idk, y'all live so far away. i think it would have to be @celeritas2997. she wouldn't like it, but she's going to have to live with it. plus, she'd visit me in prison when i inevitably couldn't deal with the guilt and turned myself in.

🦷 share some personal wisdom or a life hack you swear on?

if you don't mind travelling in the back of the plane (read: waiting for everyone to de-plane before you) and you're travelling with one other person, make sure you check the seating options at the rear of the aircraft when you select your seats. sometimes in bigger planes (A380s etc) there are options for two seats side by side right down the back. then you don't have to have a random sit with you and you can go to the bathroom guilt free 😌 this hack has made my life so much better on long-haul (read: 10 hour plus) flights.

🥐 name one internet reference that will always make you laugh? 

i have a 'iconic memes' folder on my phone and all of them make me lose my shit. i have a soft spot for those really stupid medieval memes.

🐚 do you like or dislike surprises?

obvious from my anxious girl aesthetic but i HATE surprises. unless someone wants to organise a surprise birthday party for me because i hate organising things for my birthday (which is why i haven't had a birthday thing in like 15 years).

12) Who is your favourite character to write for? Why?

My answer: I pretty much only write fanfiction about Charles Carson and Elsie Carson (née Hughes), but if I had to choose between them, I'd say Elsie. I've always found myself drawn to her for multiple reasons. She is fair and kind and yet strong and knows her mind. Perhaps things I can see in myself, too. And it does help things that she is, indeed, a very much older woman than myself, for I recordedly have a thing for older ladies. She was also the character I wanted to and did read fanfiction about first when I discovered fanfiction some years ago. Also, lastly, I find myself wanting to fill in the cracks and make her story whole, so to speak, after watching the show and realizing there is so much left out potential in her character (and Phyllis does play her so wonderfully)...Perhaps I could be able to give her the attention she deserves, which was solely missing from the actual show.

23. What’s a trope, AU, or concept you’ve never written, but would like to?

I'd love to write a true enemies to lovers. Several thousand words of tension-fueled bickering. Or even better, exes to lovers. There's something really delicious about two people with a lot of history picking at each other, because they know exactly how to do it to really make it hurt. Just the angst, but also the lingering chemistry. The pining. Because I've not written enough pining (lies).

13. What feedback did you receive for your writing that stuck with you?

- Well, first of all, I have this absolutely horrible habit of rambling and writing sentences miles long (:D), so I may have received quite a bit of feedback about that both in English as well as in my mother tongue. Every now and then I still often find myself typing like a total madman, without breaks or periods in between, so I try to go through them and cut them down in smaller sections. I don't nearly always heed that advice, but I try to. Because now I notice that when others are doing it in their writing, rambling on and on without breaks, it's harder for me to read and stay focused. :D So, yeah, I think it's important.

There have been other kinds of feedback over the years, mostly small things that I've tried to keep in mind. But since they are mostly minor things and I've noticed that other people don't always follow/know them in their writing either... *shrugs*.

18. Show us a piece of dialogue you really like.

Ohh, man. 🙈 I wrote this part in my latest wip a while ago and it may not be my best dialogue ever, but I like it regardless:

Yennefer’s face lit up with a grin and she laughed. “Oh, yes, Prince Charming,” Adding fuel to the fire. “I'm sure he’s delighted to come back home to his biggest fanboy ever.” “Oh, knock it off…” Cahir moaned, giving her a small kick with his left foot. Ciri and Yennefer giggled in response, and Fringilla hummed, amused. They all knew about his crush, teasing him about it at any chance they got, and it didn’t make him feel any better. “I’m sure he’s just pissed after another shit day at work and that he has to come home and see my sorry face after everything I’ve done…” “Nonsense,” Yennefer gave him a small slap on his backside which made him jolt. “He’s going to be so happy to see you again and he’s gonna keep fussing all over you and cook for you and we’re just gonna sit here and watch it all happen. Maybe pop some popcorn while we’re at it,” She turned to look towards the kitchen, then back at Ciri. “Do we have any?” Ciri shrugged and Cahir lifted his head from the pillow, scorning. “We? You don’t even live here!” “Oh, don’t be such a sourpuss, C; we’re practically family,” Yennefer brushed him off and dug out her phone from her pocket. “Should we call him and ask him to bring us some on the way back?”

21.  Who is/are your favourite character(s) to write?

You're making me choose my favorite children. I love them all equally.

Buuuut...if I really had to choose, September would be the clear winner in my Festival Project wip. He's messy and contains multitudes (in both the literal and figurative sense). Following quickly behind him and tied in second place is Hero and Mariela. Mariela for being a combative live wire and Hero for doing his best, even when he'd rather go to bed.

But [September] braces himself for when he can’t. When staring into the dark void in that bright halo of light will make him shatter across his timeline.

38.  Weirdest story idea you’ve ever had

The most recent weird idea I've had (and executed) is a story about a gas station employee working the night shift and attending to the needs of unique otherworldly clientele. The story opens with the main character having their brain scrambled while trying to interpret a request for gum.

🐇 ⇢ do you prefer writing original characters, reader inserts, or a mix of both? 

reader inserts!! i’ve been writing them since i started writing at all, and i only delved into original fiction/original characters when i was a teenager, working on nanowrimo projects!

reader inserts will always have a place in my heart 🥺♥️ they’re self-indulgent by nature, and isn’t that why we all read fic in the first place!!!

🍬 ⇢ post an unpopular opinion about a popular fandom character

omgggggg the struggle of trying to think of something!! 😩 i don't know if this is an unpopular opinion but

i think that izuku would be a difficult partner to be in a relationship with 🥺 his sense of responsibility as a hero is so strong, and even though he went through that vigilante arc that 1A helped him get through (you're not alone, izuku!!), i feel like he'd still have difficulties maintaining a work/life balance 🥺🥺🥺 which would lead to compromised time and energy for his partner. i think it'd take growth from him + full knowledge and willingness to accept izuku's nature from his partner to make a relationship work!

76. Did you have any ideas that didn't make the final cut of Wildfire?

OHMYGOD. Did I!? Yes, absolutely. I had soooo many ideas that didn't make the final cut. Steve and the Reader were initially supposed to have a much more sexual/enemies-to-FWB-to-lovers story arc, but after I started writing, it just didn't fit with them in the slightest.

I had so many more fight scenes planned with them yelling at each other or like destroying buildings to drop on each other. Like volatile and miserable.

But as I was writing, I was like noooo, these people are in love with each other, and they always have been. They're just really hurting right now. So the enemies angle didn't work.

Maybe for another time though because that would be fun! xo

my partner, my (relatively) healthy body and the fact that my cat is going through a phase of wanting to sleep in my arms.

literally anything, i'm not fussy as long as it isn't mean. i love all comments - short comments, long comments, comments that quote things, comments that make funny jokes, comments that just consist of keysmashes. they are all precious to me 💜

Writing in GENERAL or writing Fanfiction? Cause i mean writing in general I just have always loved books and stories and always wanted to tell my own stories.

Fanfiction is more specifically reading other people's fanfiction and going "Okay this is so good but also what if...*insert crazy thing here*"

🎶 Do you listen to music while you write? What song have you been playing on loop lately?

Oh man normally I do! I've actually not had a favorite list of songs for a bit and that I think has contributed to me not writing much right now.

That being said, I've been listening to Erasure, The Hollywood Undead, and the OST from Poppy Playtime mostly recently...

12. Are there any tropes you used to dislike but have grown on you?

So I've always had a very major squick (due to past trauma) with age gap/power imbalance. Bad enough that I've had a handful of tags blocked on AO3 and tumblr for years. Then the dreamling fandom came along and kind of turned a lot of that on its head? I've been able to read so many fics with those themes and not be bothered by them at all (quick note that if I was bothered, it would be entirely my own fault and not at all the responsibility of the author). In general, I think dreamling fandom has introduced me to a lot of things and I swear there's something new thrown into the pile of "stuff I didn't realize I was into" every single day. It's been a breath of fresh air after several fandoms that felt very heavily policed, where kinks were considered a reflection of a person's moral code. Cannot stress enough how happy it makes me.

18. If you wrote a sequel to [insert fic], what would it involve?

You didn't include what fic you wanted me to talk about here so I'm going to pick the one I've been thinking about the most lately (outside of the mafia au). There's a sequel/epilogue to by the minute kicking around in my head that's entirely @valeriianz's fault because she came up with the entire idea. Think first date. Dream and Hob trying to be so normal™. The small talk! The awkward tension! The vibe of "I watched you masturbate over video chat and you're also the most beautiful person I've ever seen in my entire life, but how about the shit weather lately, huh?" Of course, one of them would crack, the lack of hinge would be very apparent, and then the other would immediately follow suit because "thank god I'm not alone in wanting to jump you across this table right now". The whole thing would be a lot of silly fun. So I'm really tempted to write it and then use it to fill my public sex bingo square. No, they would not actually fuck on the table in the restaurant. It would be somewhere civilized like the restroom.

Already answered 74 so have a WIP snippet from a Gaz whump fic titled 'Speak Now'

"Gun up. Weapons hot. Sweep for hostiles."

You do, and the effort it takes to not let your eyes drift to Gaz's bloodied and broken body as you both approach is immense. Your footsteps fall exactly where Price's are, an instinct bred by countless hours of training overtaking you in a near-primal resolve. Your scope is clouded by smoke and debris, but there's no motion you can see even as the dust clears.

When Price seizes Kyle by his vest and drags him back to safety it leaves a grotesque, abstract smear against the ground. For a moment your eyes linger over it, forgetting your mission and instead allowing panic to once again rise within you.

There's so much blood.

Gaz doesn't make a sound, and that's even more horrifying than if he'd been screaming, crying, whimpering from the pain. It's only once he's concealed behind a low wall that you drop your gun back to your side, hands reaching, seeking, staining with his blood. You follow Price's instructions blindly, resorting to a part of you that acts entirely automatic. Yet you can't stop looking at his face. It's drawn, ashen, eyes closed even as his chest rises and falls under your hands. There's warmth between your fingers, his heartbeat in your hands, the thrum, the gush of blood oozing past your palms-

6. Are there any fics from others you reread all the time?

I think the one I've re-read most is Locker Room Blues by @mantorokk-writes . There was a time last year in the Eddie fandom where a lot of posts were about how Eddie would love girls with big boobs and since I'm very very VERY flat-chested and I've been bullied a lot for that at school and insulted by just random people even after graduation for it, this fic means a lot and helped, and still helps, immensely with that insecurity

18. What’s one of your favorite lines you’ve written in a fic?

It's from Worlds Apart.

I will always, always love you, Eddie Munson. I've been using this line as my personal Eddie tag, too.

Hmmm I don't have cut scenes because I always use these for oneshots and other series so they'll all gonna be posted at some point but here's one I haven't started turning into a drabble yet. It's a little nsfw.

“Nuh uh,” he admonished with a mischievous whisper, “First things first. I want a pet name. Make it good, and then I’m inclined to sate the desires of your weak flesh.”

“My weak flesh,” you echoed with a chuckle, “I’m not the one who woke up all hot and bothered.”

“No, but you pawed me while I was fast asleep and helpless against your devilish spell,” Eddie drawled with a shit-eating grin.

“I was caressing you.”

“Groping me.” He gave you the sweetest, most mischievous wink. “You're my sweetheart. I want a pet name, too. Make it good.”

“You won’t even let me contemplate?”

Eddie gave a feigned gasp, leaning up on his elbows. “Contemplate? You don’t think about pet names. You just say what comes to your mind when you think of me. So what comes to your mind?”

You grinned. “Raccoons.”
