Sunday morning HIIT (20 minute workout) 1️⃣squat jumps / bodyweight squats 2️⃣butt kickers 3️⃣reverse alternating lunges 4️⃣fake jump rope 5️⃣walkouts 6️⃣half burpee ⏰ work=40 rest= 20 Repeat each section 3x at the best of your ability. E.M.O.M. EVERY MINUTE ON THE MINUTE 1️⃣Goblet Squats or bodyweight squats - 20 reps 2️⃣Alternating Sprinter Crunches - 20 reps 3️⃣Burpee (no push up) - 20 reps 4️⃣Plank Knee to Elbow - 40 reps ⏰ 1 min intervals Perform each exercise targeting the required amount of repetitions in the 1 minute time slot. After completing reps, the remainder of the minute is your rest before moving on to the next exercise. Complete 5 total rounds of each exercise for an easy 20 minute total body workout that you can do at home or at the gym. This guy was one of my first clients. He trusted in me when I first got certified and had nothing to show for myself other than my own gym accolades. Well now he’s officially 60lbs down from when we started. It’s my fault that we don’t have any body pics and I’ll have to accept that, but you can definitely see the change in his face. If you ask me I’d like for him to lose another 20-30lbs, but he’s definitely happy with how far he has come and who can blame him? I mean he started with a 48 waist and currently wearing a 38.
