Fresh salad with AIR FRYER CROUTONS aka bread salad!😍 I’ve been obsessed marking croutons in my air fryer for a few reasons: it’s a great way to reuse your bread, they make the perfect addition to salads, and you can make a big batch and add them to your meals throughout the week! This salad was amazing - it’s packed with flavor, it’s crunchy and super delicious! Great paired with your favorite protein 🙌🏼 ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ Alert 📢 Follow 👉 @keto.correct👈 For More Keto Tips and Keto Recipes.🇺🇸 ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ Ingredients: 1/2 red onion 1 large tomato 2 Persian cucumbers 1/4 c chopped parsley 2 mini bell peppers or 1 large 2-3 slices low carb bread 2 tbsp Olive oil for the salad 1 tsp Oregano 1/2 tsp Garlic powder Black pepper + Salt to taste Croutons: Cut bread into squares, generously spray with avocado or olive oil and season with garlic and salt seasoning (salt, garlic powder and lots of oregano). Air fry for 8 minutes flipping halfway thorough at 375-400F. Every air fryer is different, make sure to eye ball them and cook for additional 1-2 minutes if needed. Chop up all the veggies, season, toss in olive oil and add croutons. Skewerless Chicken Kabobs 🔥 Need Keto resources? Check out the link in my bio! 6 servings Ingredients 2 lbs chicken breast & thighs (skinless boneless), cut into 3/4-inch cubes 2 Tbsps olive oil or avocado oil, divided sea salt and ground pepper, to taste 2 large bell peppers, cut into 3/4-inch pieces (red & yellow) 2 medium zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch slices 1 large red onion, cut into wedges 1/2 pound medium fresh mushrooms, halved 1 cup ripe cherry tomatoes 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning curly parsley, to garnish Instructions: Season your chicken with sea salt and pepper on all sides. Heat half of your oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add in the chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until golden-brown and cooked through, 10-12 minutes. Set aside and cover to keep warm. Meanwhile, in a large bowl add all of your prepped veggies (besides tomatoes), garlic, Italian seasoning, and season with a pinch of sea salt and pepper. Stir to coat well. Once the chicken is done and set aside, and preheat the remaining oil in the same skillet again over high heat. Add seasoned veggies and cook for 4-5 minutes, or until tender-crisp. Return the chicken back into your skillet together with the cherry tomatoes and toss to heat everything up. and serve with brown rice or quinoa. Some lunch's Suggestions 🤤 . . . 1️⃣Sourdough Flatbread Crisps three ways. _Dairy-free chive cream cheese with nova lox 🐟 and spicy salad micro greens 🌱. _Avocado 🥑 and hard boiled egg 🥚 with flaky sea salt and cracked black pepper. _Hummus and ripe tomato 🍅 with flaky sea salt. 2️⃣Tuna 🐟 with mashed avocado 🥑 on little sourdough toasts with lemony white beans over arugula, cherry tomatoes 🍅, chopped red onion 🧅 and kalamata olives. I used canned tuna packed in olive oil with a squeeze of lemon and the white beans were tossed in extra virgin olive oil, fresh lemon juice, sea salt and cracked black pepper😁 3️⃣Two creamy scrambled eggs 🥚 with toasted sourdough 🍞 and avocado 🥑 smash topped with crumbled feta, herby tomatoes 🍅 and cucumber 🥒 with olive oil and sea salt and lemony arugula 🍋🌿 4️⃣Lunch today is leftover grilled salmon with boiled eggs, chili roasted chickpeas, avocado and baby kale with lemon, olive oil and grated Pecorino Romano cheese.
