This salad was amazing - it’s packed with flavor, it’s crunchy and super delicious! Air fry for 8 minutes flipping halfway thorough at 375-400F. Every air fryer is different, make sure to eye ball them and cook for additional 1-2 minutes if needed. Chop up all the veggies, season, toss in olive oil and add croutons. How come this nutritious food has such a bad reputation..?? ✅Fruit is a natural whole food that is FULL of micronutrients for our bodies. For example: Raspberries, Strawberries are full of healthy fiber. Blueberries packed with antioxidants. Bananas have potassium. These are GOOD and ESSENTIAL things for our bodies….and yet somehow because there is fructose….they are labeled bad. The naturally occurring sugar in fruits is absolutely fine to consume! 💚The way the sugars are structured in the whole raw fruit is not bad for you in any way. ❌However, when we juice the fruits, the sugar becomes more concentrated, making the juice less nutritious and less natural. Up to 90% of the fibers can be removed, even during home pressing of fresh products. ❌The problem with our food is not the sugar itself,... but the PROCESSED, REFINED, FAKE sugars and the amount of consumption! 🌟🌟 First Time Coconut Rice 🥥🍚🌟🌟 . . . Ingredients, two cups white rice, one can 13.66 Oz coconut milk(Or close to it. Doesn't have to be exact), one tablespoon coconut sugar, three cloves of garlic, one and a half cups of water and one teaspoon sea salt. . . . To make: First, I rinse off the two cups of water with drainer. I rinse three times so the water becomes clearer. I heard that the water will never become completely clear. But I try to get to clear as close as possible. Next, I do my measurements. For every half a cup of rice I use 3/4 cups of water or edible liquid. So For two cups of rice I use three cups of water or edible liquid. So because I was using coconut milk I used half coconut milk and half water. So I used one and a half cups of coconut milk. Which is about one can of coconut milk. 13.66 is close to 12 oz. 1 cup is 8 oz. Also used 1 and 1/2 cups of water. . . . After the measurements, I put in one and a half cups of water into a pot. I also put in the tablespoon of coconut sugar (You can use any sugar you like), one teaspoon salt, and three chopped garlic cloves. Once the water goes to a boil, I add in my coconut milk and white rice. I don't need to cook the coconut milk on it's own so I add it in with the rice. The coconut milk also has fat so no extra oil is required. I return the pot to a boil. Then I turn the rice to low heat. Level 1 or 2. After turning it to low heat I put the pot cover on. If some of the coconut milk starts to overflow, quickly take the pot cover off for a few seconds. Then put it back on .After, I simmer the rice for 20 minutes. Then the rice is complete. . . . Bringing back an oldie but goodie with a twist. If you want it to look more like the banana sushi rolls you’ve seen me do in the past, you can roll the banana in almond or cashew butter, then roll it in hemp and/or chia seeds. Since this was a pre-workout meal, I wanted more punch per bite, so I dipped each banana slice individually. I used almond-cashew butter w/ cinnamon. This snack or pre-workout meal offers plant protein and healthy fasts in the form of hemp seeds, almond butter, and cashew butter. The banana gives you potassium, which will help with cramping, and healthy carbs for energy and brain health. This combo is excellent fuel for your body, and great for gut health!
