Day 8:
I am currently doing this one twice a day.
I also regularly do yoga or Pilates, and walk on the treadmill or outside for a mile.

Just got done talking with my mom. She said she hasn’t seen me eat and I’m getting thinner. I couldn’t help but smile even though she was clearly upset. My progress is getting noticed. That’s all I care about.

A really good first day I think! Went for a 20 min walk as well to the park and sat in the cold for two hours until my fingers became numb. Excited to practice restraint tomorrow too and excited to weigh myself :-)
