some simple tips from your mermaid to protect your energy ✶

note: this is for entertainment purposes only ! ⛧

⛧ visualization: visualize a force of protection around yourself. this could be a white/gold light or any color of your liking. view it as a bubble of positive energy around you.

⛧ candle magic: use a white or black candle, light it with intention and speak an affirmation while lighting it / watching it burn. if you have any, you can also use herbs or oils to dress it with.

⛧ salt bath: there's specific mixes that you can purchase that include salt as an ingredient for a bath. use affirmations while bathing and visualize the negative energy going down the drain.

⛧ crystals: if you have the option to purchase crystals, these are my go-to crystals for protection: clear quartz, black obsidian, selenite, amethyst, black tourmaline.

⛧ talisman: or having some sort of protection charm could be a great option as well. you can turn one of your favorite jewelry into a protection charm or carry a small item around yourself.

⛧ incense: frankincense is my favorite incense for protection, you can also use others but make sure you choose one that may not be in closed practices such as paolo santo or white sage.

⛧ affirmations: or if you are religious- prayers. some affirmations you can use: i am protected by (god/universe/crystal) at all times - no negative energy is allowed near me.
