The both of you would likely meet after you got yourself into some trouble in the Avidya Forest. Maybe you climbed and fell from a tree or was dared to bite into some edible-looking plant you really shouldn't eat. Whatever the case, Tighnari would scold you, but still help you out. And that would become a bit of a pattern. You get yourself into some kind of situation, and he makes sure you don't get yourself hurt, or if you do he chides you before fixing you up.

Likes seeing you chase and achieve your goals — it inspires him to set and work toward his own. He is also intrigued by your spontaneity and how fun-loving you are, as that deviates heavily from his own way of life. Despite sometimes nagging you a little, he holds a deep respect for you.

He's known for being sassy, and that adjective would still accurately describe him when he's around you. Though with you his sarcastic little quips seem to be delivered with a small quirk of the lip far more often. He can't stop it from forming. You're amusing to him, despite giving him headaches, and he's grown extremely fond of you.

Tighnari is more of an ambivert, but despite also having an introverted side, he's almost constantly engaging with the Forest Rangers or idiotic people who've found themselves stumbling into the Avidya Forest without a clue of the dangers. He's a bit of a reader too. Though he mostly reads educational books on botany. Might even enjoy having you read to him (works you like or ones you've written yourself) while he's preparing different medicines and such.

If he's in need of a local herb, he might just play into your competitive nature and suggest you make a game of who can find it first. Of course, this would only be after he feels you properly grasp the dangers of the forest. He'll show you a sketch of the plant, quickly explain some of it's identifying features, and then you're off. If you win you might just receive a little kiss on the cheek.

Words of affirmation isn't really one of his top love languages, but if you asked him he'd definitely try to use it more. It'd mostly be in private. Suddenly striking up conversation while you're both doing your own thing. "Hey, are you aware that you inspire me?" Looking at you with a softness in his eyes after you've accomplished something. Your performance ends, you put down your notebook and unexpected clapping fills the otherwise mostly silent woods.

“I don’t know… it’s still not finished…” you trail off, tapping the pen against the scribbled pages. Swirling flowers decorate the margins, some of them shaded, others just simple drafts. To Tighnari, however, they all look so beautiful, so alive…

His smile softens, gloved fingers running over your artworks.

“So this is what the quotes I noticed on your botany journals are…” he muses, eyes of turquoise and honey scanning the words.

“Mhm.” You nod, warmth spreading through your cheeks, a fond and shy smile decorating your features.

“May I hear your song again when it’s finished?” Your lover asks, afternoon sunlight reflected in his gaze of molten gems.

And in that moment, as your eyes lock with his, the rest of the lyrics start to outline at the back of your mind.

“That’s a promise.” You breathe, your lips soft on his forehead, his ears twitching happily.

Your kind and considerate disposition is something Tighnari adores about you too.

Additionally, his pupil Collei finds comfort in your presence as well. Many a time, she goes to you if she’s having trouble with difficult vocabulary or with writing letters to her outrider friend from the city of song and wind.

He likes that you don't have low standards for the things you set for yourself, he is the type of person who does the same and would support you in any way he can if he sees that during any time you are more down or doubtful.

I feel like the main problem would be where Tighnari lives, I don't think you'd be too excited to go into the rainforest with that much of a spider phobia, so all of your dates would be in the city.

At times when he is doing things that don't require a lot of attention or when he has become overwhelmed for some reason, I would ask if you could read him some of the new things you have written. He would also like to help you improve it and come up with fresh ideas, even if he wasn't that good with it.

Tighnari sometimes tells you shouldn't put too much pressure on Collei, you say that to him as well. But it's just you both being overprotective.

However, you win the upper hand when tighnari passes out after eating a poisonous mushroom and gets dragged back by your coworkers. He sure got am earful from you.

At first, your coworkers were surprised how you can even talk to him like that, or why he hasn't talked back. But soon they find out about your close relationship. Only you are able to scold him like that.

You would always stand beside him when he's making some herbal medicine or antinodes, helping him to write down every step. Of course he could do it alone, but he likes it when you look so focused (on him)

He will bring you a flower every time he comes back, mostly lunar lotus. He would tell you about the benefits from the flower but you know he just wanted to get you something

Whenever he comes back from patrolling the area, you both sit together and watch the forest together in silence. Sometimes you talk about different kinds of stuff too. Just know that you won't be able to stop him once he starts to talk about plants.

He likes it when you touch his ears. At first he was a bit reluctant and felt flustered at the thought. But now he doesn't want to admit that he likes them. He'll just quietly lean his head towards you so you can touch his ears. He's probably going to deny it if you ask him if he likes it.

Over time he starts to like your jokes as well but definitely rolls his eyes when you and cyno start your puns and jokes. He's tolerating it only for you.

I'm a rather reserved and quiet person, but when I'm comfortable with someone I let myself loose a little, but still holding up my guard. I'm also really really private, but not secretive. I xon't sugar coat my words but I also make sure I won't come as offensive. i find it weird that even if I'm only engaging in a casual conversation, my wordings are rather either formal, but soft-spoken, or flowery (you know, metaphors) lol. How you two met:

The forests of Sumeru stretch far and wide, and many people walk in and out of them each day. You and Tighnari happened to be part of that group, meeting each other in a rather passive fashion. Despite this, the two of you began to foster a small friendship.

Sunsets in the woods are beautiful and calming, at least until the night has overtaken the light

Now, you were quite tired, and it was time to set up a small camp for the remainder of the night

While looking for a suitable place to rest, you happened to run into Tighnari, and took the opportunity to quickly ask if there was anywhere suitable to stay nearby

He took it upon himself to lead you back to the Gandharva Ville

Once you two had arrived, he led you to a spare room, and told you that you could spend the night here, before continuing on your travels

You thanked him, before falling asleep in only a matter of minutes

When you woke up the next morning, he greeted you outside of your room, offering to walk you through the rest of the forest

You accepted, since you didn't have too much information on the area

He would collect some ingredients to try and hand-make some of your favorite snacks, so that way the two of you could have something to eat when watching the fireworks together

After that, he would formally invite you to come with him to a clearing nearby the main city

Deciding that his plan was good enough, he began to get to work

After a couple hours, he had made every possible snack that he could think of that you would enjoy, and packed them all into one neat basket

Exactly according to his plan, he then headed over to your residence, and asked you if you'd like to spend the rest of the day with him

After your confirmation, he began to take you around to various parts in Sumeru, explaining things along the way

He appreciated how attentive you were to his explanations, but before long, the two of you had already reached your destination

Tighnari had somewhat successfully managed to burn most of the day away, so now all that was left was to wait for only half an hour

As you two sat down, he brought out the basket of snacks, and the two of you shared them until just a few minutes before the fireworks would be unveiled

He put down the mini pie he was eating, and instead filled the empty space in his hand with yours

Tighnari then looked up at the sky, smiling gently

As the sounds of the fireworks began to fill your senses, you could hear him say something in a quiet, yet sincere voice

"I never would've imagined that I would spend this day with someone. Not for a while, at least... I guess I'm lucky, to have found someone so perfect so soon."

My personality type is INTP, im pretty quiet and reserved person. I like spending time with very few people, Im not too fond of crowds or big meetings. Although I dont mind louder or more expressive people, I would even say they are kind of amusing. Personally I tend to stay calm and colleted at all times, trying to control my emotions the best I can and never let them show if they are negative.
