One rice cake, 6g mini marshmallows, 7g dark chocolate

Method
Tear the marshmallows in half and and them on top of the rice cake
Beak the chocolate into thin slices/ chunks and top
Place in an air fryer for a few minutes (until the marshmallows are soft/ pillowy and warm and the chocolate has melted)

Super low cal tomato soup and grilled cheese
Soup (80g no added sugar pasta sauce, 40g water, 2g balsamic glaze), one slice of white bread without crust 33g, 20g cheddar cheese, black pepper, mixed herbs.
Macros
Cals: 199
Protein: 9g
Carbs: 22g
Fat: 8g
Method:
Lightly toast the bread and then gently cut through the crust so you have two identical slices. Then cut off the crust
Then add the cheese on the toasted side, top with the other slice, ensuring the untoasted parts are on the outside
Mix the sauce, balsamic glaze, water and herbs together and heat
Toast/grill the sandwich
(Cutting off the crust almost halved the Cals of the bread)

Cal estimate?
I’m thinking about 900 bc there’s honey and butter on the carrots and parsnips. I had to finish the whole thing because I was with my family but I didn’t enjoy it one bit. I ate really slow and was chewing a lot per bite (which was very small) and I finished last even though my dad had like 2.5x the amount I had.
It’s still such a disgusting amount of food. It’s just unnecessary. Plus I’ve been made to have a cream cake, which is like 400 minimum.
Such a waste of Cals. But I’ve taken some digestive enzymes and I can workout super hard tomorrow.

I think I need to start eating a low sugar diet, I’m really worried about my teeth. I don’t want cavities and I’m scared I might be developing them on my molars. Plus why wisdom teeth are coming through. I also have a small amount of pre decay between two of my teeth which is very worrying.
