a) Why don't you ship it? BECAUSE. IT'S THIEF. AND MAGISTER. He's literally evil/gay/put a price on her head. She literally had to save her best friend after he roofied him. Does - does anyone ship this???

b) What would have made you like it? I'm not saying if you made Magister a strong powerful woman it could change things for me, buuuuuuut...

c) Despite not shipping it, do you have anything positive to say about it? I ship Thief / looting Magister's things, Thief / stealing from Magister's vaults, Thief / unknowingly pilfering Guard's ring (Tago's soul?) from Magister's nightstand :3

a) What made you ship it? LOL this one is still a crackship for me, founded solely on the actors being brotps IRL

b) What are your favourite things about the ship? I think it's pretty neat that Guard is the only human who has never used the ring against Tago, like, mainly because he had absolutely no idea what it did, and he sure as shit wouldn't have sold it to Magister if he did, but... as much as Antagonist might think he hates all mortals, Guard ~was different~ okay

c) Is there an unpopular opinion you have on your ship? ThiefGuardtagonist should collectively bang out their problems

a) Why don't you ship it? Nie would be so offended lmaoooo.

b) What would have made you like it? I'm not sure this one has any angles for me to grasp at !!

c) Despite not shipping it, do you have anything positive to say about it? A lot !! I love love love how much they love their people, and when they do come in to conflict, it's just about wanting the best for the people they both love. I really think they have brotp potential in the pipeline.

a) What made you ship it? I'm weak and they're hot, simple as.

b) What are your favourite things about the ship? I think it's absolutely fucking delicious that Tago has no idea Jul has the ring, and Jul has no idea what the ring does. I can't wait to see that play out.

c) Is there an unpopular opinion you have on your ship? Look, I know he manipulated her into the cave of the Old Gods as a human sacrifice. But I desperately want to see one of their early adventures okay. How did they first come to work together? What was their early dynamic like? SHOOOW MEEEE.

I went with Past and Pending because I think it might be one of my favourite pieces I've written!

This got a bit rambly! Sorry!!

There was an entire build-up from Iceland to Spain (it was supposed to be Italy but I went out with some friends for tapas), and it focused more on the build-up between MC and Price. It was only cut down to small snippets to fit the title. It's why there are more "flashbacks" in that work than any others I've posted because I wanted to give the sense of an ambiguous limbo where time is almost liquid/MC is very much "lost in thought."

The biggest piece cut was nearly 2k and centred around them drinking in the hotel where MC was trying to convince Price they made the best mixed drinks (they didn't). There was a moment when Price became a bit introspective after MC asked about his family, etc. I went into detail about his home life, and his yearning for something outside of missions which was ultimately a bittersweet moment as a man like Price will seldom willingly retire. It culminated in MC realising it was futile to chase a man who was fixed in his own demise, and resolved to forever wait (which was the pending portion).

It also had many more moments that really highlighted their relationship (condensed down to a small series of back-and-forths between them). There were also several sneaky moments where we saw Price waiting (pending) as well.

I cut it all out because I wanted to leave Price very ambiguous in this and focus wholly on MC's pining.

God yes please I've needed to scream about some Marvel OC stuff but I can't get myself to focus on anything other than the next chapter that I'm working on SO!

Steve Rogers and Della Travers (my Steve OC, obvs) have 5 children together. I still don't know a lot of specifics about when they start because I don't know whether Della gets dusted, but I do know their names are Sarah Mairead "Maisie" and Maeve (twins), Conner, Cecilia, and Liam!

Della starts falling for Steve in between Winter Soldier and Age of Ultron but doesn't let herself acknowledge it for a while because she's getting over being cheated on by her shitty ex

Maggie and Daisy (my loves!!!) are THE most oblivious dumbasses. Like they very clearly like each other as more than friends but neither one thinks the other reciprocates even though it's obvious to literally everyone around them

Peter and Maggie are best friend GOALS like idk if I will ever be able to properly articulate this in TSB but they are literally so so close and there's nothing they wouldn't do for each other

Maggie absolutely sees Della as her older sister and respects her opinion on things so much

I have no idea how Civil War will shake out regarding Della but if she were to go on the run, I think Maggie would find herself wishing Della was still around because Della would be the first person Maggie would want to talk to about her crush on Daisy

If it hadn't been for Steve's presence in her life, I think Della would've ended up going back to her ex despite him hurting her because she doesn't have relationship experience outside of him (plus he's a manipulative bastard)

I think Josie Rogers (Steve's sister) would go to her grave still believing Bucky was alive somehow because they never found the body

I also think Josie lives long enough to be Tony's honorary godmother and thus a part of Maggie's life, if only for a little bit when Maggie is younger

Josie also lives long enough to see Steve again after he gets defrosted and only then would she feel content to let go

just out of curiosity bc some people I know with glasses can just go a few hours or a day without them and be chill but I need them on all the time or I’ll go crazy
