyes noticing someone on the screen; a girl watching him from the crowd behind him. 

He noticed you had a small smirk, even though you quickly looked away from him. He put the phone down and whipped around, so you faced him again. 

His confusion soon changed into an awkward smile, he waved before rubbing the back of his neck. 

You pursed your lips and waved back, realizing how embarrassed he might’ve felt with you watching him vlog. You looked down, wondering how to talk to him when you decided to just call him over. After you gestured towards yourself, he looked around, wondering if it was meant for him, which made you smile. You pointed at him and nodded. 

Peter’s POV

I stood up and tugged on my suit to fit my form well again. Finally someone young at this wedding, other than me. I slide my phone into my pocket and made my way over to the girl. 

She had stood up and made her way to the candy bar behind her, I leaned in to get into her peripheral vision, and she met my eyes. “Hi, I’m uh Peter.” I stuck out my hand to shake. 

She smiled, “Hi, Peter, my name’s (y/n),” I waited for her to shake my hand and looked down to find her hands which were full. “Here, take a bag.” She said as she handed me one of the bags filled with candy. “Seems no one here’s gonna take much chocolate, so why waste it.” She used small tongs and filled her plastic baggy with candy and fancy chocolate. 

“Uh, yeah sure,” I said awkwardly as I began to place chocolates into my bag. 

“So, are you a YouTuber? A vlogger?” She asked as she reached a bowl of chocolates in the corner of the table and placed one of them into her baggie. 

“Umm.. neither, actually. Just an excited teen who wants to document significant moments of his life.” I closed his eyes and cringed at his sentence structure. Why can’t I just talk normally when I see a pretty girl. I ran a hand through my hair and she looked up and nodded, 

“Cool, I can understand that.” She continued picking chocolates as I wondered what to say next. 

“So how are you related to Pepper or Tony?” I asked while reaching around her for some white chocolate balls. 

“I’m actually Pepper’s niece. Yeah, if you look over to the wedding party table,” She leaned closer to my chest and turned to face the the front table, “You can see my grandma and mom with Pepper.” 

As she pointed continued talking, I couldn’t help but get distracted by her facial features. She had beautiful (y/eye/color) eyes which looked like marble or jewels. Her lips forming beautiful shapes as she spoke softly. One strand of hair grazing her temple while the rest of her hairs barely touching her ears, since they were pinned up in a braided bun. I just couldn’t look away from her. 

“-Anyways, sorry I got rambly there,” she chuckled nervously as she pulled me out of my thoughts, “Let's finish getting some chocolate then get a seat at a table, ‘kay?” she looked up and met my eyes, waiting for a response. 

“Huh? Yeah sure, yeah.” She looked away and went back to filling her bag with candy, not noticing me trying to hold back a smile which was forming on my lips.

Can you PLEASE help me figure out how to do a gifset? I have spent the past two days feeling like the only idiot on the planet who can't do it! I have two gifs that I made (progress lol) and I have tried dozens of programs, watched tutorials, searched 714 things regarding it (according to my search history-dear GOD!) and tried to do it on Tumblr itself but I can never get the 2nd gif to stay a gif. It only works as the first gif then the 2nd one ends up a photo. I'd REALLY appreciate it!

Hey! Make sure that the file size is no larger than 2MB(I think, please google what the new tumblr size is) to change the length, try to view the gif in frames so u can delete the frames u don't want. Another way to decrease the file size is to reduce the physical size of the gif or lower the resolution. I use photoshop but if u can't then try to use giphy or gif maker. Hope I helped!

hey, just wondering if you're ok? you've been gone for a while, hope everything's good?

Hey nonny! I’ve been good, very stressed and busy though, I’m sorry for my absence. Finals, Standardized testing and so much more has been keeping me away from writing. I come on tumblr everyday and try to write but I just stare at the blank screen before giving up and logging off. Thank you for your concern nonny, very sweet of you!
