If you are vegan, a tube of polenta cut into sticks and baked at 425 for 30 minutes, sprinkled with some nutritional yeast and garlic powder, works as a substitute for mozzarella sticks. Dip in tomato sauce of your choice, Arrabiata being my favorite, but you do you.
Also, start with the Dune Miniseries from SyFy because it is tops.

Vegan cheeses I will not buy again: grated mozzarella (so. So many spices. I can't feel my mouth. I'm like 1/3 through a portion. Just to drown out that horrendous flavour. Worst part? It barely even does it)
Vegan cheeses I will buy again: sallad (feta) (needed to a couple bites to get used to the flavour, but after a while it's really good. Not entirely sure it replaces the real deal, but it still tastes amazing in a sallad)

Pizza Bread
1 mini boule
1 package of pepperoni
1 bag of shredded mozzarella cheese
1 jar of pizza sauce
1-2 tbsp of butter or oil
1 spoonful of garlic
Rosemary
Oregano
Cut your boule like you would with a regular pizza, but not all the way through to the bottom. In the cut sections, fill with cheese and a couple of pepperonis. Mix up melted butter with garlic and herbs and then brush over the top of the boule. Place in the oven at 425 degrees for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted. In a small bowl, heat up the pizza sauce and place to the side. Enjoy!
