TEASER BELOW THE CUT (APPROX. 500 WORDS)

“—he’d only say that because he’s been scorned by love,” Younghoon lamented from the stage, his arm braced along the back of Miyeon’s folding chair. Props were still being finalized between a couple options, but Jun had found a bunch of folding chairs in a closet that you could use for the bar scene. Everyone’s attention moved away from invitation-less friends to friends playing pretend. He made a dramatic gesture, clutching his heart, then straightening with a laugh as he teased his friend who wasn’t in the scene. “I still think it’s stupid that he and Alex never worked out.”

Eunbi’s eyebrows flew up to her hairline as her hand, holding a water bottle that would later be replaced with a drink glass, froze in mid-air. “I’m sorry? This is news to me. Since when did Kai and Alex even have a chance at ‘working out’?”

Miyeon let out a delighted gasp. “Oh, where to begin?”

Yerin piped in with a lazier gesture with her water bottle. “They weren’t always sworn enemies, y'know. Once upon a time, the ‘lovebirds’ were actually lovebirds,” she chuckled at her own joke—or, her character’s joke.

Younghoon explained, "Their parents pretty much pitted them against each other since the end of middle school. They used to be friends, actually, and they were top of their class in practically everything. Except…"

"Academic League?" Eunbi guessed with her brows twisted. "I remember hearing about something like that."

"Yeah, I mean," Miyeon added, "something happened in junior year and it's been like that since."

"What happened in junior year?—"

Jihyo watched the performance with narrowed eyes, her body leaned forward onto her knees. "This sounds awfully familiar."

The three boys turned their heads her way. "What do you mean?"

She shook her head, eyes fluttering. She made a face and cocked her head to the side in thought. "Okay, maybe it's not exactly like what I'm… Jun, you remember when Yn told us about—you know?"

"That she almost confessed to Hyunjae? Ow! I'm sorry!" Jun yelped as Jihyo slapped his shoulder, hard.

Jacob and Kevin exchanged wide-eyed glances. "She almost confessed to Hyunjae? When?"

Jihyo sent Jun another hard glare, to which he sheepishly raised his hands in surrender, before replying, "Yn said offhandedly once that in junior year of high school, she was almost going to confess her feelings to Hyunjae, but then suddenly decided not to."

Kevin leaned his chin onto his fist. "Huh…"

"I don't know how I didn't even notice this before when I read through the script," Jihyo thought aloud. "Alex and Kai are Yn and Hyunjae—just…with a different ending."

All four heads turned to face forward once more, except, their attention zeroed in on you and Hyunjae. YH!Yn had appeared beside you, most likely updating you on the progress of the massive prop project she was working on for the play. You listened to her report intently as Hyunjae sat next to you, his head leaned onto your shoulder as he played some game on his phone. It was far too soft, far too—there was no way you based this all off of your own experience with Hyunjae, right?

Drew Starkey x Reader

Summary - You and Drew Decorate the tree.

Word count - 922

“Drew!” You squeal of him picking you up and twirling you around in the kitchen.

“Missed you so much, baby,” Drew grinned, kissing your forehead, popping you down on the floor to look at your gorgeous face.

“I’ve missed you too,” You have a sparkle in your eyes just for him, “Have you eaten?”

“Mm, have you?” Drew pulls you closer, cupping your face, “Yh, I cooked myself something,” You nodded, kissing his lips gently.

“Beautiful,”

“How about we decorate the christmas tree?” Drew suggests, taking your hand into his as he kicks his shoes off and leads you where he put the boxes of tinsel.

“Yes,” You excitedly ran to the box’s in the living room.

You and Drew built the Christmas tree a couple of days ago but were too tired to decorate it. Then Drew was busy with work, you wanted to wrap the tree with him.

“Tinsel,” You pull out, tinsel full of gold and silver pigment.

“I’ll hold it, while you wrap it around the tree,” Drew suggests, loving the way your eyes light up at the tinsel, it’s such a small thing but for him, it means a lot.

“That’s good, doing such a good job baby!” You nod to his praise, feeling confident to wrap more silver and Gold tinsel around the tree.

“Lights,” You pick up a bunch of lights, “Drewy, they are all tangled,” You pout, shuffling over to him.

“I’ll help you untangle them, princess,” Drew chuckles, when you pass him an end, “I don’t expect you to do it yourself,”

“They are so tangled!” You huff.

“I know,” Drew hummed, “Fucking remind me never let Chase and Rudy to take down our Christmas tree again!” He rolls his eyes playfully, laughing.

“ok, Baby, calm down,” You laugh with him, rubbing his shoulder. You're sitting on the floor together untangling lights, when Drew randomly kisses you out of pure passion.

“What was that for?” Your cheeks go a raspberry tint as you blush. Your heart beats fast as butterflies swirl around your tummy. You love Drew’s touch, you savour the way he caresses you, kisses you, even how he holds your hand.

“What?” Drew scoffed, “Can’t I kiss my beautiful girlfriend,” He grins coming right up to your nose, rubbing his nose with yours.

“You can,” Your breath hitched, giggling, “My handsome boyfriend,”

“Do I make you nervous baby?”

“You do,” You whisper, feeling his hand tuck a piece of your hair behind your ear. Soon after his lips press onto your perfectly, plumped one’s into a soft, tender kiss.

“Mm, you make me nervous too,” Drew confesses, completely forgetting about untangling the lights for the Christmas tree. You face each other, holding each other’s hand.

“How come?”

“Because you make my tummy swirl with butterflies, your as usual gorgeous, smart, funny, always know how to make me feel good even in hard situations,” Drew carries on, “You take good care of me as you love me, and I love you so much,” he rubs your hand, directly looking at you in your Y/C orbs.

“I love you so much too,” you smile leaning into kiss his lips intensely passionately, full of care and love as you swirl your tongue around his mouth.

“You make me feel all of them too, safe and warm,” You added on grinning, giving him a cuddle.

“Always,”

“We still need to do the lights,” You pick up the lights, you already untangled most of them together, only a couple of loops left.

“Done, finally!” You sigh, “I say this year we tangle chase and Rudy’s lights,” You smirk.

“I agree,” Drew pats your head.

You wrap them round as Drew holds them for you.

“They are so pretty,” You say in Aw as you see the red and white lights around the Christmas tree with the normal lights off.

“Just like you, my love,” Drew whispers in your ear, his arms wrapped from behind you as he kisses your cheek, “say to yourself,” You giggle.

“Just take the compliment,” Drew teases, you hit him on the chest playfully as you gasp, “Mr.Starkey I do try to take your compliments with Grace,” You strutted along the floor away from him.

“Awe, baby come back,” Drew made grabby hands to you.

“How can I resist you,” You tease, “I still think the Christmas tree is better than you,”

“No you don’t,” Drew whispers, “Yes, I do,” You continue.

“Mm, I so believe you,”

“Nothing to better than you,”

“See, I told you,” Drew smiles, bopping your nose making you giggle again as he takes you into his loving arms.

“We still need to put the balls balls on,”

“How could we forget?” Drew raises an eyebrow.

You go to the box to hang them up on the tree with Drew.

“There.. perfection, better than last year!” You smile, kissing Drew’s cheek.

“My perfect baby, always making everything perfect,” Drew takes a picture with you and the Christmas tree, putting it on his social media.

Captioning it - My Christmas baby, full of perfection.. love you ❤️

“Let’s get to bed, it’s late and it’s the perfect time to cuddle,” Drew leads you upstairs as you nod, getting your pjs and brushing your teeth before sinking into his chest as you cuddle.

“Mm,” You sigh in content in Drew’s toned, strong arms, “Night, love you,” You whisper.

“Night, love you too, princess,” Drew whispers back, giving you a goodnight kiss. You both drift asleep into each other’s arms.

Sunday confession:

No shade, but I'm tired of insecure tomdayas. Yh, timdayas are annoying and they tend to poke the stick at us but, to think that both Tom and Z having spent nearly a month in a carribean last yr, it took only a press dune 2 tour for her to realise Tom ain't the one is crazy. How are you a fan of her and question her like that?????

Like, I'm not a fan of Timothee rn now, but I was a fan before, and I know for a fact he has always had a lot of female friends as well as male friends. Kiernan Shipka is one of his oldest friends, and she's known him since early in his career, and her mother would drive him to auditions when he stayed with them in LA. She even made a funny joke about Timothee being present during her dates because she was nervous to go alone.

Now Kiernan is a pretty girl. Does that mean that they dated just because they are both attractive and close friends? No. Even when he was in college for a short period of time, he had a female roommate as well as a males. Did they date? No. What I'm trying to say is that Timothee's type is Kylie, lol. Yh him and Z are good friends, but that's it, lol. Just like him and Florence, Taylor, Saoirse, Lilli Reinhart, Molly Gordon....the list goes on. She and Tom spent most of last yr together. If that's not a sign, things are good, then I dont know what is. If it was to break down, it would've broken down by now. Maybe some of you guys should start curating your fan experience and stop projecting.

Also, Kerry and Tony are not good examples because their fame happened as older actors show that the fandom is more nuanced to shopping, and they both have spouses not in the industry. Like most of their fanbase are in their 30s, no shade. I'll be damn if I'm on stan twitter past that age, no shade.

Either way, REAL Tomdaya fans are NOT threatened the least bit by Timmy lol. It's obvious he's like a brother to Z. They have a brother/sister relationship. Idk why some people can't sense that? 🤷🏾‍♀️ He has the same friendship type relationship with Z that he has with Florence if you ask me.
