I think its neat how if it was any other member of the rebellion that got found family-ed in the FFD au, the rebellion probs would have still happened. If it was Venti, then Carmen would have 40000% pointed out how innocent and sweet Venti was when he came to the aid of the Gunnhildr. If it was Amos, they could have pointed out how tired and withdrawn she is. How that isn't who she is! If it was by any chance RHW, then he could have spun to be that RHW is his guy on the inside. But no. It was Camen who was found.

Like when you look at it, Carmen is kind of the load-bearing pillar of the rebels. Carmen's a bard, his talent is with his words at the end of the day, and the kid's a really good leader too. So him being separated first would be devastating because he has abilities that no one else does.

Sure, maybe Amos could try to speak as well as he could, but she's a hunter, not a leader (and let's not forget the suspicion that rebels most likely had about her). And RHW is a warrior, again, not a speaker in any regard. Maybe he's mature, but he's probably not the most persuasive person. Gunnhildr came from the outside, so rallying people inside the city would have been extremely difficult too. And Wispi is a wisp. He's trying his best but he's probably a symbol at most....

I can’t stop thinking about Raph and Leon’s relationship throughout the years. Where he went from sweet child that would say I love you to an angsty teen

He’d wonder if he’s a good dad, if he ever was a good dad. He doesn’t have his own dad to ask. Casey and April never said I hate you to their parents either so he doesn’t have anyone that knows. He wonders if this is karma for how quick he was to anger when he was younger, trying to remember every mean thing he’s ever said to them

Then the invasion happens and they have so much more to worry about. Ralphie is captured his boys are kidnapped, Leon is almost killed

And when they’re home and they’re recovering Raph is the one to see Leon cry. He cries and cries and says he’s sorry and I love you over and over again. And Raph just holds him through it all. And by the end of it Raph doesn’t think he’s such a bad dad after all

Homie it’s that bittersweet realization that every parent has that you can’t protect your kid from the world forever.

The realization that it’s just a continuous bittersweet cycle of family trauma for the Hamato Clan for generations- but Raph and Mona can be here. Here and now for their boys. Be the support that they themselves needed most when they were faced with the realization too young that they could’ve actually died if things hadn’t gone right.

And Raph doesn’t want to think of those possibilities. He never does. Sure Leon pushes every button he’s worked hard to turn right but he could never imagine having his 17yr old son face the hardships he and his brothers did. All he every sees when he looks at him is the kid who wanted to climb every tall object he could to impress his father.

But they are Hamato. It’s a blessing and curse of the family name to go through so many hardships. So for tonight he’ll hug his son close. Hold baby blue tight and not complain and his son tries to dig deeper into his chest as he shakes with tears. He’ll be Leon’s biggest supporter, even if the too cool blue son won’t admit it.

They’ve had their fights and arguments in the past, and Raph sees it as how he was with his own father. How Splinter tried to teacher him as much as he could about his emotions and attempts to bond with his second son. It’s a twisted mirror to look into.

But he’s more than glad to know his boys won’t be a parent short. And that he and Mona won’t be a son short. They’ll be sure of it.

Shouto Todoroki in a skirt

Okay but imagine this: Shouto decided to wear a skirt one day to see how Endeavor would react and he just... doesn't stop.

It all started because he let Eri play with his hair; he came home with two pigtails with big bow ribbons and lace and even a flower crown. Endeavor's face went red, a disapproving red, and he immediately vacated the room, unwilling to even say a word to Shouto (or so it seemed to Shouto - Shouto isn't the most reliable narrator.).

Anyhow, Shouto decided to escalates this like it's a game of chicken, hence the skirts.

Once the skirts start losing their effect of making Endeavor shut up, Shouto finds new things to shock Endeavor.

Heels.

Pearl accessories.

And now: calling Endeavor "daddy".

It makes Endeavor run away at the speed of light.

It should be noted that Shouto might be unaware of the connotations of "daddy" but Endeavor isn't.

(Endeavor is now mightily concerned that something is very very wrong with his masterpiece. That something is called... incest. Meanwhile Shouto is just taking great delight in teenage rebellion of shocking Endeavor into silence and leaving him alone. Oh and everyone and the media freaking out in glee/horror/surprise as they try to figure out if Shouto is coming out as trans or nonbinary.

hiiii! we all know how much kuron likes classic literature and dnd(hes such a nerd i love him), but are there any other things he enjoys?

Oh there's plenty things he likes, plenty things he would lie about liking, and plenty things he refuses to like on principal.

Like the way i see it that at the beginning Kuron is trying out new things not as to find himself but more to establish himself as Not Shiro. So a lot of things were less "is this actually a cool thing to pursue?" And more "is this something Shiro has hated/hates/will hate?"

And sometimes it works. In fact this is how he found his love for literature (i hc Shiro does NOT like literature at all. He does not care, he hates it, he thinks the "gays flock towards english teacher" is an absolute bullshit stereotype). Sometimes though, it doesnt work and he lowkey hates it (turns out drugs, alcohol, bars, and cage fights every other weekend are just not that great as movies make you believe). This will change eventually though, when he starts making decisions based on what he likes.

I also see him eventually learning to love learning new things with a side habit of dropping a lot of said new things accidentally or on purpose. So every week he has a new thing he genuinely likes only to move on to the next.

That being said he does have some things that stuck. Like i said classic lit is a big one, and i can also see him liking reading in general (going to self oroject a bit and say he is a Horrible Histories fan). I also think he would like thrill seeking adventures like spelunking, and hiking and urban exploration and also basic knitting and crocheting cause it is relaxing
