Hey, had this image of Morpheus as a massive Raven hovering in the air behind Daniel in my head and thought you would maybe like it as well. Maybe I'll draw it one day but until then I've written it. Hope you enjoy this :)

The dark entity rises in front of Dream while he watches with neither anger nor fear only a hint of curiosity on his fine boyish features.

"Now Dreamlord what shall I do to you, after I’ve slayed your oh so loyal pet?" The entity gestures dismissively to the bloody body of the Corinthian lying on the ground. "You are just a child after all nothing like your predecessor. Not even worse a challenge, letting others fight your fights."

Dream’s lips twitch. "I apologize for the transgressions of my nightmare, he is sometimes a bit overeager." A short glance to the side confirms that said nightmare is already getting up again while cursing quite colorfully under his breath. "But if you rather want to measure yourself with my predecessor than me I can certainly ask him if he would be willing to do so. But I should warn you he won't be in the best mood. As far as I know, he had a date planned for this evening."

"What?" The entity frowns in confusion. Dream however closes his eyes and hums under his breath. The Corinthian has by now staggered to his lord's side complaining about his ruined suit. After a moment the new Dreamlord opens his eyes again and smiles a little bit brighter now. "He will be here shortly." The smile gets a little mean tilt. "I hope you don't mind his form though, he was indeed not pleased to be interrupted."

Before the entity can answer a strong wind sweeps over the area. Sand and little stones swirl around and lift into the air. The wind picks up more and more before a huge black shape dives out of the sky.

With one powerful beat of its massive wings, it stops short of touching the ground. Black as night it hovers behind the young man, making his white curls and clothes dance in the gust of its beating wings.

Dream smiles up at the monstrous raven, the stars in his eyes reflecting back at him from the dark ones of the beast.

"I'm sorry for the interruption of your evening but this guest here thought you would be a worthier challenge than me," the young man says with a beatific smile.

A deep rumbling scratching sound, a grotesque rendition of a chuckle, comes from the raven. "Then he must not know who he faces."

"It appears to be so. But perhaps he would like to compare, if you would like to join me?"

Again the rumbling scratching chuckle from the raven, "With pleasure. Let us show him the old and new terror of Nightmare. He may decide afterward which was more to his liking."

The Corinthian scoffed, "Sure you haven't gone soft in your retirement Morpheus?"

The raven turns his massive head towards the nightmare. "You are welcome to judge as well, little nightmare. Though I do not think this will take long." With that the raven turns to the entity in front of them. It seems to flinch when the dark eyes fix it in place. "Not long indeed. Shall we, my dear successor?"

"After you, Morpheus," the young man in white says, smile still on his soft lips, though as he turns to the entity, sharp teeth seem to glint behind them.

Just Morpheus and Daniel tag teaming and completely obliterating whoever thought to stand in their way. Morpheus would be so offended on Daniel's behalf here. How dare anyone think his successor would not be better than him. 

Btw no idea what the situation with Morpheus here is, he is retired but can still visit the dreaming and be either nightmare or dream, really no idea, only had the image and no context XD

I love how you captured Daniel, the 'boyish' sweetness with something decidedly more sinister lurking beneath the surface. He's so assured in this and it's sublime. The way his challenger uses Morpheus as a goad, but Daniel just shrugs it off in a, 'Well, it's your funeral' kind of way. 😅

I absolutely adored the relationship between Morpheus and Daniel. I think so often, we (myself included) picture their relationship as an imbalanced mentor/ student or retired!human/Endless one. But here, they have such a fist bump, we got this moment. They've got a perfect equilibrium in power and relationship and I love it! And Morpheus being offended on Danny's behalf. My heart! 💖💖💖

And the Corinthian rushing in there like a protective attack dog. Even though he knows Dream can more then handle the situation. Because ofcourse he would. And I think I'm now going to have to offically headcanon Cori getting a cheeky one liner in about retirement/here's the old guard/OK boomer whenever he meets Morpheus. 🤣

Hmmm, I've always liked to picture the relationship between Daniel and retired! Morpheus being more fluid. Almost a ying yang in that they have a little of each other in them. There's no saying Morpheus can't still tap into a little Endless in the Dreaming, while Daniel can tap into a little humanity in the Waking. Especially in regards to your fic, I love to think the links not entirely severed.

Yeah you are right I need to draw our scythe boy man more !

For real I really want & need to draw him more but I have lot to do as well and either don't managed to find the time or don't know what to do... still I managed to draw him a couple of time this year already so that's cool!

Anyway about his family! I'm glad you ask! I still haven't ALL the details (such as names I'm bad with names) but I do have a timeline of events and a couple of more precise ideas. (not gonna share everything here)

I really wanted to draw him and his family since a while as well but never got the occasion before, so thank you!

And it’s one more picture drawn from the old workshop! (Yeah one day i will draw all my headcanons of the photographies of the old workshop. It’s one of them. I like to think at least one is from his family).

Now, for me his parents are more in OC- Original Characters territory. And I headcanon he got a little sister (around 4+ year younger than him. Born the same year as Laurence. You see what I did here 👀).

They’re a pretty basic XIX/19th century working class-farmer family really. But I mean we're in bloodborne world so with chance, the level of life is a bit better (especially in education) than in real life. So yeah I imagined at the beginning he came from maybe a farmer family living in periphery of Yharnam or Hemwick when he was a child. With his parent, sister, + grandparents, cousins of his parents & his aunt ( a badass lady!) near. Thanks to his family & parents, Gehrman learnt almost everything he needed in life (work, repairing things & craft, surviving skills, hunt, cook, sew etc). I also like the idea that he could have foreign origin from either one of his parents or his grandparents at least. (But compared to Laurence who have half foreign origin too mr hunter actually inherit the tall genes compared to his friend XD)

The only thing missing would be a thirst for knowledge and he only had books & museum (& maybe a bit school too) to help it. Until well Byrgenwerth.

Also Gehrman was quite an unusual kid compared to his peer and that sometimes did worried his parents. Either he got interests far from kid his age or he was straight up out of the norm. (pretty oblivious he liked typical girl toys for exemple but was kind of a loner too. But also mean, one day they found a hurt bird on the ground. And the first thought the kid had was to mercy kills it... instead of just idk letting it here let nature do it's work... well in the end they took the bird in and heal it until it could fly again👍)

But he did fantastic things as well and they are very proud of him for that! He found huge meteorite in a field one day, he saved his dad life (kinda drama too), he killed a sick & dangerous wolf who was attacking cattle and almost lost his leg! No not because of the wolf but because of a trap... yeah he got hurt way too much on his right leg way before losing it...

Then I guess the mom passed away?? And his dad, sister and him moved to Yharnam, when he was a teenager. So yeah not always easy and even if his father probably tried hard at first, the more time pass the more he kinda suck. That lead to lot of yelling and almost fighting between the two men. (thanks god the sister was there🙏 yeah crying if not getting mad at them usually calm them both very efficiently). His father except his kids to basically take care of things at the house and that everything should ready when he's almost never here to help. And when he is, he's generally not in a good mood. So yeah I thunk he missed his mom (and aunt too) quite a lot...she was very nice and very kind and he misses her presence for sure.

Wen he got his majority or close to it, the big epidemic strike and his sister sadly passed away from it... it brokes him, nothing hold him back anymore so he leaved from his dad's and went to find some work. Still, a bit later they did reconcile! You know typical father/son activity! Like hm hunting...

Then I guess his dad passed away?? Yeah it's not very clear for me either maybe he could still be around, but I know that he ended all alone at some point and Gehrman got sick. He went to get heal at Byrgenwerth but they had to cut his leg to save him. Then he leave the region for a couple of years before coming back to study at Byrgenwerth!

I don't have precise names as well. I'm bad to choose them and it's not like I absolutely need them either. Still, on my list of names for OC I might had a few that could work. Hm ok I actually might have a more precise idea for his father. I think it would be very very funny if his father's name is like Herman or a name very similar to his own just for the following exchange :

"Oh that's your dad's name ? I see... he must have been very inspired to name you when you were born then 🤣"

Gehrman : Actually my parents named me after the legend of this guy but ok I guess 😑

OH I ALMOST FORGOT TOO!!!

but a few months ago i came across this beautiful painting! And immediately it made me thought of Gehrman or his parents back then! Either Gehrman in a very specific AU of mine hehe but i think it could also just illustrate his parents 🥺

In the end you are right too. I should share more ideas / thoughts and headcanons on him as well when I find the time. The ones I could probably never wrote in a proper story so better draw + write some posts about it (such as : conflict with Laurence + with everyone + his grief after Maria passed away ; I swear I'm gonna draw him with his dog I SWEAR it's on my wip list ; I finally got an idea for an halloween costume for him 3 months after halloween 💀 ; hm 🤔 idk some lil shenanigans with the others too; how he got his red scarf 🧣 ; ah and more time while as a student supporting Laurence bullshit or encouraging him).

Since Quetza is in the @sonic-oc-showdown, I figured I'd fill out one of these questionnaires I've seen around. I apologise, I'm not sure who came up with it, but I first saw it on @bunnymajo's page.

Quetza claims to be either the reincarnation, descendant, or chosen one of the ancient god Quetzacoatl. The answer differs each time you ask her, but it's hard to deny. She's a snake born with wings and she has magical abilities, specifically control over wind and air, and shapeshifting, which is why she has four arms. She travels the world, looking for clues about her true nature. She has an easy going nature and can be shy, but opens up quickly to those are friendly to her. She loves fashion, junk food, and video games. She doesn't like to fight, but can defend herself if she needs to, using gusts of wind to fly around and using her shapeshifting to extend her arms or tail for quick strikes.

✨How did you come up with the OC’s name?

She's inspired by the Aztec god Quetzalcoatl, the winged serpent god. Quetzalcoatl means "precious serpent" in the Nahuatl language, so her name could roughly be translated as Precious the Snake!

Note: It's pronounced KET-zah. :)

No, she's changed a fair bit since her first design. I literally added the extra arms cos I thought it was cool and her hairstyle has changed a lot (as you can see in the above pictures). She also used to be a rattlesnake cos I thought it would be cute if she rattled when scared/angry. IDK, might bring that back.

I like snakes and I always thought the idea of a snake with wings was cool. I really fell in love with the concept of Coatls in D&D a while back so I wanted to make that my 'sona.

So like uh uhh uhm I have another Lego au idea :D, well more of a scene with context I guess??? Idk, kinda like the last one I did, honestly this is just a idea I want out my head lmao (again feel free to use this idea, I have too many fics already DX)(also don't judge me I got this like in the middle of the night :p)

So here the context:

So Emmet (in apocalypseburg) is tired of people like underestimating him and stuff etc. Etc. So he goes through a villain arc, kinda like Rex but without the Undar, then hatches a plan (now imma refer to this Emmet as Rex but like Rex still looks like Emmet or something, or maybe not you decide) Rex is gonna build a time machine to stop himself from saving the world (tlm 1) so then Rex builds a time machine and then goes back in time the saves himself from Bad Cop, then like Lucy comes stuff,

Rex then pretends to help Emmet and stuff until like that countdown scene where everyone is gonna get electrocuted

(in my head Rex isn't tied up like everyone else, maybe he like escaped through the vents and then found himself in the electrocution room [I forgot the name] with everyone tied up/restrained [I know it ain't that good of a story but like, I got this idea I the middle of the night, leave me alone XD])

Then Emmet ask Rex for help and then Rex is like "nah bro, these bitches are uncool, theyre like macho jerks to us in the future" then Emmet is like "fym by that" then Rex reveals he's him from the future (no duh if like Rex looks like Emmet but oh well) then they fight and Emmet falls down the building to the realm of the man upstairs

So like I guess this is the scene???:

Emmet is sitting strapped to a chair, then he saw Rex coming

"Rex!" Emmet shouted "thank goodness your here! Help me out!"

Rex looked around the room, at all the master builders looking at him,

At all the people who were jerks to him, even after he sacrificed himself

Rex smirked

"sure thing" Rex said, Emmet smiled "after the countdown ends, that is" Emmet's smile dropped

"Rex, but they'll die if I don't get out of this!" Emmet shouted, Rex shrugged,

"so? They deserve it after all they've done to us" Rex said

"what are you talking about?!" Emmet said

"Emmet, I'm you from the future" Rex said

Then like they fight and stuff, then Rex accidentally pushes Emmet off a building into the realm of the man upsatairs

Rex watched as Emmet fell, the battery falling with him, all the master builders were free,

"Emmet!" Lucy yelled, Rex looked at where Emmet fell, Emmet was In the realm of the man upstairs, Rex had to go after him, since Emmet would save the world after Finn found him, he had to prevent that, so Rex jumped in as well

The like Emmet and Rex fight and stuff, etc. Then like Rex loses, Emmet saves the world, the Rex wants to restart but everyone gangs up on him (or something since Lucy doesn't have the heart bomb) and time machine broken

I actually don't know whether or not Rex would disappear here, since Emmet might become him in the future In apocalypseburg now that I think about it, but eh, I haven't thought that far. Plus this is just an idea I need out of my brain.

(i genuinely could not tell you, i think i just randomly came up with and stuck to it)

🌼 - How old are they? (Or approximate age range)

(as of blog canon she is currently technically in her early 30s but being undead because of a parasite complicates age things lmao)

(i have an internal idea of "shes been here for 4 years" but if she crashed at 31 that'd make her 35, so idk)

🌺- Do they have any love interest(s)?

(Clova/@green-captain-clova is currently her only "canon" love interest, so he's the default if someone asks if Frankie has romantic feelings for someone, but unless he's specifically mentioned/brought up i'm pretty open to figuring out new ones? she was already non-canonically shipped with Olimar before i made her blog, so this is not new lmao)

(tbh i'm not particularly attached to any of her ships so far, i just like giving her interesting dynamics with people. the slight ego boost from someone else's character having feelings for her is nice too lmao)

🍕 - What is their favorite food?

(i honestly could not give a straight answer for this one! Frankie likes eating anything i think, though as per her Koppai blood she has a slight bias towards fruit)

💼 - What do they do for a living?

(before Frankie died, she was part of a recon squad called the Four Corner Recon Squad. basically her job was to go either by herself or with a partner to planets that have been discovered but not explored, hang around there for about a week, and then report back so it can be decided if proper explorers should be sent.)

🎹 - Do they have any hobbies?

(i feel like she might like casual dancing if she tried it, but that's probably because i like to imagine characters dancing XD might also be leftover Olimar vibes)

(in a way, i think one of the things she does best is try to hold herself together under stress. there're things that will inevitably break her, but she has a surprising amount of resilience for someone who's easy to unnerve.)

(Frankie loves to swim and relax in water! it's genuinely her favorite thing in general, but especially now that she has gills and has all this clean water. she likes ferrying a small amount of non-blue Pikmin across water too, as a lot of them haven't been anywhere near water before.)

(she hates having to sacrifice Pikmin for... obvious reasons. she also hates having to run away from a fight she started because she thought she could take it.)

(a day she spent with her grandpa on Koppai when he took a week off work for once! she was 9 years old, and they met up with her granduncle, Drake. It was her first time boarding a ship, seeing Koppai, and eating fresh fruit all in one day.)

(the day she got the news that her grandpa, Omi, had officially been declared MIA. she was 14 and took it extremely hard, especially when her mother told her rather bluntly. Frankie shut herself in her room for weeks...)

(sort of? she was created with a specific suit design (both pre and during PNF-404), but for pikposting canon she's now wearing a Rescue Corps suit. so technically she has a "new design" but not a full ass redesign)

(Frankie was originally inspired by this animation meme of the Pikmin 1 bad end set to Bloom by j^p^n. i don’t remember how but she just kinda came into my brain as i listened to the song on loop a lot. the animation of Olimar falling with a broken helmet helped inspire the way she died.)

(she was also born from my want to explore the original pikmin hybrid Olimar, and then Pikmin 4 came out and punched me in the face lmao)

(fantasy, psychological horror, adventure, i think!)

(she's a stealth trans woman and straight!)

(overall has the opinion of "she's not bad, she was just trying her best". ...That doesn't stop her from moving out later, though.)

(her story, i think. just the way she's had all these ups and downs and that she's a captain and tries to stay strong but she still has things that'll break completely break her down)

(i also like that shes very easy to use for vents because she deals with self dehumanization and the feeling of being disconnected)

(not as often as i'd like! mostly because i'm kinda burnt out on long formal rps and the amount of informal rping i do makes me not feel like drawing her. i do have ideas, just. not the energy.)

(i technically already have/am, but she's been revived twice and will get revived again, so that doesn't exactly count. otherwise i dont think so! it'd be really difficult for her to die anyways though, there's two Wraiths and several Pikmin who definitely wouldn't let her.)

(Doctors. even before she becomes very "scientifically interesting" she has a phobia of doctors. i have no reason for this, she just does lmao. maybe it's a holdover from gone home au, idk.)

(in a way you could say Tion/@tion-posting is, though i'd describe her as more of a foil than being an outright rival, though she's also a bit antagonistic towards Frankie at times.)

Sonic Prime - More thoughts

Hi,

so, I watched the older Teasers, and I had a few ideas. This is kinda a part 2 of my earlier post.

People often talk about how Rogue is now part of the team. Which may or may not be true (also, I circled Amy for those who haven't noticed her).

What speaks for it:

She is seen in multiverses.

She is with Sonic and others in Green Hills

Both points are valid. But there is one thing that may suggest otherwise. Rogue is flying quite far behind the plane. It's more like she is tailing it than following the rest of the group. I think it would be better for her to hold onto the plane like Knuckles (so hilarious XD). She would also conserve her strength for later.

So my little theory is, while she is more frequent with Sonic's team, she is still mainly Shadow's partner. How about Shadow's asked her to keep an eye on them after his battle with Sonic? Given the clash, I can see Shadow being disoriented for a few minutes and thus losing Sonic.

Without knowing where to go, Rogue could search a bigger part of the area than Shadow.

I can't get over this! Do her shoes with heels have some sort of "platform" to connect it? I just think it looks hollow. I guess high-platform shoes would be better for fighting but I'm not so sure about climbing. Which the sole may be customized to help with.

Also, as stated in the previous post ("It seems not all Badniks have a Flickie.") I was wrong as you can see one right behind her ear, flying out of the robot's head. But I searched the other destroyed robots, and I can't seem to find one (not even in other teasers).

Either it means not every robot is powered by Flickie (maybe trying out an experimental power source) or we just don't see it (not every escaping Flickie has to be animated). But still... some of those trashings look really brutal ^_^;

Also, will there be other little creatures (the pig, penguin,...)? My guess is - No. Why "bother" with others when we won't be in Prime-verse for too long. The majority will be around Shatter-verse, meaning Flickies will be either different (Primal-verse Flicky) or non-existent (perhaps Dystopia-verse). Not that I wouldn't like to see them ;-) It just doesn't feel important.

Zoom in since this seems to be a moment Sonic goes from Primal-verse to... somewhere else. Also, tried to capture all the gloves and shoes we can see. The second ones are from Pirate-verse. The third ones are probably from Dystopia-verse.

Notice, there is a round emblem on all of them. I wouldn't be surprised if Dystopia-Tails was responsible for Sonic's gloves and shoes changing form in each Shatter-verse. He seems to know a lot about them.

Also, the Dystopia-gloves are different in color in this one scene. Otherwise, they are whiteish. They may have another function besides being a fashion-icon XD. Like boosting Sonic, changing shape, giving him Wolverine-like claws, or even allowing him to traverse Void between Shatter-verses.

What I find interesting here is, that I thought this is one scene, but nope. Sonic already has new gloves and his old ones upon landing. So either he had lost footing (maybe trying out the new shoes to learn how they kick... pun intended XD) or this can be an animation mistake.

In the previous post, I mentioned that it seems Sonic will go back and forth between the Dystopia-verse and other worlds. So this can be also him returning back before he learns how to land XD

There is one more thing I want to talk about. On sonic.fandom.com I've found this synopsis:

The new trailer shows more of the plot: After a fight against Eggman, Sonic accidentally destroys the Paradox Prism causing him to be sent to another universe, where he discovers that in this universe he doesn't exist, here "The Council" an evil group of five versions of Eggman that come from alternate dimensions rule with an iron fist, Sonic alongside alternate versions of his friends must work together to prevent the Council attempt to take control of the Shatterspaces and Sonic to find a way back home.

So that means we get to have two multiverses.

Prime Multiverse

Shattereverse

Yeah, I know it sounds kinda dumb, but it makes sense (kinda? ^_^;). Normal Multiverse is where Sonic was born (and exists in all universes) and the other is What if... he was never born in any of the universes of Shatterverse.

This can result in one more thing - Shatter-Metal Sonic. It makes perfect sense. There seems to be no Prime-Metal Sonic. Otherwise, he would be there with Dr. Eggman. On the other hand, The Council never had to deal with somebody like Sonic.

So, after their first defeat (I really think they will stick around for at least the whole of Season 01), they may analyze Prime-Sonic and build his robot version to deal with Sonic. Which again brings in tons of possibilities and a new prominent character.

Okay, I may want to talk about another thing. What about Shadow? We know Prime-Shadow may be stuck in the Void, but how about his Shatter-Counterparts? They can exist. And again, it may be Shatter-Shadow that will fight Prime-Sonic instead of Shatter-MS in Dystopia-verse. It would be weird not to see Shadow's version at least once. I wouldn't be surprised if The Council created or weaponized Shadow, but sealed him away due to the high risks of going berserk.

The crazier part is that the son could actually go off on the bullies if he really wanted, he's a strong kid for his age (with their dads they could be menaces if they really wanted to). But reader is either too nice, it's easier for them to just do nothing (in their words), or/and maybe they just deserve it (or etc whatever reasons you wish). You could add a little extra such as a teacher knowing but saying nothing or etc XD. You don't have to do this is you don't want to.

when he was sure you were okay he drove to your school and he was ready to commit arson, he wanted everyone that bullied fired of the school and when he talked to your teacher he really tried ot keep his calm

he saw he was scared but he didn't care, nobody hurt his son

he was coming to ask if you needed something when he heard one of your friend say "and what about that guy that was hitting you the other day?" and izana was so mad, he wanted to open the door and know who was the asshole hitting you

he doesn't care if he was a teen, no one touch his family

he waited until one of your friend came down to search for something and he asked them who it was, telling them not to tell you he knew and they told him everything, they were ready to give the adress and everything if it meant you'll be safe

izana then searched info on him and his family and when he got to him he threaten him, saying that if ever hit you, talk to you or look at you he'll know and he won't see the colour of the daylight ever again

after that day everytime he was seeing you in the hallway he was turning back

Has there been any moment where our dear found family has been able to show off their teamwork with all their might and get a positive response from anyone witnessing them? Like, I know that they'll eventually make enough friends that such a thing will be common, but with a stranger? SWUP: Everyone's reactions on Derrick if possible please, because even though he might be careful enough to not be seen by anyone, I can already imagine James (Was he the one interested in aliens and all things related like a conspiracy theorist?) being between over the moon for another alien race that he can look from afar (I'd say study, but considering how dangerous Derrick is, it's better to not get too close), and Vicky stressing herself out into keeping him far from him when she isn't busy in a fight or, worse, fighting Derrick himself XD LuckyBen!AU: Would Ben (nekomata), Gwen, Kevin and/or Rook ever try ranching out in anything they do? Like, perhaps Ben has a youtube channel where he does tutorials into some exotic coffees (different from the ones he does in the coffee shop though (unless his boss watches his channel and chooses to make them too :V ) ), Gwen perhaps taking in an intern or 2 to teach them the ins and out of alien ambassy so she can have her workload loosened up a bit, Kevin pirating programs because, let's face it, he would totally do that if only to screw with the owners and probably steal some money from them in the progress, and Rook could write a humans guidebook, like the one used in the tag "Humans are Space Orcs" XD Gecko: Let's leave the characters for a bit and make an ask about the town itself, how is the situation in that place? FLEE: I would deffinitely say that Leo and Tristians protective elder brothers trope over Robin has been a thing. Robin may be a savage child but that won't stop the pair from using their own bodys as meat shields to protect her. It took Leo a while to get to that point.

As for the rest of the potential members, I haven't thought too much into it- I'll deff think about it now though.

With strangers, Tristians a lot more friendly, willing to help. It makes him very naive and suseptable to possible kidnappings/robberys.

But Leo is there to kick ass, and Robin is there to bit ankles.

SWUP: James is in LOVE with Derrick. An alien? a possible anti-hero!? Oh my god. He swoons. It's just like his one comic book about the anti-hero alien dude. James must know more. James must... Become his friend.

Derrick's a lil creeped out, but is happy to accept any and all compliments. The little narcisist he is.

James' Police dad (i forgot what i called him ;;; ). Has no clue of Derricks existence. Derrick is right under his nose like a bad smell. But he just can't find the source of the chaos. So naturally he'll blame it on SWUP.

Sara doesn't know whether to like him or not, he runs circles around poor SWUP, but does he mean any harm? He's never hurt SWUP... I mean he has, but SWUP recovers fast. And the way SWUP acts around Derrick makes Sara just... confused. She's neutral, so maybe he's ok?

Courtney despises Derrick. He commits crimes? Illegal, bad. How dare he. He must be arrested. Does he have a license for flying? No? Illegal. Must be arrested. He parks in a spot with paying for a ticket. Ooh. He must be jailed.

Charlie. Like James, loves Derrick. But to a lesser extent, James is Charlies numero uno!

And of course poor... poor Vicky has to do her best to keep everyone away from Derrick. Easier said than done.

LuckyBen!AU: Ben has no online persona. Too paranoid- if someone were to recognise him through the way he talks it's over.

Of course Gwen is happy to teach new recruits. She doesn't do it often cause she's required to be upfront on the battle field. She normally just volunteers in her free time.

Rook is the same, all work no play- except for the times he goes to see his family or grab a coffee.

Kevin would so do that. Loves his tech, loves his computers- a little bit of a nerd- but if it makes his tech work better, faster, stronger, he'll do it.

GECKO: The people are quite blissfully ignorant to the outside world. Their normal is our strange. Of course they don't see the odditys Mac has run into, unless they somehow do. Of course they're a secretive people, so you never know if they actually know.

They're also very friendly, offering newcomers (MAC) free snacks as he gets settled into the neighbour.

Unless you meet Hamish. One of Macs coworkers. Great guy, friendly, talks a lot. You think he's full of shit, like how continues to brag about his sexy hot beautiful girlfriend. But he's actually telling the truth.

He also talks about a lot of disappearences that happen to tourists/newcomers. He doesn't elaborate. He says it so easily it sounds like it's normal.

Does Hamish know more than what he lets on?

There's also Macs landlady. She's a little harsh- she lives on her own in the outskirts of the town. She knew Mac's mum as a kid. She mentioned at one point that there are more people that houses in this town. Of course Mac thought she meant there was a homeless problem. But as Mac grew to know the town better, there would be no homeless. The streets were empty after dark.

Most people discourage going out after dark.

There's something in the woods. Watching.

RWBY's Love Language - Part 2

Hello friend ! I'm back at it with a second part and whatever character I can think of ! (Among which best boy Oscar because he deserves it, and also more adults)

Oscar Pine

So ! While I love Oscar with my whole heart, honestly guessing his Love Language is no easy feat. One thing for sure : touch isn't is thing even if it's how everyone else chose to communicate their love.

I saw a post a while back detailing how Oscar is always putting his hands up as a barrier when he's scared or uncomfortable and that makes me cry a little instead but it's true TT. Anyway...

In the latest volumes we've got quite a bit of comforting Oscar-talks but I have to wonder how much of that is due to Ozpin's influence really. As a result I've decided to settle on... Acts of Service or Quality Time ! This is based on a few details : when people are upset with him in one shape or form, Oscar was always very eager to prove himself useful, give some aspect of concrete help (such as cooking a Casserole, ringing any bell ?). Plus I imagine that's the exact brand of help his Aunt would have needed most on a farm. Added to that, he always seems fairly happy to be included, be with the others no matter what's going on. Training ? Yay ! A movie with Jaune & Weiss ? Smiling puppy look. Fancy party ? Shenanigans together ! So yea, I love seeing my boy loved and hugged but please everyone settle for the loving he's most comfortable with <3

“She made a choice! A choice to put others before herself! So do I.”

“Oh, uh, yeah. I thought you guys would appreciate a hot meal after... spending all day looking for me, apparently.”

Ozpin

For our favorite immortal wizard aka not quite dead Headmaster... I think the answer is rather obvious. When you're so careful with your words, but also so fiercely devoted to humanity, Words of Affirmation is a must. Ozpin constantly does his best to calm, to reassure. He's good at controlling the conversation and getting people where he wants... Except he more often than not use it to make them think and help them reach an healing ore motivating conclusion. This man is so insisten on giving and cultivating hope, so painfully aware of just how much words can change... There's no doubt in my mind that it's through these very same words that he tries to fight the darkness in others' mind, even when they don't want to let themselves be persuaded. And with some help from the farmboi, Ozpin is gaining in honesty and earnestness. And that can only help in giving comfort.

But to be honest... If you offer him a hug I doubt he'd refuse, and he definitely deserves one. Also therapy. For Oscar too. Everyone in therapy 2k21.

Emerald Sustrai

Now here I'm gonna go ahead and say that the way Emerald has been taught to express her love and the way SHE would rather preffered to be loved most likely do not align. At the side of someone like Cinder, and even Mercury who isn't exactly the most emotionally vulnerable person; the only brand of love that gets an easy pass is Acts of Service, and that's probably what Emerald is the most used to. I can go on a mission with you. I can help. We go right back to the "I can be useful" mentality and I'm not sure she's been shown any other way honestly. Let's be real though : if someone offered a hug or some gentle words ? She'd probably pout & fuss but I hardly doubt she'd object.

“I don't care about Salem! But I owe Cinder everything. You want to fight her that bad? Be my guest.”

“I just... Cinder was the only family I ever had. She cared about me, taught me things... But without her here, I don't know if what we're doing--”

“I've been working on my Semblance. I can help. I won't tell anybody.”

Pyrrha Nikos

What's with everyone and dedicating their whole love toward just helping their teammates anyway they can ?! Stop ! But any way, you guessed it. I'm pretty sure one of Pyrrha's top way of showing love is Acts of Service, and nothing means quite as much to her as Quality Time. For someone who's been put on a pedestal and has a hard time relating to people; both touch and words can be a bit awkward. But if they're wrapped up neatly in a training session or semblance explanations ? Well that's already a more familiar area. Pyrrha gives her whole to her friends and those she cares about. And in exchange, if anyone can simply... be there and spend time with her... May it be at the ball or simply sitting in the courtyard... I'm sure our girl would be delighted.

“Jaune, you know if you ever need help, you can just ask.”

“I'm constantly surrounded by love and praise; but when you're placed on a pedestal like that for so long, you become separated from the people that put you there in the first place. But thanks to you, I've made friendships that will last a lifetime.”

“I'll do it. If you believe this will help humanity, then I will become your Fall Maiden.”

Qrow Branwen

If I say Gift Giving for the corvid, is someone gonna hit me ? Come on it's fun ! Okay, more seriously... I think this kind of love conversation is kind of a necessity for Qrow. With a semblance such as Bad Luck, making everything complicated... Qrow tries to keep his distance from those he cares about. And since he's an emotionally repressed (but caring) asshole on top of it... Well that kinda narrows down his option. You know what DOESN'T put anyone at risk but can still bring smiles on their face ? GIFTS. Shiny things, souvenirs from his missions all over the world to give to 2 smol nieces. Sounds safe right ? That said, as any good emotionally unavailable character in this show, I gotta say Qrow probably has a thing for helping out and making himself useful in relation to Oz, Tai or the rest of the inner circle. So you know what that means *whisper* Acts of Service.

That said ! When it comes to receiving some love back... Qrow probably likes everything he doesn't allow himself to have. Soft touches, loving & comforting words, spending time with a friend without his semblance making everything complicated... We know that's all he wants.

“You idiot. I know you didn't do this.”

“Look, pal, I'm not sure who you are, but you need to leave my niece alone.”

“No one wanted me... I was cursed... I gave my life to you because you gave me a place in this world... I thought I was finally doing some good...”

Clover Ebi

And among our newbies (and gone too soon) friends we have Clover ! Clover was a very good contrast to our dusty old crow but also a great help. Kind-hearted, perceptive and honest; he knew just how to put Qrow's self-loathing in his place and push him to give himself some credit. He always had a nice word or a joke for everyone, and visibly the rock of the Ace Ops : an expert a keeping the moral up and the mood companiable. Evidently, Words of Affirmation was his expertise. Had things gone differently, I'm sure we'd have had time for many more earnest and helpful conversations with this teal-eyed fisherman.

“It's a good thing they had someone to look up to and get them through it. Not everyone is so lucky.”

“I meant deflect a compliment. Those kids wouldn't be where they are without you. You've had more of an effect on them than you realize.”

“We don't have to fight, friend.”

Winter Schnee

And today in the "emotionally unavailable" category we have... Winter Schnee ! TALK ABOUT YOUR FEELINGS PEOPLE ! Just - I would say look at Ruby but even she doesn't talk about her bad vibes... Nor does any of the "Words of Affirmation" peeps. Honestly what's wrong with y'all people ? Anyway Winter cares so much. Is it hidden behind professionalism and a stern *big sister* demeanour ? Sure. But it doesn't negate just how much she loves her closed ones. She's fiercely loyal, and even if she doesn't let her personal feelings get in the way of her duty and doing what needs to be done, no one is allowed to say she doesn't care. Countrary to Weiss, Winter doesn't seem as good nor as aware of the love that exists in simply *being* with people. Rather, she's dutiful and ready to help any way she can when given the chance. You guessed it, yet another Acts of Service kind of love... Maybe I'm doing this wrong XD. I'm on the fence about Words of Affirmation as well. Despite her standoffish looks, Winter has always been very open & reassuring during her discussions with Penny. But she's more stern when it comes to Weiss so I dunno x)

“I don't recall asking about your ranking, I'm asking how you've been. Are you eating properly? Have you taken up any hobbies? Are you making new friends?”

“You've grown up a bit, haven't you? You're not the little girl clinging to the family name anymore.”

“You can't just buy trust like everything else! You have to earn it!”

Another little detail about Lisa as a ler - she always tries to look bored while completely wrecking you to tears. Like, for example, if you try to call for help, laughing your head off, she'll just yawn and then dig her nails right into your worst spot as a reminder that no-one can save you from your punishment~

But Lisa knows each person's limits, so she'll never go too far. And she'll offer you a nice cup of tea as an apology, right after she's done with you~ ☕✨

I think she sometimes tickles Venti, Kaeya (woooow, who would've thought, Ami-), and also Barbara, Traveller and Diluc from time to time.

She spends a lot of her time at the tavern, so Venti and Kaeya became her drinking buddies pretty quickly. So, one day, she saw a very amusing scene with the corner of her eye...

“Dihihiluc plehehese!..”

“I've told you already - it was your last glass for today!”

And her brain was like “Adorkable✨ಠ_ಠ”, so now our little bard suffers random small (and sometimes not so small) tickle attacks from Rosaria. She literally needs to just lightly poke the back of his neck with her finger, and Venti will immediately scrunch up his shoulders, giggling silly. Same thing with Kaeya. And Rosaria really enjoys hearing their little squeaks and seeing how their faces turn lightly pink from embarrassment ahiosyodocch-💞

And she just can't help but poke Diluc a few times whenever he gets annoyed with some late guests, because “Man, loosen up a little, bro-”

My personal favourite scenario with ler Rosaria..? Well...

As soon as sister Rosaria joined the traveller's team, regular physical trainings definitely became a thing. After studying her new companions closely for some time, she came up with an idea of how to make her trainings a little bit more fun for them. It looks like a regular game of tag. Rosaria is usually the one who hunts her friends, but she can actually make a very good team together with Razor, because he's a master of so-called “Tickle hunting” lmao-

And merciless ler Rosaria is gold, but soft sister Rosaria just makes my heart melt tho–

So whenever she catches one of her friends, starts tickling them and hears their shrieky giggles, the corners of her mouth go up slightly. Even if no-one can see it.

Also, she's not very talkative during the tickling. Rosaria doesn't that she's good at teasing, but sometimes she can be pretty mean without even realising it XD

Oh, and I can't stop thinking about...

Okay, imagine our traveller just walking around in Mondstadt at some late hour. And sister Rosaria is just chilling in some dark corner, she's on duty, she's serious. But she sees the traveller in the street and goes: ಠ_ʖಠ

TWEWY: The Animation - Episode 1 Review

Like a bolt from the blue, it’s time for the TWEWY Anime Review!

After a lot of anticipation, it's finally here, and I sure do have a lot to say. So no stalling—let's get to it!

The show starts off right about where you’d expect it to—Neku waking up in the Scramble Crossing—and to me, a strong feeling that “the animators did their research”.

From the early scenes where Neku dodges incoming traffic in a movement style reminiscent of his dodge animation in TWEWY, to the poses and facial expressions of the characters introduced so far, the way the show is presented and paced feels not only natural, but authentically “TWEWY”.

Remember this pose? She also does the hand-wavy thing too, but animated, and it's great.

Of course, the foundation of this authenticity is the amazing art style that we knew we were being treated to from previous trailers—not just colorful and vibrant, but endearing through its simpleness, immersive, and an overall pleasure to look at. Then, throw in the excellent voice acting from some notable voice artists, well-executed dialog that feels accurate to the characters, and thankfully, actually treating partners like they're both important—I was admittedly sort of worried they would make Shiki seem a bit too weak/helpless, but she's moving around, fighting, and carrying her weight like I'd expect her to—and you get something that I think is, at the very least, trying to do justice to the source material as best as it reasonably can.

However, while the art style is pretty great when there's not much movement going on, it does take small hits from the usual pitfalls of 3D/CG animation. The variance of thickness in the lines and slight heaviness in the movement as the models are rotated in combat scenes feel like they give themselves away, and it can sometimes be a little bit difficult to process what's happening in fight scenes. I felt this was especially evident against the bear-like noise where Neku and Shiki do the anime's version of "syncing up" for the first time.

However, as long as you're not analyzing it too much, it shouldn't be a deal-breaker or anything. It's not like the CG jumps out at you or anything, right?

Story-wise, it's an adaptation of a game, so it's given it's going to cut some corners and simplify some things—but again, I don't think anything that's a deal-breaker has been cut-out yet. Smartphones are updated, missions might be simplified a bit, and Rhyme can apparently shoot energy-somethings around, but I think it's paced so that people who haven't played the game won't lose interest, which I think is fair given that RPGs can be a bit "slow" to get interesting.

Further more, even though we're only a single episode in, we've already established the core cast of both player characters and antagonistic ones, and just enough information has been given to give us a sense of what the characters relationships are—or in some cases, could be.

Rhyme and Beat seem to get along fairly well, while Neku and Shiki... well, don't, actually, but also Shiki is so forgiving and flexible it kind of works out, and Neku DOES show signs that he's not a jerk at heart.

And like in the game, Neku adds a bit of tension to everything, but the goodwill of everyone else keeps things going for the moment. In the mean time, the viewer is getting used to the whole premise of this "death game", what the enemies are like, and more, and I think just setting things up like this is all we could ask for in an intro episode.

Beyond the story and visuals though, it would be a disservice not to mention the music, which features both familiar and original tracks that I think are mostly used well—one could maybe argue the game songs don't perfectly fit an animation context, but if they continue a balance of hitting us with the soundtrack-based fan-service and playing music that fits the actual context, there should be nothing to worry about.

While I don't have too much to say on the general sound design, it definitely felt fine and fitting enough that... well, I don't have anything to say. Sometimes saying nothing is a good thing, yeah? Just not necessarily in Neku's case...

Given that it's the first episode, me and everyone else watching are forming first impressions, but it'll be exciting to get comfortable in this visually mesmerizing show (the scenes that don't clearly look like CG are seriously, seriously beautiful IMO—I'm actually kind of moved, haha) and see how the pacing adjusts as we go through the... well, you all know how many days it is, right? ;) For now though: thanks for reading, I look forward to your thoughts, and I'm excited for the next episode! --- First Impressions: 7.5/10 if I'm trying to be objective about it (it's a game adaptation, it can only be so good imo), but 9/10 because I'm a diehard TWEWY fan XD

Hey Seyary!! I'm not sure if you answered a question similar to this, if you did I'm sorry. If you haven't then I'll wait enthusiatically until you answer it. How is Sokka's journey through part 3 going to be? I know he is going to travel a lot, but what will his travelling amount to? It is a too spoilery question yep, so feel free to not answer it =') Buuuttt, I assume he will have his own plans and Azula her own on "how to save the world", but his main priority is going to be set-Azula-free, keep her safe and be with her again right?? This might tie a bit with how-will-the-war-end, so again feel free to not answer it privately or not at all x'D

Azula will make certain requests from Sokka by the end of Part 2, promises that he will find devastating to accept. Her personal choices are heartbreaking for him, and while he will try to fulfill what she asks of him, by the time the first big battle of Part 3 happens, Sokka realizes he can't live the way she asked of him any longer. He knows she be mortified by what he decides to do, but his fear for her life, her safety and wellbeing, as well as his knowledge of what's right and wrong, overcome his every other impulse. And THAT is when he decides to take off on his journey, something he does while knowing she won't be all that happy once she learns about what he's doing.

It will be a veeeery long journey, yes. His starting point is the Southern Water Tribe, then he goes to the Earth Kingdom, it will take him to the Northern Water Tribe eventually, until he finally makes his way to the Fire Nation once again. He's going to find a lot of surprises along the way, with bright sides such as reconnecting with friends he never thought he'd see again, also meeting new people, such as a certain person we already saw a glimpse of in the Race arc... :'D and he's going to have to make some difficult choices he won't be 100% happy about, much as Azula will have to make terrible ones of her own. Sadly, they both fear their worst choices might amount to unforgivable heartbreak for the other... but they underestimate each other's unconditional love, I'd say (?) Sokka's particular brand of "unforgivable choices" comes in the form of building an alliance with certain people he knows Azula won't be happy about (bet anyone can guess who... :'D). He's not exactly thrilled about doing it either, but he knows there won't be any other way to succeed at his quest, and the only way he'll truly set Azula free is if he succeeds at it, whatever the cost.

Sokka's going to be in a dark place, like I've said in the past. His time with his family will start in a complicated way, though he'll ease up gradually and adapt after some time. The Water Tribe is renowned for their community spirit and loyalty to each other, so as much as he fears they won't accept him now, his fears are pretty much unfounded. After leaving that stability, though, the darker side of Sokka will most likely shine through, a lot, and we'll see him pushing through every hardship he faces in order to put an end to the war (as you said) and ensure Azula's freedom and safety. His journey, all of it, is based on achieving those two merging goals. We've already seen this man can pull off the unthinkable if he gives himself a chance... we're definitely going to see a lot of Sokka's trademark unthinkable and extraordinary strength of body, heart and mind as he fights his hardest to regain what he's lost, avenge what cannot be regained anymore, and give the world a chance to find balance once again.

I suppose I can say he won't travel to every location we've seen in the story so far xD but, in summary, he will definitely travel all across the world, to two big cities in the Earth Kingdom first, there will be a few stops at Air Temples, he'll go to the Northern Water Tribe for the first time, and, at last, to the Fire Nation. His emotional journey throughout the whole thing is going to be full of ups and downs, but while he's brimming with conviction and completely certain that he's making the right choices for the world, all-around, the main guiding force that pushes him to take action is indeed Azula.

In the meantime, Azula's personal journey will be intense in a whole other way... and not quite in the way she expected it to be at the end of Part 2. As much as she asks what she does from Sokka, as much as she hopes he will stay safe, above all else, she won't be remotely as prepared as she thinks she will be for the kind of misery and grief she'll face while she's away from Sokka in Part 3. She'll second-guess the choices she's made, but mostly once it's too late to fix them, sadly. She does want to change the world in her own way still... but if I'm perfectly honest, her hopes to pull it off will be practically non-existent in Part 3. She won't travel anywhere near as much as Sokka will, but she will have one outing to a certain Fire Nation colony in the late stages of Part 3. Most the rest of her journey will be internal, intense, like I said, and very anguishing for me so far (despite there are a few bright sides here and there, and they definitely make things so much better so far ;_;). So Sokka will take action a lot more often than Azula does, as she'll be struggling with a lot of things that definitely spiraled completely out of her control. Frankly, saying Sokka will be fighting to save Azula and/or set her free seriously feels like the best way to describe what we'll be seeing in Part 3 xD

Hope that's what you wanted to know xD and I also hope I didn't ramble too much without saying enough, just as I hope I didn't give away everything either (?)

More of that redemption AU!

At long last!!! It's finally here! That took a while but with ten pictures to make and an essay to write it had to XD

I'd like to say a couple things before starting. First, the following content features angst, blood, injuries and images that may be viewed as disturbing by some people, I apologise in advance. You've been warned. Second, I'm accepting any asks about this AU and I'll try to answer them to the best of my ability. Third, for those who haven't seen part 1 yet, you can find it here.

That being said, let's get into it.

When Abaddon freed Azrael, the Angel of Death understandably had trust issues. He was sure the Destroyer is trying to deceive him again. Since he was still in a rough shape after his imprisonment and the run-in with Straga, his former friend got him out onto a balcony to let him catch a breath of fresh air and there try to persuade him that he has no ill intentions this time. The negotiations however, were stopped before they even began.

The two archangels were caught together by an unfortunate Demon Sorcerer. Unfortunate, because Abaddon didn't want any witnesses just yet. The poor sod barely registered what hit him.

In that moment Azrael believed that his friend could've returned after all. He just jumped the unsuspecting demon without a second thought. The Destroyer would never just off his own soldiers when each was priceless in these trying times. But this kill fueled Destroyer's bloodlust and triggered Abaddon's first ever loss of control ever since he turned to Light again. When he realised what's happening, it was too late to stop it…

As short as it was, it nearly cost Azrael his life. For Abaddon, losing himself so easily was like a slap to the face with a wet rag. He'd almost killed his friend and could've done nothing about it but watch like a prisoner in his own body. It was… scary. For the first time in way too long he said - and meant it! -

Abaddon realised that the Destroyer inside of his head is still displeased with the steps he's taking and actively seeking to ruin his plans. And that makes him dangerous to both friends and foes. He couldn't take any chances and risk if it were to happen again. Needless to say, he peaced right the hell out of there. This is one of the main reasons he didn't reveal himself to Uriel until she found out herself. He didn't want to repeat the mistake he made with Azrael. But after their first meeting, find out was exactly what she had in mind (for those who don't know what I'm talking about in this paragraph, here's a fic I wrote a while back).

To be frank, Abaddon wasn't actually sure what on God's green earth he's doing and what he's trying to achieve (aside from figuratively spitting into Lucifer's face) but he knew he couldn't keep flying around and causing random violence, even if it was giving everyone the impression that he's completely out of his mind (which wasn't far from the truth) and more or less satisfying his darker counterpart, keeping it mostly quiet and content. He couldn't win this war alone. Abaddon was thinking about making allies with anyone he could or at least rallying the last of Heaven's forces. Unfortunately none of this was easy to accomplish. He was the Destroyer after all… No self-respecting angel would stand beside him without a good reason which he didn't have. Eventually, he decided to put the power Lilith bestowed upon him to use. To some extent, he started to understand Death. Once you view necromancy as a tool instead of an abhorrent crime against the natural order, it doesn't seem so despicable anymore. "Ends justify the means" yet again. Still, Abaddon was reluctant to resort to resurrecting corpses. Though, for different reasons... It reminds him of the promise he'd made a long time ago. One he broke out of cowardice.

Even with a small army of the living dead, the task Abaddon had designated for himself was going to be challenging. But this particular archangel is nothing if not one of the most stubborn creatures in the Universe. He was going to do whatever it takes to see it to the end. Even if his sanity and control he once held over his fate continued to slip through his fingers and slowly but surely leave him. Every day he lives through, his mind remains in the perpetual state of a constant struggle between the Light and Dark in his soul as he strives to fight the evil that has taken root within him.

And that will be it for now (I ran out of space, goddamnit 😂). If I have any new ideas I'll make sure to share them. Feel free to ask like I said above!

I'm gonna have to take a break from painting. It was draining but damn if it wasn't satisfying! Especially the last one. I'll have to sit down and finally write this fic cus I'm a dumbass who is insecure about the garbage I make even though some people still love it 😆

Hey, it's me again! ^.^ I was wondering if I could order a red velvet truffle this time. As a reminder, here's the info from the previous request (with new info that I forgot to mention on the other one 😅):

I'm a 5'4" tall, straight Virgo girl with brown eyes, glasses (I only need them for distance since my eyes can't focus all too well). My hair color is currently blonde, but I'm dying it platinum blonde (dying it from dark auburn so the color rn is kinda a caramel color). I'm pretty chubby, but I guess not that chubby since I'm not obese but not exactly healthy either....

Let's see... I'm pretty shy at first when meeting knew people, and tend to talk so fast I trip over my words from time to time and get tongue tied (This gets worse around a guy I like and it frustrates me). The more someone gets to know me, the more talkative I become (which doesn't mean I wanna talk all the time, I'd be happy listening to him talk more than me, but I do tend to go into an excited rant like Midoriya if someone brings up something I really like [aka MHA 🤣]). I'm sweet, caring, loyal to a fault but I can be stubborn when I wanna be and insecure (boy with me must have extreme patience)...

I love listening to music, singing (I haven't sang in front of a huge crowd before), reading, writing (though my brain jumps back and forth between ideas, so I haven't exactly finished writing a fanfic yet 😅). I get flustered easily when complimented, so....

Dislikes include bullies (I was bullied myself, so I hate it when other people do it) cheaters (been cheated on in a relationship, no way do I wanna go through it again), alcoholics and drug addicts (I would explain why but I don't wanna get into something that might trigger someone, so I won't get into the details, just know that my biological Dad was one and I've seen what alchohol and drugs can do to someone... It's not pretty)

Talents: I know for sure that singing is one of them (which is one of my hobbies XD) and I'm told I'm a talented writer (writing is also one of my hobbies :3), but given the fact that I have a brain that keeps switching focus on ideas for different fandoms I haven't finished anything yet 😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅

Fears: The list could go on forever.... I have a slight stage fright (I shake a bit until I start singing, but I don't freeze up, never ask me to public speak thou...). I'm insecure as well, so my biggest fear is not being good enough (I can't remember if I already told you if I'm insecure and the boy paired with me is gonne have to be super duper patient 😅)

Aspirations: I really wanna be a singer one day (I'm actually doing voice lessons so I'm on my way there! ^.^) I'm good at writing lyrics but composing music? Not so much XD Oh, I do eventually wanna have a family, just later down the road with the right guy ^.^

I admire someone who is brave, compassionate, loyal to a fault (as loyal as I am ^.^ and I don't mind if he gets a bit protective of me XD)...

But, since I got dragged into too much drama during high school, I hate people who spread rumors for attention, players (people who date multiple people), and I usually stay away from people who are arrogant beyond belief (believing in urself is important, but it becomes a problem if you're over confident, know what I mean?) and people who are conceited (not to say that loving yourself isn't important, it is! First off, he’s ecstatic to find someone that doesn’t mind his muttering and rambling, even more so when he discovers you do it too! You’re both naturally shy and easily flustered (which makes for some very entertaining scenes when you’re both pining for each other and get all stuttery and flushed, people have full on brought out snacks and watched 👀👀) but it also means you understand one another well, able to comfort and assure the other with ease.

In more ways than one, if you really think about it. Both of you have a history of bullying, a tendency for low self-esteem, daddy issues, gosh your relationship is so mutualistic both of you always know what to say to lift the other up 🥺 On top of all that you also greatly admire each other—Izuku’s the bravest and sweetest guy you know by far, while he thinks you’re incredibly talented in turn. You constantly support each other with your goals, heroism and stardom respectively, fighting back whenever insecurities and doubts start to bleed through because you just care for the other so so deeply, and I’m def starting to sound like a broken record so lemme move onto the zodiac portion asjfakshswajdb

Izuku is a Cancer, a bit more of an emotional sign than Virgos tend to be, but that doesn’t make you guys any less close! The relationship is a very sincere, secure, and down-to-earth one, as along with everything else you have near-identical beliefs and domestic desires (which will make his mom very happy, she’s always wanted grandkids ûwû) so no matter what hiccups you may face, you guys always power through it ^w^

There’s not much else to say lmao, you guys are practically inseparable. All your nights are spent reading together and discussing your writings, yours being stories while his were hero notes, listening to music all the while, until it gets turned down in favor of your voice that sings him to sleep. He much prefers it anyway, and will for the rest of his life〜

But honestly, it would probably be something like “I’m going to bring a (dead) chicken to class for show and tell and you two need to act horrified and cause a ruckus because it would be fun and it would scare the other kids :)”. (this is probably bullying, so in an effort to make them slightly better kids, an alternative plot is that a stray cat has been coming to their school and in order to make friends with it, they feed it a whole-ass dead chicken Nyo China got from the butchers and was planning to cook for dinner. The teachers are horrified and confiscate Yao’s backpack for fear of germs and salmonella.)

hhhhhh the first idea is SO FUN my gremlin repressed anger eight year old self would've loved it. the idea of bringing a stinking plastic bag to school, opening it, revealing a dead, fly-infested chicken and then maybe playing a small game of lobbing the chicken around for funsies is both simultaneously horrifying and amazing. however the second idea is also amazing, one of my previous schools had stray cats and staff and students would feed and pet them (and i miss it :( ) and it was the Best feeling... or maybe they could do BOTH? but this time they're planning to bring a dead chicken to feed the cat (aw, even if yao probably gets detention. also a lecture from nyo china on what exactly you should feed a cat, including why you shouldn't steal the chicken she bought to feed it.) and the next time they can bring like. a bunch of dead flies to show their classmates but in a not bully way. i went once to this family friend's house in a part of the countryside that had an abundance of flies. (i literally haven't thought of this in years i'm remembering so many childhood things because of this omg) they had this paper covered with glue that the flies would land on and then be stuck on the paper. it was both disgusting and amazing to watch a black mass of bulbous bodies straining with their legs (which were probably thinner than my hair) to escape the paper. i also think that indchuran, being both little sadists in the making and having an abudnace of fascination like many children, would take great delight in watching an unsuspecting fly landing on the glue, watch it still, glancing around eerily similarly to when humans realise they have gotten themselves in a bad situation, and then start struggling with all their might to get out. but fuck the flies tho they landed on our food all the time there and it sucked. they can die :)

THE PROBELM is... how will they get that many flies in what i assume would be a gentrified ass area with frequent fumigation efforts given that nyo china would not accept anything than the best elementary education for her ward?? (i have a solution) maybe indus has friends in the countryside and she goes with aditya to visit them. and while they are talking aditya wanders about and discovers a few pieces of paper filled with flies. because he is a gremlin, he is Fascinated with these pieces of paper, and he takes one out to Further Examine. all the adults yell at him, but he is Fascinated and will not be stopped. and then a Thought occurs to him: who would probably enjoy this as much as he would? duh, his friends of course! good things must be Shared even if they're kind of disgusting! so what he does is he gets a disposable plastic tupperware like container, very gently places the fly paper into it, pokes a few holes for air, sprinkles some sugar because he thinks that'll keep them alive, and wraps most of it up in duct tape he found so indus can't see it. unfortunately most of the flies died on the way home because the container was stuffed into aditya's bag and the paper slid to the side + there wasn't enough air, BUT the dead flies are still a Sight to behold when he visits iran's house (which yao is /coincidentally/ visiting) to show them. then he brings it to school after the weekend, and everyone is Fascinated and thinks it is Very Cool, at least until the teachers see it and start screaming. they throw it away but indchuran get an Idea to put dead flies into the bags of people they hate (this is now just bullying) so that opens up a very few interesting weeks of attempts to collect flies in a fumigated city and Horror for the school. fun times for all!

😔 finding and reading that encyclopedia is probably one of my formative memories now and i wish it wasn't 😔 i bet yao during his teenage years would look back on it and be like "... oh my GOD." but i think he would appreciate her directness even if he didn't absorb all the information correctly or remember most of it lmao because it seems like only a very small percentage of the world has actually good sex ed and i don't think indchuran's school would be an exception. at least nyo china like you said instilled a good sense of consent with them 😔 also the idea of saying fuck in mandarin makes me break out in hives the AUDACITY of saying fuck in your first language but of course he would. he WOULD. nyo china probably wouldn't even have purposely taught him that which is why he doesn't know what it means, just that it's an insult, but once they come up to her to complain all she does is give them a Terrifying Contemptuous Glare and steer yao away from them. yao is her kid and therefore entitled to say fuck whenever he wants.

Second, ALSK:FJ:SLFDKSFDLKJSLDF the fly infested chicken is disgusting and I want so badly to intervene,,, they need hELP. Please learn about proper sanitation, children, I’m begging you T-T. Also, headcanon accepted: they’re ostensibly bringing it to feed the cats (which is hopefully allowed) but also they want to terrorize (or awe) their fellow classmates with this discovery. Watch the school call up nyo china about this, but she gets annoyed only because yao wasted human food in order to feed cats, not because he brought an inappropriately dead chicken to school that scared the younger kids and fellow classmates lol; what a great value system. Also this scenario def happened:  School: your child got in a fight. Nyo China: Oh no! Did he win?

I am both fully revolted and half fascinated by the flypaper thing because on one hand I CANNOT stand flies, and killing them is 178% gross. But also the way you described it is... very compelling and I would like to experience that, gross as it is lol. So yea I can definitely see those three nastily observing the flies getting stuck to the flypaper one by one... they all intently watch the flypaper with round and curious eyes and it really looks very cute from far away, three heads of fluffy hair close together and bent over something, carrying on an animated whispered discussion, until you get closer and see that they’re watching flies on flypaper •—•;; An even more gross scenario would be if one of them accidentally squashes one and they crowd around to see what fly guts look like 😭 bonus points if it happens during school. Also YES to Indus’s countryside friend; I feel like India would have a lot of fun exploring over there and would be able to bring back v cool stories for city slicker Yao, and also Iran (although I don’t know where they’d live precisely. I feel like they’d probably have a medium sized house with very nice art and Classy furniture (they got good taste from somewhere), but they’d also knows a lot about how rural areas work and stuff, so uh.. suburbs? Or something like that?)

At least the other kids are fascinated this time instead of apprehensive ^-^ but the dead flies in lockers AL:KDSLFDSJF PLEASE NO me as an elementary student would have been absolutely horrified and I. really hope they get detention for that lol; Please Tone Down kids 😔 (also do y’all get flies in the lights at school? Because every single classroom I’ve been in has either had flies, wasps, moths, or some other black spots in the lights and they’d multiply as the year went on 😭 I never thought about it too much but... what if they linger around to watch the lights get cleaned? o-o)

Who knows, maybe he was insulting someone for being slow like a turtle but it got out of hand due to word choice lol) but... the second scenario is quite something... I don't know whether I should laugh or cry. RIP the other parents who just have to fervently hope that disgraceful kid from next door grows out of his foul mouth soon (he never does, just gets better at pretending his language is elegant and not at all dirty XD)

*for non mandarin speakers 王八 is literally a soft shelled turtle, but is actually a pretty big insult in mandarin :)
