Do any of you ever wonder if Camp Half-Blood accidentally brought in a demigod of a different pantheon before?
This would be especially hilarious if it happens sometime after The Last Olympian/Heroes of Olympus, where the gods are required to claim their kids quickly.
A whole day passes, and the new demigod needs to sleep in the Hermes Cabin and Percy is furious. Meanwhile, the Greek Gods are pointing at each other and shouting, contacting the most obscure of mini gods. Chaos erupts on Olympus as every deity in Greek Mythology is called upon and interrogated. Hermes hasn't run around so much in centuries.
Hecate sits in silence, fully aware of what's happening, but enjoying the show too much to intervene.

What I love most about the Magnus Chase series is that Magus instinctively knows what gender Alex is each day before they tell him.

You know how everyone has heard a slightly different version of the same Greek myth? Like there’s a version we’re Icarus falls in love with Apollo and there’s a version were he knows the wings aren’t gonna hold but keeps flying anyway and a version were he doesn’t hear his fathers warning. In one version of the story, Athena is punishing Medusa, in another she’s giving her a gift. There’s a story where Hades kidnaps Persephone and one where he helps her escape from her mother. All the same myths but told in different ways depending on who tells them and to whom. Slightly different morals to gain from them but always the same basic concept.
And I just think it’s so fitting that the same is happening with the pjo show. Details change! In this version, Annabeth’s dad loves her from the beginning. In this version, they enter Medusa’s house knowing who she is. And this changes the meaning to reflect the time in which the story is told, and the people who tell it. Myths are meant to be retold again and again, thats the beauty of them. It doesn’t mean that one version is better than the other. And I love that Rick Riordan said I’ve told this story before, but what do I want to say this time? And he squeezes so much meaning into it!

THIS!!! YES!! Those wet my first thoughts too! I loved it!
ok someone has to say it. in percy jackson ep 3 when the fire braziers light up down the staircase to the basement and illuminate medusa’s giant cavern of statuary, it was giving treasure room reveal from the ending of national treasure (2004) dir. jon turteltaub

I watched the new Percy Jackson episode today, and knowing in the books how it's explained that Athena and Poseidon are constantly butting heads and hate each other, and Show!Annabeth suggests he try to talk to his dad in the temple, I feel like that was the straw for Athena. Like she was already really pissed (Over a thing Annabeth didn't even do, mind you. But after the Medusa episode we already know about Athena being unreasonable and unfair.) And then she was listening in on them in her temple, heard that, and that was when she decided to be petty. "You know what, if she dies, she dies." I know it's not stated in the show, and that it's just over the gorgon head thing, but I can still see it.
Anyway, I like how the show is establishing and really bringing home the point that will lead to the main conflict of the series with Luke, and that is that the gods don't care a lot of the time. Even with their favorites. It's stated in the episode before that Annabeth has a reputation of being the most extraordinary of Athena's children, one of the most formidable demigods alive, and even she is not exempt from the gods, her own mother, from abandoning her.

Hallmark movie idea
Big city girl really busy with her job, usually comes home to small town for Christmas to spend with her family/revisit old friends, can’t this year due big project as she was just promoted.
Maybe some early turmoil about how she’s stressed and she just wants to spend time with family, maybe this job isn’t worth it. Mother telling her no, she works so hard for this job/position and she loves what she does. And to not worry about it, they’ll figure it out.
Cue family traveling to her to spend the holidays in big city since it doesn’t matter where you are just as long as we’re together.
Maybe side story, old friend who’s been with the family so long and for every holiday they’re practically apart of the family (maybe parents passed when they were early 20s). And of course the family says you’re coming with us, it’s Christmas. And this person has been trying to get out of small town forever, but they’re whole ‘family’ is here and they have no where to go. Cue a bunch of cute scenes with lead lady where they fall for each other in the big city and friend decides they want to move there to try something new in life and to be with lead.
Cut to -1 year later- you see them moving in together and getting ready to decorate for Christmas in anticipation of family visiting.

I found a plot hole in the Princess Switch 3. Simon (from Christmas Prince) was at Hunter Cunard’s party, but who was that girl he was with? We know that movie takes place after the 3rd Christmas Prince as King Richard and Queen Amber were at Queen Margaret’s Coronation with their baby in the 2nd Princess Switch. And at the end of the 3rd Christmas Prince Simon proposes to Melissa. So again I ask the question who was that girl at the party with him?!?
