비앙코가 맛있어서 두번이나 마셨는데 레드는 어떨지 궁금해서 구입해봤다

처음에 지허잔으로 먹다가 와인의 향을 지나치게 날려버려서 리델 파토마노로 변경. 지허잔은 다 좋은데 볼이 넓어 향을 과하게 날려버려서 와인이 되려 맛없어지는 상황이 발생한다...😱 퍼포먼스를 잘 뽑아내는 와인이 아니라면 데일리 와인 마실땐 리델로 마시는게 좋을 것 같다 😅

리델 파토마노 피노누아 다른색 사고 싶어서 인터넷에 찾아봤더니 가격이 15만원 😱😱😱 언제.이렇게 비싸졌지?!?! 2-3년전에 12만원에 샀던 기억이 있는데 와인값도 오르고 글라스 가격도 무지하게 올라갔구나 내 월급만 그대로 🥲

막 오픈하자 우유, 연유향이 퐁퐁 올라온다. 데일리 와인중에 이렇게 오픈하자마자 우유향이 나오는 와인이 있는데 주로 호주 쉬라나 스페인쪽에서 이런 향이 자주 나온다. 포도로 만들었는데 우유 연유향이 나오는게 참 신기하다.

지허로 테이스팅하다가 자꾸 산미가 튀고 향이 올라오다 말아서 시음 실패 X.X 으악 이렇게 맛이 없을 수가... 이래서 와인 마실땐 글라스도 중요하다 무조건 좋은 글라스를 사용해서 맛있어지는게 아니라 와인 컨디션을 보고 글라스 선택하는것이 중요. 이 와인은 지허잔을 사용할 정도로 퍼포먼스가 좋은 와인은 아니라는 것 (뭐 테이블 와인에 큰 의의를 두지 않지만 지허잔을 사용할 만큼의 와인은 아니였던 걸로..)

연유와 산딸기향 은은히 올라오는 야생화.

야생 블랙베리와 블루베리, 블랙 커런트와 같은 알이 작고 검은 베리류와 같은 과실의 풍미가 잔잔히 느껴진다. 눈에 띄게 압도적인 캐릭터는 없고 와일드하고 부드러운 텍스쳐의 와인. 복합미나 허브, 플로럴의 느낌은 거의 없다. 굳이 플로럴을 따지자면 히아신스, 제비꽃의 늬앙스는 있다. 마시기 편한 테이블 와인.

이날은 글라스에 따라 와인 맛이 바뀔 수 있다는걸 알게된 중요한 순간이었다.
