what is psych-k? •°. *࿐
according to the psych-k frequently asked questions, PSYCH-K, "is a proven and safe way to change subconscious beliefs that perpetuate old habits of thinking and behaving that you would like to change."^1 dumbing it down, you are using psych-k to tap into your subconscious and conscious simultaneously, rewiring your brain with a single affirmation. and while doing this, you may begin to have a rush of negative, limiting thoughts, but instead of pushing them away in frustration, you will invite them in. think of it like this... you are the teacher and your affirmation is a brand-new lecture. you're standing at the front of the room in front of many desks, all filled with 'students' aka your thoughts, emotions, etc. as you are 'lecturing' (repeating this affirmation over and over and over) the 'students' begin to disrupt you with hurtful words or overall trying to debate with your 'lecture'. how do you handle this? you continue to 'lecture', you can continue to listen to your 'students', and eventually, the 'students' will quiet down until there's complete silence and that's when your 'lecture' has started to implement its knowledge into your 'students'.
how does psych-k work? •°. *࿐
"PSYCH-K® is a unique process, having evolved from years of brain research and thousands of sessions with individuals and groups. It creates a receptive, “Whole-Brain State” that dramatically reduces unwanted resistance to change in the subconscious mind. The subconscious can be accessed in a way analogous to a personal computer. PSYCH-K® works as a kind of ‘mental keyboard’ — a user-friendly method of communicating with the subconscious mind that is simple, direct, and verifiable."^2

how does psych-k differ from other methods as well as other healing techniques such as meditation? •°. *࿐
if you're looking for a thorough answer to this question, feel free to look at this for reference as it better explains the answer to this question in its entirety. the bottom line, however, is that this technique is just as important as others and is not meant to replace any other methods, it is simply another addition. many healing techniques will depend on outside sources of the person, such as a psychologist, hypnotist, or anyone with similar titles. however, psych-k will depend on the inner-workings of those who are performing it, psych-k simply provides the tools and you, the one who is getting into this 'whole brain state' are the one actually doing all of the work. you will be the one taking apart your limiting beliefs and replacing them with whatever you truly desire.

PSYCH-K, "[...] enables you to communicate with your subconscious mind so you can change beliefs that are limiting your self-esteem, relationships, job performance, even your physical health…and much more! PSYCH-K® is popularly characterized as a spiritual process with psychological and physical benefits. While the term “psych” is often used as an abbreviation for “psychology,” in our case it is used as a variant spelling of the word psyche, meaning “mind,” “soul,” or “spirit.” The letter “K” represents the Key to sustainable success."^3

just like anything else, you do not need to try this out, however, what do you have to lose? the results may shock you.
can anyone do the psych-k technique? •°. *࿐
absolutely anyone can do the psych-k, it is not limited to any particular group of people, and it can effect people differently depending on how they use it.
how do i do psych-k? •°. *࿐
there are many videos on YouTube that will provide a visual guide of instructions on how to do it, however, this is the video that I use and I highly recommend that you watch the entire video to get a logical understanding of what's happening (if you prefer logical info like I do). and if you're having trouble figuring out how to position your hands, watch this video as well. I'd also like to mention that if you're unsure of which side of your brain has more resistance to a new belief, set yourself a timer for 5 minutes and do psych-k with your left ankle crossed over your right and your left hand crossed over your right. after the timer goes off, switch your right ankle to cross over your left, and your right hand to cross over your left. a l s o, if you decide to have resistance against this method bc or any method in general (bc you're stubborn perhaps), take the time to do psych-k and affirm that all methods work for you, boom, fuckin' foolproof.
can i use psych-k to manifest anything i desire? •°. *࿐
yes, yes you can, you're changing your beliefs right in the moment, there are no fuckin' limits unless you create those limits for yourself.
can i use psych k to enter the void state? •°. *࿐
yes, you can do anything you want with psych-k. @urgurljodie has a bit more information on this, but, i am aware that they sent an ask to someone and stated that while doing psych-k you should affirm that you're in the void state/in the void etc.
how do i know if I'm doing it right? •°. *࿐
there's no need to overcomplicate this, don't fear the replacement. simply sit down, get into position as instructed in the videos provided above, and follow their words. stay in the psych-k position for as long as needed, repeating your new belief over and over, invite the resistance in, and simply keep thinking this new thought until you no longer feel resistance towards your new belief. you'll know if you did it right, promise. may sound unbelievable at first, but again, what do you have to lose?
can i combine psych-k with the laws of manifestation? •°. *࿐
absolutely, use any affirmations you want.
do i have to do psych k to eliminate limiting beliefs? •°. *࿐
nope! this is simply just another method of sorts, you don't need to try anything you don't want to. no one is forcing this shit down your throat...

i'd recommend this technique that combines psychology and kinesiology to anyone and everyone who thinks they are struggling to build new beliefs or manifest their dream lives. the worse that could happen is that it doesn't work or it just takes you a little longer to replace the programming in your mind. give it a try and report your results. a l s o, before anyone comes at me i will give proper and due credit to @urgurljodie for bringing light to this technique to the tumblr void community, ya should be thanking them for this. this particular technique has thoroughly pleased the logical and more scientific-based limiting beliefs I've had for a while. this post was simply meant to add onto what's already been established, all due credits go to the developer of the technique of rob williams as well as the tumblr user mentioned above.

OMG 😳 I entered void with the wim Hoff breathing method it was QUICK,I would also like to thank @graychrissy she made it thousand times easier for me to get in the void state because I was struggling to get rid of the nagative mindset.
And also would like to thank you for this amazing post we don't have tiktok here in India so I'm so thankful for telling us this amazing method.
So so when I saw your post today when I woke up I felt a little confident because Pink also had a similar method but I failed with it. But it gave it a second shot today because I love you🥹🌹, at first I was struggling ALOT to stay calm I was getting demotivated with all this negative thought. So I texted Christy and she helped me and told me to observe my thoughts and to stop identify myself as this body (it's easier once you try) and since she also practice non duality she told some stuff which made it easier for me.
And just few hours ago I entered void very quickly,after the breathing technique,my thoughts reduce alot but this time instead of going back to focus on my thought I observe them,slowly but gradually I drifted and my heartbeat got faster but again as Chrissy told to don't identify with the thought,feeling,and body just observe them.
And it probably didn't even took less then 10. Minutes to enter void😳🤯 like I'm shock,the experience was surreal and I affirm for me to enter void easily with this method every single time.

some days ago, i read a post of someone saying that we shouldn’t obsess over the void (i agree) and go back to neville and his teachings (i disagree).
neville has talked a good amount about the void state in his books and lectures already. in the second chapter of his book "at your command", he basically explains how to enter the void:
"now here is something to always bear in mind. you cannot put new wine in old bottles or new patches upon old garments. that is, you cannot take with you into the new consciousness any part of the old man. all of your present beliefs, fears, and limitations are weights that bind you to your present level of consciousness. if you would transcend this level you must leave behind all that is now your present self, or conception of yourself. to do this you take your attention away from all that is now your problem or limitation and dwell upon just being. that is, you say silently but feeling to yourself, "I AM." do not condition this ‘awareness’ as yet. just declare yourself to be, and continue to do so until you are lost in the feeling of just being – faceless and formless. when this expansion of consciousness is attained, then within this formless deep of yourself, give form to the new conception by FEELING yourself to be THAT which you desire to be. you will find within this deep of yourself all things to be divinely possible. everything in the world which you can conceive of being is to you — within this present formless awareness — a most natural attainment."
neville also has talked a lot about sats, the state akin to sleep and methods you can do during that state — such as the lullaby method (affirming) and visualising.
his wordings — sometimes — can be misleading, making it very easy to misinterpret the point he is trying to make, i get it. but this statement is rather based on mis- or the lack of information, not just on the void but neville as well.

Look babe I was so obsessing over void in june when I knew about it and from then I spent all my time looking for void posts and every night tryna get in void but I didnt and I thought of giving up!!! but then I thought of taking a break so I got busy again in my lifestyle and yesterday I just listened a void sub and I KID YOU NOT I NATURALLY WOKE UP IN VOID. I AFFIRM FOR THREE THINGS.
1. New phone
2. Long hair
3. To go back to dec 2022.
so when I woke up i was so fucking surprised. I have these brand new phone i always wish for😩 and these long hairs I always wanted😩 happy for both the things but when I got to check out the date it was JULY ONLY WTH. I am sure I got in void cause the other two things got manifested but what about the time travel thing??
For referrence it was my exact words: i want the time and surroundings to change to DEC 2022.

Getting into the void is actually really fucking easy and from there you can go wherever the shit you want so here's a little tip that helped me my first time getting into the void
♤You can shift into a void that has your bed
I think of that shit as bringing the bed with me, and though it is not what happening, it makes getting there so much easier because I think people have the notion, right, that the void is just some empty black room you just fuckin float in or something
And it doesn't have to be that at all
Your void can be whatever the hell you want it to be, just like a Waiting Room.
The first time I ever got to my void, I was having a hard time with that final push because I felt like my bed was keeping me grounded. I was having so many symptoms but I just couldn't disconnect myself from the fucking bed
So I told myself the bed was coming too
And yiu know what that shit worked almost instantly. There I was, laying in the void with my bed. My blankets faded away. It was just me, on top of my bed, with some nice music. And I sat there and told the void the fuck I wanted my life to be like when I got back, (ex, my DP texted me more than once)
And guess who the fuck texted me while I was there

Really, if you have a hard time with stuff like that, especially shifting, shift to be laying I'm a bed that feels just like yours. It makes things a lifetime easier I swear

Void state progress pt 3.
So as of typing this, it’s currently 1:50 A.M and I might have entered the void again but I woke up out of it to roll over and now I’m fully awake and can’t sleep 😑
what happened was I was listening to @lotusmi ‘s Void Mirage Subliminal and I was listening to it at night with ear buds in (my first time trying it with earbuds and falling asleep, not quite comfortable and not sure how I feel about sleeping with ear buds in) (also @lotusmi I absolutely love your subs and affirmation tapes, keep up the great work 👍) anyway I fell asleep then i became aware and it felt like I woke up but I didn’t hear anything so confused I thought that I had woken up with my eyes closed (NOPE I WAS IN THE VOID AGAIN FOR THE FOURTH TIME DHDHCHGYVGHFRSGSGFV)
I rolled over to my side, “woke up more”, left the void, I ended up just putting my earbuds away to charge, it felt so disorienting, it happened so fast too, I wasn’t in there for very long, probably like 5 seconds then I became aware of my body, woke up, rolled over now I’m fully awake at 1:57 in the morning 😭 I’ll attempt to go back to sleep, maybe try the lullaby method to enter, not sure yet, I’ll keep you posted and I’ll post this in the morning if anything happens even if anything doesn’t happen I’ll still post it.
The next morning:
so I was finally able to fall asleep, I didn’t do the lullaby method, I was mainly focused on trying to sleep.
what I’m gonna do now is affirm that I’m fully aware when I enter the void, I’ll be using @sixbrujeria ‘s manifesting technique where she said to set a timer for 10 minutes and to write down whatever your affirming. I actually did it yesterday saying that I always wake up in the void and I did even if it was for a short time. So it clearly works and it was quite fun to do.
so I’ve entered the void a total of 4 times and I wasn’t aware of any of it until I left.
I’m gonna try again this week, I’m so close, I’ve been adding stuff to my void list to keep me motivated so I don’t give up on wanting to live my dream life.
this is quite a long update 😂 but I’ll update on if I enter or not.

HEY I DID IT I ACTUALLY WOKE UP IN THE VOID
I don't know if you remember me I sent you a text day before yesterday. I m the aff tape anon. Practically I only used one aff that is I will wake up in the void fully aware thats it. I did psych k for 20-25 mins only and whole day I keep reminding myself that I will wake up in the void. Last nyt I woke up and was there for 10 mins. Fuck it was so good it felt like I was keep on expanding.
Anyways I did not manifest anything I just said I enter void instantly and I manifest out of thin air instantly bcoz I want to see my manifestations come to me.. So yeah

Hii angels, recently I saw a success and got mentioned from an individual who was lying about entering ( lying gives me the ick ). Tagging blogs and lying for clout is not cool especially when people are trying to enter the void state and manifest their dream life. My advice to everyone DON'T EVER GIVE UP on the void or manifesting in general. Your reality is very malleable to a point where you can change anything. If you are doubting the void, read Gorgeouslypink Doubts post, I highly recommend reading this to ease your doubts.
Remember, the I am state/ void state was characterized by NEVILLE GODDARD and yk Neville ain't no liar because if not hundreds, thousands manifested their dream life by using Loa. There's void success stories everywhere on the internet, not only on Tumblr. You wanna know a little story about how I found about the void state first? Through Sammy Ingram's group on Facebook where someone was talking about their friend entered the void state and manifested their specific person within minutes and someone linked Zen Shu's post because everyone was asking about wanting more info and then I stumbled upon here which opened an entire world to me. You see? There's void success stories everywhere, Facebook, Reddit , Amino from real people.
My biggest advice to you is stop over consuming info on this app and PROCRASTINATING in getting your dream life. BECOME THE SUCCESS STORY YOURSELF!! Choose the methods that resonate with you and take a leap of faith. YOU SHOULD NEVER LET ANYONE DICTATE TO YOU WRONGLY, BECAUSE THIS IS YOUR JOURNEY. You've got this (⑅˶ᵔ ▿ ᵔ˶) ~♡.

WANT TO ENTER THE VOID INSTANTLY TONIGHT?!!? USE THE DISTRACTION TECHNIQUE!!!

First of all, know that the void is very real!!! I entered it a few hours ago for the first time intentionally!😭
Second of all, you don’t need a good “void concept” for this. This is too powerful of a method to need to have an assumption that the void is easy to enter. It’s just like falling asleep when you’re really tired, how you’re entering the void when really relaxed. It’s impossible to fail.
Step 1: Get into a comfortable position.
Step 2: Get into the alpha state using a guided meditation or without. I like to do it without by counting down from 12 to 1 whilst visualising there numbers as you count them in your head. Then count down from 13 to 1 without visualising. This will get you into the alpha state. (You don’t have to be fully in the alpha state but it helps, just be really relaxed).
Step 3: I know people tell you to affirm for the void at this point BUT YOU NEED TO BE DISTRACTED!!! Visualise a scene in your head and let it distract you. You can even play your favourite song in the background (in your head, don’t actually put music on). You can do those separately or simultaneously. This will get you really distracted and not focusing on the 3D anymore. Then you will end up in the void! BOOM! There you go. It’s literally guaranteed results, it’s too effective to not work. Anyways have fun living your dream life!! Bye!!!!

How I entered the void so easily after 1 year of trying
So after 1 year and half of trying to enter I finally did it and I am so mad because it REALLY IS SOOOOO EASY and tbh if in this post you are looking for any sort of validation or info you smart ass already know then please REMEMBER THIS : entering the void is extremely easy. You just have to do it in a way that resonates with you.
Personally for me since I had adhd I couldn’t just stay still and affirm for 1 or even a few for 10 mins. Not just because I was lazy but because just repeating “I am in the void” for so long gets me tired and makes me think of the void more and you actually don’t want to think too deeep about it. I couldn’t wake 3 hours prior and then affirm or even have the patience to do the psych k, yes I was extremely lazy back then and unpresistent but one thing that helped me even backed then was THE ALPHA STATE MEDITATION !
You just have to find what works for you, find a method technique whatever you want to do that doesn’t seem like a chore. So In a post back then I found on @gorgeouslypink acc talking about doing the alpha sate meditation and I tried it back then and I felt really relaxed and it was a good feeling but like I said back then I was realllly lazy so after a few mins I stopped. Then many months later passed and I was still looking for anything and everything on the void. Then just like two days ago I came across another post which was pretty simple and the technique I used was called the DISTRACTED TECHNIQUE.
All there was to do was the usual you get into a comfortable position and then she said to use the alpha state meditation and used the one gorgeouslypink recommended. So I used it and then what she tell you to do is to just think of anything else just get distracted basically and this WAS SO GOOD 4 ME because back then I had adhd so it made it harder to concentrate on just affirming and so yeah I just thought of random things and then at some point where I was completely distracted I felt my body like lift up 😭 if that makes sense I just can’t clearly describe it. It felt really like a shift and I was like ‘panicking’ in a way but I wasn’t actually panicking I just kinda became aware what was going and then I got scared a little but I just relaxed shortly after. Also my fan that was making like a loud noises was coming in an out and then I only hear it in one ear and then I didn’t hear anything and I just stayed there wondering if I reached the void and i actually was!!! I didn’t feel my body it felt like I had no body at all and it was pitch black just like how I imagined the void to be. For a few minutes I just stayed there feeling the most surreal peace I have ever felt. I needed that peace fr 💀.
So then I affirmed for my desires all I said was “I have all my desired results from my subliminal playlist.” Then just to be extra sure I just said “I have everything I want.”
At that point I got really excited and then I wiggled my toes to get out because I was too dam happy I needed to see all my shit the moment I wake up and then I slowly started getting out and when I tell you I cried for like a good dam minute when I woke up and saw how DIFFERENT. My room looked. I literally screamed onto my pillow. I was so dam scare and yet excited to see how I looked.

You don’t see God stressing do you. All he has to do is blink and whatever he wants to happen, happens. Plus a lot of confidence came from non dualism that I owe a huge thanks to @trynafindbarbiee she really said it like it is !!

hii to the anon that went through SP! congratulations!! can i ask for you to go a lil in detail about how it went like? how long did it take for you to get into SP? and from SP how long did it take you to get into the void? what was the transition like? did you get any symptoms? i know it’s all different for everyone! i’d love to know the details if you’re comfortable!!
hey I’m the anon and i would love to answer all your questions and help you because I was struggling for so long but basically I just stayed still laying down making sure I was comfortable and started affirming void affirmations and like once you finally enter the void state listening to that video entering the void is going to be instantly so just keep affirming also somebody said it didn’t work the first time for the but the 2nd time it did so if it don’t work the 1st time try again🫶🏽because I feel like when we constantly change our methods that creates more doubts and wavering and limiting beliefs so if you try the sleep paralysis videos just stick to it because this will definitely get you into the void and also to make it better, let’s say you just affirm for 1 day how easy it is for you to enter the void state and how you enter the void state than the next day you do the sleep paralysis video🤍but it’s all up to you

HOW I MANIFESTED MY DREAM REALITY IN A DAY
WHAT I MANIFESTED:
- name change
- trilingualism
- 5”10 height
- thin and slender body
- a RAGING golden tan
- face like adriana lima’s
- top grades + intelligence
- dp has a FAT crush on me
HOW I DID IT:
- robotic affirmations in my head (for example repeating ‘I have everything I desire’ over and over in my head whenever I’m free throughout the day)
- visualizing
- law of assumption
- the belief that I am God and I am the creator of my own reality
- PERSIST, PERSIST, AND PERSIST SOME MORE I SWEAR TO GOD THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING
- being crazy delulu
I never actually used the void state for this, because I found that putting the void state on a pedestal was limiting my beliefs. Please refrain from thinking too much about the void or from putting it on a pedestal because this can really hinder your progress. Remember, you are the void. The void is inside you. You don’t need to ‘enter’ it because it is already there!
That’s it, just remember to have a positive mindset and be literally as delusional as you possibly can be. Worked for me!! This took about a whole day to work, and the next day I woke up and it was all manifested (sounds crazy but it’s true and I literally started jumping and squealing like a five year old when I realised it worked). Most importantly, remember that manifesting is supposed to be fun, so go have fun and enjoy yourself!! :)
