maths study tip:

do a past paper worksheet for each individual maths topic in your course, if you get a question wrong screenshot it and then insert it onto a word document under the maths topic heading. after you have covered the course create a priority list of topics, the first topic should be the one with the most screenshotted questions. once you have corrected all areas you can move on to memorising necessary formulas and formal past paper practice.

create a safe space for studying. repeat after me, create a safe space for studying. take after me, i like to clear out a big table, light a pink rose candle, have a big mug of vanilla coffee accompanying me, no music only timers, each subject's study resources are sat separately in order of what i am studying next in my study routine.

dress according to the academic aesthetic. think, spencer hastings. cable knit sweaters, intricately tied back hair, no-fuss hygiene routine, and thick socks.

wake up early, stretch, have tea/coffee, and then kick off your day with an inspirational episode of gilmore girls (1.02, 1.04, 1.18, 2.02, 2.04, 3.03, 3.08).

go out on study dates, go to the library or a lovely little coffee shop.

ditch the music, say hello to timers, pomodoro timers provided on youtube, and atmospheric study session youtube videos.
