Amity park being uncanny vally
So the whole of amity park is ecto-contaminated (the fentons, sam, tucker and valery being the most) but the side effects happen over time
They all slowly stop aging, some peoples teeth get sherper, some people grow claws, some can run faster than cars, some can see in the dark ect;
But this happens to everyone, so after a point being immortal and liminal becomes the norm,
The fentons learn this and help people adapt to the contamination, they also change their research to better understand ghosts and ecto-contamination
So afew decades pass and some unlikely travellers get lost and find amity...but
Its terrifying
All the people look at them like their the weird ones,(because amity park hasn't had visitors in years no one knowes what they should do)
But their all...off
At first it was nothing unexplainable, sharp teeth, glowing eyes, their a bit stronger nothing too out of the ordinary
Then they see jack and maddie fenton and they want to run
They look so...freaky
Their obsession with ghosts, their big personality, their technology and obviously stronger physical abilities, those two alone made them want to forget their car and run out of town...
Then they saw their kids, dannys eyes look like he's trying to eat their souls, And jazz was 7.5 feet tall.
They got in their car and drove as fast as they could, and on their way out they saw more things that unsetteled them, like the teenager moving a car instead of a tow truck, and the kid talking to his watch...and the FLOATING ROBOT IN THE SKY
they got out of amity park so fast people were asking what the problem was.

I know I’m a bit late for Days of Fortune, I was just really tired on release day. But things are looking good, though I haven’t gotten to experience everything today. I’ll try later, but for now here you go.
The decorations in Aviary village are enchanting, so glad I got to see them at night. The Auspicious Visitor (a.k.a. Gratitude Guide) is also selling a bunch of mask. I have enough to buy two & I really want the tiger & rabbit ones. Though that might change to one.

Valley of Triumph being the event’s hub area definitely fits. The performance spirits & guide siblings are some of my favorite spirits & I know many of y’all’s too. They even hug & high-5 me, I love them so much 🥰. Theatre Forever 🎭!

The dragon spell chain is such a cool concept. I haven’t joined one yet though, nor have I seen the dragon race yet. I’ll capture it when I can. What an event. Happy Year Of The Dragon! Happy 2024! 🐉

Postcard, Death Valley Visitor Center, California, postmarked 1970.
Sent to my parents by some friends, it is amazing that in a place with as many natural beauties as Death Valley a postcard would feature a rather nondescript visitor center. Not certain, but I think the current Visitor Center at Furnace Creek is an enlarged version of the building shown.

#jaeexposedin4k2022 fr (still proud that I'm the main contributor to your true love for scara /j)
THE WAY THE TIMING LINED UP. you're checking up on your farm this early in the morning?? is it boredom or the hyperfixation and addiction, i wonder 😩 (/j) don't forget to eat your breakfast tho >:) daily nutrients nom nom
your hands have been too meritorious with all the scara-related schemes you've pulled on me. like how are they not tired and exhausted from constantly dragging me to the dark side, please— they deserve the best and ultimate rest 🙏

The Theology Of Museums
It rained when we were hiking in the Kamikochi Valley (Nagano, Japan). So, we decided to wait at one of the National Park's Visitor Centers. We then found out that that visitor center is was also a museum... A museum solely dedicated to the valley's history.
Japan has a museum for every thing and I think reminding the younger generation of Japanese of the past is one of the most underrated things about the Japanese Culture...
Reminding the younger generation of the past is also Biblical. Take a look at the Book of Judges, a book that gives an account of one of the darkest days. Set right after Joshua's death, it was described at a time when:
...there was no king in Israel, but every man did that which was right in his own eyes (Judges 17:6).
And how did Israel got to that point? Judges 2:8-10:
And Joshua the son of Nun, the servant of the Lord, died, being an hundred and ten years old. And they buried him in the border of his inheritance in Timnathheres, in the mount of Ephraim, on the north side of the hill Gaash. And also all that generation were gathered unto their fathers: and there arose another generation after them, which knew not the Lord, nor yet the works which he had done for Israel.
Forgetting the past, whether it's a good past or bad past, is not good for a nation. That's why history museums [and teaching history] are very important.

High Valley - June 2023 This view of a high valley is from a pull-off located a little way past the Alpine Visitors Center on the Rocky Mountain National Park. The mountains and valleys visible from this point almost look like an oil painting. MWM
