so I try omad as often as I can, I have no problem with hunger, but my parents cook for me. They know I'm on a diet but I wanna eat as little as possible, so sometimes I can't get away with just a meal for tea, I dont snack or have breakfast but they'll give me lunch or like something small then I'll have tea. can anyone give me tips on how to only have my omad? I don't ⭐ve often either for the same reason. Can anyone help how I can hide it!!!???

kinda literally all of this was just natural (accidental?) wl cus i only started r3$tric1ng at the beginning of january and have only lost 3 lbs (~1.3 kg) since
buuuut can we talk ab the arms and ribs and thighs??? the armpit flab from last summer is way less and my wrists are smaller, and you can see my ribs naturally now. and my thighs are way smaller, i think that’s the most noticeable change
