Tzatziki is so easy and so incredibly versatile and easy to make , my family has been making it at home for years and years. It is the easiest most delicious topping for any wrap , burger , or even on it’s own. Ingredients are:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 peeled and grated cucumber
salt to taste
finely chopped fresh dill
1-2 minced garlic cloves
1 cup plain yogurt of choice
Please note: dill is optional, you can even substitute it with a little mint or leave it out. You are also more than welcome to add a splash of lemon juice too.
Directions:
Wash and peel your cucumber. Grate or finely chop it into little pieces. If grated , take your grated cucumber into your hands and squeeze out the water with your hands. Add it to a bowl along with everything else and stir. Store it in the fridge and enjoy it as it will last you at least 7-10 days in the fridge.

Broccoli & Feta Egg Muffins 🍳 60 calories each and absolutely incredible.
You will need:
Ingredients⠀⠀⠀⠀
4 whole eggs
1/2 cup egg-whites
salt , pepper to taste
dry oregano 🌿 optional
sprinkle of feta in each one
touch of chopped broccoli florets in each one
Directions
1. Pre-heat your oven to 350°F, Mix your eggs with your salt and pepper. Line a muffin tin or spray it really well and add your broccoli florettes and feta. Top it off with your egg mixture and bake for 20-25 minutes or until set. Please don’t over bake them as they will continue to cook as they cool down. Enjoy, and don’t forget to follow me for more ♥️

Feel free to improvise and make your own flavours because it is so so easy and you can not fail. I typically don’t count calories for all my recipes but this one is 300 calories . You will need:
Ingredients:
⭐️1/2 cup rolled oats
⭐️1/2 cup unsweetened nut milk or any
⭐️1/2 - 1 tablespoon maple syrup
⭐️1/4 mashed banana
⭐️dash of cinnamon
⭐️2 chopped walnuts
⭐️tiny pinch of salt
Method:
To a bowl , or a small mason jar add : 1/2 cup of rolled oats , ( I used gluten-free organic ) , add 1/2 cup nut milk of choice + the rest of your ingredients. Mix it all up or shake it all up of it’s in a jar and leave it for 4-6 hours or overnight in the fridge or until it becomes exactly like fudge chocolate pudding. Enjoy with any toppings you love

1/2-1 cup coconut water ( up to you and the consistency you like )
2 pieces of apple ( organic )
handful of organic baby spinach
1/4 banana
handful of organic frozen cauli
Please note : if you cannot find or organic is not feasible I highly recommend you soak your veggies in 1/4 cup vinegar + 1 cup water for a few minutes to wash out any pesticides ( no you won’t taste the vinegar) and rinse them before you add them in.
Directions : Blend and enjoy
